We would like to bring to your notice, that we had filed a complaint on [protected] on 3rd April for the signal problems, The service personal turned up on 13th April.. IN between as there was no access to TV, and we have our elderly people in our house, for them only entertainment is TV, we called one local TATA sky person who charged us for his visit.. Which we paid...
Your person from on complaint came on 13th, and done some thing... it was working...
Now, one more person from tat sky came in our building on 15th and now, we do not know what he has done... we once again have no signal...
We are with TATA SKY since last 7 years, and we are facing this problems since last one month... Kindly help us out.. Even with our subscibing anything, we are asked to pay???
Kindly guide us, where do we complain, to get things done properly...would like to complaint to your highest authority...

Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Now i have not recharged also.
