This is with reference to service provided by Tata Sky. I am a subscriber to Tata sky services since last 10 months & services got interrupted since last 45 days due to their technical up gradation. I have tried calling them couple of times at their call center, but I was getting a message that their call center is getting clogged/congested due to up gradation of service. I had to wait for long time to talk to a representative. There was another option, where I can give a missed call to [protected] so that my complaint will be raised. I gave a missed call and raised a compliant on 3rd of April vide WO No. NS[protected] My compliant was closed on 9th of April without addressing the issue. I got a text message stating that if you are not happy with the service, please send message "NO" to [protected] - since my issue was not addressed, I sent message "NO" to this number. Again, another work order - NS[protected] was created & same was closed on 21st April without technician's visit. Again I have followed same process as mentioned above. One more work order was created on 22nd April - HS6S3TI, but technician didn't turn up. Finally a technician called me 26th April stating that he will come around 6 PM. He made me to wait till 10 PM, but didn't visit, he also closed the work order without addressing the issue. When I asked him the reason for closing the ticket, he mentioned that there are so many calls which he need to attend, but due to excess calls he is not able to attend, hence he closed the ticket. Finally, another complaint was logged on 26th April vide work order - HXUT8FD which got addressed on 4th of May after repeated calls. Please note, during these period I have made calls to call center "N" number of times where I had to wait and spend few hours of my valuable time. Many times, customer support rep was disconnecting the call & I had to call again and follow the entire process of approaching the representative. •I had spent so much of my time to call and follow up on my complaint which leads to frustration - shouldn't this be compensated? •I waited for technician for about 4 hours on 26th April where in technician didn't turn up. What about value for our time? •I have paid 1 year subscription in advance, but my service got interrupted in between - Tata sky call centre rep was communicating that it will be compensated till the date the issue is addressed - what about the programs which we missed? shouldn't this be compensated? •If service was interrupted for short period - 1-2 days, it is acceptable, but in this case, it was interrupted for more than a month. On top of this, no one is bothered to resolve - what is the alternative course of action I have? As on today, service would have been restored, but we have to spend so much of time and effort even after paying 1 year subcription in ad0vance. Please let me know how Tata Sky service provider will be penalysed considering this pathetic service. Regards Ramnath - [protected]

    I have been receiving this issue from past one month.i have 4 tata sky connections in my house out of which three are not receiving signal.only the main set top box recieves signal.my user id is [protected]. I have been contacting MR Ranjeet kumar who is the area incharge for tata sky and he has been ignoring the matter. Kindly look into the same!

        Hi moderator - I register the request for installation of my tatasky on 10th May 2015, with work order reference number I106S5Z. I did not receive any call from their end within 24 hrs which they promised to. On 11th afternoon i again call them for the service and they responded that the appointment has been fixed (as per their server), but in actual i didnot receive any call from their end (till 04:22 PM; 11th May 2015). Still i am waiting for the paid service. Is it really not possible for them to keep their words. Wity regards

          My Tatasky Id is [protected].A month ago due to no signal problem a servicemen came and checked and told us that LNBF is damaged and needs to be replaced for which we agreed and paid Rs 330 and Signal issue was solved.Fortnight later signal problem propped up again and i went to check connection and was startled to see that the servicemen had put SUN DIRECT LNBF instead of TATASKY LNBF.I phoned him for which he did not respond.I tried calling call centre to register the complaint but it was too busy.I expect tatasky to solve this issue very soon or else i will take due action.I am attaching Photo proof also.

            I have been complaing to tatasky call center for last 2 weeks regarding channel viewing problem. I called them twice a day. every time I have been told that technician will come and solve your problem . but nobody come till date. I am getting messages form tatasky for complaint number and then for visit scheduld and last for fulfilling of complaint and asking for feedback where is there is no such visit done by their technician then how come complaint is fulfilled ? I am really fedup of their services. I hve four connections of tatasky. every connection has same problem same issue.. Pl. solve

              I have been facing issues in watching the television and regional channel i.e Marathi channel from past one month, as I saw the Ad on television regarding the update they are going through, has asked by them I raised a complaint in March 2015, work order number NS[protected] I had received message that installer visit for work order is scheduled beween 22/04/2015 07:10 &07:50. I was waited for the tech from their side come down and fix the issue, but till today i.e up to 11.05.2015 no one has turned up from their side . I called the customer care number again and since they had a long wait on line, I requested for a call back . When i tried to contact Tata sky customer care for a complain, simply i lost my mobile balance but can't talk to any person. Every time the estimated time increase instead of decrease. Simply they taking our money in gently manner. Whenever I am trying ur customer care number it was keep coming busy and my recharge amount also going for a toss. I am not able to see all regional channel from last one month. I contacted Tata Sky customer care 9-10 times. On every call I found waiting time of 15-20 minutes which is quite frustrating. Every time when call got connected after 20 mins of waiting, either the voice is not clear or customer care is not getting my voice. It happened almost 7-8 times. When I put call back request, the call centre person never call me till today During conversation again same voice listing problem happened and call got disconnected. Can I go to consumer court for the same because recharge is regularly paid by me.

                I have ordered for Dhamaal Mix package since one year. The payment was supposed to be Rs. 240/- But with the passage of one year i found the package charges have been regularly hiked without any rhyme or reason and this month i have been told to pay Rs. 409/. I do not get anyone to lodge complaint. The company does not provide any number to contact and lodge complaints nor does any one call me as they always mention. It is a serious complaint. If the company does not contact me within 2 days I shall have to approach consumer court. Regards, Rhama Parthasarathy

                  Dear Sir/Mam When i tried to contact Tata sky customer care for a complain, simply i lost my mobile balance but can't talk to any person. Every time the estimated time increase instead of decrease. Simply they taking our money in gently manner.

                    Dear Sir, I have done recharge through net banking on 9th May 2015 an amount of Rs. 480/-. But the same has not been credited in my tatasky account till date (after 48 hours) Initially, I was asked to wait for 2 hours, then for 24-48 hrs and now I have been asked to wait for 5-7 days for refunding of amount to my bank. till that time I am unable to view the TV, or I must do a second recharge online. or go to a dealer. In this age of on line transactions, this is ridiculous and taking the customer for a ride.your recharge process is very tedious and customer unfriendly. It must be improved drastically, else you will be also one the mill company. My videocon experience has been excellent. Dr K K Raheja [protected]

                      Sir/Madam, My subscription id is [protected], the previous day your customer service called up and told me about activating active fun learn channel, which I politely declined. But regardless of my objection the channel was activated . I'am really disgusted by your service ethics and seriously thinking of disconnecting your service because of this deceitful behaviour of of your organisation . I hereby notify you to cancel active fun learn channel along with its freebies.

                        After a vacation due to ssc exams of my daughter I recharged my TATA sky connection no.[protected]. Surprisingly various channels have automatically stopped visible with message on screen that this channel is not subscribed etc. You may please verify from your data about the package that i had subscribed. Also the message box is not visible. I can not see the message box clearly. Have been trying to call toll free customer care but its not reachable and also the complaint could not be register. Since i want to charge for a whole year package, need to solve the entire problems. Kindly ask your tata sky customer care centre executive on my registered mobile no.[protected] or at my alternate mobile no. [protected] as soon as possible.

                          On dt.09.5.2015 without my permission your executive have activated "Active Smart Games" and deduct Rs.49/- against my ID No.[protected]. On dt.10.5.2015 your executive have called from Mobile No. [protected] to my registered mobile No. [protected] at about 03.27 PM and at that time I was on busy with other important works, so I disconnect the call. After some time I have tried to contact to your executive telephone [protected] but the said mobile no. was busy, so I could not contact with your executive. After that, some other channels like Life OK etc. are received in my ID No., which I could not subscribe. This is purely illegal. Therefore, I request you do not add any other channel against my ID No.[protected] and please refund my money Rs.49/- to my account. If it is not possible on your part, then I will bound to disconnect TATA SKY.

                            My subscriber id tatasky id [protected] I am senior citizen and automatically they targeted me and hardly hear anything over phone . They activated add on english movies package When i never ask them too cancel and now i want to deactivate it they say cannot till one month as it was locking period one month I dont think this is acceptable.

                              hi. My connection I'd no is [protected]. Connection is in the name of Nikhil Sunny. The connection is in Bangalore. I had given a connection relocation request on 1 May and till date connection hasn't been relocated. I have been tats sky customer care twice everyday but no response has been received. Once a person called up that he will be coming up to setup the connection but he didn't turn up for two days even if I have been calling him regularly for two days. Now that person replies back that he is not lookin after that connection. Customer care has been replying back every time that they have escalated the issue and it will be resolved soon with a person visiting my place. Need your help in sorting this out asap.

                                I have book a new connection of tatasky on 08/05/2015. but tatasky has not installed on my address. I recived SMS on my phone on 09/05/2015 that my tatasky plain activatied and next duedate is 07/06/2015 but tatasky is not installed on myadd.

                                  On 29th march in my tata sky on channel number one offer is showing about to give missed call to number and in 1500 rs you will get 1hd box and 1year subscription free and on that day i give miss call and one engeeneer came and fix hd box and take old one box with him and i did not get my 1 year subscription and i complaint to tata sky helpline they said that you will recieve one call back from our executives but i didnot recieve it till now after so many complaints

                                  Bad service of tata sky my suggestion is not to buy tata sky product because there service is worst

I have purchased new Tatasky HD connection in 2013, while I was worked in tatasky call center. As per company employee big pack was running in my account. After one year I left the company, but my big pack was running. I know very well after left the company the big pack will stop. then when i want to recharge I can. If there is any problem they have to inform me by my register mobile number [protected] & on mail id rakesh.[protected]@gmail.com. Now I want to recharge my account, but I got information that my account is deactive & never will activate. thats why I want to lodge this complain against Tatasky. plz help me ...

                                      Dear Sir/Mam, I am your customer since 2009 and currently I am facing issue with the set top box which is not getting on and I have logged a complain also on this vide w/o number IOLMK70 but nobody had turned up to check the same. Whenever I am trying ur customer care number it was keep coming busy and my recharge amount also going for a toss. Can u pl. Arrange for the technician and get the call attended.

Subscriber I.D is [protected] I paid Amt of ₹3900/- With Instalation Charges (Recharge 3301+599 Kit amt.) As per Companey Offer Benifts are One Year (365 days) Free Subscription of Dhamal Mix Pack From Date of Activation But I Recvied Subscription Till 30/01/2016 Aprox 10 month I complint Many Times on costumer Care But There is No Solution my complint Num.
