My Tatasky subscriber ID : [protected].
1. I started having problems with signals from April 2nd. As per the advertise on your single channel, I raised NS request through SMS.
2. Subsequently, because nobody called or corrected my problem I raised multiple NS requests on 7th, 10th, 11th and 12th. I have got proof of SMS replies.
3. There are very limited hindi channels and one very bad advertise about 'signal problems being resolved automatically'
4. There's no timeline of when the problems will be resolved across India for all the customers.
5. Trying to get to customer care is a long process. I failed 5 times, because my call got cut after 5 mins of waiting.
6. Friday evening, I finally got through the helpdesk and they promised someone will call and come to fix my no-signal problem by saturday morning.
7. Today is sunday afternoon, again it is inaction.
8. I see a lot of subscribers having problems with the signal and how the problems are being handled. Your social network profiles are filled with people's horrifying stories of getting no signal, no resolution, no response from tatasky.
