Tata Sky - No Signal since 02-04-2015

Tata sky is fooling public with this Upgrade . What kind o[censored]pgrade will take a week unless they are completely setting up a new service. Not Getting Signals & No Service visit as promised 6 days back

I have got 84 years Old My Father & 74 years Old My Mother at my home They can't go out & They don't have any other Entertainment than Television Serials..They are getting Lot of Frustrations just because of your incompetence to finish the job at early date.I am very much puzzled, that Upgradation of Software should Take Such a Looooooonggggge Time.I.e. No signals from last 7 days

Pathetic service from Tatasky. From last 7 days tatasky services are not functional and no one in tatasky is ready to tell there customers that how much time it required. Eventually they are not even answering to any complains along with me many of my friends tried there customer care no. for their connections, but result was same. They should waive off the amount for the days when tatasky service was not functional....

Not Getting any Channels for the past 6 Days...........Pathetic service

No Signal...

There has been no signal for our tatasky connection for 6 days now. The sms always says request in queue. Its been 5 days since the complaint has been made. No Signal - from last 6 days

hi, This is 2nd time since last one month. When we can see the channels? stop the "our commitment" add in 101 channel. You people wont deserve it. I raised the Work order : NS[protected] on 2nd Apr 2015. No response till now. Always they are saying it is in pending. Resolve the signal issue asap. Else please suggest how to change the service provider as per new TRAI rules....

unavailability of channels

I have been using TATASKY for a long time right from its inception. Its been almost 10 days I'm not able to see my favourite news channels, discovery channels and regional language channels thanks to your up gradation. I don't know what sort o[censored]p gradation is this which has taken so long. I keep sending u messages and miss calls but no one has bothered to give me a call back. Network issue for last 10 days

Antena not shifted

Not receiving HD channels and many other channels
