I have been constantly renewing my package of Rs. 470 every month since the last 2 months, but still most of the channels don't work. Every channel shows that there is a signal issue. I have made several complaint's to tata sky till date no response from them, they dont have courtesy to call and wasting our time after taking money and enjoying from our money with out attending, I dont know how their engineers taking salary and how the company is paying to them with out working. Hi from last one and half month, I am not able to view most of the channels. If you can't provide the channels then why not you reduce the base package.
