We are complaining since last 12 days about the transmission issue We cannot view any channel We have 2 connection and have problem for both We called your customer care number of times but till date no positive response.     I raised ticket for no service with ref no HJ9LLUG and noone is visiting to rectify the same. Tatasky has charged me hugh 7000 amount for MegaHd pack but they are not responding now. Their customer care calls are always in waiting and no one is bothered about the services. I will never recomend tata sky to anyone due to their poor services.

      I'm not able to see the TATA SKY from 04/04. Send the NS message to 56633 and there is no response from any one in the TATA SKY. I'm following up with them for last 3 days and each time they are assuring that they will resolve the complaint in next 6 hours. But there is no call from any one from TATA SKY. Finally I decided to terminate the service. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE TATA SKY.

        Not to receive call or no reply back. Wasting of 100 re's. In one day on call but no reply. Call rate 2 /m . Why there is not a direct number to contact tat sky. First 10 min . Welcome to tat sky[protected]. Continue. Press this press this and automatic cut telephone. Why call rate is so expensive. Even every where call rate maximum 1p/s.this is directly harassment of individual who taking service of tat sky.

          I want to unsubscribe Actve smart Games, Ten Cricket and Actve Fun Learn from my Tata Sky to reduce my monthly bill. I also request the authority not to provide any additional channel which increase my bill otherwise I will be compelled to opt another DTH Service in near future.

            id is [protected]..Total signal failure from 03.04.2015.As per talk with customer care representitive i lodged complaint on the very 1st day and i was assured to be resolved within 48hrs but for last 1week I did not even get a single call whereas hopeless customer help line does not take any call.Will tata sky service provider make the extension of days which i subscribed for.Is this service tata sky providing only looting money of poor indian customers without giving any sort service while reminding the due date for recharge.

              It gives me immense displeasure to inform about consistent failure of tata sky service for more than 1 week and most sadly the lackadaisical attitude of customer care folks regarding their duty to rectify the problem.Being a consumer of Tata Sky for last 5 years i Have found it really indigestable that my service has been stopped for more than 1 week.On the very first day i made contact with customer care and informed about total signal failure of Tata sky set up box, i was assured that problem will be solved within 24hours.As such i waited after 24hrs I again made contact and requested them to make sure my set up box gets signal abut i got the same reply with some excuses like system up gradation is goin on throuhgout India from Tata Sky operator.I was given a number [protected] to giv a missed call to lodge complain.I did but it is unfortunate still no communication made from tata sky service centre.Now as the days are passing witout viewing any sort of service the monthly subscriptions getting deducted, who will take reponsibilty for inconveinence in customers entertainment.Is there any assurance to credit the customers account with due amount/days he actually should have been benefitted .Its their responsibility to stop sucking money of poor indian customers and give proper service without further delay while crediting the due compenstation in customers account atleast for those days without satellite signal failure from tata sky, leading only customers suffering.

                my tata sky id [protected], for the last two weeks i am not getting any malayalam, tamil, hindi channels.i complained this matter to your customer care and your authorized dealer more than a dozen times but the response was very poor and no use, and also customer care contacting system also not good. more than an hour holding the phone also not connecting to customer care persons. so i hereby informing you that if my problem is not rectify on tomorow iwill be force to go consumer court. so hoping the best.

                  My tata sky subscriber id is [protected]. The channels on Tata Sky are not working for last 20 days. This channel provider answers are also irritating and making no corrective measures for the same. We are paying the plan amount for 1 year to this channel provider. If still this channel problem persists, we will demand for the refund of our money paid to this channel provider or get the extension of the period.

                    IN THE NAME O[censored]PGRADING TATA SKY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO WATCH MANY OF THE CHANNELS WE HAVE SUBSCIBED FOR. ON GIVING MISSED CALL ON THE SAID NUMBER, SOMEONE CALLS US AND SAYS HE IS GOING TO VISIT US. IT HASPPENED 2-3 TIMES. SERVICES ARE NOT PROPER SINCE MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AND IN RETURN, WE ARE GIVEN 2 DAYS SERVICE FREE. SORRY TO SAY, ITS A SHAMEFUL UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE NOT EXPECTED FROM TATASKY. ITS BEEN A MENTAL TORTURE TO WAIT EVERYDAY IN VAIN FOR OUR CHANNELS TO BE SEEN. email - [protected]@gmail.com

                      My subscriber id is '[protected]'. From past 1 week(from 4th April 2015) onwards I'm getting No Signal error, I have registered complaint with TataSky. Everyday I'm getting sms saying it will get resolved soon. From past 1 week it is still unresolved. I'm fed up of TataSky services now. They are not sending the technician to resolve also.

                      Same problem here and they have closed my complaint ticket without any resolution. Go ahead tatasky ... you aren't the only game in town. I'm switching to another provider. Bangalore's got other options too, you know.

                        My TATA sky consumer id:[protected] I am facing no signal problem for last 10 days, and not able to see any channel for all these time. Tried calling to customer care and resolve, but no reply or any assistance from TATA sky. The only thing they say during the call is their network is upgrading and the issue will be resolved within 2 days. How far can we keep patience. Please help. Regards, Divya Goyal

                          Signal problem registered multiple complaints same thing they say wait will be resolved soon representative will visit with in 4 hours.                               My subscriber ID is [protected], M not able to view channels and not able to reach your customer care to, Have already send messages many times and given a missed calls for attending the Issues but i believe you don't have manpower on field to support the Issues and You have just got an idea to collect payments from customers but no providing services to them so that you can pay Your dues... stating Software upgrade. Resolve the Issues at the earliest.

                                Request No.HKUIBM5 On 9th April 2015 at 1.00 p.m. i send request to relocate my tata sky connection as i have to hand over my rented house to house owne, r but i had not received any service, So i removed dish and connection from my technician and now company is not taking request for installation and it is not possible for local technician to install the dish as companies technician having some type of machine to check the connection. Now i became helpless as I blocked my amount in dish and recharge. It is my request to please take some action and help me to get service of tatasky connection.

                                    Hello Sir, I have registered complaint almost 2 weeks ago, till today I didn't get any call w.r.t. the complaint. Earlier it was easy to talk to a customer care, but now a days its a big pain. Its been a 2 week and we are not able to see any of the channel. In IVR, there is an option where it says that press 1 if you want us to call you back. Till today I didn't get any call. In this whole duration, I don't how many times I have tried contacting customer care but waiting duration is minimum 10 min ~ don't know. Even after waiting for 10 minutes I couldn't talk to tata sky. At the starting of issue, I was able to talk to customer care where I got three responses: - Its because of our system upgrade, it will automatically get resolved and our field engineer will contact you in another 2 hours. (This talk happened on previous Saturday i.e. 4th April 2015) - later on, when I followed them, they said its not because of system upgrade. It may be because of your setup box. Our field engineer will contact you in another 4 hours. - On next follow-up this time became 24 hour and then I don't know because I didn't get any call, neither I got chance to speak to customer care again. Another strange part is, I have done annual recharge in the month of December 2014, but in IVR I got message that due is 22 March 2015. I wanted to discuss it with customer care, but I am not getting chance itself. Please sir ask them to take immediate action on this or ask them to take their dubba back.. I am really frustrated with these kind of issues. As this is not first when we are facing no signal issue, this happened earlier also. Humble request, please take action

                                        My name is srinu babu my tata sky subscriber id is ([protected]) for More than 10 days Iam not receiving signals and registered a complain but dint get any response from them, Frustrated waiting for 30 min daily in dialing for customer care and I get response saying the technician will visit you soon. TATA is one of the trusted brand and I dint expect this response for customer. I request consumer forum to kindly look into this and do the justice.
