Updated by Subscriber ID-1106127358 I don't understand what's happening in the name of System Upgradation!!
My Subscriber ID is-[protected].I have been facing No Signal issues for
most of the channels I have subscribed to.
So I dialled [protected] and registered a complaint on 8th April 2015
& received SMS of work order no.-NS[protected]. Since then I
am waiting to see some service personnel at our doorstep!! I keep
getting messages everyday that some technician has been assigned to my
complaint and he will visit us soon.!!
After waiting for more than 5 days, I call up and talk to a customer
care personnel just to know that my work order has been cancelled and
closed !! Upon asking the reason, he simply says there is congestion of
requests so it got cancelled!!
What horrible service are you upto Tata Sky?
How can a complaint get cancelled without even addressing to it?
The customer care guy assured that some technician will visit next day
by 11am..Its 2 days and someone is still to come over and check the
issue.
Such inconvenience!! We are forced to see selective 5-10 channels by
subscribing a 3 month package!
Tata Sky, , you people need to brace yourself and provide prompt service
as per your word!!
Otherwise there is no point in making, showing funny AD's about
postponing wedding date and blah blahh ...kind of commitments for your
customers!
Now i have not recharged also.
