I manzoor beigh id no [protected] from jk state do complaint that my monthly charges for my pack are Rs 300 i did last recharge on 12/03/2015 as the date was 12/04/2015 but unfortunately on 09/04/2015 which is obvious atrocity inflicted on castomers .i request your noble self that these three days dedected should be given back from now.

    I am TATA Sky sub I am not able to view channels on my TV since last 10 days. There are fake commitments from TATA Sky executives to resolve the issue ASAP. Such a Pathetic service provider..Please dont buy TATA Sky ever. This is second instance where TATA Sky failed (in a month) in their service and they are not able to meet their SLA's. I am sure for TATA Sky the SLA for resolving the issue must be infinite days. The call centre line is busy all the time and they are not able to meet the consumer demands at all.. I recommend to Shut-Down the company

      I raised a complaint on 3 april 2015 to tata sky that I am unable to view channels. I got SMS from tata sky that technician will visit my home and fix the problem. Till today, no one has come to fix the issue and I am unable to view channels

        since 1st april facing signal issues after a struggle on 3rd april could raise a work order ( NS[protected] to resolve this matter... but today, 9th april it was closed without any action... forget the technicians visit which was promised rather not even a call made to fix appointment... that too seven days have passed. i was making paid calls to [protected] just to get an update... where wait time used to be 10 min... so paid lots of money too and could not even speak to the customer care executive... only was promised priority resolution and call back within 24 hours... but they never happened. need a resolution urgently... and my money to there paid call number. regards... naman

          I am a tatasky subscriber, having mobile number [protected], Customer id - [protected]. I have been trying to complain from a really long period of time, but there is no one from tatasky who has taken an initiative to help. I am very dissapointed. Well, my problem is that there are some channels like &tv, Zindagi, 9xm, Aaj tak and many other channels which aren't available. This isn't something new, it has been happening since 15-20 days. And the number which you people had provided mentioning that they might help us out just by giving a miss call NEVER SHOWED UP.What's even wrong with you people, why have you kept and provided customer care numbers when we aren't able to contact them and all what they ask us to do is dial 1, 2, 3, 4.. and even after we follow as they say.. we do NOT get a positive response. WE DO NOT GET WHAT WE WANT OR ARE SEARCHING FOR. I request you to look into my problem and try resolving it. Or else I might not hesitate to unsubscribe or go to the consumer court and file a complaint against tatasky. Please treat this as an urgent and do the needful at the earliest.

            I am a new TATA SKY subscriber and I have opted for the 4300 Rs. which includes installation, set top box access for one year and HD access free for two months. But after 3 months over the last 15 days no signal coming from tata sky setup box. Tata sky helpline nos are not working and they are not answering. how does any one gets services during times of outage and major service issues, there call centre are playing "keep on hold as all our customer service agents are currently busy" and after 22.57 min they disconnect your line. They told us we will send a person within 2 to 3 hour's".But the truth is no body visit and the problem continuous as usually. call centre team are all giving false promises that a complaint will be raised against the culprit and they will investing the matter. Post ~7-8 calls we finally got tata sky customer care department culprit. Completely pathetic Sales Staff and Customer Service team sitting to dupe the clients left right and center... TATA SKY Is a Cheat !!!

We don't know whom to complain.The company is hiding some serious technical issue and misguiding customers like me. We must look for alternative DTH as company officials are looking hiding. Its a utter failure.

                  My tata Sky setup box id is [protected], we are not able to view the channels since last 15 days. We feel this is really worst service from Tatasky network. I want my 15 days subscription back. Have sent messages 3 times NS on 56633 and call on help line numbers as described but there is no response till now. This is really ridiculous. Kindly require to solve this problem very soon otherwise we may send notice.

                  Dear Sir,

                  We are not able to watch many channels because of TATA SKY upgradation. Based on the add by TATA SKY we registered so many complaints and so many calls to Customer care for the past 1 month. Nobody came to my home to repair that. I fed up with this type of response from the TATA SKY. My Subscription ID: [protected]., Please send the technician who can resolve our problem.

                    Hi, My Tata sky connection is down since 10 days. I already gave a missed call on the number and still waiting for a call. I called up the help line and was disconnected by different agents on various occasions. Finally I got connected to customer care came to know that my request is already closed by the technician. What a pathetic service is this. No one called me on my registered number, they didn’t visit my place to fix the issue and closed the request. How come you hire un-educated people as technicians ?? I asked for an escalation and spoke to one of the second level who referred him as one of the manager who was very DUMB. He can’t even speak English or Hindi or Marathi well. He only gave fake commitments and said by evening it should be fixed. I waited for the entire day but still didn’t received any call from the technician. Next day I called up the helpline once again to know the status and the reason for the wrong information. Spoke to one of the agent who transferred the call to level 2. Another second level PIG answered the call. She was the DUMBEST person I ever spoke over the phone. She had the same qualities the other second level person had, which is very surprising. How come you hire level 2 people who don’t have a good command on English, Hindi or Marathi. Its very sad but this is a fact. All the level 2 who answered my calls were USELESS !!! She also gave me wrong and fake commitments. She placed me on long hold without informing me which is even more worst. She said by evening my problem should be fixed. To my surprise it was not fixed. I called up again and was transferred again to level 2. Another person from level 2 gave fake commitment saying by today it should be fixed. But unfortunately I have not received any call nor any one come to my place to fix this issue. Though I was informed that my request is on HIGH PRIORITY. I was this to be fixed as early as possible. Your Customer service SUCKS !!! Your level 2 people who answer calls are all CHUTIYAS and don’t know what they talk. They are worst then DONKEYS. They are well versed in releasing calls. They are not at all helpful. They give wrong commitments and just give run around. These people should be kicked out of their jobs since they don’t deserve the job. There are many eligible candidates who are waiting for opportunities. Give a chance to them. They will prove themselves. But please for god’s sake don’t hire PIGS, DONKEYS, MONKEYS or DOGS as second level !!! My subscriber ID: [protected] Need this to be rectified ASAP [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                      I hv called several time tata sky customer care Its not toll free it cost our pocket plus my TV channel switch off from last 2 weeks no one has replied nd no technical person has called yet they messaging Auto tele reply when we call customer care I got Tata Sky Work Order No:NS[protected]. very cheap service from tata sky Unbearable no one reply, where ppl will go Just give our tata sky HD box money refund that we can purchase another company Tata sky is india s highly paid DTH still they dont hv any service back up shameful Worst worst worst it crossed all limits Shameful CEO stupid answer

                            My registration no [protected] For the past 7 days there is no tata sky signal. Each time I call the customer care number it is busy and nobody picks up. Tata sky customer care service is the worst. Nobody is responding. Frustration is increasing day by day. I hope this problem ends soon. Tata sky should reimburse our money back. I hope our complaints don't fall on deaf ears. I regret for using tata sky services and if I dont receive any response soon I will switch to other service providers who will provide prompt service. Hope tata sky resolves this issue promptly.

                              Hi, I am facing channel problems from last 10 days. As I know channel upgradation is going on, so i have given the missed call on provided number on 4th aprilApril. Till now I have not receive call from technician, daily I m getting the patiance message. This is very irresponsible behaviour . why we are paying the money if we are not getting anything. Same if happen I will change the operator.

                                It is eleventh day we couldnot watch TV. Only Music & kids channels are coming. I have been renewing my cpmplaints daily. Your company apologises daily through SMS. As if we are beggars offers 2 days free credit. Yesterday one mechanic calls over my mobile suddenly and offers to come. As I was in office and no one was available at home requested him to come after 6. He said he will come. Evening from 5 pm to 10 pm I sincerely waited for him He didnot turn up. He had no COURTESY to answer my calls/sms. This morning at 8.45 one mechanic suddenly propped up. As it was getting late to go to office, I requested him to come afterwards. He insisted telling that he will take only 5 minutes to rectify. He had to go over to the top floor to check the antenna. As I was getting late to office, I had to turn him down. The company had not bothered to rectify the fault over 10 days. Their staff are not cooperative. What is the problem for them to come in the evening ( I can help them with good torch in the top floor, if needed) or on a holiday. Do they think they are Government employees who will stick only to 10 am - 5 pm working hours. I request Tatasky to cancel the services to me [protected] and refund the proportionate amount to me.                                       Hi, From last 5 days I am not able to see a single channel. When I checked with my neighbors and friends in Bangalore, some have full signals and some have not. There is no response from your call center. The IVR take complaint which is never attended. What kind o[censored]pgrade Tata is doing which is taking to long. This is frustating.                                         Complain against Tatasky 1. I am unable to watch channels for last 10 days. I have Fileed complained with Tatasky. Everyday, they send a message confirming the complain but they do not send the engineer. Workorder number NS [protected]. My customer Id is [protected] & my registered phone number is [protected] 2. I must watch news everyday as I am a teacher of MBA in Central University. I am also an investor in Sharemarket. I am missing important updates. Tried to call all their numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) for reminding them. But the lines are continuously busy. the IVR says please try later /// the problem will be sorted automatically. This is case of gross deficiency in service. 3. Similarly I am also unable to watch 50% channels for last the two years because they restricted these channels to HD compatible set top box. I requested the customer care to resolve the issue. They say, I have to purchase a New Set top box. My question is when my set top box is working properly why should I pay for the new box. It is their responsibility to replace or upgrade without further charges. Does it mean that every time they make some changes / up gradation and we the customer will have to bear the cost. This is a case of cheating & fraud because they are charging me for all channels but allowing me to watch only a few channels. Remedy 1. I want that Tatasky pay me Rs. 2500/- as a switchover cost and they can take back their set top box etc. 2. Tatasky should refund Rs. 240/- i.e. the current month recharge which they are debiting without providing the service 3. They should refund me 50% of last two years recharges i.e. Rs. 2880/- (Rs. 240 pm X 24 month ) /2 because I could not watch 50% channels subscribed by me due to their fault. 4. They should compensate me by paying another Rs. 10, 000/- for all these harassments & mental disturbances as I missed a number of interesting movies, news channels & Cricket matches although I paid for the service.
