Hi, I am Abhijit Naik ( Pune, MAHARASHTRA ) Tata Sky user since last 6 Months. My subscriber number is [protected]. I have observed that Since last month due to upgradation of services i am unable to see many of the channels. I dont know what sort o[censored]pgradation these people are doing . In last month Tata Sky service was entired closed and this month i am not able to see HD channels since last 4 Days. I have tried calling customer case number of times but was unable to get in touch with the executives everytime. They have informed to give miscall to a specific number and also to send SMS to register the complaint, which I have done but still there is not appropriate action on complaint and still issue is not resolved...Please try to fix the complaint at the earliest or else I wil have to switch to some other DTH SERVICE...I am serioudly planning to lodge complaint against Tata Sky in Consumer Forum.

    There has been no signal for our tatasky connection for 6 days now. The sms always says request in queue. Its been 5 days since the complaint has been made. Plus its impossible to go to helpdesk or see messages recieved. Whenever i try to open the helpdesk the screen goes blank and no signal message appears. Pls try to solve this problem asap.         No signal in My Tata Sky connection. ID is [protected]. I could not speak with customer care nor any reply to my complaint to message from Registered Mobile number. 5 days now without any service from tata sky. Worst customer service. Will Tata Sky respond to my complaint here?

          I would like to log complaint due to delay in installing my new tata sky HD connection. Your representative hasn’t reached on scheduled time for installation and not responded for new schedule. Also I haven’t got call back for the same. This is worst experience which got from tata sky service and hope after raising this complaint I will get best service immediately and will get connection at earliest.           Still not yet positive response from tata sky customer care instead of that customer care representative is keeping phone on hold without providing proper update. This is the experience which faced by me today @11:30 am call.

            Despite several complaints there is no response and actions from any ot the executives who talk up to the sky. many smss has been recieved saying the service engineers will visit and nothing has happend so far. very poor service. If my complaint not resoved before today iam going to file consumer forum complaint claiming hefty compensation for the amount invested for dish antenna and my phone calls.My one month subscription also been paid for no useIf they are not able to resolve complaints immediately let them close down the company and go

              hi, This is 2nd time since last one month. When we can see the channels? stop the "our commitment" add in 101 channel. You people wont deserve it. I raised the Work order : NS[protected] on 2nd Apr 2015. No response till now. Always they are saying it is in pending. Resolve the signal issue asap. Else please suggest how to change the service provider as per new TRAI rules.

              Technician visited my home and changed the signal of dish. its just 2 min work. i don't know why they took 10 days of time to visited my home.

                I have been using TATASKY for a long time right from its inception. Its been almost 10 days I'm not able to see my favourite news channels, discovery channels and regional language channels thanks to your up gradation. I don't know what sort o[censored]p gradation is this which has taken so long. I keep sending u messages and miss calls but no one has bothered to give me a call back. It's really disgusting as a company like TATA TOO CARE HOOTS for there customers. Please try to fix the complaint at the earliest or else I wil have to switch to some other DTH SERVICE.

                  Hi, I am a loyal customer of Tata Sky and have 3 connections at my residence and few connections in my office. I had also recommended my building and neighbouring societies to go for the service. I am using one of the most premium packs and set top boxes - the HD+ box. Off late quite frequently the set top box did not receive signal and it always showed that maybe its cloudy or raining outside, when it was not. And now I am not receiving the signal at all and its been as long as 20 days of the issue being unresolved. The company has gone all out expressing that they are updating their system which is why customer will face issues. My question is if we have taken such a premium provider and a respectable company at such a high cost, why are we still suffering. It is not our fault that the systems are being upgraded, who is going to compensate for the lost days. They company needs to compensate for causing so much trouble and irritation to the customer. All customer care requests and calls are unanswered and nothing is being done. This is absolutely shameful and worrisome for a company of such great goodwill to act in this manner. We are on the verge of discontinuing the service but we need compensation. This is absolute exploitation of customer and their faith in Tata's!

                    Tata sky DTH is charging for daily services but for last 10 days we are unable to view the channels due to some patch work been done by them. I have tried calling customer case number of times but was unable to get in touch with the executives.                       Paid money to shift antena in other place on same building because of monkey problem but instead shifting of antena the Tata Sky agent at Vastrapur replaced disc and charged for it, so the problem is continue and unable to watch the channel.                           Hi, My subscriber Id for Tata sky is[protected] and I am using it for one Year now.First my registered Mobile number is removed from my account and they haven't resolved that yet.And now since 31march my set top box is not receiving proper signal.I have tried several times to call the helpline no, but in vein.If they are not going to solve this soon, they will loose the faith of numerous customers for sure.FIX IT SOON...OR I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER.

We are very unhappy with the tatasky services and wish that they listen and work upon our complaints and provide us compensation for the trouble which we have gone through. my mob no is [protected].

                              its been since 8 days since any channel is coming in Tatasky. I have given many complaints but no one bothers to cal us back. If the company cannot resolve issues then they can tell us upfront that it cannot be done, we can get better services from other providers..

I recharged my Dhamal mix pack with Rs 200/- on dt 01/04/2015 but yet we are unable to see marathi & hindi channels more ever my account status is not updated.                                       Writing this mail after lot of disappointment, I am using Tata Sky since past couple of months, use to do recharge for 6 months pack. But since past few days I'am unable to see anything on TV as your telecast services are affected. When I called your dealer he said that you guys are shifting from some old satellite to new one...!!! My question is when you were suppose to do such activity, then why customer should suffer. You should have thought about some backup plan...!!! I'm unable to watch TV since past 6 days, even after paying for 6 months pack. No one is coming to attend the registered complaint (which was done by giving miss call on your number- [protected]) I am really very disappointed with the services of Tata Sky...!!! Will surely not recommend Tata Sky for installation to any of my friends/relatives. My registered mobile number for Tata Sky is [protected].(I don't remember my subscriber id) Kindly confirm back by when you will send your technician & even confirm back that my 6 months pack should get an extension of 6 days as you guys have failed to provide proper services.                                       Even I was facing similar issue but was informed in advance about the outage issue. Thankfully my issue got resolved by sending an sms 'NS' to 56633. They just made some adjustment to the dish and my @TataSky is working fine now. You too should try all methods of registering your complaint via SMS, missed call, website. I am sure they will look into your matter and provide immediate assistance.

                                      This was not at all expected from a brand name like - "TATA SKY"

                                        Sir, I am using Tatasky connections from 2008 onwards, recently i am not getting the signals for regional channals - Tamil, I have called Tatasky service persons also, but they are simply postponed their visit to home to correct the problem, I am planning that why cannot I change the DTH connection to another company network, Prof. Dhamodaran, jss college of pharmacy, Ooty, [protected]

                                        Received an SMS from Tata Sky about a signal issue – followed the instructions and this got sorted pretty quickly. Just faced 1 day of problem. I think you too should send an sms 'NS' to 56633, they will assign a tech visit to look into your matter and resolve your issue.
