Client cant wait the whole day waiting for your executive to pick up the calls. Yesterday i have received an SMS stating " Invalid Request".     Dear Sir, I Ramsewak Paswan, Subscription id no[protected] recharge my DTH with Supreme sports kids pack amt. Rs.1930/- on dated 15/04/15 @18hrs. we tried for 3-4hrs to get my set top box started but it is not geting start.i tried all your customer care no#[protected], [protected], [protected] but all nos. are only to make customer fool none of them are working. please place only those nos. for customers which are working and please my DTH started.anything which having brand nameTata we consider, best in market.But just because of few people don't spoil the name of Tata. thanks. with regards Ramsewak Paswan Subscription id no[protected] Mobile No.[protected]

      My Set top box with TataSky ID [protected] is not receiving signal froom the past 3 weeks. I lodged a complaint on 7th May during which I was assured that a technician would visit my home the very next day. I received a Work order number HZT01RL. Nobody came the next day. On 11th May I received a SMS with a different work order no .HZT01V0. Nobody came to fix the issue. After waiting for 2 more days. I again called up the helpline 14th May. Still nobody has arrived. My aacount balance has been depleted without me getting any service. I want reimbursement of my wasted money.

        This is regarding deactivation of Active Fun Learn in the last month I have already informed the customer care to deactivate Active Fun Learn and your executive told me that since it is already activated it cannot be immeaditely deactivated. Please note that I have not given any consent for the activation of such above task. Several times I called to the customer care but I did not get any reply rather than automated advertisements. I have offered only Rs. 240 package to watch only the TV channels only.           I have a Tata Sky multi TV connection. My Connection No is [protected] One HD and another Non HD. But since last three months I am not getting HD Services on my TV. I m only getting non HD channels and that too a no of earlier available channels are not available now. I have made the compliant a no of times but nothing has been done to rectify my problem. The customer Care is also not at all helpful rather they are getting abusive.

            Dear Sir, It is to inform that I received a message on my phone no. [protected] that my request completed for Monthly Actve Smart Games and Rs 49/- deducted from my balance. Sorry to state that no such request has ever been made by me. I am not using this programme. It is requested to please get Rs.49/- remitted to account. Further, I was requested a day before to deposite Rs.1500/- for yearly subscription in the existing plan.               replacement of set top box

              I have taken a tatasky HD+ connection in Oct 2014 and i have paid one full year subscription for all the channels.The connection was not working from 14/05/15 and when we lodged a call they came and attended to it on 15/05/15. The technician said that the set top box is not working and as they do not have stock it will take some days. They will replace only when they get the stock. There are many people waiting in queue.                 From last 1.5 months the Tata sky dish subscriber ID no. [protected] is not receiving signals. At least 10 times the same is spoken with customer care center with assurance the same will be done??? every time. Nothing happened. Even my balance payment is also cut without using services. Because of this my LED TV also damage as its on warranty same will resolve free of cost. I am sure due to this Tata sky hardware & software both my have issue & same will be charge to customer only. Through this mail I would like to highlight you that i have never ever seen this kind of service from Tata sky & its really pathetic service experience. If my Tata sky not working within 48 hrs.                   TATA SKY ID :[protected] We are facing lots of problems from last 2 months. Every month we recharge but we cant be able to see our channels properly. Whenever we do complaints to you customer care they keep us on hold for around 10 min and the line is disconnected. We are charged for the calls made It is very disgusting for us. We will not do the payments unless we are confirmed that the channels are properly working or else we have to stop using TATA SKY.

                    I am facing the issue (No singnal message for some channels) for few months and I have registered complaints 4 times but there have been no response from Tata Sky.                       My customer Id shown on the TV was [protected] the day I recharged it, and the next day it was showing [protected], and my balance of rs 500 was wasted on some other number. And this is not the first time, last time it happened, I ignored it thinking I might have seen it wrong but this time I asked my family to check the number too, and the numbers above can't be a mistake. When I called your helpline number about the same, the customer care representative was mocking me by imitating me, and put me on hold for fifteen mins, and never to answer my phone again. My balance was wasted, and being mocked by a customer care representative was not what I expected from tata sky. Kindly look into the same as soon as possible or else I won't hesitate going to the customer protection forum and lodging a complaint.

                          It has been brought to the notice twice previously by telephonicaly as well as by email but again another wrong ID [protected] is displayed on the screen ans incorrect balance and wrong due date of recharge is being shown while correct ID is [protected]. RMN is [protected]. If these kind of things happen to the customer it will defame the service provider i.e.. TATA SKY. Please rectify it.

                            My set top box is not working since 3 days. Inspite of registering a complain and calling everyday to ask them to send a technician, my problem has not been fixed. Its a shame on tata sky who is supposed to be such a big company yet cannot even handle such small issues. I am sure they don't value their customers and are in only for money. Too disappointed. Waste of money and time. It was a mistake to put tata sky. Shame on you!

                              I wish to state that in the month os sept'14-oct'14 had once again called up the tata sky service provider/customer executive and confirmed that the south jumbo annual pack is Rs.7500/- and accordingly recharged fully for the amount of Rs.7500/-. This annual south jumbo pack is being re-charged by me every year since I had purchased the tata sky set top box, for the last 5-6 years. And it used to be automatically recharged for the period of another one year. Presently the same was done by paying Rs.7500/- and the recharge period should have to be one year i.e Sep/Oct'14 - Sep/Oct'15. However suddenly a message had been received in the tata sky message box that my annual recharge/subscription has been debited on monthly basis, and my last month for further re-charge should be 30th May 2015. It appeared as a joke, and hence called on the tata sky numbers and requested what had happened, where in the tele executive told me that I had to initially after re-charge should have again called on them and request to consider the re-charge as annual re-charge and only then they would be considering the same. It again appeared as a rude shock, that why a sane individual with normal thinking invest Rs.7500/- to tata sky for monthly debit, rather than for an annual package. Even if the money had been put in a FD account annual interest would have been paid by bankers, and why I should invest for monthly package debit, by paying one time lump sum of Rs.7500/- is still baffalling me, and more queer is the answers being given by the tele executives, who do not been able to under stand the problem of a genuine customer, who had been with tata sky for the last 5-6 years. Even their superiors have been less helpless saying that if I again would make the amount as Rs.7500/- they would consider for an annual request. This has to be taken seriously, since the individual first calls up tata sky to enquire the rate of annual mega jumbo south package, and after paying the amount, has to use his phone and get the call bills paid by the individual to once again remind that it is a request for annual package. what a crude joke. Further, there has been no intimation through SMS or message of tata sky on their set top box, that the procedure has been changed. without the necessary procedures the consumer has been harassed, and the annual package which had to be for a period of one year i.e. upto sep/oct'15 has been purposely curtailed only till 30th may 2015. is that the consumer has to suffer for the lapses of the tata sky tele executives, or what.

                                a same process followed again. Cant be there any foolproof solution? or consumers have to run behind companies. First companies run behind customers for product sale and then customer is put in hell.

                                  My set top box has stopped working and a technician has told me he will replace the box on Monday. It is Friday and we have been without a TV connection for 5 days. I have requested for a cancellation but it is not cancelled. I have spoken to over 5 representatives and all of them promise the resolution will be done the same day, but nothing. I have no proof of a service request and unable to track any progress. This is an absolute travesty !!

                                    My Tata sky no.: [protected] I have given the complaint against unnecessary charges of Rs.300/- for LNB replacement (but as inquired in market product is around Rs. 100 to 150) & the engineer has not given any kind of invoice of new LNB product. When i have talked to customer support they said they dont have any entry of replacement of LNB. Now they have given me Rs. 25 recharge against my complaint. But i dont think this is satisfactory adjustment. Still i have also not got any invoice of that New LNB.

                                      Hi, My subscriber id is [protected], I have recently shifted to new home and got connection done by society but I am not getting the tatasky service. From two days I am trying to call customer care but no one is picking the call, it just say your call is important wait but 15 minute no response. What kind of service is this, if you can't handle such large service shut down the tata sky and give opputunity to serve better. Got very much irritated, If I can't talk to customer care how do I complain or add anything or do any changes in services.
