Hi my i.d.no. [protected] my ragister mo no. [protected] Since last week we have not able to watch any More channel and news channel We lodged a complaint against this issue more than 20 times. Every time you promised us that within 24 hrs we will call us back but so far we have not received any call from you. If you are not able to solve the issue, than you please refund us all our credit amount so we will shift to another service provider. You really do not understand the importance of this issue. For many people TV is the only entertainment in their life. I once again request you to give all my money back I don't want to continue...

    Dear Sir/Madam, My self Litesh mota having tata sky HD connection no [protected]. In said connection i am not receiving HD Chennels from last 5 days . I have seen that due to some updation in system this can happen. I have given missed call to given no - [protected]. After that i have received massage that your work order no is NS[protected]. We will contact you soon . But still nobody has contacted me for the said problem. Now i am trying to contact on this no but massage now is : We have already allocated your request to our Tata sky Engineer who will contact you shortly. But still nobody has contacted since from last five days. I m feeling that this is worst kind of service ... Regards, Litesh Mota, Bhuj, Gujarat . Mob : [protected].

      This is becoming a scam and worst experience. We cannot contact call centre and tata sky pretend to help you by asking u to call a no and always get a message that engineer will visit. For 7 days nobody turned up. If they cannot serve the customer properly why the hell they go for upgrade. If they don't know to run a service smoothly what is the point of calling themselves a company and it is become worst than a local cable operator. Big shammmmmmmme. I wanted to cancel my one year subscription and wanted a refund. Being a lawyer myself I take all that possible to take legal action because not providing service after getting the money is cheating. This is true for any person or company.

        Hello, My subscriber ID: [protected]. I've been facing the worst experience from TataSky Service. My set up box has lost the signals from last 4 days. Initially I had a problem with getting this install, they promised me that it will be installed the same day but they took 2 days for installations. Now same is happening with signal problem, from the last 4 days there are no signals at my home and its only 3 weeks that I've bought TataSky and experiencing such a worst services. I've tried contacting TataSky helpline no, but they just don't bother to pick up the call or don't call back even if you leave an option of calling back. I even tried chatting with TataSky customer support but they fooled me like anything, giving me fake promises that this issue will be resolved the same day or by this specific time. I am highly disappointed and very frustrated with this TataSky. I would never ever recommend TataSky to anyone as they just want to make money without giving the respectable service. I just want to get rid of this TataSky connection and since it is only 3 weeks I bought it, I want my money back that they charged me for installation. Please help get me rid of this pathetic TataSky service and get my money back from them. I would say local Cable would be far better than in terms of catering to customer request or complaints than the TataSky customer care support. They just fooled around with the customer to get rid of the customer complaints. I just request to get me my money from TataSky. Thanks!

          For past 7 days we are not getting any signal in our TV, got the new connection and installation. Best part is there is no way to contact the customer service/call centre. After en number of try, I am getting response that by today evening it will be resolved, but nothing has happened. This is very frustrating. All I get is messages that my work order is in queue. Please do the needful to unsubscribe and refund the initial amount as there are no services since then. I wish to choose different service provider.

            For past 12 days we are not getting any signal in our TV. Best part is there is no way to contact the customer service/call centre. After repeatedly trying to connect to customer service after 4 days I finally managed to speak last week to an agent, I could hear the agent clearly and he pretended he can't hear me and disconnected the call. This is very frustrating. All I get is messages that my work order is in queue. Please do the needful to unsubscribe and refund the initial amount, I will choose a different service provider since this has happened twice in a month that there is no signal for innumerable days without any support or assurance of service to be resumed

                Since last week we have not able to watch any Marathi channel and news channel and many more. We lodged a complaint against this issue more than 20 times.                     Its really shame that such a prestigious company is not able to resolve the issues raised by its customers from these many days. I have been calling the customer care number but i think the staffs were sleeping as noone was answering the call. Its known fact that everyone is working for money and its not different for tata, but they should really learn to provide right service to the paid customers instead of fooling them. Please give us value for money service, if not we will have to look for other options.

                      Tata sky is making fool to public with this Upgrade . What kind o[censored]pgrade will take a week unless they are completely setting up a new service. Last 3 days continuously i m requesting to resolve the issue but they are not serious for resolving the customer's complain Every time (even seniors) are making false commitment that our one of technician will visit at your place and the issue will be sorted out today but still nobody has visited my place nor the signal has been restored. This is a clear deficiency of service and Tata Sky should provide these many lost days of additional free service to everybody who are facing this problem. If somebody has contact in national media like TOI/The Hindu etc. it is time to make this issue national. Only then Govt will come into picture and Tata will take this issue seriosly.

                      I also agreed his comment I sent nearly ten SMS there is no reply . daily in TV you are telling today and tomorrow we will solve the signal problems, but even after six days you are unable to solve the signal problem your service is unsatisfactory.
                      Same here as well, i bought new connection and since then i am not getting any reception. i have requested them to take your so called stuff back and return my deposit.
                      TATASKY needs to be pro-active and transparent...just sending an SMS that our complaints have been registered and a rep will contact us, is not enough, until the rep ACTUALLY contacts us. Speak to your clients and reassure them...dont hide behind a false electronic screen...you need to wake up...Its been a week since 02 April...in fact, quite sloppy and un-professional.
                      ...and yes, in today's competitive and commercial world, I think TATASKY should extend subscriptions by the amount of time they have been unable to provide services.

                        My customer ID for Tatasky subscriber is [protected] and my registered mobile No. [protected]. From 2nd April 2015 onwards, I am not getting the signal for any of the English news channels, two regional languages namely Malayalam and Tamil and some other channels included in the package of South Special. I have made complaints over phone but no avail or response. Similarly several SMS were sent to the NO. 56633 for which only acknowledgements received but no response. Certain mobile numbers provided for customer care were not attended by the authorised staff. Under the circumstance, since 6 days elapsed without any positive response from any one from Tatasky, it is requested to refund the amounts paid for the installation and dismantle and take away the system. It is un-worthy for the name TATA to run a shabby set up like this spoiling its image if any. Please do make arrangement for refund of the amount as I am vexed with the irresponsible and callous attitude of the personnel involved with the Tatasky. Looking forward for an early settlement.                           Hi, I am Nagesh and my subscriber ID for Tata sky is [protected]. I am not getting signals from last five days to view any channels and even after trying to call (pay call) customer care twice in two days not yielded any fruitful results.They have created a Work order NS[protected] but till now no technician has visited to my house to sort out the issue. Being a costliest DTH compare to other online DTH services in India, no body would have expected this much poor service from Tata sky which is having such a big name across India. I am now thinking why I have gone to Tatasky and should have taken Sun direct or Reliance digital provides many channels with low subscription fee. I am having one question for Tata sky team. If you are going for up gradation plan and if you know the issue is going take so many days resolve(?) what precautions were taken from your end to minimise the inconvenience to customers because not getting signal for more than 5 days is not a small issue right? I hope somebody look into this issue at the earliest before losing its customers base only because of some technical issues from their end causing problem to customers. Regards, Nagesh R

                              I have got 84 years Old My Father & 74 years Old My Mother at my home They can't go out & They don't have any other Entertainment than Television Serials..They are getting Lot of Frustrations just because of your incompetence to finish the job at early date.I am very much puzzled, that Upgradation of Software should Take Such a Looooooonggggge Time.I.e. Weeks together.ordinarily it should not take 1 or Max. 2 Days. There is No entertainment left, for us too, when we come back tired form our job.. When I First SMS'd you HR, MY mobile service provider charged me Rs. 3/ per SMS.When I again made an SMS to you, again they charged Rs. 3/- to Me. you have sent me work Order No, NS[protected].by SMS. I am just getting message from you that your complaint will be sort out soon, m But till date No One from TATA SKY has communicated with Me on this issue on Phone or in person. You are Just giving false promises, yet do Nothing. Hope You will take the matter seriously, Else I will be compelled to take it seriously. My Mobile No. [protected].

                              Now a days the services have not been Good, Also in the Rainny seasons We suffer from signal losses & thus suffer by loosing the entertainment, something should be done to avoid this signal losses & thereby making people suffer from loosing entertainment.

                                Sir, your is one of the biggest organisation and during the last 7 days there is no signal and yours is totally bogus company. You are totally fooling the public and still you are upgrading the signal means that you are not having competent person to handle the issue. Really tell us what had happened to your tata sky. If not please return the amount and simply wasting money on t oll free.

                                  Pathetic service from Tatasky. From last 7 days tatasky services are not functional and no one in tatasky is ready to tell there customers that how much time it required. Eventually they are not even answering to any complains along with me many of my friends tried there customer care no. for their connections, but result was same. They should waive off the amount for the days when tatasky service was not functional.

                                  Please escalate this to higher authority, this is not acceptable, I am also facing issues from last 7 days. Waiving off amount is just not enough we are missing our programmes, news and what not, MAJOR outage should be handled in a different way.

                                    My subscriber ID is [protected]. I am not getting any channels for the past 6 days and even after repeated complaints no one is turning up. But I do get message to my mobile daily saying that technician will come and fix the issue related to the upgrade. The service is really pathetic and if we try to call the customer they dont even pick up the call. NO one is attending the issue. If the same issue continues for another day or so I would like to shift to any other vendor. Off late TATA SKY SERVICE has become worst. Febrauary I have got the same issue and after 4 days it got automatically corrected. The worst part is I have got money deducted from my account ever for those 4 days. Only GOD should help the TATA SKY's customers...

                                      There is no signle available since 10 days. There is no proper answer from your call center. Very poor service. Calls are not getting connected to your toll free number. Complaints are not answered properly. Look into the matter. Please note we have paid in advance for the network. not attending to complaint and not giving service after receiveing money leads to difficiancy of service which can be questioned at consumer forum. Repair the damage caused by you immediatly. We never expected your company also fall in line with other dubious companies. We have respect to Tata co. Maintain your standerds.

                                        i am using tata sky since 2010 .but against every complaint this people are not able to provide good customer care services . this time tata sky all center has torchered us a lot mentally . me and my family is not able to see television from last few days, and this people play a tape on their ivr saying our call is important to them i m listining the same message from last 1 /4/15. but till date not felt v r important to them, i ve given more then 50 calls to their helpline but no use of it . after spending 20-30 mins. call get disconnected or if i get csr on the call they disconnect the call, after putting my call on hold .one of their tl has given me tat of 2 hrs to resolve my problem, but stll problem is as it was .no call back from them or no buddy.even when i ask for tl to trasfer my call to manager she has given me may excuses, so i can say its a mental, physical and financial tourcher to the customer . if customer will not pay rechRGE AMOUNT FOR THEIR PACK WHICH THEY R USING TATA SKY WILL STOP THEIR SERVICES BUT IF CUSTOMER IS NOT ABLE TO USE THEIR SERVICES AFTER PAYING ALSO THEY HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS TOURCHER .NOW I NEED RESOLUTION FOR MY ALL THE PROBLEMS AND TOURCHER WHICH I AM GOINGG THROUGH .
