I have a Grand Sports Pacakge since March 8, 2014, for which I had paid an annual subscription on MArch 8, 2014.
As this subscription was due for renewal on March 8, 2015, I paid an amount of Rs. 4, 950/- towards renewal of my annual subscription till March 8, 2016 on March 3, 2015. I have confirmed this amount thrice with your representatives before making payment. I have got a confirmation of receipt of the amount on my mobile.When I called to recharge my account till MArch 2016 on March 8, I was told that the rates have been revised and my account cannot be recharged because of insufficient amount in my account.
Firstly, the rate cannot be revised after payment is made that too, after reconfirming the amount several times.In addition, it is most upsetting that your team is refusing to recharge my account inspite of a balance of Rs. 4, 950/- in credit and deducting from the amount on a dialy basis. The balance in one day is reduced to Rs. 4, 906/- from Rs. 4, 951/-
I am really aggrieved with this attitude and have submitted my complaint to the consumer grievance cell also for redressal.
Kindly ensure that my account is recharged immediately till MArch 7, 2016 without any additional payment.
