The reason is for unhappy is the Tata sky service is in no signal since from 15 days but we are paying the channel cost for every day. From another view if the consumer have low balance then the service will deactivate. so why the tatasky make the consumer a fool one ...i[censored]nable to continue your service / no signal then why are you taking the channel fees. It nothing else the company make their income without providing the service...

    we have been using TATASKY for the past 4 years. No complaints so far. But, since for the past 3 days there is a message indicating us to pay the subscription amount before 12th April. But we have recharged our account with Rs.550/- last week only and the next due is only in June 2015. When we referred our ID with our record with the one being shown in the a/c status, it differs. Our ID is [protected]. But the number shown is [protected]. We request you to rectify the error in the ID as soon as possible.

      tata sky consumer id no.[protected].. unable to view tata sky since 07/04/2015. complaint registered on 07/04/2015 at 18.00 hrswork order no as allotted by tata sky at 19.11 hrs on 07/04/2015 is NS[protected]. there is no response from tata sky thereafter inspite repeated phone calls. to-day is the 4th day since i have been deprived of tv service. will be grateful to know if it would be necessary to change service provider in case the tv service is not restored in a day or two. thank you sridhar/s vijaykumar

        I am using Tata Sky service since 5 years atleast. My ID number of tata sky is [protected]. This set up box is not receiving signal since 8 days atleast. I have registered a complaint still I did not receive any assistance. I call daily to customer care however i m frustrate to listen form there that technician will be visited today tomorrow but I wondered that nobody visited to solve my issue. I am not satisfied with this service of yours...

          I had lodged a complaint regarding non-availability of digital services in respect of the aforementioned subscription Number. My tata sky digital service had not been functioning for the past 9 days. My complaint was initially recorded and Work Order Number was given vide HJ37WR5 and time was fixed for visit on 7/4/2015 between 08.05 to 08.45. None of the installer had visited my place or called me in spite of repeated reminders. When I call the tata sky number [protected], I was made to wait for minimum 20 mts. The connection thereby gets disconnected. Today I contacted and I was assigned another Work Order Number NS[protected] with a statement that the technician would call and fix appointment. Till date no technician had called me and the tata sky operators are dodging and giving stupid replies. If the tata sky opertors fail to fulfil the committment inspite of many reminders or if the technicians fail to rectify the problems, I see no reason to contine with the tata sky subscription. I had spoken to all my friends and relatives who are using tata sky to kindly consider discontinuing tata sky subscription since the services are not rendered as per committment. I am writing this complaint with an heavy heart as I felt that I am cheated and taken for a ride.

                Hi. I am a tata sky user and it's been more 10 days that i have logged a complaint stating that few channels are not working. I understand that tat sky is undergoing some up gradation but the tata sky team is taking undue advantage of our understanding. We tried calling customer care but it is in vain as there is no response from them. we tried calling the service operator of tata sky but he is also giving also all prank answers and avoiding are calls. I must say this not a professional behaviour exhibited by the tata sky team. the advertisement shows that team is all set to deal with all customer issues and complaint but in reality it is vice a verse. they are avoiding and ignoring customer as if customer is not important to them at all. It shows that Tata Sky has not done any prior preparation to handle there up gradation issues. We never expected such kind of pathetic service from a brand like tata sky. Extremely poor service by Tata Sky.                   My tata sky cable service (tata sky no. - [protected] ) is not available from past 15 days. I have been complaining regularly daily to customer care via phone, but no response got yet. Every time i call customer care they reply that they will call me back. But i never got any call till now. Customer care official are very irresponsible, the worst customer care service i have experienced in my whole life. I you have any respect to your customers, on basis of which you are filling your pockets.Get my problem solved. Or if you are not able do that just reply via mail that you can, t and then stop my service.                     Team Tata Sky. I am very much disappointed with your service. Even after recharging for HD package i am not getting a single HD Channel which is very much irritating. I tried calling your care but was made a fake promise of repairing the services at the earliest. Sorry to say, if this continues then ill have to disonnect completely your connection and go for some other better service providers. No Thankfull Ahmed

                      I have complaint of no signal since 3rd of April and have made numerous call to tata sky toll free number in vain. First I have to wait at least 20-25 minutes to able to speak to a customer executive and got same repeated answer that the technician is going to visit on the same day. Nobody has yet come and we have suffered a lot on this account. I am bit surprised with the false committment repeatedly made by the toll free representative. Then professional working style of Tata sky group is clearly evident from this ??

                        I have raised a request for reallocation of my tata sky connection on last satuday i.e. 4th April, 2015 but until now even after multiple reminders and requests created on the tata sky customer care I haven't received any response. No technician has called me even once for shifting the connection and it is now close to one week that this issue has been raised. They always say that we are taking your request on priority and technician will visit you today but no one conatcted me. i call them every day but they give the same answer but still no response.                           From 2nd of April facing issue of no signal for TATA sky service, after registering the complain everyday through Email on [protected]@tatasky.com and on their call centre one SMS comes about technician visit which never happening & call center is not picking the call.

                            From the last recharge Rs.545 on 02 nd April 2015, All channels HD Channels, hindi, english news channels and tamil regional channels are unable to see "since No signal". since last 8 days onwards many complaints have been sent to customer care of Tata sky But, NO FRUITFULL RESPONSE from tata sky. Please arrange to attend the repair immediately.

                              I am experiencing this problem since March as there were no channels available. All of sudden the service got resumed for a week but again starting April 2nd no channels are available. What I have understood from calling their help desk numbers is that they are upgrading their technology causing some services are not available. The customer care keeps telling that it will get fixed within 24 hrs but nothing happening really. The customer care is really worst and no idea what the Tatasky managment does really to resolve the issues but just keeping their customers frustrated. I will really appreciate this forum's help in rectifying the issue by engaging concerned people.

                                Hi, My Subscriber id is [protected].There was amount of 170 deducted from my main balance because of Technician visit because of No signal. And to top of that not able to view the HD channels from last 10 days. This is ridiculous and pathetic service of tatsky. Keep on calling customer care and technician number, but not getting any response.

                                  My consumer id is [protected], i am receiving no signal on Tata sky from 2 April till date. i have called Tata sky on their help line numbers, send SMS for no signal, chat with them, but still i just receive a SMS about an order number and thanking for my patience, there is no engineer visit to sort this out. i am frustated and helpless.

                                    hi my customer id:[protected] from march 29th 2015 tatasky is not working due to signal issue. till now i have contacted tatasky customer care 8 times every time they are telling me that the back end team will call me with in 4 hours but nobody has contacted me till now and the problem is not resolved till now.. every day Iam spending 1hr to contact the customer care from the past 10 days.. Iam fed up explaining my problem daily to a new person.. and they are keeping my call on hold and disconnecting my call after 10min.. contact me @ [protected]

                                      For more than one week we are not receiving Signals in Tatasky and not able to view a single channel . We had raised customer complaint to Tata Sky multiple times but till now, not even a single phone call from Tat Sky for addressing the issue . Athough we are receiving SMS daily that Tatasky executive will have a look at your Problem, but not even a single technician reached home to address the issue. Its very irritating when you have to wait for atleast half an hour to get the call connected and they in turn not giving any time limit to resolve the issue, moreover they disconnect the call after waiting for so long.. Firstly they shoud fix the issue asap and secondly, they should compensate for the unavailibility of channel for so many days..Very bad experience with Tatasky.
