We have a NO SIGNAL message for the last three weeks on tata sky.My TATA SKY subscriber ID is [protected].We have been trying to contact the local dealer but they are avoiding our complaint saying "our technician will visit you shortly", but no technician has given a visit till date.We have already registered our complaint on date 04/04/2015.Please see to it that some action is taken soon. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest....

iam uday iam using tata sky and recently i have taken more new conections of tata sky and i lost my mobile recently and iam calling to custmer care services from 2 days and they are putting in the hold for 9 minutes and even no answer after that also such an very bad services i have never seen and if i wont get any responce from tata sky with in 24 hours iam going to make a compa\laint aginst this ...whom should i ask about this no one is...

From Last 15day we are not getting and service for tata sky. If we call they will tell we are sending the person and they are giving the reason o[censored]pgrading the service but they are not doing anything if it goes like this take back the instrument....

for the past 15 days iam not able to view my regional channels news channels, even after repeated complaints no one is responding for the complaint . i have changed from Asianet to tatasky thinking that we will get better services but iam disappointed pls do some thing immediately.or else take this equipment...

Ever since Tatasky made some sort o[censored]pgrade which had been more than 20 days now. Most of the channels aren't working. And the rare few that work also are of poor quality. They get stuck every few seconds. I have sent so many SMS and Facebook messages to Tatasky. I also have some 20 missed calls on the number they have provided.
