My complaint of NO Signal was attended by technician, Name - Vishal, Mob No - [protected] on May 12, 2015. I was not at home and my wife attended his visit. I talked him over phone from office. After inspection of Dish, he informed me that one no of NUT out of set of 4nos was detached and not in place. He said, he don't have such nut with him. VERY POOR SERVICE -NO SIGNAL

Payment due date very early

I have taken new tata sky DTH connection on 3rd may 2015 and now a days it gives a message like payment due date as 19th May. I was told that first month subscription will come along with the initial charges that i paid which is 1840 And the Hindi-Marathi package is activity as they said it is free....

Hopeless Customer Services

Dear sirs, 13/5/2015 My connection no. [protected]. On13/5/2015 your telecasting services stopped at 16.30hrs abruptly due to rain at my place . tatasky paid only half of the nonview days due to upgradation process

As all other customers we too had paid for 6 months in advance. Now since it was an upgradation process tatasky should compensate for all the 23 days. No Installation even after 3 days

Horrible experience with Tatasky helpline

ID [protected] from a highly satisfied Tatasky subscriber for two years to one on the verge of switching to another service provider thanks to the horrible experience with Tatasky helpline. I wonder if postings on this forum is taken seriously because I see numerous complaints similar to mine and Tatasky merrily continues to mock at customers with making them go through endless promotional commentary before being prompted for your problems....

Worst customer care service ever

Recharged amount not shown in my tata sky account.

No Signal since Apr-

No signal issue from 40 day and amount deducted
