on Apr-21-2015 i had requested for change of base pack from south sports special to south special.
while chaning the pack customer care exectuive guy woring added sony six pack and asking me to recharage for Rs. 235. I informed him that i dont need the sony six channel and i want only south special pack only. But they intially said that they cannot remove the pack. then i raised my concern that why should i pay sony six channel which i dont use. They disconnected call. It happened for 4 to 5 times, they continued to disconnect call when i ask to remove that extra sony six channel.
after tyring so many times, i got connected to their customer care and raised escalation to their manager, he told that he will remove that pack and asked me to recharge only for rs.190 for south pack.
But on May-16-2015, my tatasky connection disconnected and they asking me to recharge me for RS. 235, and tried to call their customer care and they are doing disconnected call when i raised my concern.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
