I am Pushparaj Holkar and my subscriber ID is [protected]. I am getting no signal of almost 80% channels. Tried various platforms to complain; bunt seems nothing is working for Tata sky.I am even not able speak to any of their executive.the complaint taken by them is still unresolved and no one has contacted me. Finally nothing is in my hand but to just sit frustrated in front of blue TV screen!

    I purchased two tatasky connections on 6th April 2015 i.e. 9 days back by paying Rs. 8680 through my credit card and my registered mobile number [protected]. At the time of payment, the tatasky executive called me several times and asked me to make the payment as soon as possible. When I asked the time, the tatasky executives will take to fix the connection at my residence he assured that a representative will definitely fix the connection in 24 hours. I waited for the call and did not received any message or call from the tatasky officials. I made a complaint on the tatasky customer care on 7th April and reported the issue to them, they assured me about the resolution of my issue, but all my efforts were in vain as the tatasky representatives did not paid any attention to my complaints and kept on telling me that your issue is being handled at priority bases but till now (as its already been 9 days after the payment) I have not got my tatasky connection fixed. Now i am tired of calling the representatives again and again, no one is paying any attention my any requests and complaints. I have made about 30 telephonic calls and complaints during the period of 8 days and now i am fed up of talking to the customer care executives and reporting the issue again and again. The customer care representatives are now talking in a very ill-mannered way and giving fake assurances. I also registered complaints through e mail on [protected]@tatasky.com but i did not received any reply for my email. Tatasky guys are cheats and take advantage of prepaid payments, no attention is payed to the customer complaints. I strong advise to stay away from tatasky as they do not pay any attention to the customer service even the high level executives do not pay any attention to any of your requests and provide you fake assurances, they are cheats. Its been 8 days after my payment and i have not got any connection fixed at my residence and i am feeling helpless and cheated

      I am writing this complaint for prompt response on request done for deactivation of Tata Sky customer id [protected]. I have horrible experience with Tata Sky. There is no signal since 02nd April & than after only false promises have been made by call center executives & your Team Leaders (Rajender, Shruti, Anupam, Shashi, Tina, Urvi, Suraj & many more ). I am no more interested to continue with your service. I have done more than 85 calls in call center & send more than 45 SMS on 56633 but no response. This seems that whole system is sleeping & not bother for customer who paid for services. Please let me know my refund amount. I have already made the cancellation request 1-[protected] on 06th Apr. Till now, I have not received any single call on cancellation amount / resolving the issue.

        My Subscriber ID is [protected]. In the name o[censored]pgrading TATA Sky has actually downgraded the service and gone back to the cable TV times. Giving missed call and sending SMS just DOESNT WORK. Hopeless and pathetic service! I have taken multi-room connection, hence have no option to suffer!

We have been suffering from no signal from March onwards, Help line are not picking the call, we are unable view 40% of the channels, the request posted in site is closed with attend the call from April 3 an Upgrade happen 40% to 80 %, 80 % of channels we are not able to see . At last we catch hold of the help desk after an Herculean effort @ 12 midnight, and request the set things right as today new year day Lots of good programs in the TV they assured me atleast a call back no body responded VGRaja

            I have been getting a No signal message on the Tata sky connection. Sending a NS message to 56633 and giving a missed call to the number they mention is of no use yet. The toll free customer care number 1) does not connect 2) If it connects, recorded messages for 10 minutes. It is extremely pathetic service on their end. They have given a credit of 3 days. Hats off to their generosity.!!! Deat Tata Sky, Infrastructure upgrade was supposed to be the plan. I hope you are not doing a downgrade...

              My Tata Sky Subscriber id is [protected]. Most of the channels do not work including DD1. Because their site said that they were upgrading their systems, I had waited for a couple of days and then complained on 4th Apr 2015. I had a similar experience during March when Kannada channels were not visible during evenings, but after about 10 days, the problem got solved even without any technician visit. After my complaint on 4th Apr 2015, I received a message saying that a technician would contact me shortly. But that "Shortly" has not materialized till date. I have received a message from Tatasky last week that they would be crediting 2 days of subscription to my account! It is now over two weeks that I have this problem, and instead of solving it quickly, Tatasky has shown their MAGNANIMITY by crediting 2 days of subscription! How generous of them! To summarize, it has been a horrible experience and appalling serviceby Tatasky. Please assist in rectification. Best regards Raghuram

                Subscriber ID: [protected] I have been complaining about unavailability of services for past 2 months and all i get to hear from the customer care center is false promises and lies about the issue to be resolved. All the time I hear that they will set the problem right in 24 hours which never happens. I must have made atleast 10 calls so far. They even do not hesitate to cut the call if I ask for escalation.                   We have not been receiving signal since 3rd April.We have not been able to watch any programme since then. As suggested by the TATASKY screen, we have been giving a missed call to [protected] and also sms NS to 53366. There is an ack that someone will attend to us soon but no one has turned up so far. We have an sms on 12/4 that their installation engineer will visit us between 8-45 and 9-30 pm but no one turned up. There has been no message further about the delay or a reappointment. Our efforts to speak to their customer care have been in vain except for listening to a mechanical voice that tells us that it will take at least 10 minutes for an officer to attend to us and advises / assures us that if the problem is related to signal it will get resolved automatically very soon . So far nothing has happenned. We have paid in advancer and even if they were to return the amount or extend the validity, we have been put to tremendous ion convenience and mental agony besides depriving us of our ONLY PLEASURE watching some programmes of our interset at our old age. My wife is 62 years old and she depends on the TV for some entertainment. It is high time that TATASKY is made to pay for this lapse and indifferent attitude towards their customer.                     My tata sky subscriber no. is [protected]. On 11th April 2015 I received a message and when I opened to read the message that your active music is added to the active music. This is to my surprise that such reputed companies like tat group are playiong such cheap tactics to mint money from the customers. when I tried to deactivate the active music from the tatasky packages by logging in to my account it says that this package can only be dropped after a month that is on 11.05.2015, that means I am forced to pay the amount for the active music package which i never wanted.This is repeatedly happening what shall I do. I am frustrated with the services of TATA sky, because I have purchased the setup box and the dish so it will be a loss, hence I am not able to disconnect it. Kindly help the customers from such reputed cheaters LIKE TATA SKY.

Every Day i call on Tata sky toll free number twice a day but no i is resolving the problem. Every time they assure me that they will send a technician to visit but no one showed up and still problem persisted.Inspite of calling them so many times they never provided any resolution and every day close my complaint as resolved..Kindly plz look in to this matter..                         my sub I'd:[protected] we just complained about no signal on April 2.A guy came two days ago and said DAT we need to replace set up box and it I'll cost 350 and we should also said OK he told that he replace it tomorrow but 2 days over still not replaced the box if I tried to call he rejects worst from tata sky .time to consider airtel or Videocon .

                          Dear Sir/Madam, Good evening. Due to signal issue, my TV not working since 05.04.2015. However, I have paid the subscription of Rs.350/- on 05.04.2015 but of no use. It is almost ten days over now. Their Technician visited our house on 12.04.2015 after several reminders to them. However, TV worked for only one hour only. The next day, once again we informed them for resolving the issue. Till to-day, nothing has happened. We are not able to access their Toll Free number, as it is continuously busy thought out the day.                             my complain no HLIVWYM . i have been calling several time and i hav been told some technician will come and do the installation but till now no one has given me a call nor they have responded it and the best part is that when ever i called they guy says that we are taking in priority list and some body will give call within one hour but no call .This is rediculous and pathetic service My sincere request plz do the needfull or let me know to withdraw your service .

                              My consumer number is [protected]. My name is Raghunandan. I'm getting the error as No Signal from almost 15 days. I have given the complaint 12 days back after waiting for 30 minutes on phone. Till now, no one has turned up. My parents are so upset.

                              I'm too facing the same issue. My subscriber id is [protected]. I raised complaint on 9-Apr-2015 SR : SR[protected] which was closed even without resolving. Couldn't contact their customer care through phone, it says you are waiting in queue for 30 mins and then disconnects saying that there is no one to answer. I contacted them on chat whre they said it would be resolved in 24 hours which never happened. It has been 6 days now.

                                  Since 01.04.2015, the set-top-box is not working. Number of complaints made. Finally the technician visited my house today and demanded Rs.300 to set it right as other customers are paying in the same way. I don't know whether it is a paid service or free. When I rejected to pay, he just left without attending the complaint.

                                    Can't view any channels since 11 days and being given fake promises since 5 days stating that there will be a technician visiting from their side but nobody has come yet. They text about appointments being confirmed but i receive a cancellation msg stating the problem is solved even though it isn't and they say there is no technician visit appointment booked on the account. They have been saying such lies coninuously since the past 5-6 days. please look into the matter asap and do the needed. thanks

                                      I have been paying you per day basis and what i receive is totally disrupted services . I am unable to view even a single channel consistently there is continuous disruption in all channel services i have logged complain on phone on the number you have mentioned but you people have failed to send your service person its been 20 days now. Your service is the most disgusting one which i have come across.
