Dear Sir/Madam,
Good evening.
Due to signal issue, my TV not working since 05.04.2015. However, I have paid the subscription of Rs.350/- on 05.04.2015 but of no use. It is almost ten days over now.
Their Technician visited our house on 12.04.2015 after several reminders to them. However, TV worked for only one hour only. The next day, once again we informed them for resolving the issue. Till to-day, nothing has happened. We are not able to access their Toll Free number, as it is continuously busy thought out the day.

I have even informed them to postpone the next due date for which I did not get any response from TATA Sky.
May request your intervention in the matter and set right the pending issue immediately.
This is the first time I am facing issue with TATA Sky.
