I couldn't get any contact details like phone number/email id from tata sky to speak with them directly. Most of the time their web page is under maintenance, simply give missed call/MSG/ give complaint to them what they direct to me that means they never consider my complaint . For the last one month Everyone knows Tata sky is not working properly and they says anything they want but we know they could say anything they want to escape. For the last one weak my tata sky is not working completely. I have sent msg as they direct us but no response. Still I didn't get any solution. After long time Yesterday someone called me from tata sky While I was moving out. I asked her politely Please return back money You guys are not doing free service for me. Have you ever given grace period If I fail to pay the amount on the due date, No, you disconnected immediately. Suddenly She started screaming like no I cant payback your money...No argument...I thought I am speaking with TATA GROUP granddaughter... Then I asked her If you cant then connect me with right person. No answer. No solution...

Still I didnt get any solution. I got phone call from two different number one person spoken in english and other one in hindi. That's all. I trust TATA is a geniune company because I am having VIDEOCON DTH still its on another portion, whenever I got problem with them suddenly I felt why I am taking this company instead of standard company. but that is proved wrong, One time I fought with VIDEOCON DTH, then Immediately The area Manager came to my home and resolved the problem, still I am having the email about the complaint(direct contact with them) I told them I am going to move another DTH because of the problem which I was facing with them, BUT still I didnt change the videocon dth because of their service. Now I realised which is the best one, compare with videocon dth TATA SKY IS zero [protected] hundred times zero...

Finally my problem was resolved by AIRTEL DTH employee... while he has come to my home to install my new AIRTEL DTH, He fixed that, Even he didn't know the frequency about the TATASKY by the way like 80's method "someone adjust antenna and someone say the result like got it or not sitting nearby TV but one difference we were using MOBILE PHONE that was not possible on that old days" Now I have got big confusion on make decision which one I WANT TO keep AIRTEL OR TATASKY BECAUSE I LOOSE 1630+20(TIPS) for new airtel dth and rs700 i spent on my previous recharge with TATA SKY AND tata sky connection rupees. Who loose. I am the only one.

In this INDIA everyone is corner whoever get power and money they can do anything. Nothing is perfect. One time I filed a complaint to NHRC related my life, no answer like I filled complaint to dead meat. even NHRC was silence that time, compare with them what are you guys gonna do cause this is a very silly matter but you need my money...

    From last two weeks I can't view my tata sky HD channels and even some of SD channel and to contact tata sky customer service is like to hold a phone for a hour and none of their associate respond to it And only fake promises are made by their side that technician will visit to resolve the problem

      Subscriber ID : [protected] I have raised a complaint as Im unable to view the services since last 3 days. But untill now I have not received any response from Tata Sky. I tried calling the so called 24/7 customer services, but they are also not reachable. They have an option in the IVR which says press"1" and we will call you back within 24hrs, I even tried that but not received a call till now. Totally unsatisfied with the services and would like to cancel my subscription. I need a technician to come to my home and take away the setup box with all other stuffs and in return give me a entire refund of my HD+ Recording Set up box which worth 6900. Orelse fix my issue and give me 6 month waver.

              I have logged my complaint and missed call on your given number on 3-4-2015 and received reply that tata sky technician will visit shortly and solve your problem.then after when i send message for NS several times and i am receiving d reply that technician will visit u shortly and sometimes they mention invalid request also helpline i always engage . So 6 days pass there is no action on my complaint. No technician has appeared nor he has contacted me on phone.i am waiting for his visit till today and ur technician n ur messages are wasting my time so m making complain. If there is no action on my complaint i may cut down the tata sky connection n go for some other connection. And will give wide publicity on internet about ur poor and shameless services. Responsibility of the consequences is completely on u. I was expecting that even though 6 days pass ur technician must call me n inform position. Hope u will do the need full within short period.

                I am not getting any Marathi channel and inspite of repeated lodging complaints, the problem is not yet solved. I think that your whole team including your representitive Kiran Wastarge is deliberately giving deaf ear to my grievence. I have come to the conclusion to tell my friends, neighbours, and relatives not to install Tata Sky disk. If you care to contact me, you may do so on the land line connection[protected].

                  Till March 15, my renewal date was mentioned as 14th Sept. How ever now it is showing as 25th July 2015. my ID is [protected] Called toll free no. thrice today and was holding for a period of 9 minutes, 19 minutes & 12 minutes but the standard reply each time was to please hold on, our representative will assist you shortly. Fed up with the service & the quality. Seriously thinking of shifting to some other service provider. Need a reply to the complaint and also restoring the renewal date back to 14th Sept.                     I am shocked to see such an irresponsible behavior from tata sky. This is the second time I am raising a complaint within a month of installation of tata sky tthtthese guys don't bother to answer or revert back. My customer ID is [protected]. When Today finally I got a call from one of tatasky technicians from [protected], to fix a time of visit, neither did he turn up nor is my calls being answered. I also tried calling on[protected],[protected] and +[protected] which I believe is the tata sky office nos. For this area. There was no answer on that as well. Besides that I also called customer helpline nos and the last executive I spoke to was Salman who kept my call on hold for 18 mins and finally disconnected the call, and didn't even bother to get back.

                        Sir, I am using TataSky service from last 4 years but kind of bad experince which I am facing with Tatasky from last 15 days is horrifying. There is no signal and hardly any channel is available for viewing despite my package charge is Rs420 per month. I have called-up there customer care number n-number of times and also sent SMS and email but no body is neither picking phone and nor responding to emails.                             THESE guys run one of the most costly and THE WORST DTH services in India by the name TATA SKY...the service structure created is on of the worst: - The customer service numbers are always busy and donot contact back - Half of the channel dont work. NO SIGNAL FOR LAST 6-8 days... complaint lodged but no rectification - Signal comes and goes on its own will - If the service guys comes, he ask for additional money and payment for every visit of his automatically deducted .. THOUGH THE PROBLEM REMAIN UNRESOLVED.. - Wish some regulator looks into their entire operation and someone should sue them for the fraud they are committing on the subscribers..

                              I have three connections of tatasky with subscriber ID [protected]. For last 10 days the services have become bad to worse. The best part is whenever after 6 minutes of hold up I could talk sky agent they inform that sir for some your connections are on hold and we are escalating to our higher authority. This is repeated every day for last 3 days and hence this complain. Not only this for last 5 days every day no signal SMS and missed call are sent and prompt return SMS is also recieved but no body ever contacted or visited. I have kept details of last 5 complains of last 5 days.

From 02.04.2015 There is NO SIGNAL complaint in my TV.I I tried from 02.04.2015 to till date to your help line number and there is no response. Only you are sending message that your technician will contact me soon but, how many days or month you will take time to rectify this?If not possible tell me I will go to other service providers.I never seen this worst performance by anybody like this.Even I could n't contact you to your helpline number for more than seven days. What a performance ? what a great company?

                                  Tata Sky is providing the pathetic service right now. No Signal issue continue to 6th day too. Unable to view any channels. Frustrated and completely not happy with their response. Even some guy is saying that issue will solve but still no solution. Completely angry I want my money back.

                                    With great regret I have to state that the way you people are advertise your product - "Isko laga dala to Life Jingalala" you are not behaving in such manner, after connecting Tata Sky life become- MAARDALA, none of your Customer care no are working - [protected] and [protected], one no response sometimes -[protected] but no executive ever received the call to take our complaint, why this kind of harassment? We have been calling one of your engineer for last one month but he never visited our place - his name is-Amit, Mobile no-[protected] unfortunately we are unable to give more information about him as we never thought a company like Tata Sky could harass their customer in every possible manner. I request please send engineer to our place to repair the set-top box as soon as you receive the complain.                                       I have shifted my locations in Noida extension and since than this tatasky become my day topic. dont know how come thier service become so pathetic. i am chasing them from last 4 days to fix my tatasky issue but no answer. i am using tatasky from last 4 years and was the happy customer till 14th of this month.i have 2 HD connection of tatasky along with one recorder. and today i am like helpless by chasing them from 4 days to get my Tata sky working. Surprisingly they have credited my account by 3 days due to non closing the complain in given times...i don't want their 3 days free, i want that my Tatasky should work. if they are so worried and feeling sorry they should send somebody to solve my problem. no body, even thier senior management has call me for my problem.                                         I'm Tata Sky since last 7 years but this very pathetic kind of service I am getting now a days. Past 5 days I am unable to view any channel and receiving the same message i.e. No Signal. I have also filed the complaint regarding same and after 4 days some one has took the pain to attend it but after visiting his reply was another shock for me because according to him now my Set top box is not working properly and it needs to be changed.. please help me . my ID is [protected]
