No Service from tata Sky in the name of technology upgradation

Unable to view IPL cricket matches.

Tata sky not responding to complaint.

No Service & No Channel is available

I am not getting TataSky service for past 10 days. No channel is coming except their Channel # 100. I have given missed call, message and spoke to call center. They say that they are upgrading and technical person will visit, etc... But, nothing has happened till now. If it is not solved I am going to cancel the service. Thanks....

Insensitivity and utter lie from Tata Sky helpline

I have three connections of tatasky with subscriber ID [protected]. For last 10 days the services have become bad to worse. The best part is whenever after 6 minutes of hold up I could talk sky agent they inform that sir for some your connections are on hold and we are escalating to our higher authority. This is repeated every day for last 3 days and hence this complain. Not only this for last 5 days every day no signal SMS and missed call...
