Poor service, No connectivity, Refund needed

I recharged the tata sky id [protected] for Rs 500. The pack chosen was grand sports pack. Immediately 2 days after the recharge i have been facing problems receiving signals. The HD channel were not working due to weak signal. Many other channels were not working as well e.g NDTV good times, history channel. Every time i call the [protected] number i have to wait and listen to the IVR for almost 20 to 30 minutes. the 10 mins wait time exceeds...

My digicard no. is [protected]. I had lodged a complaint on 4.4.15 stating that there is no signal for the last 15 days. Work order no. NS[protected] has been generated and i keep getting only sms stating that i will be contacted very soon for taking appointment for technician visit. Today it is 12.4.15 and so far no one has bothered to attend to my problem. The jumbo south package comes at an expensive charge of over 6000/- per annum....

Not Able to watch any HD channels & no one is attending to our complain

My customer ID is [protected], i am not able to watch any of the HD channels from more than 2 weeks, i have been trying to call on the helpline no, but no use i must have tried more than 20 times to speak to the customer care executive but never ever got through since it just repeats only one message that every one is busy our call is important and we are in que and wait time is 10min, even after waiting for 5 min wasting our money the wait...

No Signal for Past 1 month Issue not yet resolved

i regret to inform you that my complaint lodged on 5/04/15 has still not been attended. i never expected that a TATA group institution would treat its customer in a non-chalant manner. i feel like discontinuing the service. if the complaint is not attended within 24 hrs. i am going to approach the CONSUMER COURT ....

Tata Sky - waiting for engineer to visit since 1 Month TATA SKY service sucks

My set top box is not receiving signals from last one month, I have made several complaints over phone / sms but till date however no engineer visited to fix issue. The worst part is when we call CC thy put us on hold for 20-30 min .Today I am just going to throw the set top box along with the dish and if the engineer visits after that he will be going to have a very bad day....

From today I am not able to view any channels, hence called the tata sky Customer care but to my surprise I found that the behaviour of the CCE very unfriendly. I think tata sky is charging for nothing....

NO SIGNAL and Problem not being attended to by company.

No signal and unable to view any TV for last two weeks now. Filed many complaints and registered with customer care too. BUT this seems to be crazy that NO ONE even bothers to call back. TWO WEEKS ? Keep getting SMS that they have registered my complaint but there seems no intent to solve a problem or even inform us as why we are unable to receive any signal. Feels very shameful that a TATA company has such bad service. Unbelievable......
