Customer Care Helpline Number ….. I am using TATA CABLE DTH TV since 2 year. Yesterday I was call in customer care ([protected]/[protected]) for relocate my TATA DTH TV. I have call three time but I am not satisfied because the behaving like not expectable. I have recording you have to take some action about this happened. My calling no [protected] My TATA CABLE DTH TV register no [protected]

    Sir, I could not view any channels for the past 20days, I have made a complaint but then there is no one to rectify the problem, now if i call to a customer care there is no one picking up my phone. This is not the service which i expected. This is not the right way to treat a 12year customer, I'am spending Rs.725/- monthly. for viewing a blank TV. First make sure your OLD customer as a Pet Dog not has a Street Dog, and then go for the NEW ---

      Dear Sir/Madam, Its really bad experience the way your Technicians are behaving. As you no Tata Sky is facing problem of channels. So regarding this after waiting appx. 10 days, I lodged complaint on 7th April. Then I received the call from Your one of Technician having no. [protected]. As I me and my husband both are working so not able to available in day time so I requested him to come before 9 in morning or after 7 in eveng. or On Sunday any time. But he cut the call without responding. Then I called him again and requested to come but he misbehaved with me that he is not My Naukar so that he came according to my time. Then after that I also lodged compliant so many time., So today again I received call from no. [protected]. He also did same thing he cut the call twice. Then I called him thrice then he said for sunday lets see that will he be come on Sunday. If He will not come on Sunday then I will take the reimbursement of all the days I am tolerating the bad services of Tata Sky.

      Few channels were not able to view. As of the satellite issue, after which i did file a complaint on the given number. i did recieve my complaint id so. Thereafter i have complained thrice and yet no technician has visited to resolve the same.

      Now i have not recharged also.
      My customer ID is [protected].

      I have been experiencing difficulties in viewing Tatasky channels during the last one month. I tried registering complaints with the Customer Service number, but despite waiting over 25 minutes in some of my attempts, I am not able to register a complaint. I was advised to send an SMS to Tatasky and this effort too has proved futile.

      While I have been experiencing this problem, their sales office numbering Chennai could be reached and when I expressed my difficulties he expressed his inability to help me and suggested that I continue trying customer service number. It's more than a month am not getting many of the channels - news channels, Malayalam channels, etc. In the meanwhile I promptly received reminders from Tatasky to pay the monthly subscription charges (which I did too)

      This kind of third rate service is unbecoming for century old and trusted industrial house of TATA's. Today am so helpless that the only option available option is to dismantle Tatasky dish and avail the service of a competitor like Airtel, Videocon or Reliance.

      A dejected and completely dissatisfied customer of TATA Sky.

        Respected Sir/Madam, I have 2 Tata Sky connection ([protected] & [protected]) unable to see single program last 8 day. I call Tata sky customer care center 3 to 4 time they give me TAT every time 12hrs 24hrs 48hrs but not give me resolution. Big problem is without see any program my balance willdeducted & yesterday 14-Apr-15 I received SMS is that your Tata sky was deactivated ([protected]). Today I was call Mumbai head office & talk with DM[protected]. She told with in 48 hrs your issue will resolved I was told if issue is not resolved in 48 hrs What I will do she told me what can I do I ask give me mail she not give me mail also.           Sir In Tata sky a message beeped, telling ki you are changing sumthing in the tata sky and we faced any problem we should give miss call on the number which you told, and a service provider will come to see the problem. But I have given miss call two tyms, bt yet no technician came for the solution. And its really getting frustrating. The two numbers which came up after the miss call were WO:NS[protected] on 10/4/2015 WO:NS[protected] on 7/4/2015

            My tatsky Id is [protected] . My tatasky is down for last 6 days.I have put complaints to all possible systems in Tatasky such as online, calling customer care, booking miss call, call back registering, sending email. Every time the response is standard and your call will be attended on priority. I am fed up with tatasky and not sure what to do now. Worst ever evice. they say updation going for beer service and there is no customer contact from tatasky side. If they cant restore why this upgradion is required. First Tatasky needs to attend basic services before advancement. If they cant keep customer care service personnel, dont know what to do with the company. Go only will help. Thanks

              Hi I called tata sky customer care on 12-April-2015 at 3:00pm about network problem. They told they will rectify the problem with in 24 hours, But on Monday 13-April-2015 also i did not got any call from Customer care, and continuously i am calling the customer care everyday, but there technical guy is not come to resolve issue. I am really fead up with tata sky from 12-April-2015 to till date 16-April-2015 i am calling tata sky customer care there response is we will resolve with in 24 hrs, as the day pass they are keeping on telling the same but not coming or resolving the issue. This is worst service that I am facing from Tata sky DTH service provider. Complaint no They had registred is NS[protected].

                Dear Sir/ Mam, We would like to bring to your notice, that we had filed a complaint on [protected] on 3rd April for the signal problems, The service personal turned up on 13th April.. IN between as there was no access to TV, and we have our elderly people in our house, for them only entertainment is TV, we called one local TATA sky person who charged us for his visit.. Which we paid... Your person from on complaint came on 13th, and done some thing... it was working... Now, one more person from tat sky came in our building on 15th and now, we do not know what he has done... we once again have no signal... We are with TATA SKY since last 7 years, and we are facing this problems since last one month... Kindly help us out.. Even with our subscibing anything, we are asked to pay??? Kindly guide us, where do we complain, to get things done properly...would like to complaint to your highest authority... Looking forward for you support, Swapnil. [protected]

                  i have called several times to the local service center relating to not proper working and unloading of set-up box due to may be not updated problems.i have requested them several times but there was no proper response shown related to it .getting disappointed by their no hear to the complaints i want a proper action to be taken regarding it.

                    Mem ID: [protected] Faulty HD TV box need replacement. I have raised request more thrice to replace not working Tata sky HD box but this is still not done after 10 days. This is worst service that iam facing from Tata sky DTH service provider. First request raised on 23 March 2015 say (Box is not working), on 31st they replace the box with again faulty box and then I again raise request saying box need to be changed... I have called Tata Sky CC executive almost 45 times. and always got nonsense answers. (like: Will get it tomorrow, wait for some time) and it is still not resolved till today 15th April 2015. What I can say is "Tata Sky is providing pathetic service to customer. And harassing end users by their worst service."

                        I am Ravi kumar with [protected] (ID). I could not watch or there is not signal from more than a week and no technician has attended till today. I repeatedly calling customer care for number of times and not even one time the call is continued on IVR. My money is getting wasted for the calls .

                          Since 01.04.15 my tatasky signal was not responding.I have logged complain on 06.04.15 vide docket no NS[protected].But still the problem is not resolved.No one turned up till date. Today on 15.04.15 I had talk with the call center agent he said the complain will be solved sortly, the complain still unscheduled .

                            I had a sports kid pack previously in which I had English new added. I got a call from Tata sky around ten days ago offering an yearly scheme of. 2600 giving all English and Hindi channels. I recharged on 9 th and called your helpline back. They changed my pack to dhamal mix and removed the English channels also from it. Since then I have have called many times to activate the correct pack that I was offered. But all effort gone in waste. Nobody listens... They keep transfering calls to senior useless executives. They promise that they will call back but they never do... Tata sky is a hopeless service.

                              Since last more than 15 days there is no signal and after following up with tata sky help line problem continues and there is no response from them, they can send reminders for payment but can't solve complain and though there is no signal the amount from the account is deducted. PLEASE Help asap. Tata Sky help line messages are all hoax and futile asking them to solve the complain.

                              Tata Sky is very troublesome.
                              Out of my 2 connections one is down from 11 days and other is from 4 days. But still no response from tata sky.pathetic service

                                  Tatasky is doing some upgradation of their services but every customer of Tatasky (Dish TV) is facing No Service problem for the last two weeks. Their Call Center numbers are not working, their Live chat is getting disconnected, their committments of sending the technician to check the Dish are failed. We are not able to reach them anyhow & suffering with this problem for so many days. They will disconnect their services as per the date but what about the services we have paid for.

                                    its been 8 day i have been complaint regarding signal issue no response yet when i call them i have to wait for long time to talk them and in between call disconnect then again wait for all those procedure its been waste of time and money because customer care service in not toll free

                                    i have activated tata sky but only three channel are working
                                    We are unable to get signal for past 1 month twice your engineering has come to check it worked for few days. Our question if there is any technical issues we can bear the cost if the dish is not receiving the signal its not customer issues .

                                    To your understanding a couple month before sensor was also replaced but still its not working . More over we are unable to reach the call center more 20 days we have the issues .More over your chennai service team Mr. Sarvanan / mR. Venugopal are not even having patience to listen to customer quires. If this problem is not sorted out i will forced to go consumer forum

                                      I don't understand what's happening in the name of System Upgradation!! My Subscriber ID is-[protected].I have been facing No Signal issues for most of the channels I have subscribed to. So I dialled [protected] and registered a complaint on 8th April 2015 & received SMS of work order no.-NS[protected]. Since then I am waiting to see some service personnel at our doorstep!! I keep getting messages everyday that some technician has been assigned to my complaint and he will visit us soon.!! After waiting for more than 5 days, I call up and talk to a customer care personnel just to know that my work order has been cancelled and closed !! Upon asking the reason, he simply says there is congestion of requests so it got cancelled!! What horrible service are you upto Tata Sky? How can a complaint get cancelled without even addressing to it? The customer care guy assured that some technician will visit next day by 11am..Its 2 days and someone is still to come over and check the issue. Such inconvenience!! We are forced to see selective 5-10 channels by subscribing a 3 month package! Tata Sky, , you people need to brace yourself and provide prompt service as per your word!! Otherwise there is no point in making, showing funny AD's about postponing wedding date and blah blahh ...kind of commitments for your customers!

                                        Subscriber ID [protected], I placed a complaint on 7th April, 2015 and have been following up with Tata Sky call centre on regular basis, but everytime they revert back saying some technician will call me up and come for a visit, but nothing happens after that. They continue to deduct subscription charges are regular, just once they gave me a rebate for 3 days, but solving the issue is far from known time-lines.
