My Subscription ID is [protected], I have been getting no signal for most of the channels for past 1 month. I have registered complaint and field engineer keeps calling but never came to resolve the issue. Every day money is being deducted with no action taken. No response till date..

    tata sky customer care very west service in call support, my tata sky id-[protected], still not active the account, we are replace the place DTH, so pls come and install the dth we call to tata sky customer call center person, he not support to the customer, pls get complaint.

      i regret to inform you that my complaint lodged on 5/04/15 has still not been attended. i never expected that a TATA group institution would treat its customer in a non-chalant manner. i feel like discontinuing the service. if the complaint is not attended within 24 hrs. i am going to approach the CONSUMER COURT .

        Hi, This is regarding no TV signals on 2 tata sky connections for the last 4 days. Inspite of repeated reminders- no action has been taken; In fact we have received zero calls from the technical team till now. Day 1: We complaint- they say they will call back in 24 hours Day 2: We again ask them- they say the complaint is on priority and technician will call back by the evening Day 3: We call them- they disconnect the phone Day 4: We call them- they say our previous complain was not raised; was blocked somehow- Now they have refreshed it- but still no action This is awful service specially from Tata brand.           My ID no [protected], Since 2014, I am payment Excess payment, Four to five times I requested to the Tata Sky Customer care dept to rectify the excess payment problem but till date no action has been taken . this is my third written Complaint Today again i had telephonic conversation to your Customer care dept I requested them to arrange the reference no as well as to rectify the excess payment issue's but Madam was not ready to listen complaint Kindly do the need full Thanking You Regards sanjay kaloo

            Our two HDPVR has been closed for more than 10 days now and there seems to be no movement from TATASKY service team in this regard inspite of repeated reminder to call centre and mails being sent to you We keep getting assuring of prompt action in this regard but no one seem to be responding, this is in spite of the fact that we have four receivers as a family with us It is indeed disturbing to note the fact that a reputed organization like yours is not keen to respond or keep communication with us in this regard Most times we don’t get the call through also If this is the quality of service we will, moving forward disconnect all the four connections we have and look for those service provider who are keen to serve their customers better .               My set top box is not receiving signals from last one month, I have made several complaints over phone / sms but till date however no engineer visited to fix issue. The worst part is when we call CC thy put us on hold for 20-30 min .Today I am just going to throw the set top box along with the dish and if the engineer visits after that he will be going to have a very bad day.

                Hi. I am a very irritated Tata Sky Subscriber. My set top box is not receiving signals from last week I have made several complaints over phone via sms and calls but till date no engineer visit has been done to check the issue. The worst part is when we call their so called cust care the put us on hold for 20-30 min saying we will just check and confirm and disconnect the call. Absolutely [censored] all service from tata sky dth. Today I am just going to throw the set top box along with the dish and if the engineer visits after that he will be going to have a very bad day.                     i have a connection of tata sky, subscriber id id [protected]. i bought a new LED and thought o[censored]sing services of tata sky again. so i contacted tata sky customer care and local vendors in jaipur. they told me by paying 5500 more, i can upgrade my old SD tata sky box into HD box and they will provide me one more HD box for my new LED, and annual pack for my new TV and annual hd access fee for both of my tv. on 8 april I paid to the vendor whole 5500 rs but still in my account of tata sky instead of annual pack it is showing one month fee paid. when i tried contacting this local vendor, he disconnected my call and now stopped taking my call.

                      Dear Sir Please note that We had issued a cheque no-001958 dated 12.03.2015 for Rs. 15, 000/- and date of clearing of cheque was 02.04.2015 from account against customer I.D.                         My subscriber ID is [protected]. I am not able to view many channels since last one month. The first complaints related to this was register on 14th march 2015. From today I am not able to view any channels, hence called the tata sky Customer care but to my surprise I found that the behaviour of the CCE very unfriendly. I think tata sky is charging for nothing.

                            No signal and unable to view any TV for last two weeks now. Filed many complaints and registered with customer care too. BUT this seems to be crazy that NO ONE even bothers to call back. TWO WEEKS ? Keep getting SMS that they have registered my complaint but there seems no intent to solve a problem or even inform us as why we are unable to receive any signal. Feels very shameful that a TATA company has such bad service. Unbelievable... We have always had high regard for all TATA organisations. But... Making calls, sending sms seems a waste of time now. What is the way forward? May be its time to shift to another vendor. Mrs. Angara

                                  As already mentioned by many customers, due to some disastrous upgrade program, Tata Sky customers are not receiving services which they are paying for. Will these money be refunded?This issue being so common and widespread, how come the authorities not impose deadlines to the company to restore its services? As per message from Tata Sky, 3 additional days of free subscription would be given. But it had been almost 2 weeks... what about the remaining days' worth of subscription charges? Will they be added to our account?Had there been stricter laws and better people managing them, Tata Sky would had to provide compensation for the sufferings they had caused to its customers.AND TO MY FELLOW SUFFERERSI see your posts where you say that you are paying for HD and English channels and not receiving them. Then why the hell are you paying? Don't you know that amount is deducted on a day to day basis? Change your base pack to the minimum one and remove HD Pack... till all services are restored. Don't let Tata Sky make money for the services they are not providing.

                                    I am suffering from tata sky no signal for last 1 month.No signal is the main cause as they suggest.But some of the engg is behaving so badly, they just cut number from consumers and did not respond.Like I am giving one example a person having contant number: [protected] .He has called me 1 time and asked whether I am getting signal or not, and after that he has told me thanks & cut the ph line . I am trying to contact him, but he is not picking up the phone . It is too much . Tata sky's after sales survices are very poor, we are totaly frustrated with this service . Pls look into this.

                                        HI - I, HAVE CALLED COMPLAINING THERE IS "NO SIGNAL" I WAS TOLD A "TECHNICIAN WILL COME AND FIX THE PROBLEM" BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP - FINALLY AN UNAUTHORIZED PERSON FROM -TATA SKY CAME AND CHECKED THE DISH AND DID NOT FIX THE DISH IN A PROPER WAY AND NOW DUE TO THE RAIN AND NO SIGNAL WHEN I, WENT TO CHECK THE DISH THE DISH IS NOT THERE.. FLEW AWAY.. THE UNAUTHORIZED PERSON WHO WAS ON A "CONTRACT WITH TATA SKY" WAS MESSING WITH THE DISH - WE HAVE HAD THE DISH ALL THESE YEARS AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED AND NOW AFTER THE GUY WENT UP AND WAS MESSING WITH IT PROBABLY LOOSENED IT AND THE DISH FLEW AWAY.. PLEASE SEND A TECHNICIAN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - WE NEED A DISH.. DEAN MARTIN [protected]
