Complain against Tatasky 1. I am unable to watch channels for last 10 days. I have Fileed complained with Tatasky. Everyday, they send a message confirming the complain but they do not send the engineer. Workorder number NS [protected]. My customer Id is [protected] & my registered phone number is [protected] 2. I must watch news everyday as I am a teacher of MBA in Central University. I am also an investor in Sharemarket. I am missing important updates. Tried to call all their numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) for reminding them. But the lines are continuously busy. the IVR says please try later /// the problem will be sorted automatically. This is case of gross deficiency in service. 3. Similarly I am also unable to watch 50% channels for last the two years because they restricted these channels to HD compatible set top box. I requested the customer care to resolve the issue. They say, I have to purchase a New Set top box. My question is when my set top box is working properly why should I pay for the new box. It is their responsibility to replace or upgrade without further charges. Does it mean that every time they make some changes / up gradation and we the customer will have to bear the cost. This is a case of cheating & fraud because they are charging me for all channels but allowing me to watch only a few channels. Remedy 1. I want that Tatasky pay me Rs. 2500/- as a switchover cost and they can take back their set top box etc. 2. Tatasky should refund Rs. 240/- i.e. the current month recharge which they are debiting without providing the service 3. They should refund me 50% of last two years recharges i.e. Rs. 2880/- (Rs. 240 pm X 24 month ) /2 because I could not watch 50% channels subscribed by me due to their fault. 4. They should compensate me by paying another Rs. 10, 000/- for all these harassments & mental disturbances as I missed a number of interesting movies, news channels & Cricket matches although I paid for the service.

    My tatasky box is under warranty. Power adaptor U/S.I have registered complaint for the same after calling four times to tatasky helpline. My work order no. is HI13NVL dated 05 Apr 15. But no technician have visited my home till date.Not even they made a call to me.My tatasky ID is [protected]

      Dear Sir, 1. There is no sig in my set top box ID no [protected]. Work order No isNS[protected]. 2. Inspite of contacting directly to your local representative thrice, he is just not coming to check & speculating on phone only that my LNB/ TV or something or the other is wrong & trying to put blame on me. 3. Last time also on attending my complaint never came to rectify. Person like this spoil reputation of such a trusted firm like TATA SKY. Non response i correcting & only sms apology is not warranted from a firm like TATA SKY. Each day with out signal is precious day of my life & my family's pleasure wasted because of TATA SKY. Now I request :- A. Refund my money today so that i can shift to AIRTEL Regards Major Anupam ( A very unsatisfied TATA S Customer)

        My Subscriber id is [protected].For No signal issues I had given a missed call to tata sky since I was facing no signal issue from last 1 month.The technician called after 7 days since I was not at home at that time I asked him to come after 1 hr.He didn't turn up that day.Next day when I called he told if someone is not at home its not his responsibility to serve that customer.He will come at his own time without intimation otherwise I should forget about service from Tata Sky.At last suddenly I saw him knocking my door at 6:00 am in the morning (which is really strange and definitely not a corporate time).We watched TV till yesterday night with no signal problem till yesterday night 12:00 a.m.Suddenly at 6:00 a.m he was saying the receiver in the disk is missing.He instantly took out one receiver and fixed it and charged 350 rs.He was behaving madly so didn't have courage to challenge him for stealing it first and then installing again the same.For no signal issues in regional pack I had to pay a penalty of 350 rs for calling a technician.Even couple of months back the technician who came to fix one of the issues had stolen 200 rs from my purse when i was showing the disk to the other person.

          Sir, I have been complaining about non availability of kannada channels on my above id since 7 days. Every time your IVR used to say somebody will call you back. Nothing has happened. Today at 03.40 pm I got the call and one lady picked the call and she put me under hold & never came back. Shall I go to the law of court or consumer court for the kind of service you are giving. Kindly suggest me. Orelse ask me to change the subscriber. I will do that also. Or shall I publish the same in the media. I don't know where to complain.

            You jokers had been advertising that there may be slight inconvenience and if we give a missed call that dumb cricket bower and his team would come and rectify things and moreover would not charge for the 'service'... The nerve. With the total lack of service you ho..s should be lucky if we do not beat your technicians up. Also stop sending these fu..ing SMSs thanking our patience. You management should be fired without any severance pay and made to watch Doordarshan, non stop for 4 days as punishment before being shown the door! What kind of imbeciles are running you PR department!

              Dear Sir/ Madam, My Subscriber ID is [protected]. Your Team made me fool.No one is replying my phone and not supporting thru customer care. I Bought your device on 25th march -15 ( including 1 month validity recharge with HD). But now getting SMS this free recharge is only for 15 days till 10th April. because their technician has deducted their extra wire charges from my free recharge. I dont know that How do you make policy. A Technician has authority to deduct recharge amount. Technician said that after installation that 2 meter wire remain from thir bunch. so that you can keep 2 meter . he never discussed about extra charges. If I can buy tata sky, think to pay 50 rs. is hard to me. I need result if not I know other way also amd improve your services. Amardeep Som [protected]

                I am not getting the signal for the last one week. Complaint was registered and acknowledged by company.                   Hi, I took my connection on 4th and from 6th I am getting no signal error. Customer care says they will get back but no sign yet. No one responds back only the same response. I cant even reach the customer care as the call will drop automatically. I want to leave tata sky and want my Rs 2400 back. I will opt for some new connection.

                  When are we going to get it back? Is this some kind of a joke? what is the problem? Why the authorities are mumb? Complains are flooding from every corner but no action taken

                      Hi Team, I am hereby writing to complain about the kind of service/support I have got from Tatasky. I started having issues with the TV services in the first week of March when Tatasky started upgrading their servers. I tried calling them multiple times & got a message that all agents were busy, asked to choose for a call back which I did but no one got back to me. I did message them as per their helpdesk for no signal issues & was supposed to get it fixed & a tech visit my place by 19th of March which again did not happen. When I contacted Tatasky again on 2nd of April, I was told that the ticket was closed & will have another tech visit my place to fix the issue & I was also promised a compensation however I had to call them back once the issue was fixed after the technician's visit. The technician visit was supposed to have been on priority basis as per the manager I spoke to from Tatasky & I did get a call from the technician at around 11:15AM saying he would visit my place within an hour which however did not happen, the tech visited only by 3PM & the technician also said that they have thousands of customers like me whom he has to attend. If that was the case, why was I promised a visit in an hour. The issue however was fixed on the 2nd of April & I did have no signal issue for almost a month. I did try calling back multiple times as per their suggestion to call them back after the service is done & the issue is fixed, as usual every time they hung up on me after about 5 minutes speaking to them. I then lodged a complaint online & I got a call immediately from a person asking for the reason & I explained the situation & also told him that the issue is fixed as of now however I am waiting to hear from some one about the compensation I was promised on the earlier calls. He then said he will have it taken care of & has arranged for a technician's visit which is not necessary & has still not happened. My subscription was due on 8th April 2015 & I get a call from Tatasky to renew the subscription for the next 6 months & I also informed that tech about the situation & compensation who then said she will get back to me on that the same day (7th April) which I never got back. I did go ahead & recharged my account yesterday as to not loose my services & I got a call today the 9th April from some one saying the subscription for 6months has successfully been processed. I asked him about the compensation & he was trying give some other information & when I said I was asking him a question, he hung up on me. I don't have any clarity on what is going on with their services & why should I be paying for the whole month without getting their services. I am hoping to get this sorted out as early as possible.                         Dear Sir, I have been trying to call your contact numbers since morning as I have an issue with the set top box. It’s not getting on. I need some technician to come and check it out what’s the problem. After spending 20-25 mins everytime, I got through the call. The lady responded the call. I told her about the problem, then she kept me on hold for checking some details (I don’t know what she has to check) and never came on line again. This happened at least 3 times today. That means I had wasted more than couple of hours to get resolution to the TATA Sky PROBLEM. If this is your normal practice, then I must say that I am with wrong people. I came to TATA Sky, because TATA’s name is attached with it. But it seems, many things have changed since last decade. Please tell me whether you can sort out the issue or refund our monies, and I will have to look for another SP. Rgds, Parag Bondre

                          1.Wrongly activated Javed Akhtar pack of RS 5 per day on subscriber ID:[protected].Deactivate urgently. 2. Do not DISTURB by sending other subscriber IDs information on MY(above mentioned) ID. Please do the needful. Also send feedback after completion of above task on registered mobile.

                            I have made repeated calls, sent messages SMS, missed calls, written on consumer complaint forums and till date my Tata Sky set top box is NOT receiving English News, HD channels, English Entertainment and any Regional languages – these are the ONLY things I pay for and watch. What I get is a HOST of Hindi channels none of which I watch!! Today on 10th.April.2015 at 1:20 PM a TATA Sky technician finally came home went to where the Dish is located on the terrace and asked me to get a ladder. When I told him he needs to get the ladder located on the ground floor(it is a foldable one) he refused saying that was my job. I would not have minded getting the ladder but his attitude clearly was “ he was doing me a favor fixing my connection”. When I refused he simply left without doing anything! Obviously you have passed on your qualities of “poor customer service” to your technicians. Remember all this after 10 days o[censored]seless follow up, phone calls never responded to and a customer center that seems to always be tied up. I just recently paid a subscription renewal for TATA Sky and would like to see how I can get a refund and move to another DTH provider. BTW some of my relatives in Bangalore also have TATA Sky and are facing the same issues. I will be convincing ALL of them to move from TATA SKY and to spread the word to their friends as far and wide as possible. I really don’t understand how you can be in a Consumer Facing Business with your abysmal attitude towards a customer and your clear incompetence in managing technical upgrades

                              i have taken tata sky dth connection since september 2014 and till now i am not satisfied with the service of dth connection as we are facing signal problem twice and we are not getting proper response to our complaint. there is no-one whom i can contact directly either face-to-face or over phone. since 3rd april i am unable to view dth channels due to signal problem as well as service engineer is not attending to our complaint even after complaining for many times. kindly help me.

                                I have been facing this issue since 3rd April. So many channels including all HD channels are not available. I tried to contact customer support and also I gave missed call on [protected] as per their Customer support instruction. They have registered my complaint and I have been receiving SMS regarding work order generated and some technical person will visit my place to resolve this problem but still nothing has happened. Work order no. is HHTG5EI and my subscription Id is [protected]. This is really frustrating since IPL is going on and also children are having vacation. Tata sky is useless and they have got the worst customer care and support system.

                                  Dear team, please support the subject matter and following points: money is debited @170(INR)from my account and without visit for any technical assistance, money is cut and we are unable view channels. the CC says to refund in 48hrs. why should this harassment and for what this money is cut?? who will repay the time loss for viewing the channels for the disconnected period? please serve better to a customer and advise not to harass the family . thanks and anticipate correction in minutes rather than days. Note: I was forced to recharge to keep the channels viewed at home. so I have extra paid now. request you to correct your system/services rather than cutting money from customers and creating unhappiness. can I get an assurance now in mail and call to my RMN. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH BY TOLL FREE NO [protected] AND [protected] BUT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL FINALLY ON 5/04/2015 I REGESTRED COMPLAIN BY MISSED IN [protected]. NOTHING HAPPENED TILL NOW YESTERDAY I SENT SMS 56633. IT IS 8 DAYS NOW WITHOUT WATCHING TV AND NEWS. IPL HAS STARTED I MISSING. FOR DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE FOR LAST 8 DAYS YOU HAVE CAUSED MENTAL AGONY AND BY NOT RESPONDING TO MY CALLS IT IS A SERIOUS NEGLIGENCE.                                     Tata sky customer support is the worst. I regret my decision to subscribe Tata sky DTH connection.
                                    My subscription id [protected] mobile No. [protected].- Jay Computer & Communications- K. Radhakrishnan. There is no signal since 2/4/2015. It is 9 days. I have contacted several times through mobile, SMS, email etc. But till this moment nothing has happened. Every time they say that there field Engineer will contact shortly. There are senior Citizen who are deprived unable to watch TV serial and News. It is extremely stressful causing mental agony.
                                    Kindly put serious pressure and help us to restore the signal and teach TATA SKY a lesson for there deficiency in service and negligence.

                                      Very surprise on worst response from TATA sky Since last 2 weeks 60% of the channel cant be watch, and unnecessarily deducting money from account All help line no. are busy, no contact, SMS : only regret message No email ID Very poor performance How they will survive in this competitive market

                                        AIN THE MONTH OF mARCH ALSO FOR 4-5 DAYS THE CHANNELS COULD NOT BE SEEN. AGAIN FROM LAST 10-12 DAYS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO WATCH ANY CHANNELS. SO MANY TIMES DIALLED FRO COMPLAINT BUT TILL NO RESULTS. WE SHOULD GET THE EXTRA DAYS IN LIEU OF SHUT DOWN OF CHANNELS, BECAUSE WE HAVE ALREADY RECHARGED. IF WE FAIL TO PAY IN TIME THEN TATA SKY IMMEDIATELY STOPS THE TRANSMISSION, NOW WHAT WOULD THEY DO? WE SHOULD GET COMPENSATION IN LIEU OF HARRASMENT DONE BY TATAT SKY.
