Though we may not opt for active channels the amount gets deducted by default, and to reach the customer care we need to keep on hanging for hours to get connected and that too it again makes a hole to your pocket for the phone call. Is there a tie up between phone service provider and dth service provider.

    TATA sky claims that if a complaint is registered the problem will be solved ASAP, i had register a complaint with TATA SKY on 11.4.2015 sms NS 56633 and also giving miss call to [protected] received a reply text message but no revert with timelines, channel are not seen from almost 10 days. My subscriber id is [protected] and register mobile no is [protected]

      Hi, From last 20 days I am not able to see most of the channels on my DTH. I have sent 10+ SMS's (NS 56633), did calls to their customer support just to schedule a Technician visit, but I am receiving below message on daily bases since I raised this issue. Your Work Order regarding the technician visit is pending. Thank you for your patience, our field service team will call you soon to fix an appointment. Not sure what they mean by "Soon". Please help me with this issue. Thanks & Regards, Yogesh

      Hi,

      Even after 7 days of notification given to Tatasky, I haven't received any call from them and still it is getting more worst. All English channels are disappearing.

        My subscriber ID is [protected]. Since the last 8 days Tatasky has blanked out. Repeated calls to helpline have gone unanswered. Finally one technician came home and said some component has to be replaced. He said he will get it from tatasky office and set it right. After that there is no response. With great difficulty i got the number of another person yesterday and he promised to send a technician for today. I even got an SMS from tatasky that the technicain will come at 3pm today. None turned up. When I called up to check, they cut the call. Very rude! I am your customer since 6 years now and have 2 connections that too of the highest package rate. What I am supposed to do now if you people dont even respond? At least refund all my money if you are so disinterested in serving customers. This is frustrating to say the least. Last month there was an outage for 10 days and this month again 10 days. You belong to the TATA group, right? Such a disappointing behaviour this is.

          Dear sir, I received a call from your bengaluru office which located in Karnataka state. The official language of the karnataka is kannada & i am also a kannadiga. But on 09/04/2015 when i received a call she spokes in english i said that i dont know english please speak in kannada. But she told that there is no kannada represent do you know hindi, telugu, or tamil i said no i speaking only kannada then she said that okay i will arrange kannada caller. But till today I didn't received a call. I lost faith on you. In karnataka no kannada but all the other languages are in full form. You earn money from kannadigas but not giving customer care support in kannada language. Shame on you.

            Harassing senior citizens!! 1. DTH not working for last 6 days 2. No response to the compliant no NS[protected] 3. No one picking the toll free number, you cant get thru even after holding the line for 30 minutes. Pathetic service, do I need to send a mail to Harit for eliciting any response. Problem is with the remote, can't change channels, been there since last updation of software happnend. No regards whatsoever!! Sushma Jain

              I recharged the tata sky id [protected] on 31/03/2015.Immediately after the recharge i have been facing problems receiving signals. The HD channel were not working due to weak signal. Many other channels were not working as well e.g NDTV good times, history channel. After technical person visit my place, 170 Rs deducted from my account for the part repair of the entina, saying that some problem in the entina, But still same problem exist, SO I again called to customer care.Every time i call the [protected] number i have to wait and listen to the IVR for almost 20 to 30 minutes. the 10 mins wait time exceeds 45 mins. I am totally unhappy about the service. The customer care can never be reached. The due date is now 19th April 2015.Please Refund for not getting the service/channels mentioned for 15 days. I will discontinue this pathetic service.

                For last 12-15 days, English channels like CNBC, Bloom berg, ET, Times, NDTV, Star world and many others can not be watched for reasons best known to Tata Sky - Complaints have been lodged - Their reply each time is Technician will visit your house and make necessary adjustments - But when that Technician will arrive, only God knows.

                  I have paid rs 12000/- for a new tata sky on 10.04.2015 but till date neither there is any call from tata sky nor the customer care number is approachable. I waited for almost 40 min to connect to a representative but the customer care number is just useless. such pathetic service by tata sky is not apprecaited.

                    Res. Sir,
                    My self Pravin Lohiya customer ID No. [protected]. My "SMART CARD" is miss placed. So I had gone to customer care center in Amravati towards Mr. Anna mobile no. Is [protected]. He is saying to take new smart card and setoff box for Rs. 500/- for that you have time for 3 to 4 days for installation and formalities. If you want to take immediate action you want to take new set off box of another unknown ID and have to pay Rs. 700/- . For that I am against it so he is misbehaving with me too arrogantly. He is not registered my complaint and on the phone he registered anothers complaint. He said to me that you please register your complaint on line or toll free no. and he said me whatever you can do, can do.
                    So I request you please take some action and solve my problem.

                      I have intimated by tata sky that they are going to upgrade their service. So i was not able to watch TV from April 2 and given a request to tat sky by giving mis call to[protected] and received a message saying that issue will be resolved. But its already 11 day and tata sky didnt fix the issue. They deducting money from my tata sky account on daily basis without providing service. And We cant use this service box for other service provider. Its worst service i have ever faced.

                        I know you have established yourself well and you no longer care for customers. To serve better there is no need to cut most of the channels for weeks together. And what do you mean by keeping is wait for hpurs together and there no to answer the call. Make your customer service toll free.

                        I think its time to choose other service provider.
                        Make your services better and you watch it yourself.

                          My tata sky id no [protected] recharge 240 hangama pack one manth ke liye. Kintu 20 days chalta he q. Or phon karne ke bad bate nehi hote he q. Toll free no he fir v balance kat te he. My cont no is [protected] . immediate contact and problem solve ki giye.

                            No signal for past 15 days. Registered many complaints but not resolved yet. Every time they say the technician will visit that day and resolve it. But nobody turned up yet. Calling the customer care, they say is they will send the request to concerned department and the technician will visit in 24 hrs. I had registered my complaint in customer care on 05-04-15 and again 3-4 times. Everytime we had been assured to solve the problem within 24 hours.                                 I have renewed my Tata sky account in the month of February 2015 for full year. I have three connection (1 HD+, 1 HD and 1 normal). Last month also there was disconnection of my account in HD+ and after making few calls I was told that due to technical error it has happened and subsequently I was able to watch HD+ also.But to my horror, once again my HD+ and HD connection is disconnected for payment reason. It is pathetic to get payment reminders and facing disconnection despite making annual payment I have to go through all such hassles. Today again I spoke to TATA SKY and registered my complain and I was told such server up gradation is happening and this would be resolved soon. Complain ref - 1-[protected] My question is why should I suffer on account of your inefficiency and why you should compensate me for the period I am not able to watch HD channels.

                                  I have not been receiving TataSky signal from 3rd April now and there has been no response from the TataSky team. As mentioned by others in the thread, even i am one of the frustrated customer of TataSky. Is there any way this can be put in Consumer court? If you have the details please let me know I think we have waited enough time thinking problem will be resolved.

                                    Hi, Last 8 days I facing this problem, I cant view Marathi & Hindi movie's channel . Already submit complaint to customer care but they are not response clearly . I already paid money for all channel . They told " we are send technician to your home for solving problem but they not doing anything. Please do something.

                                      we have complaint in tata sky office many times that there is 'NO SIGNAL' in any chanell we can only see 10 or15 channels the rest of chanells are not having signal after 15 days of complaning we had only receving calls and sms repeatly that they will send a technician to solve a problem but after 30 days of complaining there is no response and they had on send any technician yet so i kindly request you to help us...

                                        Dear Sir, My name is Afzal Pasha, I have been using TATA SKY Connection since 2 years, my Subscriber ID: [protected]. I have signal issue since 20 days and the complaint regarding the same has already been filed with the customer care and my complaint no is "NS[protected]", I regret to inform that till date there is no resolution to my complaint and every day I have been sending the messages that some technical person come & resolve the issue. I have decided that TATA SKy has a worse customer service and would like to cancel my connection and please refund my recharge amount, which I did recently for 1 year subscription.                                         I have a tata sky connection which has not been working for almost tow weeks now that is 15days and half my month's subscription is gone.i have been trying to contact the customer care to get it rectified but all in vain.I am literally planning to throw away the connection and look in for something new.TATA SKY HAS THE WORST AFTER SALES SUPPORT.I will never ever recommend tata sky in my life.
