Tatasky HD not working

Tata sky not able resolve my problems

I purchased Tatasky HD(Subscriber Id: [protected]) on 12-Feb-2015 and it got installed on the same day. On 03-Apr-2015 it stopped receiving all HD channels as well many other channels. Unauthorise Deduction of Rs49 from main balance in the name of cooking pack.

No Signal Problem with Tata Sky Connection

I have been getting a No signal message on the Tata sky connection. Sending a NS message to 56633 and giving a missed call to the number they mention is of no use yet. Tata sky not working properly - Very bad service

Sustained unavailability of services

Indifferent service

We have not been receiving signal since 3rd April.We have not been able to watch any programme since then.
