i have a tata sky HD connection with id [protected]. i am not receiving signal since last 10 days. I did launched a complaint for that and was told that someone will come and update my setup box for free. No one has came till now. the Tatasky representatives in HSR Layout, bangalore are very rude. They are fighting amongst themselves to decide whose are my home fall in. most of the time they do not receive my calls. if I call from other number, they pick up my call and rudely tell me to cotact customer care number. Is this why i pay 600rs from my hard earned salary? your customer care lines are busy the entire day. I have made more than 40 calls to your HSR layout area folks today and my problem is still not resolved. these are the three phone numbers i am contacting: [protected] [protected] [protected] I am so frustrated that I want to throw tatasky out of my window and get a new airtel DTH connection. atleast their signal reach to my TV and their customer care folks are polite. if you guys have a little bit of shame left in you, please rectify the problem. or else, be ready to meet me in person in consumer court.

      Tata sky is having very poor customer service. They have not been able to correct the signal problem inspite of registering the request. The technician visit is pending since 10 days. No customer care centre person picks up the phone. No one to contact for resolution of the problem.

        Hell Sir, This is Abhijeet P Jadhav. Since last one week i am trying to contact TATA Sky helpline but all the their toll free numbers are always busy. They always says Your call will be answered in specific given time e.g. 7minutes but never attend any call. I keep holding the call for 30minutes but even after this struggle they just disconnect the call every time. I will be very appreciated if you can help me out to resolve this problem.           I m using TATA SKY from the year 2006 & last year my I upgrade my connection to HD. My connection was not working properly (no English news channel are coming) from the last 10 days & I make a complaint many times, they Inform me that they will send me an engineer/service guy very soon but till date nobody came up & I M really tired of calling them everyday, I therefore request from your side to take some LEGAL ACTION.           From yesterday morning I'm getting yellow alert light on in Tatasky setup box and there's no I'd display on it. If I call customer care I.e computerised, it ask for I'd no. Now whom to contact. Since today morning my tv is also having problem. I disconnected all the cables out of tv as well as setup box. Need urgent help, pls do the needful

            Registered a complain on 31st march, got a call on 3rd...no visit initiated...from 3rd till 8th no calls. Tried calling the both toll free nos but it takes 20 mins to reach them...on 7th new complain raised ...then again no reply...on 10th again got to know a technician will come..Visit no was WO:NS[protected]...but no one visited and representative said complain is closed...and again raised new complain...till now no reply and not able to reach them either.Now 11 days no reply and action.Please help out

              I am not receiving any signals from TATA SKY since 1st april onwards. Complaint lodged on april 4th -NS[protected]. No technician even gave me a call back. Its almost 10 days now ... Everyday i call them about this. They reply, saying technician will visit today... tomorrow. Tata sky is absolutely ... They have not even provided any escalation contact matrix. neither tata sky office contact numbers etc.

                I have logged a complain regarding many channels being blocked and we are not able to see them. Complain No is : NS[protected] On 7th I called the call was received by some one but it is not getting reflected in your database as informed to me by Ankit. On 8th I called and I was told that issue will be resolved within 24 hrs but it didnt got reolved--> Pankaj Soni was the receiver. On 9th I called and the same was told by shivam sharma but still the issue is going on. On 10th I called and i was informed the same... and on this day i also registered a complain regarding the technician not visiting my home from last 4 days. On 11th I called, call was received by Kamal, i told him to transfer the call to a superior and he told me to on hold, and i was on hold for 20 mins but no one received.. so i dropped.. and the call had to be received by Akhtar(2nd level of support) On 11the again I called this time the call was received by Ankit and the call was transfered to 2nd level, Raunak Samani from 2nd level did receive the call and assured me that he will talk with service dept. and enquire why still the technician has not visited. I have him my number ending with XXXXX21976 for giving me an update. I am still waiting for an update. We have not been able to watch television from last 5 days and Tatasky has to pay a compensation for this.

                  I have registered a complain via miss call on [protected] that im not getting watch most of the channels on 5 April 2015 because of your upgrade. Complain id WO-NS[protected] My problem was not resolve but your any bastet technician don't come in my home to resolve the problem and reported on 07 April 2015 that problem has been resolved I was shoked when I saw that sms on my registered mobile number hence problem was same. And Today is 11april 2015 and problem is same.most channels are not working. Im sending you snapshots which sms comes on my registered mobile number. From that snapshot You can concider that your technician are not working properly they are only making his daily announce(D.A) with the false reporting.

                      Dear sir, My name ranjit Kumar Mohapatra, id no_[protected].i am purchased a tata sky connection from Bhawanipatna, kalahandi (odisha).i am booked the connection on dated[protected] on 8pm.the said engineer tell me to fitted it next day morning.the said engineer called me next day morning to fitted as soon as possible.but till now no call from there side to fitted.so why we are using the product if you are not provide well service.please revert back as soon as possible.                         Hello, I have been a Tata Sky customer for the last 3 years. However, lately the service has been very bad. As of now I do not have service for 12 days. I call the customer car number and it takes more than 10 minutes to even get a representative on the phone. The couple of times I got to talk to someone, I was told that a technician will call and visit my home to fix the problem but no one has called me for the last 12 days. This is very frustrating.I would not recommend Tata Sky to anyone. It is expensive and it has become very unreliable.

                          I am not able to view any channel from 6th April 2015 and for that so many time tried to contact with TATA Sky associate but nobody responding and calling machine said every time that the our associate will call you back but nothing is happening and the problem same remain. One time the technical person come but without fix the problem he went…the TATA Sky servicing become very horrible for me. Total one week over and nothing less than 8 to 10 time called on customer care and waited for long but not even one time got connected to the associate, only waiting…. Now, want to discontinue the TATA Sky service because am feeling that they are only concern about new activation and payment follow-ups but not service to the customer.

                            Subscription Id: [protected] Service request refernce number : 1-[protected], 1- [protected], My Tatasky connection is not working since more than 15 two weeks. I have registered complaints through SMS, missed calls and via email. Every day I receive SMS your work is pending, thank you for your patience, our field service team will contact you soon. we have already allocated your request to our tata Sky Enguneer who will contact you shortly. I am not able to reach them through customer care numbers, recorded message you keep on listening about their products etc. I have subscribed for annual package, and now left with the option of not watching the channels. Only English news channels U watch on a daily basis are not available. I am really very disappointed with the Tatsky services. When the subscription comes to end, mthey are very prompt in calling up even in one months advance to renewal, would have appreciated the promptness with regard to complaints also.

                              I have registered Complaint since a week ago ... The signal problem is from almost 2 weeks.. just receiving the msg that complaint is registered but No one is coming to solve the problem. . Getting frustrated of this know. ..worst customer Care services of tatasky 😈😠😠

                              I logged a complaint before two weeks, but till now my issue is not resolved. When i call to toll free it is giving an automatically reply that your complaint is already registered and will be resolved soon .It is been two weeks since my DTH is not working but i paid the amount.

                              I am usin tata sky for the past 3 months. The service is pathetic. I am facing the low signal problem for 1month now. I am unable to see any malayalam channel and also no news channel is available. The technician did came last week but couldn't solve the problem, he said he will visit again the next day but till he hasnt come.
                              The customer service department says they have allocated a engineer and will call me for a visit. Dont know what or when this problem will be solved. Will have to shift to some other sevice provider.

                                I have been a happy customer of tatasky + from few years but from past two months me n my family are troubled with repeated interruptions in the service, , , sometimes few channels are blown out, more specifically the hd channels while the other times the whole set of channels are... This is very disappointing n frustrating.. We are not even getting the news channels properly.. Earlier we thought it is due to rain but from the past 2 weeks there is no rain in my city (hisar) to put the blame .. Kindly get it fixed as soon as possible! Waiting for your actions ! If connected then no body turns up. Commitments are not kept. SMS system and missed call system sucks. No body responds. Seems they are not interested. Lousy and pathetic after sales service. Am changing my service provider. Tata Sky - YOU SUCK. I am disgusted by my experience...

                                    I am a customer of tata sky services & my subscriber id is [protected]. I have last done recharge for an amount of Rs. 280 on 26/03/15 for the month of april '15. However, i am not able to view most of the news channels like NDTV, CNN-IBM & regional channels like Asianet, surya etc. for the past 1 week. I have also called the toll free no. of [protected] for registering the complaint from past week & i got reply that a technician will be coming to attend the problem. However till date no technician has come to attend the problem.

                                      im a premium customer of Tata sky and always take yearly mega pack. I relocated from janakpuri (Delhi ) Gurgoan. I made daily request for installing antenna and connection since 1 week . Which they promised me to do in 24 hour Every time they aplolsize and assure to do the same above ..but they are fail to do . I'm rajesh santlal my mobile no is [protected]. I still request them to please install and connect the antenna ASAP.
