I am hereby writing to complain about the kind of service/support I have got from Tatasky. I started having issues with the TV services in the first week of March when Tatasky started upgrading their servers. I tried calling them multiple times & got a message that all agents were busy, asked to choose for a call back which I did but no one got back to me. I did message them as per their helpdesk for no signal issues & was supposed to get it fixed & a tech visit my place by 19th of March which again did not happen. When I contacted Tatasky again on 2nd of April, I was told that the ticket was closed & will have another tech visit my place to fix the issue & I was also promised a compensation however I had to call them back once the issue was fixed after the technician's visit. The technician visit was supposed to have been on priority basis as per the manager I spoke to from Tatasky & I did get a call from the technician at around 11:15AM saying he would visit my place within an hour which however did not happen, the tech visited only by 3PM & the technician also said that they have thousands of customers like me whom he has to attend. If that was the case, why was I promised a visit in an hour. The issue however was fixed on the 2nd of April & I did have no signal issue for almost a month.
I did try calling back multiple times as per their suggestion to call them back after the service is done & the issue is fixed, as usual every time they hung up on me after about 5 minutes speaking to them. I then lodged a complaint online & I got a call immediately from a person asking for the reason & I explained the situation & also told him that the issue is fixed as of now however I am waiting to hear from some one about the compensation I was promised on the earlier calls. He then said he will have it taken care of & has arranged for a technician's visit which is not necessary & has still not happened.
My subscription was due on 8th April 2015 & I get a call from Tatasky to renew the subscription for the next 6 months & I also informed that tech about the situation & compensation who then said she will get back to me on that the same day (7th April) which I never got back.
I did go ahead & recharged my account yesterday as to not loose my services & I got a call today the 9th April from some one saying the subscription for 6months has successfully been processed. I asked him about the compensation & he was trying give some other information & when I said I was asking him a question, he hung up on me.
I don't have any clarity on what is going on with their services & why should I be paying for the whole month without getting their services.
I am hoping to get this sorted out as early as possible.
