    After tata sky sales person convinced me on phone that i will get installation of tata sky new connection done within 24 hours in Bangalore, i paid full year package charge of 5850 rupees via credit card on IVR. My subscription id: [protected] I got call from Tata Sky within five minutes saying that due to Local Cable Operator issue, installation can not be done. So i requested to refund full amount or do installation within 24 hours as it was promised. She promised to call me back in 10 minutes. It has been more than 24 hours now, and i have not got any callback. Also, if Tata Sky can identify that installation cant be done within five minutes of payment, why do they promise for installation in 24 hours at the time of selling? Its a big cheating from Tata Sky. I had to call tata sky 9 times today and had to wait more than 10 minutes every time. Despite that i could talk to customer care only thrice. On first two time, i was not offered any help. Only on third time, i could talk to floor supervisor. He told me that i have to get no objection certificate from Local Cable Operator!! On contacting my society manager, i got to know that no such approval needed in my society. Tata sky is just trying to cheat/fool me. Yesterday, customer care promised me refund within 24 hours. Now no one is even bothered to respond my phone call on customer care. Full silence, no response at all when i call customer care. I dont want any service from such unprofessional firm. You are creating a red spot on reputation of brand TATA. Kindly complete full refund process today itself.

      I am the old consumer of Tata Sky and my consumer number is [protected]. I am taken this connection for my farm house located at Alibaug. There is one dealer available by name Sai Electronics and owner name is Mr. Vinod Bhoir. His shop is located at Chondhi, Taluka - Alibaug, District - Raigad. Every time he is taking extra money from all Tata Sky Customers on every recharge. Sometime we are facing nightmarish experiences. He provide service if customer is ready to pay extra money for that. He is very rude in nature and feeding wrong instructions in consumer about Tata Sky Service. Toady I refused to give him extra money on my recharge (EVERYTIME I GIVE AT LEAST RS. 100 ON EVERY RECHARGE). Unfortunately, some technical error has been occurred in my connection. So I requested him to send technician to attend the same. But he asked me to pay Rs.1000 for that and told me that i[censored] send request to Tata Sky then they will take more than 15 days to send their technician. He is ready to send his personal unauthorized service man to attend this issue by taking Rs. 1000 from me. Is there corruption strated in Tata Group also...???? Dealers are statred aksing for bribes for new connections, problem solving, service etc. Should I go for any other option of D2H service...??? Thanks.         Dear Sir, Till February 2015 I was residing in Mumbai and having Tatasky connection wit subscription ID no-[protected]. This subscription was in the name of Mr. P V Krishnamurthy. After he left the house, i took over/ occupied the same and registered my cell no. [protected] with this subscription Id. After February 2015, I shifted to Indore (MP) permanently and subscribed / purchased new Tatasky at my residence at Indore. Here my Id is [protected]. Here also I registered my cell no [protected]. This is creating all problem. I am unable to online recharge, add/delete new packages through my cell. My request is kindly delete/ remove my cell no [protected] from subscription Id [protected] and let this no be continued with my new subscription Id. I have otherwise no issue and fully satisfied with services of Tata Sky here. Kindly acknowledge. Vikas Pande

          This is my third complaint & many time I had discussion with your help desk executives. Last year I took Annual Mega pack in the month of April/May 2014 valid up to 3rd May 2015. Since then my balance was reflecting in negative amount. I talked to your helpdesk that time itself, I was informed that it was mistake from there end and need not to worry, your subscription validity is up to 3rd May 2015 and it was continued since than. I recharged on 28th April 2015 to continue my annual mega pack with Rs 7500/. But balance was shown on same i.e. 28th April 2015 Rs 1592 (After deducting the negative amount as was reflecting since last year due to mistake in your part ). I talked to your help desk atleast 7/8 times to solve the problem but so far problem has not been resolved. You please check my account for last one year accordingly correct my account balance. I believe this problem will be solved at the earliest. Such type of mistakes unnecessary create problem to customer and bad name to TATASKY. Regards

            This complain is with respect to my Tata Sky ID no [protected]. I have recharged my connection with an amount of Rs.200/- on dated 26/04/15 but the connection was not charged for which i registered a complain on 26/04/15 with work order no.-HUEOTHO, still the connection was not started. Again i registered a complain on 09/05/15 with work order no. 10GK342. The connection was finally started on 09/05/15. Therefore i should be given 15 more days against my recharge value dated 26/04/15 as the connection was not provided for 15 long days due to negligence and issues related to Tata Sky. I look forward for a suitable action in this regard.

              Dear. I am a subscriber of tata sky from past 7 years my subscriber I'd is [protected] and I have been pressed by the customer care team and your team of technician to write it to you so that some solutions can be carried out. So the problems goes on like this- I came back from work on 4th may and saw the inside tatasky wasn't working I own a multi TV connection (one is working fine), I waited for some time as the weather out was cloudy, then tried all my combinations to switch the device off and restart it but still wasn't working I tried doing the same for the next full day when the weather was clear, so thought of launching a complaint with customer care. So on 6th made a complaint and requested whether your technicians can visit us at 6.30pm he said I will take your request for the same. Next day on 7th may afternoon I received an sms that your visit is scheduled around 16 .00 hrs on 8th may, then later at night I received an sms that it is scheduled between 10 to 10.40 am on 8th. I kept waiting for your technicians visit till 11 am to launch another complaint. Then left my house for work at 12 pm ( i applied for half day leave). Got a call from one technician ([protected]) at 1 pm saying what time can i come i said i waited for you for good 3 hrs you didn't come so plz come tomorrow morning at 11 am. He said he would require a reminder for which i said ok i will remind you at 10am. 9th may 2015 i called up this guy at 10 am his phone was switched off till 10.32 am when i had a luck of speaking to him again. The person picked up the call an said i don't have your complaint but still i will come around 2 pm, i said we had a word yesterday and you said i will come tomorrow morning as per your own convenience on which i said ok. The person said i was on leave yesterday. On which i said look i have Already wasted one half day leave yesterday and had put another half day today please come and fix it so that i can start my day or else will speak to Customer Care on which he said you do what you want to i won't be able to come. I called customer support again had a word with sanjeev a senior guy he assured i will get a call in an hour, after an hour didn't received any call so called up customer support again and this time had a word with Abhishek a senior guy again he said i won't give you fake promises and calls are fixed up by technician only so not possible in an hours time but can give you an assurance that your problem will be solved by 3 pm today only (9th may).on which i said i have wasted 2 half days leave just to make sure this damm thing is fixed but nothing happened, i challenged abhishek that i will be happy if your technician calls me by 3pm instead of visiting. No calls what so over no visit till 6pm on 9th may 2015 then called up customer support again and had a word with Sashi a senior lady again. And explained the whoopee episode. Yesterday i received a msg Hello, Your WO no.HZ7VENVdated 06/05/2015 20:29 has been cancelled. Please give us a Missed call on[protected] if you are still facing No Signal issues Wow now that's wonderful you call us a premium customer and after calling you for more than 20 times from 6th may to 9th may and got only one call from your technicians. When i talk about the turn around time (TAT) on every complaints Sashi said there is no such TAT we are following. Really worried for what sort of complaints addresal mechanism is this. I am really really pissed off with the attitude of your customer support team and the technicians. If this is gonna continue i would request you to kindly refund my money which i paid for the year and also towards the device. I would better have a cable wala and then will expect the same kind of service from him. Plz do the needful within couple of days and as per my convenience this time.                 Dear Sir, I am fed up from tata sky service with in one month only. Since last two week tata sky is not working. I called multiple time to call center as well as that person who installed the tata sky set up . No body is responding and their behaviour is not right . Please do the need full or disconnect tata sky and bring back my money.

                  Dear Concern Team, Just wanted to bring in your notice that myself Parikshit Kumar was a 4-5 years old Tata sky customer.Recently i have moved to my own new flat in Kadugidi from HSR layout and asked the customer care team for relocation. It took more than 2 week to respond me back and that was also like a casual/careless response. Still your local tata sky person was trying to convince me to wait for some more time. finally i got fade up and decided to go for dish TV. Now i am happy with their response. I wonder when u r giving such pathetic service in the city like Bangalore then what will happen with the people in small town or villages.

                    customer id:[protected]As i have registered a complaint regarding i am unable to see Marathi channels as well as news channels and some other channels though i have paid and recharged for the channels, regarding some technical issues please send your technician to my address to resolve this problem hence i will stop using tata sky for the bad service, as kept calling to your customer care but they did int response to my complaint and i am unable to see the above channels for last 2 months .please let me no for the above complaint or i will stop using tata sky. As my due date is on 21/05/15 .

                      I am very annoyed with the type of customer services you are providing. From last 7-8 days I have been trying to fix a request but in vein. On 5/ 6th of May I called the customer care for the activation of multi TV. Due to some technical issues, I was not able to view the channels, so on the same call, within 2 minutes I told the cust care executive to deactivate the multi TV. It has been 8 days that it is not deactivated. If the multi TV can get activated in less than 1 minutes then it can also be deactivated in 1 Min!!! I have called 6 times to the customer care & got the same reply that it will get fixed within 24 hrs. But it has been192 hrs now. I need a proper written reason that WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED DESPITE OF SO MANY CALLS FROM MY SIDE. And moreover many times during the call, my calls have been disconnected delebrately by TATA SKY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE.

                        Tata sky ID : [protected] From the above complaint my account amount got deducted and adjusted in relocation of Tata sky antenna. Actually we were not able to watch tata sky program. Later complaint registered and resolution kept in front of Tata sky higher official. Now matter got resolved, Officer reversed the amount deducted and I would like thank you for whole team. Suggestion : Train customer care executive to take proper complaint.

                          Since many weeks, my Tata Sky HD+ box has not been functioning properly, and the problem is still not rectified. I first filed a complaint on April 22nd (WO # HS74WV6). Tata Sky gave me an appointment but nobody showed up. The appointment was moved to 23rd 5PM, but the concerned technician showed up at 8:30PM. He diagnosed the problem to require replacing the box and asked to come next day. But for next 2 weeks, nobody showed up. I filed another complaint on 7th (WO # HZGA8ZH) specifically asking to send a technician with a replacement HD+ box. I get an appointment for 10PM, but again nobody showed up. Technician called to ask what the complaint is about. Every time I call Tata Sky or someone from Tata Sky calls, I have to explain the problem again. I don't understand why the complaint details are not forwarded to the technicians directly. Today, I called Tata Sky again and was given an appointment of 11:30AM, but again nobody showed up. When I called again, I was told that the technician will come at 2PM. I don't know whether anyone will come. When I complained about this, the Tata Sky person disconnected the call.                             Sub: Adding charge of Active Music for Rs.49/- with out my consent Ref: my consumer ID of TATA SKY [protected] C Susheela Devi To day I have renewed my tata sky connection for Rs.190/- which is supposed to be valid till 14.6.2015 as per the package offered by you. To my surprise I got a message saying the next renewal is 01.06.2015.What is the basis for this. 2) I have not subscribed for Active Music for Rs.49/-. Tata Sky on their own debited to my account. If they do not have businness or having financial problems they can closed the business and go away but not cheat the customers like unwanted debits with out customer knowledge. 3) I wanted justice for this.

                                My ID [protected] Signal problem from 04 April 2015 and not repaired After so many requests and money is being deducted regularly. We are trying to complain on the helpline but that is automated radio voice. Nobody is attending the compliant and services of Tatasky are horrible. My experience that the services of Tata Sky must not be used by anybody in the universe. Tatasky serves totaly bakwas

                                  1. I had requested 1 week ago for unsubscription of 2nd tv connection. But till date it is still active. Why should i give extra money for unreponsiveness of tata sky. 2. Whenever i try to chat with them on line through helpdesk in tatasky website, after keeping me in que for long time, when my number comes they pop up a message that tatasky service is unresponsive now. 3. Their consumer no. [protected], [protected] and [protected], otherwise claimed to be 24x7 service, is not reachable.

                                    Hello, I have requested for termination a week back. But there is no response despite many follow ups. They keep telling that the application team will call me in 24hrs. But, that 24hrs didn't come yet. I am in a hurry to packing my things. The termination of tata sky connectconnection is painful activity. Pl do the need fulfull.

Even if I have not applied for active smart games you have been charging for the channel .also you are charging for the channel 525 but I am not able to view the channel ..in online request I had requested to stop active smart games .but it is yet to be materialised .So I have stopped contributing my monthly charge .my monthly charge should be Rs.238 including Channel 525. please refund all the amount for active smart games and activate 525.or else you take back your connection Yours dissatisfied customer Aswini Kumar Dash [protected]

                                        When I am trying to contact customer care executive no one respond my call. I had wait for almost 30 on call but still call keep goes on getting charge but no person pick it. Another scenario is when while call going recording says press 1 if you wish to get call from us, I press one but no call from B party. So its totally fake. I have tried hell of time to contact customer care executive but no response at all, finally I am really fed up. I am not able to get proper services. There is no regional offices in city where I can go and register my complain.
