I have complained tata sky about signal issues for [protected] by calling them in customer-care. But it seems no action is taken by them. It's almost a week since the complaint is registered and I am getting only false assurances by the customer care with no action on ground. Will they charge for usage for these days where I am not able view channels is the case of worry. -Prem

    Hi Sir my name is Srinu babu my subscriber id is ([protected]), I registered a complain with tata sky for not receiving signals 10 days ago and still dint get any resolution, I keep on calling to customer care after waiting for 30min but everyday I get response saying the technician will visit you soon. Iam fed up by calling. Tata is one of the trusted brand in India but I dint expected this.. I request consumer forum to kindly look into this and do the justice...

But Without confirming us our complaint has been closed. I am very much upset that our so many channels which was earlier showing clearly. after setting by your eng. not shown.           Complaints have been given to costumer care nos, it was replied that technichian will attend within 24 hours, no technichian has attended since last 12 days, company should put the facts & should give services through another operator, but they are cheating costumers due to advance payments made, Company should return the money since problem started, also should return the present installatiin & new connection charges as I have to go for another operator with new installation, Thank you Dilip Upadhye, [protected]

            i have tata sky HD and wish to recharge my connection with yearly subscription of dhamal mix pack. but for better quality from company side the angle will be migrated due to which it is enable to get the signal on my TV screen. i have already launge a complaint but from company side i am not getting any response as while talking with customer care she assure within 4 working hours our representative with contacted with you. but till now nobody will response against my complaint. so you are requested to plz. see into the matter. my Tata Sky ID is : [protected]

              For the last 10 days my tata sky ([protected]) is not working due to signal issues. A week ago I registered a complaint as per their instructions, giving a missed call on the number given. Thereafter everyday I receive a message saying sorry for the inconvience ( which you'll most definitely are not!)however no technician arrive to repair the same. I am fed up with calling your call centre every day and waiting minimum for 30 mins till someone will answer. The only response I get is we are sorry we will escalate the matter (the number of times the matter has been escalated, I wouldn't be surprised if my complaint has reached Mr Tata by now!!) It is not fare to treat paying customer like this. If you decide to upgrade your systems you should have better sense to employee more staff to handle the increased work load!!! This afternoon finally a technician mr Ravi [protected] called and rudely informed me that he has been given this work ticket but it's not his area and he won't do it. When I enquired where he was, he was in the adjacent area only!!! And all this when my friend who lives nearby had a technician at his house 20 mins after registering his complaint. Tata Sky has thoroughly disappointed with its most terrible service and inefficiency!!!

              I have not been receiving any DTH signal from last 10-15 days. I have raised a request on 1st April to rectify the same. The request got cancelled automatically without problem resolution on Apr 10. Then I raised another request on 10th Apr. They raised a complaint also. But no response yet. they have been charging me and also the calling customer care gets charged.

              Pathetic service and no words to explain the frustration. This sort of service from a company like TATA is so unworthy.

              From 2/4/15 I am not receiving signal in my tatasky set top box, I have complain number of time about my problem to your company executive but I didn't get any fruitful result .so this is my last mail to your company, if I didn't get any result by 20/04/15(monday) I will file a complaint in the consumer court.

Even company unskilled technician have not solve my problem and now i am tired of making complaint coz of worst service of tata sky. Hope you will do some needful
              I am facing tata sky connection problem from last one week. I have been calling them daily but of no use they nt even connecting my call to customer care and daily they are assuring me that they will contact back within 24 hours. But till now i hav nt got any call or mes from them. this is the worst services provided by any company to their customers. Thinking o[censored]ninstalling tata sky.

              Last week our set top box was not receiving signal so i called the customer care. I was told that the problem would be resolved in two hours but the problem persisted for 5 days. Every day i used to call 2-3 times. And after waiting for a long time to get the call connected, i was told that the service personnel will arrive in few hours but nothing happened. After 5 days the problem was resolved. Now since 29th April i am facing the same problem, today is 2nd May. Every time i cal they tell me the same answer that in few hours your problem will be resolved. But nothing's happening. Tata Sky has become a harrowing experience.
              Please help.
              TATA SKY can be called as 420 TATA SKY as they are cheating consumers and also trying to corner then by speaking in high pitch.

              No service, when called the customer care they say that the technican will reach by 10 AM today, we wait for the technician, but he doesnt give up. Wasting our time by waiting for technician.

              When i again called, he answers to me in high picth saying that your complaint was lodged only yesterday night, which indicates that we cant call them when they dont turn up.


              F______ING service, NO value for money.

              I have been following it up with tata sky regarding the issues faced in viewing channels. I have logged many complaints against. I have even written mails to the higher officials ( Mail Pasted below) but have received no input. We have been using this connection for a company and its been 15 days since i have logged my 1st complaint but nothing is still done. We have Tata Sky field executives coming to our office and go but we have not got any positive out put... Every time the executive come they say only the call center team can help us out. whencalled the call center they state they have escalated it to the priority dept and they will resolve it within 24hrs. However its more than 15 days. The issue still exist. We still call the tata Sky Customer care but endup getting no response. Even the higher officials like Vikram and other dont even see to the mail i believe. This is so embarrassing to see such a worst service by Tata Sky. Im Not sure now as to what needs to be done, Inspite of Paying 6 months advance payment we are facing difficulty in viewing the channels.

              We are from a company called as EFI India Pvt. Ltd., We have taken 2 connection and the Customers ID is as mentioned below.

              We have been facing issues from past 3 days and we have been following it up with your team every day and we end up getting no response. When we call them they just give a false assurance or disconnect the call without event listening to the grievance.

              I have recharged the account for a semi annually package (Metro Pack) but we are not able to view the sports channel available in the package, Every month i keep calling the Tata sky team to rectify the issue, Later after putting us on hold for around 10 minutes they get this rectified. Every time we speak to them they say is this issue will never occur again but it is so unfortunate that the issue is persisting. When we log a call we don’t get a positive response which is really irritating. After i made several calls today they put me on to the senior desk and for my surprise they just hanged up the call without any courtesy which is embarrassing. Second time when i called that number the person was not at all serous in listening to me and was asking to repeat the query which is again so embarrassing.


              I have no clue why the tata sky service has gone so pathetic.
              I have left with no option other than reaching you. Please intervene and help me in this regards.

                  My Tata Sky Id is [protected]. There has been no signal for last 10 days for most of the channels except 4 or 5. I have Registered the Complain on 5 April 2015 and got the work order number : NS[protected]. But till today no technician visited or no call from technician to solve my problem. I also raise complain on customer care no., 2 times but nothing happened. I am getting loss my recharge day by day and You companies never knows about service, don't know time value only knows marketing and grasp people's money. For adding new channels, new connections or paid service you no need single second to attend. There are number of calls for marketing every day thinking that people have no other work only waiting to attend phone calls...

                      I wanted to drop the Active Javed Akhtar Channel, despite of striving from two hours on tata sky website and their call center, i could not do so. There no customer service available, it takes about 4-5 minutes to reach to call canter executive and then he conveys his inability that i cannot drop this channel before 6th may till date the channel is subscribed for. It is their problem, i should not be asked to call on or after the due date, in case i forget to call on 6th the channel will automatically get renewed for another one month and amount will be deducted from my account, the same thing has happened previously also. I had received the call from tata sky for addition of this channel in dec @ Rs. 5/-, i though Rs. 5 is not a much amount so i gave a go ahead, i was also told that i can drop this channel at any time, but it is so difficult in Tata sky to drop a channel i have come to know the same today. I want to say as why i had not been called before renewal or before deduction of th amount from my account, had i been called i would have denied. adding and dropping of a channel should be with click of a button in the technologically advanced period, I have observed this tedious process has been kept deliberately to enhance revenues through this unfair means. First call the consumer, ask him to add a particular channel, consumer somehow forgets to discontinue, channel is automatically renewed and amount deducted from the poor subscribers. i have seen in the past that when my annual or half yearly subscription expires the company makes so much reminder calls that i get irritated, I have three major concerns which may please be addressed, otherwise i will definitely change the service provider: 1. That why i was not called before renewal of the subscription for this channel, why was it automatically renewed 2. that why cant i drop a channel anytime during the month/subscription period, 3. that even since my subscription amount has been deducted for a full month, even after that i want to forgo the amount and want to drop the channel instantly, why i am not been allowed. 4. That even after calling the call center they hanged my call without addressing my problem, is this called a customer service, it should be called customer inconvenience service. 5. that channel dropping adding should be a very easy and convenient process. regards Ramesh Kaul

                        My registration ID is [protected], there is a lot of balance in the account but still there is no signal against most of the channels. Logged service request with TataSky and also tried all communication channels to address this issue. They keep saying that there is a channels upgrade due to which there is a problem, . I have been waiting for 9 days now, also a guy calls up and says that arrange for a ladder only then the issue will be fixed. What the hell? He is so rude. I am very angry, I would say please scratch their broadcasting rights. Bloody , taking money from customers and we get the raw treatment. Screw these guys.

                          Hi, There has been no signal for last 10 days for most of the channels and they have given the WorkOrder : NS[protected] and they are only saying that technician will visit soon but till date there has been no call or vist by technician.                             My subscription ID is [protected] We have 8 connections. Only 4 our working and the others aren't. When we call to lodge a complaint they say that an upgrade is going on. Actually nothing is happening. It's just not working. We have been calling on he customer care number for the past two weeks no one answers the call. If Tata Sky is done providing services, tell us. So that we can switch to a BETTER Network and not waste our time on this .

                              My customer id no [protected] with 4 connections and there are no services for last 4 days and there is no solutions being offered . neither customercare nor any engineer is reachable . everytime we get the same reply to SMS stating that "your request is allocated to our Tata sky engineer who will contact you shortly " . really dont know what does shortly mean ..no one has contacted us for last 4 days ...This is not acceptable level of service . pls let me know when get this issue is resolved with a definite timleine . If this is not resolved soon, am happy to surrender all the connections . pls revert to me urgently .

                              I'm facing similar issue and have tried to contacted Customer Care. Once, received a call from their end saying that the Tata sky technician will visit and resolve the issue.
                              But, nothing has happened. Quite frustrated from almost 1 week now.

                                I am not receiving the appropriate channels as per package. After several complaints i am not getting any help/assistance/support from the company. It is worst experience i have got . I want to discontinue my service.& to have other connection . I want to lodge consumer case against my service. The customer assistance service is the worst service i have ever got.

                                  dear sir i j.p.purohit -(mobile no.[protected]) v/s tata sky Ahmedabad. my tata sky cust.id.[protected], i subscribed to tata sky Channel on 03/04/2014 and paid Rs.4200/- for one year including installation charges .though the services was for one year tata sky indicated on tv screen somwwhere in december 2014, asking for immediate charge though it was due in april 2015.on approching to customer care they withdraw the message this cause great irritation and harrassment again on 4th april 2015 the services was recharged for six months(under payments receipt) .this service was not restored as per package and many channels were found missing .complaint was lodged with customer care on 4 th april itself.till the filling of this complaint(10TH APRIL) NO ACTION has been taken bythe tatasky .this caused harrassment, I therefor prey. 1. That my service charge may immidiatly be refunded 2. that i may be given the cash compensation for agony and harassment caused by the service provider.

                                    Hi, I am Sujay Asre from bangalore. I am using Tata sky services from past 2 years with Registered mobile number [protected]. From past 4-5 months i am not able to see most of the channels. I have registered several complaints and called several times customer care. No has come to check the problem and even no one is giving me the response back. This is really unprofessional from your side. I am completely pissed off now, if you guys don't fix the problem in 1 or 2 days i will cancel my connection and also put complaints against you in consumer forum.                                       There were a lot many issues with Tata Sky from past few days for subscriber ID - [protected] 1. There is no signal 2. No response from the helpline numbers: Phone:[protected] [Toll-Free Number, except MTNL] [protected] [Toll-Free Number, MTNL] 3. The number which they ask us to call in [protected] or there SMS service NS to 56633 are of no use 4. I have called on the above number: [protected] to which they have responded by giving me a work order number: NS[protected] and the msg says: "We will contact you soon related to Technician visit" but they never visit. All the above complaints are pending since last one week. Please provide a solution. Thanks

                                        This has been more than 3 weeks facing no signal from Tata Sky but not received any support from our very own company of Mr. Ratan Tata. I think he is busy correcting or glorifying his own image of so said "Common Man" but his customers are of no importance to him. Everytime we call up the customer care which is again a paid call, we just gets to hear that we will definitely look into this and get the necessary done. Mr. Tata, if you are hearing me then you should actually be ashamed of yourself and one more thing only travelling in economy class with common man does not make you a common man. Instead of doing all this, it will be of great help if you could resolve the issues faced by your customers, who are actually paying for your company's services.
                                        Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        The only solution is, you have to chat with them on a regular basis provided your luck favour. Initially you might get a queue length of say 30 or 35, but most of the time when it comes to ZERO after your long waiting,
                                        the OFFICERS ARE OFF LINE. So you have to keep patience & continuing to keep your try. Don't misuse the opportunity once you get them to chat. I got my signal OK after almost 120hrs & that too after 4-days chatting. Other wise pray to GOD, some day down the line your fortune may click
