Hi, I am not able to view Tata sky services since 02nd April 2015. My repeated requests to address the issue have gone to deaf ears. I am fed up now and regret for having moved to Tata sky.     For the last seven days there are no signals on Tata Sky. i have given many missed calss on their customer care no. and also sent several SMS " NS " to 56633. Every time we are geting the same message." Technician will visit your very soon. Thanks for your patience.But this is disgusting to say that nobody has even called us on the Registered mob. no. We are just willing to throw out the Box of Tata Sky, whose so called, customer care is such a Careless about Customers.. Raveendra Babu Mob. No. [protected] Tata sky id...[protected]...

      i am a tata sky subscriber. My ID is [protected]. I have relocated my house in bangalore, marappa garden. For reinstallation of my tata sky dish, I have called to customer care on 27/03/15. Since no body attended my request, I called again for 25 times. Every time call attender said that I will be done in 24-48 hours. Today is 8th april. and am still waiting since last 13 days for reinstallation. Due this harrassment I have decided to remove tata sky connection for ever. If still some hope is remained, Please do the needful.

              Tata sky set top box is not receiving signals from 10days. When I am trying to call the customer care I could not able to reach them even after waiting in call for 30mins. This is happening from last 10 days. For waiting in their calls I have spent around 300rs. Still my problem was not resolved. There was a recorded voice prompting all the time if you wasnt us to call u back please press 1. After pressing 1 again they were telling '' u will be contacted by our Engineer within 14 hours'' All these fake commitment's I am getting from a company like TATA The number I am trying to call is [protected]

                ID : [protected] No service to this connection for past 9 days with more than ₹ 100/- in balance. Tatasky try to avoid the customer in all sorts of ways as follows:- On ringing[protected], automatic voice says no response from your end. In case you get connected, Customer care official is always busy, and we will ring back Tatasky never rings back. If you sent an SMS, you get a reply that format is incorrect. Tatasky repeatedly feels sorry for the customer and promise to send technician who never appears at the door. In case you try to reply to the SMS from Tatasky, it is not delivered. On their website there is no way you can submit a complaint ! They never refund the money for the days service was denied to the customer. Will a Regulatory authority take action. ?

                  There has been a "no signal" issue on multiple channels from the last couple of days due to Tata Sky Up gradation. I have already registered a work order ( ref W/O no. :NS[protected] for technician visit on 05/04/2015, i.e. 3 days back, but there has been no sign of any technician. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it by earliest as my precious balance is being deducted everyday for viewing nothing. The service quality has downgraded tremendously during this upgrade.

                      Hi, I have a standard set top box (No.[protected], digicard no.[protected], Primary connection) with a subscriber Id [protected]. I have subscribed to metro pack with add on of english entertainment. Since April 4th, the channel services are not being telecasted properly. I am only able to view some of the hindi channels on the metro pack and the english channels on the metro pack as well as on the engligh entertainment pack are being telecasted for which I contacted the tatasky helpdesk. I logged in a service request on April 5, 2015 for the same which got cancelled without any intimation via an SMS or call. Another SR (SR[protected] was raised on April 6, 2015 which is still open. Several other platforms were tried for raising queries as directed by the website like SMSing NS to 56633, giving missed calls on [protected], etc however no suitable response was sought. The online helpdesk was approached twice on April 6th and April 8th respectively but only auto generated responses were received which again routed me to channels I had already raised my query on. I am also given to understand by the online helpdesk that tata sky is going through a technology upgrade due to which the problem is persisting but my concern is on the way the grievance system is being hanled by the channel where auto generated responses are being given on different platforms and no communication is sought even after filing service requests 3 days back. I am a working professional and having a 9 to 7 job it becomes difficult for me to follow up with the helpdesk several times on the same query, I would expect the company to improve its helpdesk management system and create a robust customer grievance platform where timely communication is being provided to customers on their queries.

                        Dear Sir, Since 2.4.15 problems in above subject is continuing as a result my family is deprived off of viewing TV . Further inspite of complaint on tel No.[protected] on daily basis since then and E-mail complaint on 6th & 7th April, 2015 on this issue, none from tata sky visited my location i.e plot No.287/10, Jagannath Vihar Phase-II, Nandan Vihar, KIIT/Patia, Bhubaneswar to attend the complaint except telephonic message to be patient and wait but no reply in E-Mail. Please clarify how many days more my family will stay without viewing TV with spl. reference to regional(Oriya) & News Channels etc. If you are unable to attend the complaint, then kindly return back the yearly recharge amount paid with interest and cost of tata sky accessories(taking back the items) so that I can approach other service provider for the same. How such a false report has been sent.                         I am sorry to congratulate the CEO of Tatasky a very reputed and trustworthy coy. of the fradulant act of sending false message in that I indrajit raut of tata sky ID No.[protected] had lodged complaint on above subject and registered vide WO NS[protected] dated 3.4.2015 at 0747. Without attending the complaint I got message of attending complaint on 16.4.2015 at 0508 PM. I am bolt from the blue how it happened as none from tata sky visited my location i.e.Plot No.287/10, Jagannath Vihar Phase-II, near Shiv Mandir, Nandan Vihar, KIIT, Patia, Bhubaneswar as yet.Further in order to evade the time gap fresh WO NS[protected] dt.16.4.2015 at 07.41 registered on my complaint although I am lodging complaint on daily basis since then. In spite of not attending the complaint the tata sky has given false message of attending complaint, details of which is furnished as under:-

                        Since I have no option left, I will request you to personally look into it and resolve this as early as possible and intimate me the probable date by which this issue is to be resolved. The issue is for no signal of regional channel i.e. Oriya/Odia. Further I would request to extend validity of recharge by 21 days or more till it is resolved.
                        In case above is not feasible kindly consider to return back the yearly subscription made and cost of set up box etc paid (taking back the items) to my SBI, Cuttack Br Account No.[protected] Br.Code 0059 immediately giving due intimation

                          Tata Sky has been upgrading their system for the past 10 days or so. Every time I call their helpdesk I am having to go through a maze of IVR options, before I give up after 5 minutes. Today, the IVR tells me, "If you have a problem viewing our services, it will get rectified automatically. Our call center is facing huge volumes and you cannot talk to us." What nerve!! It is unfair that I, a customer, have to continue paying for the faulty service that Tata Sky provides and they charge on a daily basis. This is by far the worst of "Tata" experiences I have had. Hope the service provider actually does service instead of just selling. Irritated!! I need a refund for the days when their service was down and this issue resolved. Customer ID: [protected]

                            Hi, Please help on this. I have been calling Tatasky, trying to Chat with Tatasky team [ did everything possible]. Book almost 3-4 complaints but no luck yet [ Complaint numbers SR[protected], SR[protected], SR[protected]]. I have been told that, I will get call within 24 hours but no response yet. Not sure, what to do next. I am stuck by paying for yearly Package + HD Box. And there is no one who can resolve No signal problem from Tatasky. My subscriber Id is "[protected]".

                            I got the call after 10 days and I have been told that System is getting upgraded. I went to Videocon and got new connection. And you know what, they resolved TATASKY Problem in 10 minutes. Now I have 2 active connections with me [ TATASKY and Videocon ].

                            I guess, Tatasky need genuine customer Care and Technician to fix subscribers problem instead of just telling same story that " we will contact you in 24 hours". This is simply looting of Money those who paid for yearly package and for HD box. I have never ever seen such irresponsible team with any company [ just imagine, 10 days without TV connection because of TATASKY ].

                            I will advise you that, better hire some people from Videocon to provide better service to Tatasky customer. If there is anyway to refund money on Tatasky yearly Subscription + HD box, please let me know [ I will appreciate your help on this].

                              T/Sky ID.No.[protected]. Since 2/4/2015 I've not receive signals on tata sky as per my choice i.e, plan Metro pack. As per your channel 100 & 101 come to know that some upgrade is going on, but Tata sky will charge for the period and will deduct amount from my account for the non receipt signal period also. Is it justified, when we subscriber paid amount in advance annually for un-interrupted service and the tata sky itself disrupted our service for their fault/action and deduct amount automatically for the channels which are not aired. Moreover, falls promises are shown in channel 100& 101, the Customer Care also not responded instead I've paid the calling charge.It will be better If tata sky close the channels and refund subscribers money immediately. The above information was not flashed through SMS to the subscribers Regd Mobile Number, instead info recd through channel 100, which is totally BAKWAS.Neither any Executive nor technicians call me till now for remedy. I decided to sue tata sky in Consumer Court for the lose, if the problem is not solved within two days, i e. 11/4/2015, Please note it seriously.

                                    For the past one week I am not getting channels. After sending SMS "NS" to 56633 also there is no response. Last month also I had the same problem and it was resolved in 3 to 4 days automatically. This time it is horrible and really not appropriate. Please help to get this issue Resolved

                                      Since last 4 days just calling them and the reply is ...tomorrow our technician will reach and resolve the issue. We took mega pack and the service to be free. Here the question is ...what action we as a consumer can take against them? Do we have a law where they can be punished for this kind of harassment? Please suggest.                                       Thanks... Their technician came and fix it today. What is the payback here from them? I should get 5 days extra from my recharge due date at-least as I paid but didn't get service and the penalty - you decide so that the same should not happen in future. Thanks again.

                                        Tata sky channels are either off air fully or scrambled making it almost impossible to view. Have registered complaint many times and get only false promise of resolution. Their call centre is choked and no one to even receive the complaint. Its more then a month and the problem is un resolved. Now my set top box also is not functioning properly but unable to register the complaint for last few days.
