sir, With ref. to my complaint dated may 17 2015, I submit that my complaint again has been closed without solving my problem. I again inform you that I am not receiving clear picture, display is in very small and rough letters hardly can be read. The problem started after installing HD boxes on may 10 2015.     Hi, I am raising request for last 4 days for replacing setup box and everytime i am being told it will b done same day.when i ask for the status at end of the day, its being cancelled with "PERSONAL REASON" as description mentioned.Request id is Hzmbyov. customer executives are giving vague information and speaking rudely instead of getting it resolved. Above all, customer do not get any notification for call logged or cancelled.But if you delay in recharging tata sky by few days you will get atleast four calls a day. I am really disappointed with tata sky poor services.

    Poor services.tata sky is fine till the time you dont need to uninstall/reinstall it or need any other service.They will check your patience.

      CUSTOMER ID [protected] I don't when my problem will be solved...whenever I complain y do people from banglore call & ask for details, I have clearly mentioned that I have been transferred from banglore to Mumbai ...its since last month 5 april am trying to get my problem solved I had clearly mentioned to your banglore customer care that we are shifting to Mumbai... so now pls tell whom to contact in Mumbai...your customer care is useless...once your tec had called but due to my meeting schedule I couldn't pick his call... my half year recharge is getting wasted...what are any solution to my problem can you imagine without tata sky for llast 1& 1/2 months in a new city how can we survive...worst of service...worst & shame on you people

        We had requested for a relocation and in the mean time we had recharged for a Annual Recharge of 2, 500Rs. After a loooooong follow up, they did the installation at our new location. Now, after installation, we are unable to watch any channels. The Error msg says, Our tatasky account is Deactivated!!!. Now it is more than a month, stilllllll the issue is not resolved. Every day and night we are calling customer care and they are filing complaint every time but no actions taken to resolve it.. This response is disgusting. We are losing our amount also! Please take this complaint into consideration otherwise we will come and throw the box at your office and Company officials will have to reimburse allllll the amount that we have lost so far.           My customer I.D.[protected] & I have complaint 5 times in last 15 Days regarding my HDR Plus set top box & local service agency will collect defective Set Top box on 5th May 2015 from my house with promise to be replace within 3 to 4 working day but till today Set top box will not be replace . I am very much surprised that company send me SMS of closing my complaint without solving problem on same day in my all 5 complaints & I have inform all happened with me to company custermer care no. to Junior & Senior staff but nobody can give me satisfactory answer and my complaint still pending till today. Tata Group is known for there services but in my case I am very much disappoint & frustrate. Regards Jai B. Golechha

            Hi, I pay annual subscription for the Mega HD pack. I called in on the Tata Sky helpline number on[protected] to report non-availability of HD channels and all english channels including the english news channels. On[protected] i followed up with a reminder call. No action being taken till this afternoon, I called back twice at 13:00 hrs today asking to speak to a supervisor/manager. But, I was not put through to either. It has been four days since I first called in to report a grievance and no action has been taken as of yet. I am contemplating legal redress as well as a service provider change as I am peeved at the conduct of Tata Sky team who were not like this before. I expect speedy redressal and tangible action taken as also compensation in any form.

              I recharged my tata sky on 25th august 2014 for 1 year . But some days ago some channels like ETV Rajasthan, Sanskar which come under my scheme, now does not getting . These channels became locked and there is a message shown on my tv screen that i have to pay for them . There is a reason displayed that tata sky has been changed their some schemes so i have to pay for that . But there is a question that when my plan is going on then there is no law to do so ??? How can they locked these channels for which i had been payed . And also there was no information given by the tata sky regarding this. my subscribed mobile no.- [protected] My plan is = Dhamaal mix ( Rs. 240 per month)

                Tata Sky services as down for the entire 17 floor building. Error faced is "No signal". Complaint was lodged on friday night and the promise was that the technician would be visiting by saturday to sort out the issue. Its been over 2 days and there has been no visit from a tata sky technician. Horrible service from Tata sky

                  You have not completed our relocation request Regn No I3LBHYK. Despite repeated calls to your customer care there has been no response from the local service centre / field engineer. A very poor customer service by Tata Sky. I am still without the installation after relocation and losing money from my account. Request IMDT response.

                    You guys are unbelievable. Didn't expect this bad customer service. Had complained twice regarding momentary but persistent freeze in signals, your so-called experts came and fixed the things. Have been charged twice but the issue is still there. Didn't expect such kind o[censored]nprofessionalism from a reputed company like you. This is the last time i am complaining, after this i'll have no choice but to switch to some other service provider. Need a prompt reply.

                      Tata Sky is worst service provider in this country by far. The Helpline is most effective for taking a new service or even for recharge. My tata sky connection has not been working for over a month, called the helpline atleast 10 times, promises, promises and promises.
                      Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I really hope the tata sky service providers are sued bigtime.

                      We as citizens are always taking the wrath of these service providers, be it a telephone connection or a settop box connection.

                      When will our country reach service standards met out in other developed countries.

                        Unreasonable high charges, Poor service. I have been using tatasky since last 3 years. Every time I was in need of service, I was disappointed by tatasky. My settop box is not working since last 3 days. I was trying to call tatasky customer care but waiting queue was more than 10 mins. Finally some how I managed to speak to customer care representative and booked an service appointment. One day has lapsed but still there is no response from tatasky.

                          Sir, On may 10 2015 offer was given by your call center for installing HD top boxes @590/ each and was assured that HD box will work for LED/old type tvs and it was told that single remote will work for tv/set box. On the same day set top boxes was installed and your official from Hoshiarpur charged Rs.1180/ for twoo set top boxes and without waiting for signal he left our house saying that it will take some time. On receiving signal it was found that quality of picture was very poor and display on the screen was in very small letters and that too very rough and there was no option on the remote for tv set. On may 11th I lodged the complaint and official from your Hoshiarpur office visited and tried for some time but there was no improvement. Heleft without solving the problem and I received a message that my copmlaint has been dropped. Now from May 11th I am lodging my complaints on daily basis on phone no. [protected], with your call centre and by way of email, but till there is no response. I give some references: WO I1HNUC 11/05/15 cancelled without rectification WO I1v4a3 15/05/15 -do- WO I1v4a3 12/05/15 -do- WO I4odjcd 15/05/15 =do- WO I4lkdI8 17/05/15 -do- There are many phones on [protected] but no response. IMPORTANT your call centre confirming all complaints of different dates as 15/05/15 not the actual date on which the complaint was lodged.                           On the same day a guy from your Hoshiarpur outlet installed the HD boxes and received Rs. 1180 and left our home before the signals are received saying that it will much time to receive the signals. After a long time when the sinals were received we were shocked to see that quality of the picture was very poor, display letters are so small and rough that hardly these can be recognized, there is no option on the remote for tv set. I informed your local outlet and on 11 th May another guy visited and checked for signal quality and informed that these HD boxes are only for LCD/LED tvs. My question is that when these are for LCD/LED tvs than these were installed, whereas the sets were shown to your visiting guy as well as it was informed to the guy who called me on 10 th May.
                          From that day i.e. 11 May I repeatedly lodging complaints through phone, email, and missed call on [protected], but all gone in the air. All WO are being canceled at their own level without any visit after May 11. The latest WO I5EM334 dated 18/05/15 was cancelled on the same day without any visit and this happening since May 11.
                          I request the senior authority at HO level to look into the matter and solve my problem otherwise I am being forced to switch over to another service provider.

                            My id is [protected]. Everywhere Package in my login shows Rs 0/- amount for month. This option is not removable on the site. But actually Tatasky is charging Rs 61/- everymonth. This is clear cut cheating. I would like to get refund of all the money they have charged me under this option.

                              I am calling tata sky since 2 days and have called them several times, every time I am put on hold for at least 10 to 15 minutes and the call gets disconnected. I have just moved my house from 2nd floor to 1 st floor in the same building and am trying to call these guys to reconnect my connection. Please can some one help?

                                  My tata sky set top box is not recieving signal since past two months. We called a local dealer who changed our box to mpeg4 and told that it will start within a day. It shows a message which tells that digicard is not compatible with box. Our registered mobile number is also lost and we want to change it. Please see through both of the queries as soon as possible.                                     tata sky have such a bad service. i have been raising my complaint at thier service numbers from past 2 months.I have raised around more than 10-11 complaints .Everytime they assure that some one will come and waste my whole day giving the appointment.Even thier senior managemnet also.And no one comes...Paying for hd services n whole pack since more than 2 months And no signal is coming. so bad service.

                                      My tatasky consumer I'd is [protected] I have recharged Annual Metro pack by paying 4200 on Tuesday 12 may. But I am receiving no service then. I have called these no provided as their call centre but they keep me on hold every time for 15-20 mins. This has been repeated 3 times and I was never connected to any Representatives this calling costed me 50 rs. I have dropped 2 email to nodal officer for which I receive auto generated replies with request no.saying I will be called by them, but no replies or call from anyone. This is very dissapointing and worst service. Why have you Tata Sky people added so many costumer if you cannot serve them. Very very bad service. At least I expect reply on this That too genuine one. Or I will move on with blogging against Tata sky and reach consumer court. Sunil Yadav [protected]

                                        We did payment for 1 year plan. After recharge from last few days, we were able to see some channels only. But now, we are getting the Signal error on our screen. We called tata sky help line number but we get no solution from there. After that today i saw message on my phone, recharge was done for only six months not for full year. But we did payment for full year. Kindly provide solution to resolve both the issues.
