1st April 2015: I was informed by tenants on 9th April 2015 that there is no signal for abt 10 days
10th April 2015: Still No Signal - Tatasky informs through TV channels:
'due to "upgradation" there is signal failures and asked subscribers to send SMS NS to 56633 and missed call to 08899888998'.
11th April 2015 : COMPLAINT:
We sent SMS NS to 56633 and missed call to 08899888998. The same returns without registration of complaint saying "your mobile number is registered with multiple subscriber id. Call CC". Call to CC goes round and round from 1 to 9 without anyone picking up. IVR told us to press 1 for CC to contact us within 24 hours. Nobody from Tatasky contacted us as promised.

THE MECHANIC CALLED, CAME & SET RIGHT DISH POSITION BY 4 PM & COMPLAINT RESOLVED. It looks that after 'upgradation' the dish has to be changed slightly to a new position monitored by the mechanic in his digital meter. MOST OF THE PROBLEM FACED BY CUSTOMERS ARE IN GETTING CC STAFF TO NOTE THE COMPLAINT AND AGAIN IN COMPANY NOT PROMPTLY SENDING THE MECHANIC TO REALIGN THE DISH. WHILE INSTALLING THEY SEND MECHANIC IN TWO HOURS. FOR SIGNAL CORRECTION THEY SEND MECHANIC AFTER TWO DAYS. DONT GIVE UP. IT IS THE FAULT OF THE COMPANY. THEY HAVE LACUNAE IN SYSTEM. THEY LET US DOWN IN THIS.
TATASKY HAS SPOILED THE NAME OF TATA BEYOND REPAIR.
(1) The company accepted payment and installed multiple DTH with multiple subscriber IDs with same mobile number but after installation, refuses login and complaints saying cel number has multiple subscriber ID. If Cel number has multiple Subs ID why login and complaints should be refused? After all subscriber ID is unique about which login and complaints are made and they can very well note the complaints. Even SMS NS 1117349397 to 56633 was rejected.
Tata Sky Id: [protected], After 20 days issue got resolved today technician reaches and changed movement of the dish. Its working fine hardly they spend 4 minutes to resolve this but for this I have been waited morethan 20 days and many calls.
