My tata sky reg no. is [protected]. My set top box is not working since last 30 days and I have been calling tata sky since then.
I have registered atleast 5-6 complaints. Every time after 2 days I get sms saying that the No signal request has been cancelled, even though every time I explain them that my set top box is not working.
After screaming to the customer care people (who just receive call because they do not have anything else to do), one fine day last week, I get a call from local technician Mr. Mahesh and Rohit.
They told me that since my set top box is HD+, they do not have a replacement ready so they will order.
I have been following up with them from last week, either they do not pick the call, or say that HD + box takes time.
I am really unhappy with the service which Tata sky is providing. When there is a request for new connection, tata sky people come in 1 day, but when there is a complaint, they take ages to come.
I am really disappointed. I have taken a temporary cable connection since tata sky is not visiting since last 1 month to correct the issue.
Worst worst worst service ever.
