No signal and unable to view any TV for last two weeks now. Filed many complaints and registered with customer care too. BUT this seems to be crazy that NO ONE even bothers to call back. TWO WEEKS ? Keep getting SMS that they have registered my complaint but there seems no intent to solve a problem or even inform us as why we are unable to receive any signal. Feels very shameful that a TATA company has such bad service. Unbelievable......

As already mentioned by many customers, due to some disastrous upgrade program, Tata Sky customers are not receiving services which they are paying for.
