I was trying to know how cost it will take to upgrade old Tata sky set top box with HD, so for that I have called Tata Sky customer care(My biggest Mistake). My call was in queue for more than 10 mins then their executive attended my phone and instead of help me in my issue she start tell about the new offers they have and activated it with out me permisson, she is not even able to explain me it correctly. Then I asked her to look in to my problem she again kept me on hold for 5-6 mins and then disconnected my call .Worst experience I ever had with any customer care. And I don’t want to continue my relation with Tata sky.

    My work order no H2YY510 was completed on 8/3/15. However, as the same problem occurred again the next day, I called Samar (person who had come to fix the problem) at [protected]. He said he would come at around 4 pm on the 9th. When he did not come I called him again at 5:45 pm. This time he said he would be there at 6 pm. However, again he did not turn up. Now on the 10th, when I am calling his no. he is not picking up the phone. I am NOT calling your customer care number because it takes over 10 minutes to lodge a complaint and my hard earned money is being wasted by the person who answers and gives irrelevant information instead of taking down the complaint. Hence this complaint online. I hope someone will come and fix my problem without having to pay once again for reoccurence of same problem.

So muje bataye ki installation ke liye humne paise diye hai lekin abhi tak hamari installation nahin ho payi hai, agar installation nahin hoti hai to hum apna amount kisse return le. humne apni installation[protected] ko karai thi. Jab service center se bad me bat ki gai to unhone bola ki aapki installation ho chuki hai but abhi tak hui hi nahin hai...

        Tatasky customer care person called and offered to give the Vedic Maths package on trial for 3 months on free of cost basis for old customers like me but later sent the SMS charging Rs 183/- for the installation of package in my connection. It amounts to cheating the customer with wrong information and a fraud . I strongly condemn the conduct of the Customer care representative and advise you to refrain from such fraudulent acts of business practise. I have already given request in your customer care no.[protected] to disconnect the package and restore the amount of Rs. 183/- deducted in my account without my consent or I will look for some other honest Service provider.

          I have been calling since morning to get my tata sky fixed since many days. I call customer care and they acknowledge that they can see that I have made more than 15 calls. The calls are not free and we are premium customer. I must have Lost 100 rs in calls plus 3 day worth of tv time. I am really frustrated. Please help.

            I had ordered for delocation and relocation service on 16.02.2015. On 17.02.2015 when I got confirmation call from representatives of tatasky, I informed them that I required on relocation service and there is no need to send your engineers for delocation service. So engineers came to new premise and did the connection. No delocation service was provided. When I checked my account, the company had debited Rs. 400/- (Rs. 200 for delocation and Rs. 200 for relocation). I called your customer care contact center and they told me that local tatasky office will contact you for relevant service provided and charges thereon. This happened multiple times but no proper response was provided. In the mean while I received a message from tatasky saying your serices will be deactived since service vist charges is due. Please do not harras pepole because of improper communication between your engineers and your back office. Your local office representatives don't have the courtersy to call back when the relevant problem is not resolved Please reverse the delocation charges immediately.               I paid Rs 3400 online for renewal of my Tata sky connection and I got the information from tatasky.com that my subscription is valid till 17.09.2015. Strangely, I got message in my set top box that my subscription is expiring tomorrow. I called helpline and chatted with Mr Karthikeya Thatavarthy and chat ref ID is 2081501 dtd 9.3.15. The person instead o[censored]nderstanding my problem, told me to pay money on 30th April and my subscription is not expiring tomorrow. Tata sky have kept senseless human beings in customer care who have pet answers and do not have wit to respond to customers' complaints and try to resolve. They just ignore by saying sorry they cannot help on that and will ask if they can assist further. I want the response from Tata Sky and also want them to take suitable action against the useless customer service people.

                I have a Grand Sports Pacakge since March 8, 2014, for which I had paid an annual subscription on MArch 8, 2014. As this subscription was due for renewal on March 8, 2015, I paid an amount of Rs. 4, 950/- towards renewal of my annual subscription till March 8, 2016 on March 3, 2015. I have confirmed this amount thrice with your representatives before making payment. I have got a confirmation of receipt of the amount on my mobile.When I called to recharge my account till MArch 2016 on March 8, I was told that the rates have been revised and my account cannot be recharged because of insufficient amount in my account. Firstly, the rate cannot be revised after payment is made that too, after reconfirming the amount several times.In addition, it is most upsetting that your team is refusing to recharge my account inspite of a balance of Rs. 4, 950/- in credit and deducting from the amount on a dialy basis. The balance in one day is reduced to Rs. 4, 906/- from Rs. 4, 951/- I am really aggrieved with this attitude and have submitted my complaint to the consumer grievance cell also for redressal.                       Dear Sir/Mam, My customer ID is [protected]. I am not able to watch some kannada channels and poor signals from last 3 months. There are some technical problem as communicated to us over phone but no body is responding to fix it up. I have registered my complain at customer care 6-7 times but every time they cut their phone without listening our problem. Please take the actions and solve it my problem. if you not take correct action, then I will take new coonection from another service provider. Kindly Help.                         We are not receiving all our channels properly. They get changed automatically. We called you on your help-line number as well regarding this problem but our complaint is not taken seriously. Hope you take some serious steps regarding this in quick time. And if you are not able to do that just refund our money & we will take some other company's service.                           Hi, I have raised a complaint to tatasky regarding issue with setup box, then the dealer to my area approached us and changed the setup box, and after that the situaiton has become more worst we are not able to view the channels very frequently. Initially we have setup box used for 1.5 years and after that, the team has changed two setup boxes and charged Rs.500 /- for replacement of setup boxes. Now the worst part is i am not able to view channels and sometime i cant hear the voice and sometime i cant see the video. I have raised a complaint with TATASKY on[protected] for the issue and WO# GPHQGXO, which is still pending. When ever i call the customer care they keeps me on hold for 30 min and no one will answer the calls.

If this was not solve when we have taking some legal action from your customer care person.                                 I am an old subscriber of Tata Sky, but not receiving proper treatment from them. First of all calls to Tata Sky customer care is heavily charged, it should be free as there includes recorded voice for long time and most of the time they disconnect without allowing to complete my queries. Moreover there is no option to send them a message/ missed call, so that they can call to me to address my queries. As for example I called on 7.3.15 twice one at 09:21 PM & other at 09:33 PM but both the calls they disconnected without completing me and BSNL charged me .

                                  I am very unhappy with the services of your DTH service and also my payment have been diluted giving me a package different than what I spoke on the Phone, because I trusted your call centre executive. Later the package was manipulated and done so to increase your marketing billings for the relevant months I presume . Please look into my complaint which I doubt will happen.                                       I am using Tata sky at my residence Jayer, Hooghly W.B.. My monthly package is 230/- I am viewing Hindi and Bengali all channels for many years. But recently your office has increased the monthly charge at Rs.340/- without my opinion or any advance information. I request you to keep my monthly charge at Rs.230/- as I am using long days before. If this incident occurs further, I will discontinue my connection immediately and take another DTH service.
