Since last friday 3-Apr-15 we are facing no signal problem on my set top box for customer id [protected] for particularly marathi channels. Initialy the call will be recd by call center & they commit 24 hrs time for solving the issue.There are no of messages recd saying that the service person will visit & resolve the problem but nothing happened so far. Last 2-3 days no call response from call center, this is ridiculous situation & we do not expect such a service from Tata Sky.

    TATA sky service is unavailable since last 10 days.The complain has been registered on 2 April 2015, till now no response regarding the resolution. Really frustrated of the service. It take more than 20 min of time to connect to the customer service.They tell technician will call u in 1 hr but nobody called since last 10 days or resolved the problem.

      I am a subscriber of tata sky from last 5years. I was happy with tata sky box and channel clarity.But for last 8-10 days I am not getting any channels, saying no signal.I am paying money on yearly basis.I tried to call helpline number[protected] it was engaged all the time and not able to connect with customer care. I told the same reason to local tata sky outlet they told they cannot do anything until any complaint is raised. I am getting frustrated and lost the trust on the brand name Tata.After sales support is very poor.Cannot watch IPL during this IPL season and other programmes. TATA SKY ID:[protected]

        Dear Sir, This is Praveen Kalawad from Bangalore, Its been more than 1 month that my tata sky set top box is not working due to bad signal. Since 1 month I am trying to get help from the customer care for that I give missed called from my register mobile no [protected] to their no [protected] but no one get any response. After that I write mail to Tata Sky from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com their Service Request No.: 1-[protected] this but no one get any response. After that I tried to call on[protected] from my register mobile no [protected].

            Dear Sir/Madam, I am facing problem of no signal in so many channels like aaj tak, ndtv, zee premier more than 20 channeles tata sky executive telling me that because so upgradation this happens if that then tata sky should refund some amount unfourtunately no tata sky employee take responsibility. Kindly look in to this matter since long v r facing this v r frustated now

              Hi, I am facing signal issues on my tata sky connection since 3rd apr. I have lodged a complaint at tata sky customer care thrice but not getting any response. For my first complaint WO: NS[protected], the technitian visited our house, checked the dish camera & suggested we are facing issues with regional channels cos of camera not capturing signals properly & needs to be changed. We questioned him, in that case, how can we see hindi channels, he had no answer to it. He disappeared & refused to attend any calls if we are not interested in changing camera. I lodged another complaint for NO signal on 4th apr. WO: NS[protected], after4days technitian santosh assigned to our location called me for address, & within next 5 minutes of our conversation i got the message that my complaint is resolved. Upon checking with Mr. Santosh for the reason, he explained me that he knows the issue & anyway visiting to resolve it, i told him you cannot resolve the complaint without visiting even, he said sorry & said i will come & complete the call. He came, checked & went on for reinstall of tatasky, informed my dad, that after half an hour, restart set top box, follow installation instructions, my dad followed the same, but it is stuck at signal lock . We reported it to Mr. santosh again & asked him to come & visit the house. He is informing us, his failure to visit over and again, not responding to calls even. I have been trying to reach your call center, but even after a long hold, calls are getting disconnected. I hope your forum will help us with resolution now. Registered RMN : [protected]

                lots of channels not coming from about few weeks From many times I have complaint about this issue but there is only one response that we are sending our technician but till date there is no visit of any such technicians. so please check the issue as soon as possible. After that I tried to call on[protected] from my register mobile no [protected] as dated 10/4/2015 at morning between 9am to 10am two times but call not receive waiting time is 15 to 20 minute.                     I am having tatasky for last 10 years but recently for last one month my Tatasky is giving troubles. March 12th we complained about lack of signals. No one responded. I it was automatically resolved in one week time. But now for last 13 days no signal at all. We have used their chat to complain, almost every day- they said in 24 hours it will be resolved. but that answer was repeated everyday. No one visited or called. We used their phone to complain but no one pick up after 25 min holding they hang up. We use their website, But after registering the complaint, next day we find it as closed, without a call or a visit. They are cutting money all these days for the service. We are really very very upset with the whole system Dr Nelms

                      I had called several times on tata sky customer care number & tata sky is not working since 10 days there is no signals tata sky is giving poor service to us please see to your problem as earlier as possible. waiting for a positive response...

                      I too had the problem of few channels not coming and the technician visited, He tried to turn the receiver and then all channels gone. He then upgraded the software and it got stuck in insstallation with no signal and everything is gone from last 10 day's. The technician started telling that sir your set up box is very old. It was working and how come suddenly it became old. He updated the ticket that customer is not ready to pay. The struggle to call the call center executive daily for 30 min and get some false commitment is still going on. They will give you the promise that with next 1 hour technician will be at your home .. Asked give me the number of head of customer Care. They will put on hold and it gets disconnected automatically. I have been told that [protected]@tatasky.com will be monitored by senior people, but sending mail to this you get only auto response . I have 3 auto responses. Very Bad service from TATA
                      Too many promise, but fail to address the issue on time. We in our apartment have "NO SIGNAL" issues since 2 days now.

                      My subscribers I'd: [protected] and they provided the Tata Sky Work Order No:HWRC2XA to me but yet no technician visited or called us. Too disappointing service.

                        Dear Sir, Inspite of complaints on telephone as well as E-Mail wef 2.4.2015 no action has been taken to attend the complaint although assured everytime that your people will visit. Please tell me how many days my family will be deprived off viewing TV.                           With respect to the above subject and referred ID - I would like to make a strong complaint towards Tata Sky Company for their extremely poor services. The above referred ID holds 1+3 Connections (multi hd connections). From 08/04/2015 onwards we have started putting the request for a technician to be deputed for shifting the connection internally. But till date inspite of giving unlimited reminders - there is no response from the company. Every customer representative assures that you will receive the call from the technician withing 02 hrs - but till now we have not received a single call. It is extremely shameful for a company of Tata level of giving extremely poor services. I am extremely disappointed with the Tata Sky Services. If this continues - I do want your services any more.                             its been 2 weeks..since we lost connection. Already tried calling them lot of time, but no response from their side. And service man contacted me and asking for ₹150 to do the service. They advertise its free service..not even a mail id for their customer care centre...to compliant.

                              I have Chose Tata Sky for viewing all Channels through Dish . For the past one week we face reception problem in receiving Signals and customer complaint to Tata Sky has been lodged. But till now, not even a single phone call from Tat Sky for addressing the reception issue and i am receiving SMS daily that Tatasky executive will have a look at your Problem, but not even a single person reached home to solve the issue. It is the worst ever experience..Kindly take into notice

                                  We have paid all our money to your company we are sad to inform you call centre or consumer care just useless people good for not at all responding i got more 10 SMS saying, we are send technician but yet attend our complaint if this resolve by you in a day i am moving issue to consumer court state tatasky cheating us i got proof of calling and your receiving sms.please select some efficient people for deal thing in a better way

                                    I am a subscriber of Tatasky services for over last 8 years having customer ID[protected].Before around 2 months, I started facing problem in respect of non availability of TIMES NOW channel, which was repeatedly complained to tatasky customer care nos.(Can be checked from the records) but the problem was not sorted out as Tatasky wanted me to pay for the service charges for the visit of technician which was not at all justifiable. For the last two weeks, I am not getting the services in respect of many news and entertainment channels.This was complained on customer care no. on 8th April 2015, wherein I was assured that the problem would be sorted out on 9th April, but nobody turned up today and I have been forwarded a message by Tatasky that my account will be creditted by 3 days and problem will soon be sorted out. What kind of services are these?If my problem is not sorted out within 2 days, I will be forced to surrender this connection and go for airtel dish connection, for which all expenses will be claimed from tatasky.

                                    Tatasky service is unavailable from 19.10.2015. In spite of lodging complaints regarding digicom and remote, no technician has not been sent by the company yet now. consumer no. [protected].

                                      I am not sure what these people are doing. Since last 10 days am not able to view services, my Subscriber ID:[protected] . Tried calling the customer service representatives but was never able to get thru. i took the second option of call back facility but again of no use, the 3 option of getting in touch with your technician but no one ever contacted. the last option of writing mail, received a Service Request number SR[protected] after which was the biggest disaster i am facing, My subscriber id and registered phone number became invalid in all their systems. I was not able to login online. Set of box installed displaying no signal is received. Received multiple messages on my registered mobile number, that the technician will contact in 24 hrs, issue will be resolved in 48 hrs. But nothing was done. Even on service request i was informed that the issue will be resolved by 9th April. But there was no communication from their end. Really frustrated as it affecting business too.

                                      Hi, today is 14th...more than 4 days have last since I have registered this complaint, but there seems to be no response from the company. I don't know what I should do now.

                                        We are unable to receive any services of Tata Sky for last 15 days. we have lodged a complaint 10 days back but we are receiving messages that a technician will be visiting you but no one has yet come to do the needful. Addition to that the message says to have patience. DO TATA SKY FEEL THAT THE CUSTOMER SHOULD CONTINUE TO HAVE PATIENCE AND THEY WILL ATTEND TO HIS PROBLEM AS PER THEIR CONVINIENCE ? The Tata Sky Service centers are not responding to our phones... We have renewed our subscription recently or we would have shifted to some other DTH subscriber. We are not sure where to contact If this continues we would to forced to put this across consumer forum and exercise our rights. kindly do the needful before we take the final step
