Hi, I am facing channel problems from last 10 days. As I know channel upgradation is going on, so i have given the missed call on provided number on 4th aprilApril. Till now I have not receive call from technician, daily I m getting the patiance message. This is very irresponsible behaviour . why we are paying the money if we are not getting anything. Same if happen I will change the operator....

Hi, From last 5 days I am not able to see a single channel. When I checked with my neighbors and friends in Bangalore, some have full signals and some have not. There is no response from your call center. The IVR take complaint which is never attended. What kind o[censored]pgrade Tata is doing which is taking to long. This is frustating.
