ID NO.[protected]. Since installation problem has come of no signal after every 2-3 months. Their tech. came and said that antena is not installeed at right p, lace as leaves of one tree hindres he signal. Tech. came three times after every 2-3 montdhs and shred the leaves of the treed/ He told that antena has tobe shifted and it requires addl. wire and a connector and it will cost Rs.200/-. now the problem again occured and Tech. came and this time he replaaced the dish of our antena to another antena which was already there and the same wire was used, no addl. wire used and no connecter used, no drilling again done and it took only 10 minutes to do this job. Now Tatasky have dedudcted rs.200/- for this job. It was their mistake that they did not instal the antgena at right p, lace. During this p, eriod we have faced a lot of difficulty and haarassment as we had no signal problem for so many days, even they disconncted our TV signal on 24th May.. Our request is that Rs.200/- may pleasebe refunded to us..immediately..
