My tatasky consumer I'd is [protected] I have recharged Annual Metro pack by paying 4200 on Tuesday 12 may. But I am receiving no service then. I have called these no provided as their call centre but they keep me on hold every time for 15-20 mins. This has been repeated 3 times and I was never connected to any Representatives this calling costed me 50 rs. I have dropped 2 email to nodal officer for which I receive auto generated replies with request no.saying I will be called by them, but no replies or call from anyone. This is very dissapointing and worst service. Why have you Tata Sky people added so many costumer if you cannot serve them. Very very bad service. At least I expect reply on this That too genuine one. Or I will move on with blogging against Tata sky and reach consumer court. Sunil Yadav [protected]

    We did payment for 1 year plan. After recharge from last few days, we were able to see some channels only. But now, we are getting the Signal error on our screen. We called tata sky help line number but we get no solution from there. After that today i saw message on my phone, recharge was done for only six months not for full year. But we did payment for full year. Kindly provide solution to resolve both the issues.

      No signal from the Dish and the Dish and Set up box are about 4 months old. No Technician has vsisted after repeated compliants but Rs 200 is charged fraudulently. Further call centre does not take compliants or escallations and were arrogant enought to drop calls 5 times during conversation My tata sky id: ID: [protected]

      Very bad single received now a days. No Technician has visited after repeated complaints. 4 days ago could not received a signal.

        I am 7 year old customer of TATA Sky. Just got a call from them stating that I have to pay 590 / - for buying new set top box with MPEG4 technology so that I could continue watching the channels. This is nothing but arm twisting of existing customers for earning new money. If they have changes their tech platform they should give the set top box to existing customers without charges which they are not doing.

          Dt:16.5.2015 I, Govind Kumar Bhartiya, am using Supreme Sports pack on three set top boxes since last two years and renewing it on time. I was informed over the phone that for further continuity I need to pay a total sum of Rs. 4966.00 for one year, (for all the 3 set top boxes) within the due date. I deposited the amount on 17.12.2014 that was very much within the due date. To my surprise the pack is not in operation and the reason stated by the tata sky officials is that i need to inform them after depositing the money in the account. I was informed over the phone around 12.12.2014 to 16.12.2014 to recharge the account with this odd amount which i paid promptly so that the pack remains continued. But even after repeated request to the nodal and other officials too, it seems they are not interested in solving the problem. The matter is getting delayed. pl. intervene and help.             Hello sir, my name is rameshwari. I took new connection of tata sky hd in sudarshan park. My Subscriber ID [protected]. First the technician told me that u got 10 meter wire free with the installation and after 10 meter you have to pay extraa money. He told me that your house consume 29 meter wire so you have to pay 200 rs. Extraa and I paid it to him with the installtion amount I.e 2240. I have 424 rs. Balance in my tata sky account. But they (tata sky's) cut the same amount 200 rs. For the wire from my balance also. And after calling too times they answerd me to wait. I want to ask one question is tata sky is a fruad?

              At the outset I would like to inform that I have a very long association with Tata Sky. My experience with Tata this time has been bitter. have two connections of Tata Sky and I have written the consumer I'd of one connection that I am using. The subscription for the other was taken last year but could not be used as your personnel who visited us apprised that the other connection could not be used as there is no cable connection in any other rooms. So, in such case I thought that my money Rs 2600/- was safe and will get the same adjusted in my annual subscription. To my surprise when I approached for the same I was shocked to see the rude and arrogant behavior of your customer care executives. One of the executives who was dis-courteous was Mr Om and the other lady I don' t know. You may check the authenticity of my words through your call recording system. Can I have explanation as to why my unused money cannot be transferred? Isn't it unethical on part of your organization. In case you feel a loyal customer like me who has a phone connection, wi- fi connection as well as the dish connection from Tata is not liable for the transfer of funds (my unused money) from the off shoot dish connection to parent connection then please disconnect the connection as a penalty towards the brand loyalty of Tata.                   Dear sir, My subscriber ID: [protected], Digicomp no:[protected], and it was multi TV connection. On 06/05/2015 I spoke to Tata sky customer care and asked to deactivate other two no TVs as we have sent these TVs to some other place. On 06/05/2015 the customer care told that Rs.340.00 will be your package for one month. I have spoken to customer care namely Ankush, Anjana and Puja. Till now my other TVs are not deactivated and my balance is not rectified. Daily i am speaking to Tata sky customer care and the result is zero. Please let me know what I have to do.                     This is a complaint against Tata Sky cable operators. I got their service two weeks back. From past one week I am not getting any signal at all. I raised a complaint first on Monday May 11, 2015. I was told a technician would arrive at my home. From then onwards I am calling them daily and every time I am told a technician would arrive at my home. But till no one has called me or arrived at my home. Finally two days back on May 14, 2015 I asked them to cancel my service and refund my money. They are refusing to do that also. I was told someone would call me to cancel the service. and no nobody has called me till now. Please do the needful. I would switch to another service provider. But please do help me in getting my refund.                       Hi, I m holding TATASKY connection at my home. From 45 days we are facing problem & none of the channels are working properly. Called CC several time, They are raising the complain & Same is getting closed with out technician visit ( they are closing complain that called up Customer & customer confirmed that issue is resolved.. However i have not received any call ). Today i have called CC 6 times pathetic response, none of them are transferring the call, Long hold & further disconnecting the call.. This is the great Services being provided to users by TATA SKY, I want this to be fixed by EOD else it would lead to severe consequences. Just a note ask your employees to wear the users shocks . So at least then can understand the pain.

                        Hi, on Apr-21-2015 i had requested for change of base pack from south sports special to south special. while chaning the pack customer care exectuive guy woring added sony six pack and asking me to recharage for Rs. 235. I informed him that i dont need the sony six channel and i want only south special pack only. But they intially said that they cannot remove the pack. then i raised my concern that why should i pay sony six channel which i dont use. They disconnected call. It happened for 4 to 5 times, they continued to disconnect call when i ask to remove that extra sony six channel. after tyring so many times, i got connected to their customer care and raised escalation to their manager, he told that he will remove that pack and asked me to recharge only for rs.190 for south pack. But on May-16-2015, my tatasky connection disconnected and they asking me to recharge me for RS. 235, and tried to call their customer care and they are doing disconnected call when i raised my concern.

                          Dear sir, My Set top box with TataSky ID [protected] is not receiving signal from the past one and half month. -- I have been noticing that upgrading of your systems is under process. I think as the best DTH service in India you should have planned accordingly that no customer will face problems after at the maximum of 1 week. But now it has been more than a month and we are not able to view most of the channels. -- I have lodged more than 5 complaints through my registered mobile number. I don't know why you people are not taking action against it. This really really hurts us. I don't know if you are realizing the pain that you are giving to your customers. -- i have paid full recharge for month as i could not watch any of the channels which am interested in... complaint ref number:1-[protected]

                                sir, on call form ur side on 14 th may 2015 for about vedic maths offer i refused and not given acceptance for that but as per sms received from ur side and pack has been active in my tata sky amount i comp lent customer care no 2 time 14& 15 may 2015 they ensured that u will be de active above pack and but till date no information and rectification of above but charge's contd. deducted plz look into matter and i am not satisfied ur customer care exec. plz solve my problem immediately thanks's and regard's ajay kumar jain customer id [protected]
