not looking after complaint

My name is girish Kedia and my account number is [protected] Well from the past few weeks, I am facing big problem with signals. I call for my complaint and after 24hrs technician comes and try to solve problem but he cannot and leaves me with 60-70% signals where most of the channels doesn't work. This happened for two weeks. On Sunday morning. 24th of may, technician comes and changes the position of DTH but the problem continues....

unnecessary deductions

Hi i was cheated by Tata sky team by doing unnnecsaary deductions from my A/C my subscriber id is [protected] There was a problem in HD box from last 1 year and after every 3 months it is facing same problem also there rep told me that i dont have to pay anything for change it was written over service request too but still they deducted 600 Rs i told them to stop my services and refund my amount which also was not done ....

Regarding technical issue with many Tatasky channels

Cheating done by tata skyby giving wrong information

Re-installation from dish connection is not yet done

Bill Payment Done But no services Available

Discount not given for period with wrong channels.........

I have paid Rs.2, 200 to dealer a/c.No.[protected] through pay atm for tata sky dish with 3 months package. Generally anybody will think if we pay for dish(tatasky) all inclusive where as Tatasky representative given connection with only 2mtr and charged Rs.100 which was debited to our ID No.[protected].
