ID No[protected]-no signal for the past 25 days. Called all call centres, model offices, no one is coming out to help.twice technicians came and could not resolve, pleading that TATA s. sold the business to SUN TV here afterNO TATA? Is it true What I should do. I have spent more than thousand rs in trying to contact TATA. CAN ANY ONE help me.

    I HAVE SHIFTED MY TATA SKY FROM BANGLORE TO MUMBAI, SINCE 5 APRIL AM TRYING TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMER CARE, ONLY TWICE I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT IN SO MANY DAYS .YOU PEOPLE KEEP US HOLDING FOR 25/30 MINUTES WITH NO RESPOSE, MU CUSTOMER ID IS [protected], CAN YOU TELL ME EXCATLY WHEN IT WILL BE REINTALLED NEVER EXCPTED SUCH BAD SAY TO WORSE SERVICE FROM TATA SKY
    Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    After my complaint i got a call from tata sky mobile no [protected] on 15 april, they promised that they will send the engineer today & the work will be done...still today nor i received any calls or any reply for my complaints
    better they take back the tata sky back & refund my money, is this the way to treat the customers, their helpline no keeps on holding us for 1/2 hrs still not able to connect
    we dont have any other option, really feeling ashamed for choosing tata sky...will recomend to all my friends & others not to use tata sky

        I am having subscriber id [protected]. Not receiving the channels and nobody attending the complaint. When you call, the wait time is more than 10 min. When you raise a service request, it is closed without any action. When you chat, you are in queue no 18 and when you reach 1, tata sky chat member goes offline! No response after giving a missed call and after sending a sms (for rs 3) Its been 15 days since not even a single channel... They deduct the money from my account daily and the customer care doesnt pretends as if thy are very busy. I am fed up with these guys... no Technician is visiting my house and fixing the issue which will take 15mins... this is really frustrating ... NEVER EVER go to these TATA SKY ... SERVICE IS PATHETIC. Ever since Tatasky made some sort o[censored]pgrade which had been more than 20 days now. Most of the channels aren't working. And the rare few that work also are of poor quality. They get stuck every few seconds. I have sent so many SMS and Facebook messages to Tatasky. I also have some 20 missed calls on the number they have provided. Their customer care numbers are always busy. We need a resolution asap. Right now we are simply wasting our money and not even able to view all channels...

          Dear Concern, Greetings! My registered mobile Number is +91 [protected]. My tatsky DTH showing NO Signal Since 15 days. Raised complaint from my RMN and via tollfree. No one is responding. i Dont think TATA group is giving this type of negligence .

                  I Radheshyam Verma is Tata sky HD subscriber customer id is [protected] register mobile [protected] my Dish is upset or displaced with effect from 12/04/2015 we have so many complaints to customer care and also called but yet not responding we are requesting you to please arrange to send your Technician for setting of Dish earlier

                    date 11/04/2015 ko mere tata sky...ID [protected]...par...vedic mathes chennal... start kar diya...6 rupees par day...par hume is chennal ki jarurat nahi..he... ise band karna chahta hu...mene custmer care par baat ki to...unhone kaha ye chennal 3 monthes me band hoga ...par muje abhi band karana ..he, , , , mujse bagair puche chennal start kar diya, , , Mere office me call kiya or kisine baat ki or start kar diya... Mere Mobile jo registaed he uspe call nahi aaya...muje bagair..permission start kar diya, .. ab ise close karna...he to kar nahi rahe...plz...is chennal ko band kariye.. Me iske paise..nahi dunga...

                      for the past 15 days iam not able to view my regional channels news channels, even after repeated complaints no one is responding for the complaint . i have changed from Asianet to tatasky thinking that we will get better services but iam disappointed pls do some thing immediately.or else take this equipment

                            We have been calling every couple of hours to find out why we have no service for 4-5 days. There is no explanation and no assurance of when service will be back. ACT - we had a in building service center and they gave us service for 12 hours a day. Pls fix or else will be forced to convert

                                First of all more den 15 days not tv and mmoneey is gettting deducted i spoke to tatasky cust service rep over the phone his name was amarpreet he was very rude sounding sleepy and wen i ask him.to get the supervisor he ask me to hold n den started answering mochine which says call between 8 to 9 and den he disconnected the call. Not acceptable i ask my father inlaw to take tatasky but after this i wil make sure they dnt buy tatasky [protected]. This is my cust id and the time i called was 3:47 am i want an action taken againt that advisor n my tv to be fixed

                                    APP CO GROUP INDIA REPRESENTATIVE OF TATA SKY SERVICES HAVE APPROACHED OUR HOUSE REPRESENTED BY NILESH PH NO [protected] AND KHASHI TEL NO [protected] ON 5 4 2015 AND EXPLAINED SOME STORIES ABOUT THE ADVANTAGE OF TATA SKY AND ALSO LIED ABOUT THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THEM.BELIEVING WHAT THEY SAID WE ACCEPTED THEIR OFFER FOR A DISH TV CONNECTION THRU TATASKY SERVICES AND ISSUED A CHEQ FOR RS 2270 .00 VIDE CHEQ NO 000770 OF ALLAHABAD BANK WHICH WAS ENCASED ON 7 4 2015 (PHOTOCOPY OF RECEIPT ENCLOSED).SOME PEOPLE CAME AND INSTALLED THE DISH TV ON 9 4 2015 AND IT WORKED FOR JUST ONE HOUR AND THEN STOPPED WORKING WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE INSTALLED PEOPLE AND THEY REFUSED TO COME WE ALSO HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO TATASKY NO BUT NOBODY HAS TURNEDUP SOFAR.WE HAVE BEEN CALLING VARIES PEOPLE AND SOFAR THE TV REMAINS NOT WORKING.                                       ITS BEEN 13 DAYS SINCE OUR TV IS SHOWING A BLANK SCREEN...DESPITE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ...WE HAVE NOT HAD ANYONE ATTEND TO THEM ...THE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF IS OBNOXIOUS, FORCING THE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE OTHERWISE VERY CIVIL MEMBERS OF SOCIETY TURN AGGRESSIVE . THEY JUST KEEP PARROTING THE SAME LINES . WE ARE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED .

WO: NS[protected] dated 05/04/2015 at 11.42am. Sir, For the above mentioned complaint a person was supposed to come to our place according to the message received on my registered mobile number. it was scheduled on 13/04/2015 from 21:05 to 21:45. But no person has come to our place. Later on i received a message on the same number at 21:10 saying that the work order has been completed and the issue is solved. although the issue still persists. Kindly send the technician at the earliest to resolve my issue which is pending since last 10 days and relieve me of the hardship being faced because of no channels worth watching. Thanking you in anticiaption of a quick response.
