I have been paying you per day basis and what i receive is totally disrupted services . I am unable to view even a single channel consistently there is continuous disruption in all channel services i have logged complain on phone on the number you have mentioned but you people have failed to send your service person its been 20 days now. Your service is the most disgusting one which i have come across.

    Our tata sky Subscriber ID is :[protected]. We've recently (on 20th March 2015) paid annual charges for HD access. We are not able to view any HD channel, regional channels, English movies...almost all the channels since 1st April 2015. We've registered complains several times through SMS, calling the number they have given, sending the email on [protected]@tatasky.com and also registered request on website. We get a standard response that engineer will visit shortly. But we've neither received a call nor any technician has visited us yet. Also our requests for service are getting closed automatically without any action. We are really frustrated with this experience and we want our money back.

      I have not been able to view any of the channels of my Basic Pack. I had registered a complaint on 4th of April and have only been getting "Thanks for your Patience" Messages. It has been 10 days now and we are not able to connect to customer service as well. It just says we have too many requests wait for us to call. No technician has been sent for resolving the issue! Worst DTH service provider.

        Its been a month since Tatasky messed up with their service. I have called them at least 10 times or so but there has been no proper response. They have the audacity to not bother about the complaints. The best part is the technician comes when Tatasky works Which is around 10% of the time. From the past two days its not been on at all. I wrote to the CEO also. There is no response. They think they have the backing of corporate world. But they are just scaming. Their customer service centre takes atleast 10 minutes to connect the call to the representatives. It's not even toll free. Not only i am paying them for not watching tv but i am paying for wanting to watch tv also. I hope there is some action taken at least on this forum.

I had registered complaint for one of the 4 set top boxes not working on 4.4.15.It was checked on 5.4.15 and I was told that the box is faulty and needs to be changed. No response for 4 days. Put in a complaint again. Rechecked by technician and told that I being a premium customer will be charged Re 350/- and the box will be changed. Nothing for the next two days and yesterday a man came again, without the set top box, checked again and says proudly announced SETTOP BOX NEEDSNEEDS TO BE CHANDI, as if I was hearing it for the first time! Still waiting though. If this is the treatment given to premium customers I shudder to think what they would be doing to others. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and compensate for the money paid in the annual mega pack. Dr. Sethi

              No signal for last two weeks and no reply from customer care for SMS, calls, online requests and so on. My account is charged everyday for no reason. Finally I had to get a technician from local Tata Sky Vendor by paying Rs.250/- as his visiting charges. Now I can view only few channels though the signal strength is 100%. In last 25 days tata sky services were available only for 5days, very pathetic service. Now tata sky should refund the amount that I paid to technician as well as the amount that is deducted from my account for no reason and ensure that I can view all the channels as per my package. My subscriber ID is [protected]. I would escalate the issue further to the higher level if Tata sky ppl further ignores me.

                My Tatasky ID: [protected]. I have been a customer of Tatasky from the past 9 Years. Now, I dont have signal from the last 11 Days. All complaints to Tatasky is going un answered. The call centre is dumb and we get a recorded message that if you dont get the signal, it will be resolved automatically. God only can save this tatasky.Its Hopeless and we are stuck since I have three connections.If I switch to another operator, the DTH Boxes will not fetch a penny. Its a total negligence from Tata sky and sheer failure of the leadership too. Given achance, I would never recommend this Tatasky to any one.

                  Sorry to say but I am disgusted with your poor customer grievance redressal. The past week has been a harrowing experience for us as tatasky customers and take my word, we will never again refer anyone to tatasky, leave alone continuing with your service. Forget about no service for 5 days, we couldn't reach customer service, our emails went answered, our calls to service managers and our complaints went unheard!!! Topping it, now again the service is disconnected for no recharge done, while we were waiting for our credit issue to be resolved first!! Totally disappointed! Am going ahead with disconnecting my service and also with my consumer forum complaint!!! All the very best!

                    It's been 2 weeks and there has been NO signal of TATA SKY on my subscription ID, which unfortunately I've taken for entire year. I've made numerous calls to their so called "Customer service" number, but so far has resulted in ZERO action. I am worried that is TATA SKY Company closed?                       Hi, Hope you are doing well. Yesterday Tata Sky HD was in stalled in my Home. My Kid opened the door and your service guy installed the Tata Sky. When I reached home at 8 pm I saw it was not done properly, wire is not at its ideal place and the wire is hanging in the wall. When I contacted the customer care for the solution - Mr.Govind said I have to pay Rs.200/- in spite of regretting he is asking for money. Means company does a mistake and customer will pay the amount?????????? what kind of service is this???????? In my same flat I have Airtel HD in another room...the way their service guys are giving service they should learn from them, Airtel team knows very well that what to do how to do and they all are perfect people.                         Manager, Compalints cell Tatasky I am writing this after my repeated complaints to Tatasky customer care since 1st April for no signals received by my set up box, i am appalled by the poor customer service provided by them. I have been trying to reach your customer servie executive on IVR ( helpline no ) since i encountered this problem. Everytime i m told that customer service executives are busy servicing clients and asked to leave my number for call back / sms no signal to a particular number which i did many times. Twice i was called after a week by representative who claimed to be in front of my residence in Gurgaon, while i informed him that iam in Bangalore. subsequent to which i receive a message saying the request is cancelled. Iam writing to you as on 14th April, and the problem continues. I had relocated to bangalore last year( August 2014) from Gurgaon. Based on my call to customer care at Tatasky my dish was upgraded and installed at my residence ( in Infantry road) last year. The customer care executive sent representative to Gurgaon and cancell my complaint. They seem to be interested in closing my complaint rather than rectifying it. How can my address not be updated when i have done the upgradation through right channel on relocation last year. I am very dissappointed at the unprofessional approach of tatasky customer care.                           I am getting NO SIGNAL message on my screen since the last 15 days, because of some upgradation programme that TATA SKY has undertaken. I have registered a complaint by missed call and SMS more than 10 days ago, but I have not received any solution to the problem. I only get a message saying that my complaint is registered and it will be addressed soon. When I call the call centre, my call never makes it to their representative, due to congestion, every single time. They assure that they will call back within 24 hours, but they have not done so yet. My connection is off since 15 days and I have received a message saying that I will receive a extension in my balance worth 7 days. I expect a resolution to the problem as soon as possible and also a complete refund of all the days that my service has been down. Unless so, I will be obliged to think about a legal course.

                          This is a common complaint with TATA SKY. Even I am facing the same issue, had also called up their helpline numbers which is of no use as all their representatives are always busy and never respond back. I had registered a complaint by sending a message but I feel it will be of no use.

                          Lets wait and watch.

                            I have been following Tata sky from 1st of April till date every day to fix a new HD+ Dish antenna. Their help lines are on IVR and keep you waiting for upto 30 minuites and finally you have to hang up. Even nodal officers phone numbers not working. ON sending email to help desk what you get is a request number and assurance of call from technician in 24 hrs. This is going on from last 15 days. Inspite of timely recharge I am unable to watch channels for want of a Dish antenna for which I am going to pay. Where else can I get in touch with so non-responsive company. So many order no are generated 1. HN0ZLU.We 2.HJNAVCK.You 3. FROM HELP DEST MAIL: REQUEST NO. 1-[protected] Is there any way to contact this non responsive company Shriram Baxi [protected]

                              We have a NO SIGNAL message for the last three weeks on tata sky.My TATA SKY subscriber ID is [protected].We have been trying to contact the local dealer but they are avoiding our complaint saying "our technician will visit you shortly", but no technician has given a visit till date.We have already registered our complaint on date 04/04/2015.Please see to it that some action is taken soon. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                                Hi, My name is SS Tejasvi, tata sky consumer Id is [protected] and my registered mobile no. is [protected], we have two tvs sets, one connected to SD and one to HD, we are not receiving HD definition channels and many other channels (south pack and movie channels). We are not receiving signals since April 4th, ever since we are calling the help line numbers [protected] and the scrolling no. [protected], for no use. We received a call from customer care on April 5th and 6th however no one turned up (we wasted two days waiting for the technician). And no calls since then from your end. We call almost everyday but there is no response. THE RESPONSE FROM THE HELP LINE NUMBER IS AWFULL, and most of the times switched off.

It was a poor response from your network.A c.c.officer attended my call, I was explaining my problem to her, she doesn't mind about it and she ended my call.I think that I must subscribe to some other leading network.I lost more than Rs.100 by contacting your customer service in my mobile.I didn't expected this from a leading network.

                                      iam uday iam using tata sky and recently i have taken more new conections of tata sky and i lost my mobile recently and iam calling to custmer care services from 2 days and they are putting in the hold for 9 minutes and even no answer after that also such an very bad services i have never seen and if i wont get any responce from tata sky with in 24 hours iam going to make a compa\laint aginst this ...whom should i ask about this no one is giving response...

                                        From Last 15day we are not getting and service for tata sky. If we call they will tell we are sending the person and they are giving the reason o[censored]pgrading the service but they are not doing anything if it goes like this take back the instrument.
