No Signal since 10 days (from 03-04-15)

I had registered my complaint in customer care on 05-04-15 and again 3-4 times. Everytime we had been assured to solve the problem within 24 hours. ID 1000150316 - HD CHANNELS NOT WORKING

I have renewed my Tata sky account in the month of February 2015 for full year. I have three connection (1 HD+, 1 HD and 1 normal). Last month also there was disconnection of my account in HD+ and after making few calls I was told that due to technical error it has happened and subsequently I was able to watch HD+ also.But to my horror, once again my HD+ and HD connection is disconnected for payment reason. It is pathetic to get payment reminders...

I have not been receiving TataSky signal from 3rd April now and there has been no response from the TataSky team. As mentioned by others in the thread, even i am one of the frustrated customer of TataSky. Is there any way this can be put in Consumer court? If you have the details please let me know I think we have waited enough time thinking problem will be resolved....

Channels cant view

Hi, Last 8 days I facing this problem, I cant view Marathi & Hindi movie's channel . Already submit complaint to customer care but they are not response clearly . I already paid money for all channel . They told " we are send technician to your home for solving problem but they not doing anything. Please do something....

regarding tata sky dth signal

we have complaint in tata sky office many times that there is 'NO SIGNAL' in any chanell we can only see 10 or15 channels the rest of chanells are not having signal after 15 days of complaning we had only receving calls and sms repeatly that they will send a technician to solve a problem but after 30 days of complaining there is no response and they had on send any technician yet so i kindly request you to help us......

Pathetic service from TATA SKY - Irresponsible persons

No solvation of my complaint

I am very very sorry to say about the worst performance and worst and zero assurance response from your customer care peoples. i hope if this happens with lakhs of indians, an worst service will end in India. i pray god for this. No Service for last 2 weeks

Under pretext o[censored]p gradation, TATA SKY has curtailed lot many channels. On complaint, a technician visit is promised, but never materialized. Problem remains unsolved, but subscription amount continues. There is no clarification as to how long this will continue. Their help line as well as HO phone is unanswered. I also can't comprehend, if service is being upgraded, why do they promise technician's visit?...

No service since last 8 days and no commitment towards resolution

One of my connections customer no [protected] is not working since last 8 days. On other there are no HD channels. I did repetitive follow up but customer care is not giving any commitment. My complaint was closed without any engineer visit and other one is open since last 4 days. All they are telling is some system upgrade is happening. This attitude is very disappointing and outrageous. Please suggest what action can be taken in this regard....

I am not receiving 70% of channels of Tata sky. Impossible to reach Call Centre Executive. Now Tata sky have even stopped showing their advt that how their technicians are working overtime to solve consumer problems, keeping aside their personal commitments. Service has been gone for last 10 days and no amount of reaching out has solved the problem. Magnitude of arrogance is too much. They are taking the customers for a ride in the name of software upgrade. Had high compliments to Tata sky service since last 6 years. But looking at the ads posted and way queries are answered at customer service, have got tired of complaining. Time these guys are brought to their knees and pay for it....
