My subscriber id is [protected] and I had made an request to costumer care about the relocation of my tata sky on[protected], but till today no one has come to visit us (I.e.[protected]. And I daily use to call customer care n request them about the same but nothing is happening. I was not expecting such a bad service from tata sky. If you are not able to full fill the customer requests then please stop giving services.

I made work order on 17th April 2015 and still no luck! They don't also allow to cancel subscription! waitting time on customer care service is more than 10 mins

        With respect, We are unable to view certain channels like Utv, Ndtv, Mtv, Dd bharti, sahara 1, History 18, Etv bihar. Many complaints have made and no rectification have been made yet, Company like TATASKY is not attending the complaints properly my hope is sliding down from SKY to EARTH.           My Subscriber ID is [protected] in the name of Jayesh G. Khona. Our Tata Sky services are not working since 3rd of April 2015. We have made a complaint regarding the same on 4th of April 2015 and there after a regular follow up regarding the same to get the things corrected on the telephone nos. advertised by them. We have always received SMS saying that your request has been noted down and WO no. NS[protected] dated 05/04/2015 has been issued and our technician will soon be in touch with you for the same. To my surprise till date nobody has bothered to look into the same. And let me remind the authorities concerned that the company is proudly advertising about their prompt customer services by saying "cricket to next year bhi ayega, and holiday ke liye phir khabi jayenge". There by claiming that their service people are sacrificing their personal priorities for giving a prompt service support to the valued customers. If that is true then I assume that Tata Sky customers are having so many complaints and that these people have still not sorted out earlier complaints so that they can attend to my complaint.(Even after 40 days). On 24th of April we received a message stating that our above mentioned WO has been cancelled and that if we still had any complaints we can call their customer care nos. We tried calling the same so many times but always had to wait for long periods with out any response. We even selected options whereby they promised us that they will call us back if we did not want to waste our time by simply waiting to talk to a customer support executive. But this also has not worked, as no one called back. Will some higher authority in Tata Sky look in to the same and explain us why this lethargy and who should be held responsible for this. And as a customer we feel that there is no value for us and hence should no longer wish to continue with Tata Sky services.

            TATA SKY executive has subscribe a channel called ACTIVE ENGLISH with monthly fees of Rs.49/-. I had told the executive that the connection (Subscriber ID285-[protected]) belongs to our office where this channel is use less and I don`t want to subscribe this. Later I found that the same has been added into my package and additional charge of Rs.49/- has been imposed every month. I have complained the same to them through Chat and Mail but no result. Without resolving the issues they used to close the complain without informing me. The complain Nos. are: SR[protected] Mar 2015 SR[protected] Apr 2015 No one is bothered to resolve the problem.               Now a days Tata sky customer care has set a new trend to harass customers by queuing over phone. Whenever you try to call them for a query you need to wait at least 7-10 mins because all executives are busy and on the top superb thing is, it is not free, your phone balance is draining. On top of that they have unnecessary advertisements during voice over options and to get the option 9 (speak to executives) on voice over u need to go through a lots of option and pain, no direct option, for that you need to wait at least 2-3 mins. Don't know why it is happening now a days. Is it a way to get more money from customer through customer service or you want to loose valuable customers.

                  From 08th March 2015 I am having issues with Tata Sky service. I am not able to see the HD and other channels. Have logged many complaints by calling customer care, but no action was taken. I have Tata Sky connection since 2006 and recently upgraded to HD setup box in 2014. My RMN is [protected]. Request your help here, as I have paid for three month package but not able to avail the services.

                  I managed to get in touch with Tata Sky, Nodal officer (Vinit) for Karnataka region and he helped to arrange a Senior technicion to resolve the issue. Thank you Vinit, Double thumps Up for your assistance and swift reposne on long pending issue.

                  The services has been degraded in last 2 month. Call center agents are Super busy and by luck If I am able to connect to any of the agent, they have a standard dialog "We have register your request on High Priority, and you will receive a call back in next 4 hours".

                  After calling so many times in last two months, I got trained on TS customer care standard dialoges and can manage their customer with the same :-)

                  Jokes apart - Their quality of serivce has drastically degraded. Not sure if there is change in Top management. Now I am seriously thinking to change the DTH service provider, after 9 years..

                  In-case this is read by any TS represntative, pls do not hesitate to call [protected] for a feedback.

IG00ZHPXY9.But my cable not recharged, for the same I too register a complain on tata sky care, and the complaint no. is 1-[protected] on may 10. Still not resolved, and there is no any satisfactory reply from the company. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible, so that I got value of my money Thankyou

                      you have deduct 170/- towards service visit and 100 towards handling charges. TATA Sky was not able to give the channels, they changed the satelite and the problem was of tata sky. and tata sky in their advertisement have clearly stated it is a free service. Please reverse the charges

                          I have never faced such a worst customer care service. They only charges for calling and phone is never picked ny customer care. Only waiting time period increases from 10 mins to 2 mins, after 2 mins it again become 10 mins and so on but call never directed to customer care executive. And this never happen one time. I have called more than 20 times in day. and same thing happen... only charges apply for that long period. I want to Cuatomer care call to my number ASAP. My Subscriber ID:[protected]

                            We called in Tata sky customer care no. For unavailability of certain channels as the massage showing on TV that they upgrading there system & hence few channels may have problem so send sms "NS" to 56633. After complaining we received a call from there team, where we confirmed this service is free of cost. But later they deducted Rs. 170/- as visiting charges & channels completely stooped working. We again logged a complaint were again they confirmed its free of cost. But channels are still missing. I logged complaint on live chat as well as on Akosha but as usual no reply. The last massage which I received is as below: Akosha Team has updated on your Tata Sky complaint with the ticket number :#2553398 "Dear Shraddha Mishra, We are coordinating with Tata Sky regarding your complaint, the details have been forwarded to them and is under process. Request you to please wait for few days . Let me know if you get any call or email directly from them. Warm regards Mona Jha Akosha Team".. Please look into this

PB NO:-2424 HEBBAL BANGLORE-560024 & Mr.Rajinder Singh SGGS Satelite Services, 5-Numberdaar Market South City.N-BLOCK Gurgaon Notice before filing the complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 Sub:- Notice for Least bothered and deliberation in Service to the Highest Dis-Regard. Reg:-No services from TataSky due to faulty 2 Tata Sky Boxes {1-HD Recording 1 HD}leadng to damage to TV also Sir, This is to bring to your notice that your company is making us suffer due to a defective Tata Sky Boxes for no signl services as declared by your visiting technicins BUT not being given to them by Mr.Robin Thomas. After 60 E mails to the various heads including yourself and uncountable telephonic calls/talks the results are nil, and the TV are lying dead since 143 days stating clearly at your least bothered attitude –a Highest deficiency in the Deliberation of service caused by Tata Sky. E mails have been and are being sent daily to you till date and only we receive Auto replies from your company. Three hard copies have also been sent to you by speed post but there has been no bother from your end to reply back also. Telephonic calls have been made to your officers on – i.Mr.Rajinder Singh ii.Mr.K P Singh iii.Mr.Dharmender iv.Mr.Puran Chand v.Mr.Robin Thomas The Tata Sky Boxes have caused great loss and damage to the TV's is being taken by your department very very lightly, whereas it is their duty to feel responsible and act swiftly, It has been nearing 5 months and we are unable to receive the signals and telecast of TV due to the defective boxes. Even demo box and a replacement HD+ sent do not work all in the knowledge of all but NO BOTHER It is really a very shocking attitude of Tata Sky a company of repute and fame which is behaving in such a manner and not trying to do the needful and all loss should be borne by the TATA SKY Company and should immediately do the needful We have cooperated to the maximum. The Tata Sky Boxes issue which is a mere replacement to sort the matter is and has been delayed by Tata Sky Mr.Robin & Mr.Rajinder Singh in deliberation which is termed as The Highest Dis-Regard in Service in Deliberation. I have reported the above matter to you several times on telephone and sent E mails, but despite all my pleadings you have not made any effort to replace the goods and are committing a high degree of deficiency in services. Which is indeed regrettable and highly un business like. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of- Duty and failure and neglect to replace the same I have suffered losses / incurred expenses of created by your defective product. Which you are liable to compensate to me. You are hereby finally called upon to:- [i] Refund Costs of 3 Tata Sky Boxes viz: 1Tata Sy HD Recording 2 Boxes are HD And Refund the money taken for service not rendered for 143 days till today. AND [ii] pay compensation for financial loss / interest suffered due to your Negligence in the sum of Rs.2 Lacks. [iii] pay all legal charges to occur Rs.40000.00 [iv] pay all logistics charges Rs.35000/- already occurred and to occur in the process of the same till disposing of the case by the Justice department of the Consumer Forum of Redressal. [v] compensation of Rs.2 lacks for causing mental stress, tension and agony. With interest @ 24% per month within SEVEN DAYS of the receipt of this notice failing which I shall be constrained to initiate against you for Redressal of my aforesaid Grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the Consumer protection Act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences please note.                                     My complaint of NO Signal was attended by technician, Name - Vishal, Mob No - [protected] on May 12, 2015. I was not at home and my wife attended his visit. I talked him over phone from office. After inspection of Dish, he informed me that one no of NUT out of set of 4nos was detached and not in place. He said, he don't have such nut with him. Unprofessional Service Proof No 1 here, for normal repair, parts which are required to be carried by these technicians during customer visit were not with this guy. He told me that he will call me back on 12th May evening once he verify it this nut is in their stock at their stores. But as a practice o[censored]nprofessionalism, he did not call me back till now, ( i.e. May 14, 2015). Just now I myself called him and asked why he did not call me back, then he was not at all serious and not even feeling ashamed. On above, TATA SKY has closed my request on May 12, 2015 itself, saying it is resolved successfully. When I received service feedback message about TATA SKY, I reported it as NO - means not satisfied with service. From yesterday, I have received three calls asking for the clarification of my non satisfaction. All three calls got cut due to connectivity problem and they did not feel to make it complete by calling back again me. When we make call to customer care center, then we keep on hearing recorded message for 10 - 15 min at least and it feels that we have only TATA SKY as a life time priority. Such a shameless and unprofessional manners these people are...

I have given complaint for 4 times on customer care number, but everytime I call they are not reply and always recoreded message playing waiting waiting waiting. TATA SKY STOPS TOLLFREE NUMBERS and I call with chargeabal and the playing recorded message for their promotion and we are waiting for receive our call.

                                        I have taken new tata sky DTH connection on 3rd may 2015 and now a days it gives a message like payment due date as 19th May. I was told that first month subscription will come along with the initial charges that i paid which is 1840 And the Hindi-Marathi package is activity as they said it is free.
