I had renewed my Annual Grand Sports pack in the month of December, 2014 by paying an amount of Rs.7150/- on December 14, 2014 for primary as well as for second T.V but in my account it is showing that the pack is valid up-to 30.11.2015 instead of till December, 2015. I made a call in the month of January, 2015 to inquire about this and I was assured that the system takes time to up date it and I was also told to pay an additional amount of Rs 150/-. Today (14.02.2015), again I made a call and discussed with the executive and then with the supervisor but I am sorry to say that the phone was disconnected and my query was not resolved.
I would like Customer Care team to look into the matter and resolve it ASAP by converting the pack in to annual. Looking for prompt reply.

Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My tata sky subscriber no.is [protected].From yesterday evening I am not receiving any services of tata sky due to non availability of signal.I have checked all the connection in set top box & also there is no cloudy weather in our area.I tried my times to contact at your helpline no.[protected] but all the times your executives were busy.
Kindly look into this matter at the earliest & correct the problem.
