Hello, Tata Sky Id: [protected] Past 20 days I am not getting any services like getting "No Signals" I have tried to call many times but customer care was not reachable. Raised complaints but there was no response but daily I used to get message from Tata Sky that Your work order is pending our executive will be contact soon for the appointment to fix the issue. And in their home channel (Channel 100) daily they used advertise like give missed call if no signal then with in 24 hours issue get resolved. I have given many missed calls but no solution for the problem. Is there any possibilities to stop like this stupid advertisements which giving wrong information to the customers. Is there any possibilities to take disciplinary action like this worst service providers ? Kindly Advise how can be procede further. Thanks Manohar

Tata Sky Id: [protected], After 20 days issue got resolved today technician reaches and changed movement of the dish. Its working fine hardly they spend 4 minutes to resolve this but for this I have been waited morethan 20 days and many calls.

    DEAR SIR, SORRY TO TELL THAT EVEN WE FROM TATA GROUP WE ARE FED UP WITH THE SERVICE OF TATA SKY, MY SIMPLE REQUEST OF INSTALLATION OF SECONDARY BOX COMPLAINT IS IN PENDING FOR LAST 3 WEEKS, THE ENGINEER VISITED ON SATURDAY IS NOT ANSWERING PROPERLY AND INSTEAD HE SAYS I WILL ONLY ATTEND ONE COMPLAINT, HE ASKS US TO PUT WIRE CHANGING WHAT IS THIS, NOW IF THE COMPLAINT IS NOT GETTING ATTENDED WE ARE FORCED TO CHANGE THE DISH NETWORK .

DUE TO THIS I GOT FED UP, AS NO CONTACT FROM YOUR SIDE AND TO CONTACT YOU I HAVE TO HOLD BY PHONE 20 MINUTES TO CONNECT YOUR EXECUTIVE. ON 11.04.14, IT TAKES 30 MINUTES TO CONTACT YOUR EXECUTIVE MR.RAMESH AND HE HAD ASSURED ME THAT ON SUNDAY MORNING I.E.12.04.15 YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED. ON 12.04.15 AT 18.00 HRS.         IN THE NAME O[censored]PGRADING TATA SKY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO WATCH MANY OF THE CHANNELS WE HAVE SUBSCIBED FOR. 1. ON GIVING MISSED CALL ON THE SAID NUMBER, Nobody responded so far from the last 4 days 2. By sending SMS to the said no [protected] no response i have got so far 3. Customer care response is even worst : 2 times disconnected call . Need to wait for at least 15-20 mins to speak to the executives. But still no solution is being provided. 4. Service request raised are getting closed automatically by them. PROOF as per the attachment. Please stop such kind of harassment to the customers.           I am having a lot of trouble with my TataSky connections these days. I have a multi TV connection however I am not able to view most of the channels. I wish to discontinue the services and opt for some other service however your call centre is a big trouble. Consider this as formal request for disconnection of services and arrange for someone to collect the set top boxes. PS – I am not going to recharge the account going forward now and in case I am charged or fined or asked for any other kind of liability, I will not pay. Customer ID – [protected] RMN – [protected]

            There is no transmission for the last 10 days. Repeated calls evoked no response. Now no one is answering customer care calls. There is a recorded message asking me to leave my phone number. I do not know whom to contact for this and how to cancel my yearly subscription

              My Customer ID is "[protected]" and I am unable to view any channel due to upgradation tata sky system without doing a proper analysis on the impact on viewers. And every time i am trying to connect to Tata sky help line it is in vain as it always says they are in congestion. and yes i am hearing this line from last 15 days. I have taken 1 year subscription so please rectify the porblem or else return the money. i will be more happy to look for other provider. Thought was that Tata sky was best but it is known now after receiving such kind of response. incfact no response.

                My customer id is [protected], i am not able to watch any of
                The hd channels from more than 3 weeks, i have been trying to call on the
                Helpline no, but no use i must have tried more than 20 times to speak to the
                Customer care executive but never ever got through since it just repeats only
                One message that everyone is busy our call is important and we are in queue and
                Wait time is 10mins. One day i got changes to communicate with support guys (After
                35 min), he has treated like!!!...

                What the hell is happening to tata sky we thought the
                Ervice was best, i feel now it worst then a cable operator atleast some
                Responds and attend to the complainants, i would like my services to be
                Restored immediately and some calling us back to... If this is not the case
                Then i would prefer other service…

                  Subscriber ID : [protected] Pune - Maharastra I am unable to see half of the channels I have subscribed and paying for. Tata sky is advertising that this is happening becaus o[censored]pdgradation in their infrastructure and if we face any issue - we need to give a miscall to the number provided by them. I registered the issue 10 days back and in between I received message multiple times that your issue will be resolved very soon. When I tried to call their customer care ([protected]), there is no body to receive the call.Their customer care number is also costs more then normal call. When I call to any STD, it costs me 1P/sec. But when I call to their customer care, it costs me 4P/sec. Thanks, Prithvee.

                      I have been getting no signal for the past 13 days. I have given several missed calls on the said no. and sent the respective sms multiple times. I haven't received a single feedback from any of the authorities. There is no central office of tata sky anywhere in pune. I also doubt that there are actual people on the helpline because every time I call them I get the same response. This is by far the most effective system to trap a customer because there is no central office, nor any contact of any senior authority, no fixed number of a technician. I posted a complain on facebook page of tata sky.They asked for my consumer id and contact number which I provided immediately but still haven't got any reply from anyone. They credited my account with 2 days of recharge but my service is down for 13 days.

                          I have been trying your helpline numbers but could not contact any person.it is such a nonsense hearing for 15 minutes. After that line got disconnected . Who will pay for my mobile bill of 15 minutes. Are you treating customers like this! I cannot contact anyone how do explain my problem. If you don't want to give any service please inform customer to leave tata sky. We have other options available .

                              I recharged the tata sky id [protected] for Rs 500. The pack chosen was grand sports pack. Immediately 2 days after the recharge i have been facing problems receiving signals. The HD channel were not working due to weak signal. Many other channels were not working as well e.g NDTV good times, history channel. Every time i call the [protected] number i have to wait and listen to the IVR for almost 20 to 30 minutes. the 10 mins wait time exceeds 45 mins. I am totally unhappy about the service. The customer care can never be reached. The grand sports pack is of rs 450 monthly recharge. I recharged for 500 and yet that amount is not enough. The due date is now 19th April 2015. Not even for a month. I recharged for 500 and couldnt even watch one HD channel and the channels i want to watch. I need a refund of the money i have recharged the ID with. If you cannot fix both the mentioned issues, namely, 1. Signal issue. 2. Refund for not getting the service/channels mentioned. I will discontinue this pathetic service.

                                1st April 2015: I was informed by tenants on 9th April 2015 that there is no signal for abt 10 days 10th April 2015: Still No Signal - Tatasky informs through TV channels: 'due to "upgradation" there is signal failures and asked subscribers to send SMS NS to 56633 and missed call to 08899888998'. 11th April 2015 : COMPLAINT: We sent SMS NS to 56633 and missed call to 08899888998. The same returns without registration of complaint saying "your mobile number is registered with multiple subscriber id. Call CC". Call to CC goes round and round from 1 to 9 without anyone picking up. IVR told us to press 1 for CC to contact us within 24 hours. Nobody from Tatasky contacted us as promised. 12th April 2015: COMPLAINT TO CC: ref.no. It looks that after 'upgradation' the dish has to be changed slightly to a new position monitored by the mechanic in his digital meter. MOST OF THE PROBLEM FACED BY CUSTOMERS ARE IN GETTING CC STAFF TO NOTE THE COMPLAINT AND AGAIN IN COMPANY NOT PROMPTLY SENDING THE MECHANIC TO REALIGN THE DISH. WHILE INSTALLING THEY SEND MECHANIC IN TWO HOURS. FOR SIGNAL CORRECTION THEY SEND MECHANIC AFTER TWO DAYS. DONT GIVE UP. IT IS THE FAULT OF THE COMPANY. THEY HAVE LACUNAE IN SYSTEM. THEY LET US DOWN IN THIS. TATASKY HAS SPOILED THE NAME OF TATA BEYOND REPAIR. (1) The company accepted payment and installed multiple DTH with multiple subscriber IDs with same mobile number but after installation, refuses login and complaints saying cel number has multiple subscriber ID. If Cel number has multiple Subs ID why login and complaints should be refused? After all subscriber ID is unique about which login and complaints are made and they can very well note the complaints. Even SMS NS 1117349397 to 56633 was rejected.
                                Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I am not getting HD channels and other channels signal since two weeks.
                                (1) Pl go thru the steps I have gone abv
                                (2) Note all mail / msg / calls with company with date, time & whom u contacted
                                (3) get ref no. for each complaint / talk & mention in next communication
                                (4) mail to [protected]@tatasky.com - it saves you money - gives u record of complaints
                                (5) enter chat with company - wait in queue - it also saves u money - inform all prev complaint numbers - get chat id no. & new complaint number.
                                (6) lodge complaint with consumercomplaints.in and with other consumer help forums
                                It is not a big thing to solve signal problem. The mechanic did it within minutes with his digital meter. The big thing is to get staff by calling so called toll free numbers - It is frustrating. So go thro email & chat. You wont lose money atleast.

                                  My digicard no. is [protected]. I had lodged a complaint on 4.4.15 stating that there is no signal for the last 15 days. Work order no. NS[protected] has been generated and i keep getting only sms stating that i will be contacted very soon for taking appointment for technician visit. Today it is 12.4.15 and so far no one has bothered to attend to my problem. The jumbo south package comes at an expensive charge of over 6000/- per annum. I have already lost 22 days of viewer ship and missing on lots of my favorite channels. Such careless attitude only spoils the brand name which Tata's have earned for the last 100 years. I now plan to shift to some other DTH where the customer services are prompt and effective. s. chandrashekar

                                    My customer ID is [protected], i am not able to watch any of the HD channels from more than 2 weeks, i have been trying to call on the helpline no, but no use i must have tried more than 20 times to speak to the customer care executive but never ever got through since it just repeats only one message that every one is busy our call is important and we are in que and wait time is 10min, even after waiting for 5 min wasting our money the wait time never changes even in the midnight, when i opt for call back no one had called, what the hell is happening to tata sky we thought the service was best, i feel now it worst then a cable operator atleast some responds and attend to the complainants but with TATA Sky it's been from past so many weeks, why are we being debited for such a bad service. i would like my services to be restored immediately and some calling us back to.
