Tata Sky refused replacement of burnt out set top box within warranty

Subscriber ID [protected] Tata Sky is a cheat. My hd+ set top box burnt out on its own in less than one year of installation. Service technician refused to replace saying his area service manager refusing. Whenever I call their helpline the executives say I am entitled to free replacement. But area service manager Mr Amit always says no. Tata Sky is duping its consumers....

Relocation delayed over 5 days

My Tata sky dish relocation is not done after I logged a complaint in evening on 16th Nov 2015 using the company website. Till date its not resolved. This way Tata sky will surely loose business after relocation issues. Only one person from Tata sky visited & didn't done anything. I got many calls from their call center stating it will be resolved in 24 hrs; but their time line doesn't seem to end....

new set top box is very bad

They change the set top box before 2-3 months...and now it is not working...v haven't said that change our old set top box...but they changed it and now they are saying they want charge for new set top box of 500 rs. Service not working

My Tata sky set top box is not working since 3 days and i am continuosly logging complaint at the customer care. Exexutives are visiting my house and fixing something however still the set top box is not working properly. INCREASE IN BASE PACK PRICES- DISGUSTING

I Just received an message that my basic pack for ID No: [protected] is now increased to Rs 340/- This is highly disgusting. We have technologies reducing cost as the years past and TATA sky has no reason why this charges are to be increased. PROBLEM IN SETTOP BOX

I made complaint on 7th Jan 2015, for non recording. Guy came, said, set-top and remote defective, gave me repaired units, took away old once, charge Rs 725, still not recording in spite of 5 complaints, 6 calls from Tata customer care saying they don't have good set top boxes in stock. There was nothing wrong in box which they replace, charging me for no reason. Customer in India is at mercy of such thugs. May be now your organisation...
