Hi I am really disappointed with the service provided by your agents of Kudlu Gate Signal with respect to my relocation . I am trying to get relocation done from past 7 days in no vein. The work number (WO# l1WMQ0P) started was closed without even visiting even once . I have made more than 10 calls for customer service and more than 15 calls to local Tata sky team[protected]. And unknown number of calls for installation guy (+[protected] I am making this last attempt to raise to you before looking out for other optinos… Hope to see any action from your side.

    Dear Sir, I am using TATA SKY form Several Years. My Bill Plan is Semi Annual Package. My Last package was expiring on 5th May. I recharge it for Rs. 3800/- as appearing in the system. Now I am getting a call from Tata Sky that, you are not in semi annual Package and your monthly charge is 1134. and you need tp pay Rs. My Complain is that, If I am using Semi Annual Pack, without my Intimation to Tata Sky how can the Company Change the Pack. What ever price appearing in the System I have paid before due date. After taking the Payment from Customer how can the Company Charge a Different Price. This is a Case of Fraud & Cheating . So please help me reading this.

      I have filed a complaint on the 13th APR. I have 02 Tata sky ID's registered on my number. One is [protected] (Inactive) & [protected] (Active) The query was i had done a recharge through Freecharge and by mistake i did the recharge on the inactive number. Since then i have been following up with Tata Sky for the same as at least if they could transfer the amount from one account to another. I have been contacting multiple exec from Tata sky but no one is able to help. Above all they have unnecessarily started debiting amount from the recharge done whereas the Set Top box is not at all active because of which even the Feecharge people aren't able to help me for the same.         There are no any person in Tata Sky to contact us !!! Only Auto generatet mails you have option. Where we have to go ? There is no any contact detail except Call Center !!! Now, All is over, becausu you are not ready to resolve my problem. You are going only with your system. And due to this we are mentaly distrub from last 4-5 days .                   8th may I called a technician visit to repair my remote.The reference no was HZYDIJ4.. But within 24 hrs of service the we found that the remote had a problem.so we called and told to replace it.The next day technician came and told that I had to pay only one time for the service charge amount of 200. But later we found that they credited twice of amount 200 rupees from my account. I called the customer service and told to refund my rupees but they are harassing me for 4 days.The services are now provided by tata sky is so disgusting and the behaviour of customer care services are so much non cooperative.

                    Hello, This is Prasad Pimpalkar here. I am registered member of TATA Sky services. Since last more than two weeks I am unable to watch TV due to blank screen on TV. Sound is on but screen is blank. This is SET TOP Box Problem and I also checked my TV by TV Repair fellow he said the same. I put two complaint request to TATA Sky online but without resolving the issue I can see the status is closed. None is available on Call at helpline and I am really frustrated, Regularly we get reminders for recharges but none has responded to our query. We just received a mail from their end that we will respond quickly but nothing is happened. Please do the needful.

                      I m not able to view any channels on my TV since last 40 hours. i have complained this issue to the costumer care of Tata Sky, but still the problem has not been solved. I am trying to call on tata sky helpline number, but unable to contact any representative because of lengthy waiting ques. i have also not received any calls from the costumer care since last 30 hours. me and my all family members are too frustrated just because of this bad services and irresponsibility from the Tata Sky costumer care.

                        I wanted to remove Active Music and Active Cooking Pack, but on the website there is no option for removal of packages. Apparently, they just want us to add packages and milk more money out o[censored]s. Moreover, the search feature on tatasky website is utterly useless, and I finally had to 'google' my concern to find in other forums that a package can only be removed by calling up there call centre.                             Hi, I have taken annual subsription for Tata-Sky connection.I had renewed my annual connection by paying the whole charges for the year on 25-Aug-2014. The due date for the next renewal is only 25-Aug-2015. But I am getting notifications that my account is getting disconnected from 20-May-2015, which 3 months prior to the acutal due date. Logging a customer complaint by calling Tata-Sky customer care has not been actioned. No executive has called back or clarified on this despite multiple follow-ups. SR Ref.#:SR1-[protected]

                              Result of HD channels are very bad and most of the time I am not able to see HD channels, have tried to complaint on Tata Sky call center, but always busy. Once they have confirmed that we call you back but still there is no response. Facing same issue for last month, and nobody cares. All the time I tried to call at call center its deducting money from my balance and result is ZERO. On top of I can't drop my packages online, all the time I need to spend money.                                 Tata sky is becoming worst day by day. You are not providing us with good signals. We are not able to watch our tv shows, movies and other stuffs properly. Summer vacations are gonna be borring ever. Just improve your signals or keep your service in your [censored]s. Channels hang like smartfones. And also keep your summer bonanza offer in your nose, atleast first provide us with good network and signals. People should not support your service instead they should kick out this service. I'm gonna throw out tata sky if this problem won't fix. Fix it soon or you all are gonna be soon facing a huge loss, honestly speaking. I've missed most of my favorite movies just because of your so called worst service "TATA SKY" . !!!

                                  Sir, my subscriber id is [protected].i am using Tata Sky HD Set top Box. from last 2 months onwards my channels was not displaying it was very difficult to watch certain t v shows, programs, movies etc..All HD Channels, all marathi channels not displaying. i was consulted tata sky customer care but there is no response from them so please understand my problem and solve my set up box problem and make to watch previous channels as soon as possible.                                     I had recharged for an amount of 2100 INR (using my debit card, Union Bank) and the Tatasky executive promised my account would be recharged for 6 months(base metropack and add ons- English entertainment and free regional channels). Now I'm getting SMSs asking me to recharge Rs 60 per month. . When contacted, the Tatsky call center executives say only my base Metro pack has been recharged . On complaining that I have been falsely led to believe I will get benefit of 6 months recharge, they say they will will look into the matter and revert the amount in 3 working days. But nothing has been done . Nor have I got any update from them. I wish to assert that Ms Tatasky have cheated me and used unfair trade practice to force me to recharge. I request that the company use the amount to recharge my account normally OR revert teh amount into my bank account.

                                      My subscriber id is [protected] and work order is 14YNWVB dated 17th May 2015. We are unable to view any channels on our TV from Sunday (17/05/2015). A request for servicing was made on the same day and I was told that a technician would be visiting on Monday at 10 AM. When nobody turned up on that day I made a call to their customer care. After a waiting period of over 10 minutes, a lady attended the call and with a 'could not care less' attitude simply said in hindi that someone would be send the next day. The same story followed the next day and the version of their call attendants now changed to 'complaint has been forwarded to superiors'. When i ask them to transfer the call to their `superior`, a man answered the call and said some one would be sent soon. Till now nobody has come and nobody from Tatasky customer care has bothered to follow up on our complain. I am living in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) city which is by no means a remote place. How long does it take to send a technician? And the worst part is the disinterested-in-customer attitude from their call attended after being made to wait over 5 minutes every time you call them. Its hard to imagine a Tata group company has stooped down to such a level. And you keep on getting repeated messages from them 10 days before the due date of monthly charge amount !!

                                        I, Lakshman Singh Negi, R/o 404B, Shakti Khan-1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (UP) have lodged a complaint in TATA Sky helpline regarding signal problem in my TV on 18th May, 2015 in evening. My Work Order No. is I5J3V6C. I was told that your problem will be resolved on 19th May, 2015 in morning. Then I received a call from local service provider that engineer will visit your home by 12 noon. Immediately I received an SMS that your call will be attended between 12.00 and 12.40 but nobody came till 5.00 PM then I again called at helpline then I was told that by 6.00 PM engineer will definitely come but at 6.15 I again received a call from local service provider that due to some reason engineer is not able to come today. Tomorrow in morning (20th May, 2015) engineer will come between 10.00 and 10.30 AM but not came. At 11.00 AM I again called at helpline. I received reply that it "Your wait time is 2 minutes", till 5 minutes same line was being repeated then it was changed to "Your wait time is 6 minutes". After some time I again called at helpline I received reply that "Your wait time is 2 minutes" till 4-5 minutes same line was being repeated, again line was changed "Your wait time is 9 minutes". Again I called at helpline finally I was connected with Mr. Pankaj at 11.29 AM. He told me that immediately your problem will be resolved but now it is 12.48, no any call I have received regarding this problem.
