i have taken tata sky dth connection since september 2014 and till now i am not satisfied with the service of dth connection as we are facing signal problem twice and we are not getting proper response to our complaint. there is no-one whom i can contact directly either face-to-face or over phone. since 3rd april i am unable to view dth channels due to signal problem as well as service engineer is not attending to our complaint even after...

I have been facing this issue since 3rd April. So many channels including all HD channels are not available. They have registered my complaint and I have been receiving SMS regarding work order generated and some technical person will visit my place to resolve this problem but still nothing has happened. My tata sky not working for last 7 days because of signal. Same problem was occurred 15 days back too tata sky was idle for 5 days. There is no proper contact details available as helpline are just useless. I am not able talk to their representative directly. Company has manipulated helpline auto response. For past 3 days there is no service due to the so called upgrades that is/was going on. Everyday, I merely get an SMS saying "Sorry for the inconvenience" blah blah blah.
