Tata Sky — no signal

Tata Sky Installer visit for WO:GN5VXPB is scheduled between 11/02/2015 17:25 & 18:05 In case of query pls contact our helpline on[protected]...this my service request. However no action taken. Instead of servicing the tata sky servicing people demand money 500-1000 to do the service where as acording to comoany rule it is only 170 dat too will be deducted from the a/c itself.. This is absolutely not tolarable.

Technician unable to solve problem and after that no one visited till 14th July 12:45 pm. They Service vendor calls back telling with few hours it would be solved but no one visited.I would like to discontinue tata sky and looking for alternative. Harrasment charges to be filed. Will file a Legal case..
A message is being shown of no signal on screen for last 6 hrs and contacted call centre but no one is even to pick up a call. Highly disappointed with service. If nothing is possible in next 24 hrs pls unistall the set top box . there are many in this field

There are few channels wherein the signals are poor, pictures are stucking, sound is also disturbed, tried to contact/spoke to customer care auto generated voice several times but the problem still persists. The channels are 663, 472, 473, 474
you are requested to look into this problem urgently.

Tata Sky — Not providing proper facilities

recharge on 11/3/15 for RS 485 balance on cosrtumer care is showing as RS 432 transmission stopped due to insufficient balance and the msg is coming to rechargeyour account.please check and report the network. id;[protected]

Tatasky ID :[protected] complaint :TU2QSOH due to setoff box issue due to signal problem taken the connection in 4 months back setoff box is not working customer care suggested me as free of replacement and backend they have charged 550 and disconnected my connection which having 4 months old setoff box .
daily 30 min customer care make to wait and disconnecting the call and forcefully make me to pay the 550 rs else they will not ready to give the connection .Such worst quality of the setoff box being a customer why should suffer . hope tatasky leaders will take the action regarding this and waiting for the hel ful reply .
Thousand of people with same problems.. 😂 😂 I am laughing on my choice... I don't know why I chosed Tata sky.. They just want money without providing customers satisfaction

Hi Pramod, we've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set-top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
