I have purchased TATA Sky online 1 Week ago. My standard installation was scheduled for 11/4/15 2PM. But after many calls to TATA Sky this problem is not resolved. Even when we call they put the call on hold for more than 25 minutes after that disconnect the call. Whenever I was able to speak to their representative they always ensure that installation will be done today. But after so many calls and time wastage not able to get any resolution. I need your help to resolve the same.

    My name is Rohan Panjwani Customer Id [protected] I have been a Tata Sky subscriber since 4 years. I have recently moved to a new address and have been trying to get my connection installed in the new place. But the customer care response has been very poor and disappointing. I had raised a request on 3rd of April for the reloaction of my Tata Sky connection at my new address. The request reference number for the same is HEDIKX6. Its has already been more than 10 days and still the connection has not been installed. Also I have lost more than Rs 200 that were there in my account when I had shifted to the new place. Regertfully I have to say that this is the worst customer care experience that I had with Tata Sky. I didn't expect this from a leading network. I have been left with no other option but to switch to some other network provider for my TV and I would now never recommend any of my friends or colleague to ever get a Tata Sky connection.

      As part o[censored]pgrade, there is no signal for 90% of channels for which i have paid for. They keep on advertising to give missed call for arranging a technician visit. But even after 5-6 times over last 15 days what i get is that "technician will be contacting you shortly". This is very pathetic and i am 100% sure that they are deducting our money against all subscribed channels for past 15 days. This company is a black mark on reputation of "Tata" group and it should be penalised in some ways by competent authorities. Such a pathetic service was not expected from Tata brand. There are other DTH provider who are cheaper in terms of number of channels and rental, but we have chosen TataSky because of Tata brand. Now i am disgusted that even "Tata" brand is no more different. Very Very pathetic services.

        Subscriber No. [protected]. There is no signal in Tamil channels for the past one month, and the scroll message goes: "We are upgrading our system. In case there is no signal, contact us and our representative will be immediately at your doorstep at no charges". But I have been contacting the helpline no. from my Registered Mobile No. for the past one month to no response. Only pre-recorded voice says ÿour complaint will be resolved in 24 hours, or we'll contact you". Nobody is available to take the complaint even as customer service person. Matter is also beibg taken up with Mr. Arnab Goswami of Times Now TV channel. M.SADAGOPAN, Advocate.

          Sir, With due respect I like to mention that last 12 days I am not getting all channels (as before). Near about 30-40 time I missed call on your prescribed phone number and also SMS. All the time I have got message that You engineer will visit us shortly. But nothing has happened. All news channel are closed. I don't know what to do. My phone no is [protected]. I am really upset. I have all records of my complain and your returned SMS. I can't expect this services from Tata Group company. 12 days passed but nothing has improved.             my ID no. [protected]. i called up tata sky executive in jan/feb to stop everywhere service. but i come to know that they didnot stop that and charging money without my knowedge. whenever i called up executive in call centre they didnot respond. poory services.

            I have submitted a complaint regarding signal problems.The engineer was sent through Tata Sky, he tested signals and change the signal receiver in dish antenna. He said to pay Rs. 320 for receiver charge. He said that it is a cost of that receiver so i have paid him Rs.320. But when i asked from customer care the cost of receiver it was told only Rs. 100 and Rs.170 service charge total Rs. 270 only. Then on Saturday 2/05/15, i have registered a complaint against it. But Tata sky has deducted Rs. 170 more from my account and still today 6/05/15 i have no response from Tata sky. I want refund of Rs210 which has been deducted as extra amount by Tata sky.

              This is with reference to my Tata Sky subscriber ID no.- [protected]. It is very strange that inspite of myself calling 5 to 6 times a day on your complaint register no i.e. [protected] my connection is not yet working and i have registered the complaint on many occasions in this number and all i have received is fake assurances and SMS from tata sky that somebody will visit my house in 14.04.15/ 15.04.15/ and now 18.04.15, and your call operator always says that somebody shall call you in two hours and shall visit my premise to correct the issue with in 24 hours. What kind of service you are providing when Iam calling since 11nth of april to correct the problem and i am receiving your SMS that my old work order is closed, without solving the problem. The most recent work order for my problem is[protected]. Till date no action has been taken to correct the problem. I am really upset with your service and false assurances from your end. It is further requested to correct my problem at the earliest.

              I have installed Tata sky in my apartment when it was introduced in the market. No need to say that I am your old and premier account holder. I regret to inform you that the services have deteriorated ever since. For the last three years when I have to ;lodge a complaint, it is impossible to get your telephone no. then the representative comes after few days. It is so frustrating. we are paying for services ans services are disrupted because of rain or the corruption within the linemen who want to give immidiate service at a cost. which is against the corruption drive in the country. I need to speak with a senior person in the Head office to explain the state of affairs in New Delhi area. I hope to hear from you soon. I am without any channels for the last 20 days.

                Hello, I first logged a complaint of no signal on March 18th, 2015. Every 3rd or 4th day, I receive sms from your team saying have patience our technician will visit your place. April 05th, again I reported the issue through sms. Then today on April 15th again I did the same. Last week, I opted for call back option, 5 days still no call from your center. How unprofessional. Tata Sky's customer care automated voice says, you will not be charged for the visit. Thanks for that. But what about payment for no services. I want the waiver for no service. HD & English movies channels are not there from almost a month. Sometimes only handful of channels that too with lot of interruption in base package. This is such double standard from Tata Sky as for insufficient amount in the account these guys charge Rs 15 as penalty and now did not even mention on the waiver of monthly rental as no service is coming. SHAME ON THESE TATA SKY GUYS. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STUFF. How shamelessly Tata Sky team sent me last months bill. Today I waited for 15 mins to talk to customer care executive on phone.                   Hi, From last 2 weeks I am facing poor signal issue due to that I am not able to see some normal channels & all HD channels. On 13-April-2015 (Monday) I raised complaint giving missed call to ([protected]). I Received work order number NS[protected]. Still any technician not visited at my place. If I am not doing DTH recharge on time then Tata Sky dis-connect my service very next day & taking 15 rupees extra cost to reconnect but when I am raising complaint no one is responding very next day, may ask why is this difference. Please do the needful.

                    HelloSubscriber name: Mina ranjan Sahoo.I have been compalining since before 10 days, Everyday i am getting same response as technician will visit in 24 hours or till day end we will fix your issue. But you guys have no responsibiity to fix these issues. Such type of hospitality I have never been came accross through out my life. You guys are not elegible to provide service. I am complaining by calling and calling till 8 or 10 days and you have no carry forward action. Please visit and fix my issue asap please if till you want to rectify your fault. Otherwise let me know the method for step backward like how to unsubscribe my tatasky service.Hope you can understand.Thanks

                      It's been 2 weeks now since I could not watch 99% of the channel. Initially they said it will be resolve within 2 to 3 days...I can't watch any english channel..only star gold and zee cinema..really frustrating..If they don't resolve within this week guys it's better to go for other HD DTH like airtel..inspite of not able to watch the channel, I got the message that it's time to recharge your HD pack..so funny!!!

                        My subscriber ID is [protected] . Since last 3 weeks, I am facing difficulties in viewing channels. I have registered for Grand Supreme Sports Pack and I am hardly able to view 15-20 channels. Since last 3 weeks, every alternate day I am putting up a complaint to the Tata Sky customer service no. Every time, after keeping the call on hold for more than 10 mins, the customer service representative attends to my call, informs me that the complaint has been registered, it will be taken as a priority issue and the technical person would call sometimes with 2 hours or 24 hours and fix up an appointment to visit my residence to resolve the issue. Sorry to say, but inspite of so many complaints, never has the technical person called the registered no. and fixed an appointment to fix up the issue. But everytime, without confirming with me my availability, I get a message that the technician would be visiting at so & so time to fix the problem. On two occasions, it has happened that nobody visited my residence to resolve the problem and I get a message that the WO has been completed. Even there is no return call from the number where we are asked to give a missed call due to this signal issue. This is not the 1st time that we are facing issues with the services with regard to the technician visit, but everytime we ignore this considering that TATA SKY is a big brand and the services would improve.

                          Hi Tata sky, Customer ID: [protected] It been almost 10working days, that I am facing problem with Tata sky HD connection. Subscribed for 1year plan grand sports pack, still I have 4months for completing the pack. We are facing problem in viewing all channels except HD channels from last 10days. 2times we raised complaint thru mobile but still none of the technician visited to check the problem.                             I complained to Tatasky toll free number [protected] on 6th April as per there advertisement on Tatasky regarding Channel issues. Our HD is not viewable since then & till date no one has called us or visited us. On 7th April tatasky sent SMS saying "we will resolve the complain as soon as possible & credited 3 days " On 8th another SMS suggesting technician will call soon ...today 15th April no one has called or visited us.                               My TataSKY servicee is not available since April 01, 2015 . Have put a request on April 4th and work order -NS[protected] 1>called on April 1st, our IVR mentioned the will call back 2>Called on April 4th, registered a complaint. 3>Called almost 5 times after that till April 15th, ever time i call a false promises are told regarding the issue rectification but not actioned. 4>Customer care is so arrogant and no prompt response. 5>Taking almost an avg of 15-20 minutes to reach Customer care agent whatever the time we called during a day. -- I know there is an upgrade went and congestion happened at services. but they had solution . - issue is with how /approach in implementing the solution -do customer needs to call and register a complaint, when issue is for all tatsky services, cant the take pro-actively -- In m same apartment, few tatask subscribers issues are resolved. - cant you plan geographicallywhile addressing issue when you know this issue is for all and that has to be rectified. Its not a Brand TATA, the screwed the customer faith in TATA. worst of the services and bad custoimer care.. Thanks 'Sunil Yarramsetti

                                id [protected] setup box giving problem approxmatly in every 4-5 month since last 4 yrs. Every time engineer comes changes fees change faluty setupbox wid another repaired faulty box and go. when ever complaint is made phone is made switched off within the cenversation...then again long procedure of make call need to be followed, listenling all unrequired information is been forced to listen which eat lot of time. thier is no direct call for talking to executive is available. pl .tell me why i do not think to switch to another vendor, when i know ur sevices been offered are highly pathetic pkd chauhan [protected] [protected]

                                  I purchased Tatasky HD(Subscriber Id: [protected]) on 12-Feb-2015 and it got installed on the same day. On 03-Apr-2015 it stopped receiving all HD channels as well many other channels. I came to know from there adv that they are upgrading there systems. They asked to send an SMS 'NS' to 56633 or give missed call to [protected], from my registered mobile number. I did the same and received SMS from them saying "Your Request is under process, you will receive the response shortly". After this I daily received SMS from them saying that my request is in queue, but no one called me. In couple of SMS it was mentioned that my account is being credited by three days. On 14-Apr-2015, which was my due date to recharge, all channels stopped working. No one has called me in these 10 days. The so called credited three days were not credited to my account. I even tried to call on there help line numbers, [protected] and [protected], but again was asked to wait because all there representatives were busy. These are not toll free number and I have already wasted around 150 Rs calling on them.I tried to call late in the night but even at that time they were busy.

                                    My Subscriber ID:[protected] Since 28.03.2015 i cannot view all the channels subscribed by me except your tall talks on the future of the co. I can view only 5-6 channels.My telephonic complaints despite assurances remained unattended. Meanwhile your bill is received and is paid before due date. I would like to know how long i have to go through this nuisance. I am sorry to note that your above action has changed my notion about your company which i used to hold in high esteem. Can i expect to view my subscribed channels from today or my expectation is too much for you.

                                      My Tata Sky ID [protected] has deducted Rs 49 by a text message received in my mobile about the activation of the unwanted service and unauthorised deduction.thereafter I tried to contact to customer care which cannot able to connect so I can register my complaint about this unwanted and unauthorised deduction of amount from main balance of my prepaid tata sky on dated 14.04.2015.

                                        yesterday i recharge my tata sky connection with Rs 250 on my number-[protected], from retailer point of view the recharge was sucessfull with TXD id -TP[protected], now what can i do for this tell me the solution to over come it...
