Hi, We are one of the customers who use HD services, and since 15 days, we are not able to view a single channel. I have called up their toll free no..Whenever I have called, I have to wait long period and after all that no one has answered. Only got back a confirmation regarding a complaint being registered...nothing further. No one was sent to rectify the problem. Since then, whenever I give a missed call at this number [protected], I receive a sms that a technician visit is pending and my problem will be resolved. But since last 15 days, the problem has remained the same and no technician has paid any visit. Even when I sent an SMS to 56633, their customer care services is very very bad. Never expected such poor services. If such things continues i will discontinue using Tata sky, after all they are not the only provider in market. I personally wouldn't recommend Tata Sky to anyone mainly because of their poor customer services and signal problems.

    For last two weeks most of the channels are not coming. Very few channels are coming clearly and few have the disturbances. Have been trying to complaint about the same, but after raising a work order no actions are being performed from the service provider.

      My Tata sky is not working more than 13 days. I have been calling since 1st April but they are picking up. Finally I registered my complaint on 3rd April. Technician came on 8th April and on same day in evening my stopped working.I told tata sky about this but they didn't do anything they keep on telling me to wait. There service is hopeless. Now it's 13 April no one called me yet. They are telling me that it's not our problem we can't do anything. If you are not able to watch TV then it's not are problem.

        I regret to inform you that none of the channels are coming due to signal failure from past 2 weeks department is irresponsible in services I have been reputedly informing about the problems they are not bather to sent their service engineer to rectify/attending the problems. They have given work order WO NS[protected] after 3 days the .MANY TECHNICAL ENGINEERS CALLED ME AND TAKEN MY HOUSE ADDRESS THEY INFORMED THAT ITS NOT MY AREA AND THEY INFORMING ME -CONTACT TATA SKY This is happening from past 1 week unnecessary I am paying monthly recharging

          I see No signal error since last 2 weeks, I have registered complaint 4 times but they are closing ticket without resolution. Need to wait for 20mins to get turn on live chat and once my turn will come, they will go offline. On Call minimum waiting time is 10mins to get answer from representative. I have called area engineer too many times to repair it but he is not interested to come and check the problem. They are deducting money as per subscribed plan but they are not giving service. Too much mentally torture and harrasment, really fed up with this service provider.

            hi, i want to make complain about your service, my tatasky is not working porperly, some channels are coming but not all even no hd channels i had made complain on no. [protected] but since 15 days no response. I got the msg of coming of engineer but still nobody has come.

              My.Subscriber ID is [protected]. MY HD set top box is not receiving any signal for past two weeks. I have given n number of texts to 56633 and n number of missed calls. I lodged complaint in tata sky's useless customer service 4 times after waiting in line for about an hour. I am repeatedly getting texts from tata sky that technician will contact me soon. But i haven't seen any technician coming. I haven't seen a pathetic service in my lifetime. I am getting payment reminders but I am not receiving any signals.

                I am a TATASKY customer (I.D[protected] .Its HD connection for which i pay Rs 515/pm which consists of HD access fee @ Rs 125, Dhamal [protected]@Rs 240, English News [protected]@Rs 50, Sports [protected]@Rs 100.Lodges a complaint on 02/04 but till date with my numerous smses their smses assurances of deputing engineers very shortly etc, my numerous mails-----till date i.e, even after 11days the condition remains SAME(/NO SERVICES). I feel the company is taking their customers as granted( customer --who--cares?).

                  Inefficient Services and Money fraud Pathetic service being provided by Tata Sky. Recently shifted from Ghaziabad to Delhi. Raised request to relocate my connection on 25th march 2015(SR[protected]. This request was closed very same day without any resolution. Raised another request on 05th April 2015(SR[protected]. This request was also closed without any action. From 31st March 2015 to 06th April 2015, I gave a call to Tata Sky Customer Care every single day where I used to get same reply - "Sir, we'll make sure that your request is resolved with in the day. You'll get a call from Technician within 24 hrs." . Escalated the same to so called Senior Department in Customer Care where Mr. Anil and Mr. Salim talked to me on different occasions. They also repeated the same: "Sir, we have marked your request on Priority and it'll be resolved within 24 hrs." Finally, I raised a request to Tata Sky to close my connection(1-[protected]). Surprisingly, still they never called to attend my request. Till now, I've not received any response / call from Tata Sky team. THAT's the PERFECT EXAMPLE OF PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had been chasing Tata Sky since 01st April 2015. Raised request to deactivate connection on 07th April 2015 and to process the refund. Great to see the response that still I'm getting message "Thanks for your patience and we'll resolve your complaint as soon as possible." On top of that... HOW PATHETIC Tata Sky has become that they CREDITED Rs. 42 as GOODWILL CREDIT to my account after eating up entire month's Connection Charges without even providing services. Tata Sky should close its SHOP now instead of SPOILING the NAME "TATA" TATA SKY should refund my ACCOUNT BALANCE and MONEY I Spent to get NEW CONNECTION.

                    Re: ID: [protected] For the past 3 to 4 days Tata Sky in our home is not working. Their Help Line is overloaded; The announcement says that their Call Centers are overloaded. Due to heavy congestion they can not receive calls. The announcement says they will call back. But the "Call Back" has not come! Tata Sky is not living up to the brand name "TATA". I am disappointed. I have not watched any news on TV for the past 3 days. I have not watched IPL games. Tata Sky says they are modernising their network. How can they get away with this? Should n't the Regulator take action? Raj Murthy

                      The Tata Sky team have been not answering any of customer care number. Since 1st April 2015, They have stopped giving HD Channels and many other channels where as they charged me for HD fees of 125.00 and the fees for other channels for whole month. The team are telling that, there are so many calls. However, I waited on the call for 30 minutes yet the customer care didn't pickup my call. I also called some people of tata sky office which is responsible for my area. They are just telling me to message my subscriber id. After messaging it also, they don't send a technician to my place or they don't respond after that. I feel cheated by tata sky.

                          I have recharged my Tata Sky account on 2nd April 2015. Thereafter i am not been able to view most of the channels in the package that I have opted in for. I am getting the error of "No signal". Tried calling their customer care number but to no avail. Then got a message that your complain is registered on 2nd April (NS[protected] but didn't hear anything from company. I have got more then 10 sms that our technician will visit you shortly but till date (13th April 2015) nobody has body has visited nor has called to check of what is the issue. The problem still persist. Today again I got a sms that your registered complaint is cancelled. So is it true that Tata Sky upgrading their system from last 2 weeks? I got some interesting details on this link "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harit_Nagpal" which says "Tata Sky has however been out of service since April 2015"

                            Your service, in one word, is pathetic. This is with regard to a complaint lodged on 5/4/2014 . As advertised and advised on your page I gave a mis call to 5/4/2014 for resolving the no signal issue. Soon I got a message that stated that the complaint has been registered and that a field technician would contact us soon.I got the same message the next day and the same again the day after. This time another message accompanied it, saying that I have been given 2 extra day’s credit.The cycle continues to repeat without any real resolution to the issue..Now my question is, 1. What do I do with an account recharge when the account itself is inaccessible?2. Why should customers suffer because of whatever technical upgrade you are doing?Please take some real/concrete steps SOON rather than sending automated messages. Else please come and take your useless set top box and let us switch to some other service provider.

                              I have registered for reconnection from Chennai to mumbai for tatasky DTH . My registered mobile no with tatasky is [protected]. Complaint registered on 07th April 2015 refer order no. HHZP5VJ . Even after making several Email and IVRS contacts No proper service received I am running still without a TV connection. Auto reply compalint number are 1-[protected] dated 12th april 2015 1-[protected]...and so on... TATASKY service very ...bad

                                Unfortunately I happen to be a Tatasky HD subscriber and one among the many frustrated customers. With NO Service at all since 06/04/15. I called your helpline several times to register a complaint but to no avail. On 08/04/15 I registered a complaint online (complaint number SR[protected] which was promptly closed on 10/04/15 WITHOUT being resolved. I wasn't contacted about the several complaints NOR did anybody from your technical team bother to assist me to resolve the issue. All I got was a call from an extremely rude and incompetent technician and when I questioned him about the lack of service he was impudent enough to reply with the following question "We receive 10, 000 complaints about this issue, how many people do you expect us to respond to?". Is this the customer service they are trained to provide? I was charged for a service I did NOT receive, nobody responds to repeated complaints and when I ask the simple question of the reason for the poor service I get attitude in return from an uneducated, pathetic excuse for a technician? We subscribe to TataSky due to the reputation of Tata as a company but I am very sorry to say that your customer care team failed miserably in living up to that reputation and moreover have tarnished the reputation completely as I gather I am not the only one who had this bitter experience in the past couple of weeks.

                                    As with other's I am also victim of TATA SKY services. There are no signals since last two weeks. Registered complaint for same on 3rd April but didn't hear anything from company. When tried to call customer care, they kept waiting almost for 25 minutes and cut the call. Sometimes I was managed to connect the call (luckily), but got answer like "You will receive technician call within next two hours and they will visit you to resolve the problem". But nobody called me. Still I am waiting for their call. Interestingly, my account balance is getting deducted on daily basis. This is one kind of harassment company is doing to their customers. I keep telling everyone that TATA SKY is the best service provider in DTH world, but now I have to take my words back.

I gave miss call to that number and was allotted a WO. Then after some time, I received the message that my WO (Work Order) has been completed. The same thing was repeated again on 4th April. Then i called customer care and customer executive assured me that it will be done on priority basis. But unfortunatel 12 days gone, no executive came to correct it. In between I called customer office twice and got the same answer what i got first time. I understand Tatasky is upgrading but 12 days of signalling problem is quiet a long time and Tatasky should feel ashamed of it. Every 6 months, when I recharge, I notice that Tatasky is smart enough to increase the cost of the package regularly but they dont care about their service.

                                        Your service is pathetic since 20 days. I am not able to see half of my channels lately. Although you don't forget to charge. IS THERE A WAY to disable Everywhere TV? I am unable do so. Please please and please help. And stopping looting your customers.
