No Signal Issue, Persisting for 10 days. Even after repeated calls

Your service, in one word, is pathetic. This is with regard to a complaint lodged on 5/4/2014 . As advertised and advised on your page I gave a mis call to 5/4/2014 for resolving the no signal issue. RECONNECTION FROM CHENNAI TO MUMBAI

I have registered for reconnection from Chennai to mumbai for tatasky DTH . My registered mobile no with tatasky is [protected]. Complaint registered on 07th April 2015 refer order no. HHZP5VJ . Even after making several Email and IVRS contacts No proper service received I am running still without a TV connection. Auto reply compalint number are 1-[protected] dated 12th april 2015 1-[protected]...and so on... TATASKY service...

Unfortunately I happen to be a Tatasky HD subscriber and one among the many frustrated customers. With NO Service at all since 06/04/15. I called your helpline several times to register a complaint but to no avail. No Signal since more than 2 weeks, pathetic experience with customer care

Your service is pathetic since 20 days. I am not able to see half of my channels lately. Although you don't forget to charge. IS THERE A WAY to disable Everywhere TV? I am unable do so. Please please and please help. And stopping looting your customers....

unnecessary amount deductions

Though we may not opt for active channels the amount gets deducted by default, and to reach the customer care we need to keep on hanging for hours to get connected and that too it again makes a hole to your pocket for the phone call. Is there a tie up between phone service provider and dth service provider....

Certain channel signal no available from 1 week

TATA sky claims that if a complaint is registered the problem will be solved ASAP, i had register a complaint with TATA SKY on 11.4.2015 sms NS 56633 and also giving miss call to [protected] received a reply text message but no revert with timelines, channel are not seen from almost 10 days. Not able to see most of the Channels since last 20 days

I have sent 10+ SMS's (NS 56633), did calls to their customer support just to schedule a Technician visit, but I am receiving below message on daily bases since I raised this issue. Frustrating outage again and no response from TataSky despite 100 calls!!

Harassing senior citizens!! 1. DTH not working for last 6 days 2. No response to the compliant no NS[protected] 3. Refund for not getting the service/channels for 15 days

Not able to view English channels on Tata Sky

For last 12-15 days, English channels like CNBC, Bloom berg, ET, Times, NDTV, Star world and many others can not be watched for reasons best known to Tata Sky - Complaints have been lodged - Their reply each time is Technician will visit your house and make necessary adjustments - But when that Technician will arrive, only God knows....

I have paid rs 12000/- for a new tata sky on 10.04.2015 but till date neither there is any call from tata sky nor the customer care number is approachable. I waited for almost 40 min to connect to a representative but the customer care number is just useless. such pathetic service by tata sky is not apprecaited....

Unable to use tata sky service

I have intimated by tata sky that they are going to upgrade their service. So i was not able to watch TV from April 2 and given a request to tat sky by giving mis call to[protected] and received a message saying that issue will be resolved. But its already 11 day and tata sky didnt fix the issue. They deducting money from my tata sky account on daily basis without providing service. And We cant use this service box for other service provider....

I know you have established yourself well and you no longer care for customers. To serve better there is no need to cut most of the channels for weeks together. And what do you mean by keeping is wait for hpurs together and there no to answer the call. Make your customer service toll free.

I think its time to choose other service provider.
