My Sub ID is [protected], I have been registering complaints from 8th may 2015 regarding blue screen on one of my set top box, no body care to respond till now, when I call back for status they say my service request has been closed. Its a complete mess at your customer care ...my recharge is on 25th may & I am seriously thinking to shift on Airtel Digital. Kindly share the contact details of your top officials so that they can be shown the true picture of Tata Sky Services.

    I have given complaint for 4 times that my Tata sky connection is not working it has just stopped since 15 days but still there is no one to help to solve the problem.You have given so much of add that u will give immediate service in any place I.e also free but the main thing is there is no one to serve at all. Is this the service you provide? Is this your excellent customer service? If it is not get solved within 2 days because it is enough time I am giving then I will be forced to cut the connection and switch to another. Thank you for this type of delay service.

      Dear sirs, 13/5/2015 My connection no. [protected]. On13/5/2015 your telecasting services stopped at 16.30hrs abruptly due to rain at my place . After stoppage of rain at 17.30hrs it did not resume till now.I have contacted on[protected] at 18.30hrs, 19.30hrs and 21.45 hrs .On first call i was asked to wait for five to seven minutes which cost me 10rs. and nobody contacted till then i disconnected the phone. At 19.30 hrs i waited for three minutes on line and suggested that due to technical breakdown it may take a hour or one and half hours to resume services. Again i contacted at my cost and did not get satisfactory reasoning for disruption of services from the person at the other end, So i asked for senior officer on line to get proper information, after three minutes waiting it is in vain . TataSky must make customer care nos. toll free so customer can wait for any period of time.Also should take care of ensuring satisfaction of complaints by reverting by phone call to customer. We are using all Tata services for long time without any complaint . so employees must take care to maintain hard gained reputation of Tatas, Thanking you in advance. Prabhat Patel, cust, no.         Subscriber ID- [protected] From 12 April 2015 to 5th May we were unable to watch TV due to no signal complaint. After numerous complaints to tatasky the problem was solved on 5thMay2015. As all other customers we too had paid for 6 months in advance. Now since it was an upgradation process tatasky should compensate for all the 23 days. They compensated only for 13 days, as if they are giving us discount or alms. That is my money which I had paid in advance and these people should compensate for 10 days more. I will go to any extend to get my money back.

          Hi Booked Tata Sky HD on 11th May 2015.Also full amount been paid. Till now No technician have called and visited for installation. Subscriber ID: [protected] Been calling customer care center for days, everyone saying they will send technician within 2-3 hours, but all fake. Such bad service never expected of Tata Sky. I already have Tata Sky connection at another location, Gulbarga, which is working fine and installation was done within 24 hrs. Bangalore Tata Sky team is utter crap at Customer satisfaction. HOPING FOR BETTER SERVICE.

            Dear Sir/ Madem, I Jitendra Shukla the user of your tata sky connection from last 1 and half month from last 10 days my set top box is not working. I am register 2 complaint for that but you peoples just closed the req. we are calling 15 to 20 minutes on your call center after that i am getting complaint number and your field executive directly close the req. If this the service module you are producing than closed down my connection and return my amount I want my money back If this case is not resolved within 24 hours I want my money return back or other wise i escalate this matter in high lavel and i want a action against your executive those are responsible for delay in service.               This is to inform u that your services have become pathetic in Santacruz area and worse than a local cable operator. Pls give me a refund i would like to stop your service. Pls deduct prorata from feb when i renewed the subscription. The services get effected every 10 days. I have to keep calling your help line no one responds. Gopal rao is a boom to mankind and very arrogant. None of the service engineers pick up phones. I dont understand such a big brand and such pathetic service is not appreciated. i dont know whta is your service strategy to existing clients. Also the recorder has been changed twice and my account is debited. If service go out of order every 15 days the engineers keep going to the dish and repair it why not a permanent solution. It is sick as every night we are not sure whether the cable will work - pls call me on [protected] Regards Hansraj

                ID [protected] from a highly satisfied Tatasky subscriber for two years to one on the verge of switching to another service provider thanks to the horrible experience with Tatasky helpline. I wonder if postings on this forum is taken seriously because I see numerous complaints similar to mine and Tatasky merrily continues to mock at customers with making them go through endless promotional commentary before being prompted for your problems. Then starts the next never ending wait ( 10-12 minutes on an average ) before you are connected to a helpline executive. If you have the time and patience to go through this torture then be prepared for even worse. Because after this there is complete silence and zero action. All together a big and bad joke in the name of customer service and helpline. Good luck Tatasky.

                  My tata sky reg no. is [protected]. My set top box is not working since last 30 days and I have been calling tata sky since then. I have registered atleast 5-6 complaints. Every time after 2 days I get sms saying that the No signal request has been cancelled, even though every time I explain them that my set top box is not working. After screaming to the customer care people (who just receive call because they do not have anything else to do), one fine day last week, I get a call from local technician Mr. Mahesh and Rohit. They told me that since my set top box is HD+, they do not have a replacement ready so they will order. I have been following up with them from last week, either they do not pick the call, or say that HD + box takes time. I am really unhappy with the service which Tata sky is providing. When there is a request for new connection, tata sky people come in 1 day, but when there is a complaint, they take ages to come. I am really disappointed. I have taken a temporary cable connection since tata sky is not visiting since last 1 month to correct the issue. Worst worst worst service ever.

                    I had recharged my Tata Sky account No[protected] on last 09/05/2015 online at 09:42 (IST) @ Rs.500.00 and this day on 13/05/2015 again I have recharged my account @Rs.300.00at 10:32 IST. online with a Reference No IG0AADJAL0. But still my account is not showing my recharged amount on it.

                      1.during the updation of tatasky system the signol issues started and till the day its not been fixed properly. we complaint several times, a service man come and fix it but as soon as he leaves d place the problem continues. its a fourth time now that i am compalining. and this time i am choosing this media. we have taken a HD package but we are not getting hd channels whereas normal tatasky channels are sometimes available. so if we are not getting the services than why are we paying for it.since one month we are facing the problem for which i guesss we should get the refunds. 2. and as told we did the miss call to the no. and we got the other msg of deducting money for charity. so how can these guys deduct money for charity without the customer's confirmation. now, i expect that both of my problem be sorted out as soon as possible, else we have to think to switch to the other dth services.

                        Hi, My Tata Sky subscriber ID is [protected]. I recently relocated from Hyderabad to Bangalore. I placed a request on 07-May-2015 for installation of Tata Sky in my new home. I have been following up with Tata Sky customer care everyday and every time I get a response that they will address my request by end of day. Yesterday when I called customer care, they said they have booked an appointment for me and the technician will visit my place today (13-May) between 10 AM to 12 PM. I believed in their words and waited till 12 PM without going to office on time but the technician did not come. They are least bothered about the existing customers because we again have to spend money for the initial if we go for other DTH like Airtel etc.. If you request for a new connection, they will fly to your place and get the required work done within a short time. Service is very bad !! Regards Praveen

                          After upgradtion of the systems, i was told to send a sms if we find any signal problem. I faced the problem, so sent a SMS as stated. Nothing happend all the time, so on 11th May I call up tool free number to learn that I no signal issue has been attended and its closed. This was total news to me. Moving further they booked a new request for service with the guarantee that it will be attended on priority. Until 13th May-15 upto 4pm no one have attended the issue or called to know the status. Today 13thMay-15, I trying to call the tool free number, talked to customer care person, could not get statisfactory response, so requested to connect to his higher ups. The next level person comes on the line, tells let me look into the case puts me on hold and never comes back. After waiting for some time the line gets disconnected. Subsequent try to call, looks like they are putting me perpetual hold. I never expected this kind of service from Tata Sky.

                            My tata sky ID is [protected]. I have lodged my complain more than 20 times now in last 2 months but as usual no interest in resloving it from TATA Sky's end. Its been 2 months I am facing issues of blank screen while viewing the tata sky hd or non-hd channles. Your team has closed the ticket no.-SR[protected] falsely. Mr Khan from tata sky who is your representative in my area is not able to fix the problems as I have called him multiple times and off late not getting any response from hoim or your tata sky customer care. I have paid for 1 year subscription and that seems to be my biggest mistake. Its more than 2 months that I am facing this problem and no one has been able to solve it for me. I have no other option lefct but to go to consumer court and seek for refund of my money and close the tata sky account. its worse to watch TV off late but whats there as you people are not there to solve the problems but deaf and dumbs sitting there. I can provide the video proof anytime of it which i have in dozens with relevant dates on it.

                              I am holding Tatasky DTH connction. From April 6th onwards I am not able to view any channels and I logged a complaint on 7th April, 2015. Till date the issue is not resolved and the amount is deducted from my account. Customer care is not responding to my queries too.

                                  Hello Team, I am having a TATA sky service with Subscription ID as [protected]. I have locked complaint with TATA Sky customer care number of time with a common issue of "ERROR 02" in my experience of last 1 year. TATA Sky provides 1 Year Warranty with their product. Once on my complaint my TATA SKY box was replaced in 3 months of connection. The replaced box was a same model but a USED BOX. I asked for a new box and I was told by their customer care that only old box will be provided if you want a new box that can be done once Warranty is expired with a payment f Rs. 500/-. The replaced box worked fine for one month and then started giving "ERROR 02" again. This time again I locked complaint for box replacement. The box brought by the Service man was 4-5 years old so I refused to get the same replaced as I was assured that same model HD box will be available in few days and then will be replaced.This continues many times on my each complaint. Under such situation I do not understand how a warranty gets expire if I am complaining for multiple times for same issue and not getting resolution. Story continues and I complained again now my connection was out of warranty and I got same model used box with a payment of Rs. 520/- This customer care told to that you will get a sealed box costing Rs. 350/- and I asked for the same sealed box. But what I got was a same model used box. Again A senior from customer care told me cost for box amounting Rs. 2000/-. My new connection was of Rs. 1800/- including Box, Dish Antenna, 10mtr wire, Connector, HDMI Cable, and How can I pay Rs. 2000/- for box only I want to change my box with a new sealed box under warranty and refund of Rs. 520/- from TATA Sky.

                                    My Tata sky connection (Sub ID: [protected] ) is not working since 5th May 2015. I have contacted the call centre numerous times and got Work order number twice (6th May: HYUA07Q; 9th May: I0OMQJA) but both times they got closed/cancelled without any resolution of my problem. On the 2nd time after cancellation, I got an SMS asking me to give a missed call on [protected] in case of “No signal issue”, and when I gave the missed call, Rs 50 was deducted from my balance towards UNICEF Initiative. Request you to close all the issues asap.

                                      your help line nos are great useless waiting period one hour i am complaining from last 20 days but no response from tata sky if you are not able to clear my compaint pls refund my money i have given my case to consumer forum services tata sky id [protected] sushila golecha i am senior citizen i dont have time to call you again / again

                                        My tatasky is not working by showing no signal massage, over more than 1 month. Each alternate day I have to raise a new complaint for the same. As the complaints are get closed by tatasky without intimation. No one has come to my home or call me to address the issue. I put the complaints by all ways by miscall, by calling to customer care centre and by chatting trough tatasky site. My Subscriber ID Is [protected]
