    HI - I, HAVE CALLED COMPLAINING THERE IS "NO SIGNAL" I WAS TOLD A "TECHNICIAN WILL COME AND FIX THE PROBLEM" BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP - FINALLY AN UNAUTHORIZED PERSON FROM -TATA SKY CAME AND CHECKED THE DISH AND DID NOT FIX THE DISH IN A PROPER WAY AND NOW DUE TO THE RAIN AND NO SIGNAL WHEN I, WENT TO CHECK THE DISH THE DISH IS NOT THERE.. FLEW AWAY.. THE UNAUTHORIZED PERSON WHO WAS ON A "CONTRACT WITH TATA SKY" WAS MESSING WITH THE DISH - WE HAVE HAD THE DISH ALL THESE YEARS AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED AND NOW AFTER THE GUY WENT UP AND WAS MESSING WITH IT PROBABLY LOOSENED IT AND THE DISH FLEW AWAY..         I vishnu Kumar Aggarwal made payment of my tata sky connection on 4-April-2015.but services were not being received provided to me completely as most of the channels were not working. I called up for help to tata sky customer care where they told me that the issue is because of the up gradation they are making in their connection and told me to make a text so that their one of the executive will come to my place to get the issue fixed. I did the same on 6-april-2015 and in return i received a message saying that they will help me shortly. But till today ie 12-april-2015 i have received no response from tata sky and i dont think that those guys are concerned for any such issue belonging to customers. Now I want compensation for the sufferings that i have gone through and for their careless attitude towards their customers.           Hi, I have made a complaint on 4th April and after following up with your Customer care for 5 days, I had your technician visit. Instead of resolving the problem, he said that the issue is due to the Dish and asked us to get the dish replaced via Private Parties for Rs 1500 for a faster resolution. He categorically mentioned that it will take 10-15 day if we got the dish replaced via Tata Sky. Since I was getting a few channels on TV, I was sure that the issue has nothing to do with the Dish. On Enquiring with Customer Care, I was told that the new dish was available for 425 Rs. Your technicians are coming home and trying to exploit your upgrade gimmick and fool us to pay money. I have raised a new complaint and I am getting messages that your person will come and check out the problem but no one is coming. It's been 3 days. I am very disappointed and feel cheated by your service. My Details: WO[protected].

            my CID : [protected], I shifted from BLR to HYD & I requested 4 times for installation, every time I get SMS & confirmation from CC that next 24/48 hrs it will get done. Our technical will get in touch. None of technician called me.. Every day I m calling CC & every time I'm getting same reply. I m using this connection by last 6 yrs. & I never get frustrated as much as this time. Never know when I will get hon' ry technicians' call. I can't dump it, as I be taken full ur subscription.. Mr Harit Nagpal.. Only u can help me now.. Pl check my past records n u will find one o[censored]r ultra HV customer is using this forum to lodge complaints.

              In continuation my previous complaint that I unable to view tatasky as per package which I loaded w.e.f. 02/04/2015 and I lodge complaint for no signal through No.[protected] to tatasky (as broadcast through channel No.100) from 06/04/15 and from RMN on 07/04/15 and thereafter every day but in every occasion the SMS is coming that my complaint in queue, without any remady whereas in the case of every day deduction from the balance is constatly going on without any breaking. As a result, I am loosing my balance amount of Rs.276.39 on 08/04/2015 to Rs.244.83 on 12/04/2015. So, if it is not taken-up in trouthful way and will not refund the whole undue deduction immediately then, it will be deemed that the Tatasky is insisting me to lodge complaint before the Consumer Court for remading all detrimental suffering.                 Hello sir, My Tatasky subscriber ID : [protected]. 1. I started having problems with signals from April 2nd. As per the advertise on your single channel, I raised NS request through SMS. 2. Subsequently, because nobody called or corrected my problem I raised multiple NS requests on 7th, 10th, 11th and 12th. I have got proof of SMS replies. 3. There are very limited hindi channels and one very bad advertise about 'signal problems being resolved automatically' 4. There's no timeline of when the problems will be resolved across India for all the customers. 5. Trying to get to customer care is a long process. I failed 5 times, because my call got cut after 5 mins of waiting. 6. Friday evening, I finally got through the helpdesk and they promised someone will call and come to fix my no-signal problem by saturday morning. 7. Today is sunday afternoon, again it is inaction. 8. I see a lot of subscribers having problems with the signal and how the problems are being handled. Your social network profiles are filled with people's horrifying stories of getting no signal, no resolution, no response from tatasky.

                  Dear team, It had been more then ten days now that I am not able to view any of the channels from your service, for the same I have complained your customer care for more then 18 times and every time they had only deadlines which are never met, I have a small kid and parents at home and television is a mode of there entertainment, I feel this is harassment for them as for last ten days there time schedule is disturbed. I don't understand that how is this possible that in today's competitive world you can dare to move on with such kind of pathetic services.your engineers have visited around five times and not able to do anything till yet. I request you that I am one of the stupid client of yours please confirm if you can't serve us on time and give us only mental torture to follow so please take your equipments from my place so we can move to a better subscriber.                     I have relocated to Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala. I placed a service request on TATASKY helpline no. [protected] for re-installation at my Thiruvananthapuram residence. The service request was registered and I got an SMS on my RMN for issue of work order to their service engineer. However, the re-installation is yet to be done despite placing my reuest on April 09. Today is April 12 and I am yet to hear from TATA SKY despite taking up the matter with even their Kerala Nodal Officer. This is pitiful. I want to get the connection installed at the earliest.

                    I am a tata sky customer for over 5 years now. I have registered for relocation of my tata sky dish 4 days back and has called customer care for 6 times.                       I am a subscriber of tata Sky no [protected] Dr Ladhani I have not been receiving services since last 4days and this is happening for the second time in a period of month I have made umpteen calls we are unable to reach them and when we get through we are promised quick action we were promised action within 4 hours yesterday but it's 24 hours and when I called up today they are not ready to commit with children's vacation begun It has become more difficult either I get a refund so I can install some other services or quick action and above that they make me pay extra 860 rupees for add on channels day before yesterday promising quick actions and restoration of services it's very unprofessional for a reputed company like Tata to do this Work order also issued (Hello! Your Tata Sky Work Order No:NS[protected].We will contact you soon for taking appointment related to technician visit.) Seeking support for the same

                      My Tata sky subscriber Id is [protected] . I am not able to view the channels from past 15 days except Zee TV .
                      I have placed complaint through call center but I have not got a single response from the Tata sky representative till now. This is not expected from brand like Tata sky. I expect a response regarding expected time to fix this .I have to go through the painful process of listening through all the options and then reaching out to the executive. I am shocked to see that you don't want to fix the upgrade issues faced by existing customers.This causing a lot of issues as I am not able to view channels . I am still being charged for the channels which I am not viewing .If there is no response in another day, then I would like to discontinue Tata sky services.

                        I am unable to view TV channels in Tata Sky and the service provider is not bothered about resolving the service. When i called customer support during day, even after 1 hr, no one is answering the call. I feel its intennally avioding the calls from the customers. I have registered a complaint on the number provided on the TV and daily i receive a message that our technician will contact shortly, but no response received.

                          I lost the connection of TATA Sky Digital TV from last week of March 2015. It has been more than 2 weeks and I haven't received any support or call from the technician or you staff even after registering repeated complaints at the numbers provided in your IVR. Subscriber id: [protected] work order number: NS[protected] It is truly disappointing that even on a planned service disruption like this the IVR doenst say any TAT on when the activation will happen and there is extreme lack of customer service to call us back or even pick up the phone. When we somehow reach your call centre they disconnect the call between the conversation deliberately. I never excepted this from your company and this is horrible extremely disappointing!!! Bijin

                            I requested for a simple relocation of my tata sky connection within the city of hyderabad ... I requested that on 2nd of april 2015 but that was in vain... everyday i called and requested for the same after a hold of 22 min when i got connected to an agent... I have never seen such an incompetent and immoral staff who doesn't know what is customer service all about... I have kept note of all the names of Agents whom I have spoken to... 1. Jaspreet 2. Hazel 3. Faisal 4. Vishwananth and most pathetic 5. Jigna (Employee id 88272) - This girl laughs on the phone when customer asks for any help... I have never seen a customer service like this. And this girl doesn't even know how to talk to customer. Most rude and blunt of all and the above 4 names promised me for 24 hrs assurance but was never fulfilled... Its 12th april now, ... almost 20 calls i made regarding the same but no response from their end. Moreover, they are not even returning my money for the annual pack so that I can switch to some other network connection. Mr. Faisal also promised me for a compensation of the last bill amt but when i called later on regarding the same to avail they stated that we are sorry but u are not eligible for any compensation... Are they supposed to decide whether I m eligible or not...? so why did they promised If i was not eligible..? I have never seen such a pathetic service in my entire lifetime... tata sky is a stupid company who doesn't care about their customers at all... I m also going file a legal complaint against them for the mental harrasment and agony which i have incurred from last 10 days. Never ever choose TATA SKY...

                              Customer connection number [protected]. We have been fighting a war with the rude Tatasky agents and team leads for the past 12 days with almost 1 hour waiting on the call like stupid which the Tatasky people think their customers are, No senior official has the guts to attend customer complaints including Mr. Ratan Tata for creating a disgraceful Indian brand. We have been facing continuous harassment for the last 12 days with false commitments and refund promises thrown at us as though we are beggars. I give this refund back as a donation to the TATAS to make then richer at the grieving customer's cost. if any Tata office has a spine to attend our complaint Pls call me. I will meet you in the court though which is a promise.

                                  My service is not get signal from 4th April 2015. I have sent sms & missed calls & complaints. NOTHING HAPPEN TOWARDS SOLVING PROBLEM. My tata sky id: [protected].                                   On 13th April, we have a prolonged discussion with Tata Customer service about 50mins and the call escalated to Floor Manager ( I doubt the person) but he confirmed that they will not able to resolve in next 5 days as they have huge backlog of complaints. It's a shame how they unplanned to handle the complaint knowing that the latest upgrades will cause the disturbance.
                                  on 14th April 2015, atlast a service engineer came and to our horrer is said that he can't fix for HD recording Tata Sky box at that point, we have to ask him and promise that we will not complain if he srew-up anything. He agreed and started to adjust the Dish and check the signal strength which is very less and he adjusted and fortunately now we are able to see all the channels. But we lost 10 days and Tata Sky only extend for 7 days which is again a shame. We have to go through lot o[censored]npleasent situation with customer service team and service engineering team. I would recommend the TATA SKY group to educate and train the team to handle this situations well.

We have tried reaching customer care so many times, but we never could connect to them. On website, "We are upgrading our systems. In case you face any signal issues, please SMS NS to 56633 or give a missed call on[protected] in order to schedule a site visit by our technician to rectify this.".. We have given missed call on this number so many times, everytime we get the message saying technician will visit you soon. But no one has ever turned back.. No way to connect to call center... Can you please ensure to return back the amount which we have paid for the service which you could not provide.. Worst service ever!!!                                         ref complaint id 1041248 regarding no signal. for the same complaint on which the technician attended and and has not completed the job, a fresh work order has been issued today.for the work order no.[protected] on which the work is still pending. the new work order number is[protected]. please treat the job as only one as the job on the first complaint has not been properly attended and completed. the technician told me that the dish antenna and the low noise amplifier attached with the antenna have to be changed. ithe total cost estimate aCCORDING TO HIM IS RS.460. I ASKED HIM TO CHANGE THEM IMMEDIATELY. HE SAID HE WOULD COME BACK WITH THE SAID ITEMS IN THE EVNING(ON.(ON11/04/2015).. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH HIM ON PHONE SINCE LAST EVENING . BUT HE IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY PHONE CALLS NOW IT IS 6 DAYS SINCE I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO VIEW TV. EXPECTING YOUR RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT. SRIDHAR/ S.VIJAYKUMAR
