I wish to state that in the month os sept'14-oct'14 had once again called up the tata sky service provider/customer executive and confirmed that the south jumbo annual pack is Rs.7500/- and accordingly recharged fully for the amount of Rs.7500/-. This annual south jumbo pack is being re-charged by me every year since I had purchased the tata sky set top box, for the last 5-6 years. And it used to be automatically recharged for the period...

Mini Dish not receiving signals

From last 1.5 months the tata sky dish subscriber ID no. [protected] is not receiving signals. At least 10 times the same is spoken with customer care centre with assurance the same will be done??? every time. Nothing happened. Contacted local delaer at Ponda, Goa, lodged complaint.. Nothing happened. What to do? Come to mumbai & lodge complaint?...

not resolving my issue

My set top box has stopped working and a technician has told me he will replace the box on Monday. It is Friday and we have been without a TV connection for 5 days. I have requested for a cancellation but it is not cancelled. I have spoken to over 5 representatives and all of them promise the resolution will be done the same day, but nothing. I have no proof of a service request and unable to track any progress. This is an absolute travesty...

Unnecessary Charges of Replaced Product

My Tata sky no.: [protected] I have given the complaint against unnecessary charges of Rs.300/- for LNB replacement (but as inquired in market product is around Rs. 100 to 150) & the engineer has not given any kind of invoice of new LNB product. relocation of tata sky

SUBSCRIPTION OF A CHANNEL WITHOUT PERMISSION

TATA SKY executive has subscribe a channel called ACTIVE ENGLISH with monthly fees of Rs.49/-. Painful Tata sky customer service

Now a days Tata sky customer care has set a new trend to harass customers by queuing over phone. Whenever you try to call them for a query you need to wait at least 7-10 mins because all executives are busy and on the top superb thing is, it is not free, your phone balance is draining. Unable to watch Channels from past 2 months

From 08th March 2015 I am having issues with Tata Sky service. I am not able to see the HD and other channels. Have logged many complaints by calling customer care, but no action was taken. I have Tata Sky connection since 2006 and recently upgraded to HD setup box in 2014. My RMN is [protected]. Request your help here, as I have paid for three month package but not able to avail the services....

not received recharge balance

deducted service visit

you have deduct 170/- towards service visit and 100 towards handling charges. TATA Sky was not able to give the channels, they changed the satelite and the problem was of tata sky. and tata sky in their advertisement have clearly stated it is a free service. Please reverse the charges...

unable to view channels

I have never faced such a worst customer care service. They only charges for calling and phone is never picked ny customer care. Only waiting time period increases from 10 mins to 2 mins, after 2 mins it again become 10 mins and so on but call never directed to customer care executive. And this never happen one time. I have called more than 20 times in day. and same thing happen... only charges apply for that long period. I want to Cuatomer...

informed free services later deduct the charges & problem not even resolved

We called in Tata sky customer care no. For unavailability of certain channels as the massage showing on TV that they upgrading there system & hence few channels may have problem so send sms "NS" to 56633. After complaining we received a call from there team, where we confirmed this service is free of cost. But later they deducted Rs. 170/- as visiting charges & channels completely stooped working. We again logged a complaint were again...
