since last one week we are unable to view TV.No Tatasky service.Initially when we dial cust care for 24 hrs we got one message on phone IF YOU are experiencing whether effect bear with us it will be solved soon and like that every time.No complaint registration for two days.Once done we got message our engineer will attend soon.One more day and sms came we will come tomorrow at this time sunday 3.20 pm.We rushed back from outside to see he will come.But alas sms came after the time over... sorry we could not make.will come again.Next day they gave time when we were working.So we made request for another time.Now once we said no they have stopped calling us.Today on working day we took leave from work as we thought atleast they will come at their time but sorry no one came.If this is the story since a week I have full right to claim refund and I must go for another service provider.I must say I never ever expected such bogus service from Tata group.I am sure even this complain will be just sent to Trash.What will you say at the end...we are sorry for any inconvenience.     My tata sky Id is [protected] . I'm having a problem with receiving signal from last 8 days. & not getting a proper commitment from your customer care. My complaint no is HI7BREM & scheduled date is 20/4/2015 . If i'm not able to watch any channel for a month or a half & I'm getting this type of service from service provider then why I'm paying such a big amount of money.

      from past 1 week iam not able to view the channels and low signal strenght which making channels to struck and continously calling tatasky customer care leads to no soloution simply wasted our time can i know whether this problem will solve immediately or should i disconnect and buy a different oprerator

        I have lodged a complaint with tata sky regarding no signal problem on 3.4.2015 (Work Order No:HGJ2ZC0). In spite of repeated calls to their call centre, no technician has visited or called to solve the problem. Every time I am told that my problem is given priority. But the problem remains unanswered.

          since last 10 days i am trying to reach tatasky for deficient service .no one is bothered to call back, last 10 days i am not able to view channels. if we contact their customer care - recorded message will be running "We are upgrading our systems for better services in the coming days. In case you are facing any signal issues, please give a missed call on[protected] or SMS ‘NS’ to 56633. Our technician would call you soon for an on-site visit. This visit will not be charged. Thank you for your cooperation", How long is this going to be at the cost of the customers inconvenience. we have to spend money calling their customer care cum recharge amount will be reducing day by day without watching

          I have an annual subscription with Tata Sky. My subscription ID is [protected]. For the last 10 days the company is providing very few channels against all the channels we have subscribed to. None of English news channels are being aired. The company fellows are going on giving false promises of technician would attend. This complaint of mine may please be sent to Cyrus mistri chairman Tata group. Let him know how his group company is behaving with its customers

          For the last 10 days only few channels are coming against the whole package we subscribed for. We have paid whole year subscription. The company is not sending its technician to set right the problem. It's only giving false promises. I would like my complaint be forwarded not only to the company but also to Cyrus Mistri Chairman Tata group. Let him know how one of Tata group company is behaving with its customers.

          I took new tatasky connection.
          Date June 30th 2015.
          Description: Venkat Phone [protected]/[protected]. They came installed the box took cash + 100 rupees as tip (forced the tip) and told us that it is ready to use. They are now not responding to my calls and there is no update from them even after 24 hours.
          I called tatasky and they are not able to enable the service remotely.
          I want a resolution to it and get my tatasky service enabled.
          Finally got resolved. His explanation was that the website was down.
          My issue got resolved after the agent contacted me. His explanation, website was down. I am happy now

            I spoke to Tata sky call center few days back and requested to disconnect my tata sky connection. They told me to give a call back as they were not able to disconnect the connection and told to wait for a call back from the concerned department. However it's been more than 48 hours, I haven't received any call back from them. Also when I ask them to refund my money which i have already paid for 6 months. They refused to refund the money. So, would request you to please look into the matter and refund my money. My complaint number is 1-[protected]

              For past 1 week i am troubled with poor signal. tried registering a complaint to tata sky. no use other than messages saying a technician is assigned. Could not even talk to customer care executive as the lines are always busy and call drops after 10 mins hold. Though it says toll free, lost almost 100 bugs trying to reach customer care. Pathetic service.

                    I have registered the complain and no response till now. will you guys stop deducting the charges for the days where we havent any signal. you will never right. I believe this the time to go for local cable operator.                             From Apr 2 many of the channels are not accessible using TataSky DTH. In the month of March 2015 as well the channels for not accessible for around five days. TATA SKY did not deem it important to inform customers about any upgrade program. The customer service was automatically directed to a voice message. Was lucky to get across to a customer service executive, at one instance, where an update was promised in 4 hours. The four hours is yet to materialise after 5 days now. For subscription renewal TATA SKY does a prompt hourly or daily follow up starting one or two months before the due date, but fails to provide prompt response to customers where they are answerable.                               Sirs, I am paying Rs470 towards my Tata Sky subscription amount . Even after paying such a bug amount, we are not able to enjoy all the channels from Tata Sky. Complaint is registered 2 days back with Complaint W.O Number :[protected], but still not resolved While i am deprived of Television viewing, why should i pay the charges to Tata Sky.                                 No Signal Issue & Worst Service By Tata Sky Service Team No signal Issue Last 6 days Tata Sky not working . Tried reaching to Customer care from date 1st April, Last four days no one contacted and same problem facing . we tried more than 30 times to contact customer care & which is collecting more for each minute. I would like to say pathetic or worst services from TATA SKY . while paying Rs. 500 for each day making money if there is a delay from us same day services discontinued . Today Tata people unable to answer or providing services . Not responding on phone . My Customer ID :[protected] My Complaint Number:[protected] which is shared by customer care. PATHETIC PATHETIC and worst services . I will Strongly Recommend "No one should choose Tata Sky DTH ".

                                  the current month due amount differs with the last monht payment. last month i recharged for 490 rupees, this month due amount is 510 rupees. I just tried to contact the help desk and i was waited in the queue for more than half an hour. The last men about to clear my chat session is disconnected. This is highly testing the patience of a customer and this shows the poor customer service. I am really sick of your customer service help desk More over everytime when i try to contact the helpdesk number, it is always engaged and busy.how can we contact you if it is always busy. is there any other way to contact you over phone? can anyone please throw some light on my face.

                                      HI, I'm not receiving signals for Tata Sky since last week.I've been getting messages post complaint stating the visit of technician, which never happened.Signal discrepancy for hours or for a day is fine, but for more than a week and still counting is worst.Several articles in media suggests the software upgrade issue, which was never informed to customer prior.Planning to move to Videocon DTH.
