Dear Team, About my complaint for NO SIGNAL (WO:[protected]. Yesterday(08/04/2015) I Received massage from Tata Sky that our technician will visit your place.& After five minutes I have again received massage that your WO is completed. But No one is visited my home & still my problem is not resolved. On what basis TATA SKY closed my WO? Kindly resolve this issue on urgent basis. (RMN -[protected]& TATA SKY ID-[protected])

    My tata sky not working for last 7 days because of signal. Same problem was occurred 15 days back too tata sky was idle for 5 days. There is no proper contact details available as helpline are just useless. I am not able talk to their representative directly. Company has manipulated helpline auto response. Even last time I filed complaint but these people are stubborn. I need money for all these days and they should be paying penalty too similar to maintenance charge company incurred from customer.       i raised a work order with Tata sky on 04-April-2015 the order no NS[protected] for a visit by their technician since I am unable to view majority of .the channels on Tata Sky due to upgrade of the system. As of today April 09 no technician has visited my premises or called me. I also tried calling their helpline but as the line was congested asked for a call back but nobody has called back. I would like to know as to when my problem will be resolved as I am paying the rental inspite of not being able to view majority of the channels. Also I would like to know the time frame for resolution of the problem and refund of rental charges for the said period.

        Hello Team, Greetings! For last 7 days I am facing no signal error on many of the channels. In the name o[censored]p gradation of system their services are not working for past 7 days. Their Customer Service numbers are on a waiting time of approx. 15-20 mins.and they have not been scheduling any technicians to attend it either. I have called the customer care more than 7 times till date but each time they tell it will resolve soon also I have given missed call on their number [protected] and text them NS 56633 to schedule visit of technician to resolve the issue many times but each time I receive a message that "we have already allocated your request to our Tata Sky engineer who will contact you shortly" (Work Order no.: NS[protected] but still no response and issue not resolved. The complaint lodged (complaint number: 1-[protected] and NS[protected] )on customer care no.[protected]. Many of the customers including me have recharged the subscription for next 6 months package in advance and getting no value for money. Apart from this NO person from senior management is ready to talk on customer care numbers. My register mobile no. is [protected]. Kindly help on the issue. Thank You!

          I am using tata sky last 4yrs. and my account ID : [protected].Last 6 days onwards i am unable to see the maximum channels like all bengali. For this issue i to connected customer care and give the miss call which no is provide by tatasky .Customer care saying we will call back within 24 hrs and still we are not getting any call from past 6 days. My question is if you are not giving the service then why tata sky? when payment due date comes they will inform every time, but when i am not getting the service then what to do?

            ID: [protected] For past 2 days there is no signal. Tried to lodge complaint over the toll free number several times but always goes into IVRS. Have also smsed to lodge my complaint. No one ready to take responsibility which is unlike & unbecoming of a company bearing Tata logo. Would like an immediate response & rectification of the problem.

              I lodged a compliant on 2nd April (Subscriber ID : [protected]). Today morning the one staff came to fix the complaint & did some changes in the Tata Sky Dish. Then he came to down to check the connectivity & found that voice is not coming, he immediately changed the HDMI port from HDMI(DVI) port ( Used for TV) to HDMI(STB) used for X-Box/Playstaion and said that you have problem in that port. As a result the Picture quality immediately detiorated. If some TataSky does take note of these complaint's from here. Please give a call back for resolution. Regards, Partha

                ID: [protected], we are facing NS problem from 8 days but despite of raising complaints there is no technician visit at my place yet. The complaint raised for first time on 02-Apr-15 WO NS[protected] was closed from your end without having visit from technician guys how could you people ignore customers’ requests wherein we are unable to view channels since long. Also I am simply getting messages on my registered mobile [protected] for technician visit but no action has been taken yet. You people are just shouting on TV for commitment upgrade but the fact is there is no action from end. Yesterday again raised complaint for same issue NS[protected] if the action is not taken this time will surely STOP the service of Tata sky completely

                  Hi, This is with regards to the pathetic services provided by a big Brand Like Tata Sky. We are unable to view any of the channels for more than two weeks now, have been calling customer care of TATA Sky but never get to speak to anybody, just the IVR ..Its horrible. For every call i get a request no and after that no response at all. No technician has visited our place so far, , they dont even have courtesy to call back customer, , if it comes to disconnecting the services if bill is not paid they won't spare you for a day m services will be disconnected in NO Time, , , , i even tried to chat online from TATA SKY Website but no response..it has been two weeks now we are struggling to catch hold of somebody from TATA SKY...Never expected such a horrible service from such a reputed Brand Like TATA. Kindly help us with this regards. Kalpana

                  Tata sky customer support is the worst. I am also facing same problems since one week and they are unable to resolve the same. I regret my decision to subscribe Tata sky DTH. Moreover I have installed 2nd connection and HD set top box. Big big blunder.

                  I am using Tata Sky from last 5 years. There was some outage of channels from 5th April. Tata Sky call centers are off. there is no response. Even after registering complaint via SMS, nobody turned up.

                  I have registered a online complaint # SR[protected], but it was closed same day without resolving the problem.

                  I am seriously fed up with the service.

                  Please resolve the complaint and credit me charges of non service.

                  Tata sky not responding properly. They send one time the mechanic but he has not done any thing. I have registered my complaints several times but there is complete negligence from Tata sky.

                      I am using tata sky last 4yrs. and my account ID : [protected].Last 8 days onwords i am unable to see the maximum channels like(SPORTS, News, Music, all odia channel). For this issue i try to connected customer care and its not connected and give the miss call which no is provide by tatasky .Customer care saying we will call back within 24 hrs and still we are not getting any call from them. Last month what i can observed, after monthly payment they disconnect the chanell and then month end it will activate. My question is that: if your tata sky up gradation is going on after payment? (Last month onwords i observed after payment it will dis connected maximum chanel and then end of the month its automatically activate).Give me the clarification.Please resolve this issue as soon as possible or else we will disconnect the tata sky .

                          For past 3 days there is no service due to the so called upgrades that is/was going on. Everyday, I merely get an SMS saying "Sorry for the inconvenience" blah blah blah. No response from the customer care, if we ring, we go into the queue and we never get a representative to talk to. What is the best way to contact you guys to make the necessary corrections so that we can watch TV. Do note that I have kids and they watch cartoon channels regularly. Now, as is no TV, they are really giving headache to their mother and me. Do understand the issue and make it corrected by today!!! Complaint no: HIIFV0B

                            Dear sir,

                            Yeah the upgradation is going on and on. We have not been able to watch the channels for the past 14 days. After sending the no service SMS all i get is that " your work order pending will contact soon". Tried calling and they called back and assured that the problem will be solved soon. But even after 2 days neither they have called or sent a technician. I am getting fed of tatasky service...

                              My customer ID is : [protected]. Am from Chennai. I have been regularly remitting Rs.220 to view cricket matches. Fortunate enough I viewed World Cup. IPL matches, am not getting at all. My phone to customer cell proved futile, excepting spending of more than 20 Rs. on phone alone. Pl.solve this problem and let me know to which channel I should go to view all IPL matches. Failure on the part of TATA SKy, will result in my going to other service provider. Why a customer should be disallowed, despite making prompt payments for sports channels? Shall appreciate your speedy action.

                                  I am having problem with my setup box since past 10 days and no one is answering my complaint. i have given complaint 4 times since then. no one has even bothered to take the complaint. i have never seen such a disastrous service. i am planning to change to dish tv...this ridiculous service is un acceptable. i am sorry to say your service is a disater..hope atleast i will get my no signal problem rectified today...is this in your capibility or not???

                                    I am not getting TataSky service for past 10 days. No channel is coming except their Channel # 100. I have given missed call, message and spoke to call center. They say that they are upgrading and technical person will visit, etc... But, nothing has happened till now. If it is not solved I am going to cancel the service. Thanks.

                                      I couldn't get any contact details like phone number/email id from tata sky to speak with them directly. Most of the time their web page is under maintenance, simply give missed call/MSG/ give complaint to them what they direct to me that means they never consider my complaint . For the last one month Everyone knows Tata sky is not working properly and they says anything they want but we know they could say anything they want to escape. For the last one weak my tata sky is not working completely. I have sent msg as they direct us but no response.                                       Still I didn't get any solution. After long time Yesterday someone called me from tata sky While I was moving out. I asked her politely Please return back money You guys are not doing free service for me. Have you ever given grace period If I fail to pay the amount on the due date, No, you disconnected immediately. Suddenly She started screaming like no I cant payback your money...No argument...I thought I am speaking with TATA GROUP granddaughter... Then I asked her If you cant then connect me with right person. No answer. No solution...

                                      Still I didnt get any solution. I got phone call from two different number one person spoken in english and other one in hindi. That's all. I trust TATA is a geniune company because I am having VIDEOCON DTH still its on another portion, whenever I got problem with them suddenly I felt why I am taking this company instead of standard company. but that is proved wrong, One time I fought with VIDEOCON DTH, then Immediately The area Manager came to my home and resolved the problem, still I am having the email about the complaint(direct contact with them) I told them I am going to move another DTH because of the problem which I was facing with them, BUT still I didnt change the videocon dth because of their service. Now I realised which is the best one, compare with videocon dth TATA SKY IS zero [protected] hundred times zero...

                                      File Your Complaint, Get Resolution in 24 hrs.Ohh.. Please don't say this You can't do this if it will pass 24 years. This for Consumer Complaints.

                                      ----- you TATA SKY. what... you want my money only...------(Fill with your won language on the dash)

                                      Finally my problem was resolved by AIRTEL DTH employee... while he has come to my home to install my new AIRTEL DTH, He fixed that, Even he didn't know the frequency about the TATASKY by the way like 80's method "someone adjust antenna and someone say the result like got it or not sitting nearby TV but one difference we were using MOBILE PHONE that was not possible on that old days" Now I have got big confusion on make decision which one I WANT TO keep AIRTEL OR TATASKY BECAUSE I LOOSE 1630+20(TIPS) for new airtel dth and rs700 i spent on my previous recharge with TATA SKY AND tata sky connection rupees. Who loose. I am the only one.
                                      Waste of consumer complaints website and waste of tata sky...
                                      In this INDIA everyone is corner whoever get power and money they can do anything. Nothing is perfect. One time I filed a complaint to NHRC related my life, no answer like I filled complaint to dead meat. even NHRC was silence that time, compare with them what are you guys gonna do cause this is a very silly matter but you need my money...

                                        From last two weeks I can't view my tata sky HD channels and even some of SD channel and to contact tata sky customer service is like to hold a phone for a hour and none of their associate respond to it And only fake promises are made by their side that technician will visit to resolve the problem
