No channels since 15 days

No proper Signal

Service interruptions from last 2 months

I have been a happy customer of tatasky + from few years but from past two months me n my family are troubled with repeated interruptions in the service, , , sometimes few channels are blown out, more specifically the hd channels while the other times the whole set of channels are... This is very disappointing n frustrating.. We are not even getting the news channels properly.. Earlier we thought it is due to rain but from the past 2 weeks...

Worst Signal

No Signal since 29th March 2015 Not able to connect to helpline number - Not able to connect to helpline number - abnormally long waiting time. If connected then no body turns up. Commitments are not kept. SMS system and missed call system sucks. No body responds. Seems they are not interested. Lousy and pathetic after sales service. Am changing my service provider. Tata Sky - YOU SUCK. I am disgusted by my experience......

unable to view channels due to signal problem

Tata sky antenna not installed On my relocation inspire on several request.

im a premium customer of Tata sky and always take yearly mega pack. I relocated from janakpuri (Delhi ) Gurgoan. I made daily request for installing antenna and connection since 1 week . Which they promised me to do in 24 hour Every time they aplolsize and assure to do the same above ..but they are fail to do . I'm rajesh santlal my mobile no is [protected]. half of the channels cut down after 4-5 day of payment

Hi, I'm Vaishali, my tatasky subscriber id is [protected]. my tatasky plan started on 16th feb 2015, with one month free plan, but from 4th of March, mean just after 15 days half of the channels are cut down by them without any reason. Then I tried all ways to contact them. I can't believe they kept me waiting for 40 mins, and then they only cut down the phone, then I recharge with 240 plan prior the next month payment and all channels had...

Since 10 days..no support from Tata Sky...Please refund daily charges... There is no display in my LED ... If I will not pay in time you will deduct 10 Rs as penalty Now what to do... Inaction in case of Complain No: 1-38248064665

For sake of convinience, let me explain the situation once more: My Metro pack was about to expire, so I went to Lokenath Telecom which is a Mobile Service Centre near my home to recharge my connection. Tata sky connection not operational

I have contacted the Tata Sky helpline/costumer service. They tell you that they will call you back as their call centers are very busy. They never called nor did they care to inform me. Very frustrating. Hope they rectify their problem and please, please come and repair my Tata sky....
