Non availabilty of channels/No signals - upgrading of services

I have been facing this issue since 3rd April. So many channels including all HD channels are not available. channels could not be seen

AIN THE MONTH OF mARCH ALSO FOR 4-5 DAYS THE CHANNELS COULD NOT BE SEEN. AGAIN FROM LAST 10-12 DAYS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO WATCH ANY CHANNELS. SO MANY TIMES DIALLED FRO COMPLAINT BUT TILL NO RESULTS. Tata sky no signal for last 7 days and email, helline not responding at all

My tata sky not working for last 7 days because of signal. Same problem was occurred 15 days back too tata sky was idle for 5 days. There is no proper contact details available as helpline are just useless. I am not able talk to their representative directly. Company has manipulated helpline auto response. Even last time I filed complaint but these people are stubborn. I need money for all these days and they should be paying penalty too...

Non availabilty of channels due to upgrading of services

i raised a work order with Tata sky on 04-April-2015 the order no NS[protected] for a visit by their technician since I am unable to view majority of .the channels on Tata Sky due to upgrade of the system. No Signal Complaint mishandled & Iltrained staff

No service or no channels for past 3 days: Complaint no: HIIFV0B

For past 3 days there is no service due to the so called upgrades that is/was going on. Everyday, I merely get an SMS saying "Sorry for the inconvenience" blah blah blah. No response from the customer care, if we ring, we go into the queue and we never get a representative to talk to. What is the best way to contact you guys to make the necessary corrections so that we can watch TV. Do note that I have kids and they watch cartoon channels...
