With the customer id [protected] I have got 1 primary connection and 2 secondary connections. I have asked several times the customer care people to disconnect 1 of secondary connection but of no use and the amount being recharged is distributed in both the secondary connections. Now the only option left with me is to disconnect all the three

    I am a tata sky subscriber & my customer id is -- [protected]. I have been facing some issues and for this I called the customer care and they asked me to recharge with 300 rs which has been done. Along with this, i have also recharged with 180 rs and 200 rs in the same month. I complained this to your customer care, today too. They said, they will send some technicians. For just a 200 rs package, I've been paying you approximately 500 rs and still the problem has not being solved. This is the last time I will be trying you. If you don't fix it i will surely disconnect your line and sue you for all the problems, i have been facing. I have lost all my patience and i am tried of following up with you. I hope you look into this matter and this gets fixed as soon as possible.

      I have made so many complaints but no action taken. Nobody has visited. Very much disappointed. We are senior citizen s can't go to terrace and check whether dish is there connector is there jointer is there I HV paid almost 1600 rupees this time also 650 for dish and 200 for cable 100 for jointer. Pls take action Complaint made third time Kataria. [protected]

          ID NO.[protected]. Since installation problem has come of no signal after every 2-3 months. Their tech. came and said that antena is not installeed at right p, lace as leaves of one tree hindres he signal. Tech. came three times after every 2-3 montdhs and shred the leaves of the treed/ He told that antena has tobe shifted and it requires addl. wire and a connector and it will cost Rs.200/-. now the problem again occured and Tech. came and this time he replaaced the dish of our antena to another antena which was already there and the same wire was used, no addl. wire used and no connecter used, no drilling again done and it took only 10 minutes to do this job. Now Tatasky have dedudcted rs.200/- for this job. It was their mistake that they did not instal the antgena at right p, lace. During this p, eriod we have faced a lot of difficulty and haarassment as we had no signal problem for so many days, even they disconncted our TV signal on 24th May.. Our request is that Rs.200/- may pleasebe refunded to us..immediately..

              Pathetic Customer Care response and no one at Tata Sky knows the solution to my problem. The signal of my set top box goes off after a particular time every night. I have been complaining about that for more than a week now. The engineer attended the complaints once and mentioned that this is happening because the way the installation is done as in the main duct has 8 connections and if the primary connection amongst the 8 switches off the TV, I would not get signal. The above is unheard of. By no logic, the above could be a reason. It is absurd. You don't have to have a technical knowledge to reject such cause as a reason for not getting signal. The problem is still persisting even after the engineer changed the primary connection. I have lodged several complaints on the toll free number, but till date no one has visited my residence. Call centers staff's response is extremely poor. When you ask them to connect to a senior manager, they keep you on hold for several minutes and no one turns up. Its time for TATA to say goodbye to this industry else live it upto their name and reputation of being one of the most trusted Industrial Conglomerate of the Country. For God sake, treat your customer as human and change the way you attend to your customer's complaints.

                    Hi.. I was continuously receiving calls from [protected] number for the offers. The girl named Shilpa called me on 26th May and told me that I have a offer on my number for Rs.1000 where I can get 6 months subscription of all the channels, before the final recharge I wanted to confirm the same and called the customer helpline at 12:09 from my registered landline number and told the executive named "Simranjeet" to transfer the call to the offer department as I need to confirm the package before recharging. He told me that the offer department is refusing to take my call and there is no offer on my no. I've told him that I've got more than 5 calls and I even had a word with the offer department last week but because the details they provided and the details provided by the girl "Shilpa" was slightly different I need to speak to someone there. He said he cant help me and I will get a call back. I am really upset about such behavior. This is not how you should treat your customer I need a proper reply for the same or I will exclate this matter to social media. I run a big blog where thousands of followers are thr.                       I get Tata sky connection on[protected]. This firm sent layman to fit tata sky dish. He could not fit the dish properly. This dish fell down the roof of second floor on[protected]. I called its call centre to make it good. But its customer care servant 'Bala' refused to do it. He demanded Rs.200/- to re-fit it. I want to disconnect this connection with effect from[protected]. You are requested to lookinto the matter and make efforts to refund my proportionate amount with effect from[protected] and disconnect it. Because I do not want to give them Rs.200/- after every week or three days as looting behaviour. They intentionally did not fit dish properly for looting again and again fitting charges...                         I have logged the complain in april & in May, regularly I am in touch with tata sky. my subscriber ID is [protected]. Set top box is very old and now all channels are locked. no channel is coming. I have logged the complain and told them the issue, executive said engineer will come and replace it. Engineer came without set top box and said device need to be replaced, which I have already communicated to them . Every day they commit but nobody landed up till now. I don't know whether they log complain or not. without resolving the issue they are closing the tickets. I am very disappointed with Tata Sky. Kindly get this replaced.

                          Account no. is [protected] in my wife's name Seema Singh. It is multi TV connection. Signal on 2nd set top box not coming since 22nd May. Complaint lodged but not rectified. Technician Mr Rakesh came on 23rd May, assured to replace the defective part of the antenna, but has not returned since then.

                            My name is girish Kedia and my account number is [protected] Well from the past few weeks, I am facing big problem with signals. I call for my complaint and after 24hrs technician comes and try to solve problem but he cannot and leaves me with 60-70% signals where most of the channels doesn't work. This happened for two weeks. On Sunday morning. 24th of may, technician comes and changes the position of DTH but the problem continues. He states that he will come tomorrow with senior technicians. Next day i.e., on Monday 25/05/2015 he comes again and removes by DTH and goes by informing that tomorrow we will replace your DTH with new one free of cost. Now next day comes i.e., Tuesday and no one came to my house. I called the service center again in afternoon and they said me that your complaint is showing on hold Then I called the technician who came to my house. After making so many calls he finally picks up my call and simply tells me that today our office is closed so we will not come to your place. I asked him why did u removed my DTH?. I also stated him that at least few channels were working. And he just hung up the phone and didn't picked after that. I don't understand why the technician removed my DTH without replacement. Another major issue is that on Sunday the technician who came took rs200 from me saying that it's the service charges. I refused to pay as service centre told me that their are no charges if there is no physical damage. Then the technician stated me that company will deduct from your account if you will not pay.. Now here I am sitting with no DTH services for more than 72hrs

On all calls I have face mute not even hold average of more than 20 min, ultimately i had to drop all the calls. As i am also working with private sector with hectic daily routine. Now today 4th day to waiting for your engg visit to check the problem. Please confirm either if you send someone to solve the issue or i have to esclate the matter to next level .And i would quite interested to discontinue your service as they are quite painful and irritating.                                 I Lodged a Complain on Tata Sky Call center regarding to reinstalled my Damaged dish due to strom. As I Lodged the complain on 24th May 2015 at 9.00am and got the response you will contacted soon by Local service engineer and same will be resolved max by 12.00nonn on same day, but till 1.30 pm since no response was there I again call the call center only to get assurance it will be resolved soon. but no body resond again I Called up to call center around 3.30 Pm and this time i was put on hold for long to talk to Mr. Wasim ( head of Call center) and he Personally confirmed that your Complain will be resolved in no time, As I was due to on a tour for Next 5 days ( still out city) I mentioned treat it as urgent, but No avail. The Whole day of mine wasted just to wait for any call or visit of engineer by doing nothing. The Very Next Day I received a call while I was away that Your Complaint Notification time is 9.30 PM on 24th May so Can I Come now, hw could it possible when It was required urgently and I was Given Complain ref.No. in the Morning at 9 am on 24th may. It is Very Disheartning to see your service to Loyal coustomer who with you for almost 9.5 years and often Taking Annual packges of your services.Still wating for your revert... Plesae revert if you Can or should I replace the Service provider with Immd. Effect..

                                  Hi i was cheated by Tata sky team by doing unnnecsaary deductions from my A/C my subscriber id is [protected] There was a problem in HD box from last 1 year and after every 3 months it is facing same problem also there rep told me that i dont have to pay anything for change it was written over service request too but still they deducted 600 Rs i told them to stop my services and refund my amount which also was not done .
