Dear Sir/Madam, My Tata Sky subscriber id is [protected]. On[protected] my brother has done a top-up of Rs.2600 to our Tata Sky account as our account base pack was expired on[protected] and activated ALC basic pack. Due to some channels were missing, on[protected] I talked to one of the Tata Sky customer care executive for change of base package. Here is the detail communication between me & the Tata Sky executive: Me: "Can I change my current base pack to Dhamaal Cricket pack if there is no issues with that". Tata Sky Executive: "Sir you can change your account base pack as many times as you want but, Dhamaal Cricket Pack is not available anymore instead of that as you are our old customer we have two great Dhamaal Mix Pack available @ Rs. 2300 annualy and Supreme Sports pack (without kids channels) @ Rs.2700/- annualy. Which would you like to go for ?" Me: "Please activate Dhamaal Mix Pack" All the channels in the Dhamaal Mix Pack were same as it were in our last year base pack but, Cricket channel "Star Sports 3" was missing. So, on[protected] again I called Tata sky customer care and asked them to change the base pack to Supreme Sports pack (without kids channels) which is available at Rs.2700/- annualy and also mention that this is the offer price which was offered to me by one of your customer care executive. The executive asked me to recharge my account with Rs.150 as Rs.140 was sorting in changing the base pack to Supreme Sports pack. So, I recharged my account with Rs.150 on[protected]. After recharging, I called Tata sky and asked them to change my base pack to Supreme Sports pack. The base pack was changed but they deducted Rs. 2536.14/- for a single month (i.e. for December-2014). I got to know about this issue when I checked my account statement of december-2014 month. After number of calls they returned back Rs.1929/- in my tata sky account but deducted Rs.395/- on[protected], saying that they have charged it for changing the base pack. At the time of changing the base pack they have not told us about these extra charges. But now they are saying that they have informed us about this. This is totally unfair practices of Tata Sky company: 1. If they have to charge for changing the base pack why they have charged so late (after almost 45 days). In the monthly statement of december-2014 generated on 1-Jan-2015, they have not mentioned thse charges (Rs.395). 2. Why Tata Sky deducted Rs.2536.14 from my account and refunded back partial amount. 3. They charged Rs. 290/- for Supreme Sports pack which is mothly basis pack charges. But in my case it should be 225/- per month as they offered me Supreme Sports pack @ 2700/- annualy. I have applied for Supreme Sports yearly package (Rs.2700/-) but getting charge on Monthly package rate (Rs.290/-). For changing the base package I called the customer care and got the information on Supreme Sports yearly package (Rs.2700/-). But as I was having around Rs.2560/- present in my account that time So, was told to recharge my account with Rs.150/- for changing the base pack to Supreme Sports yearly package (Rs.2700/-). I done the same and call back the customer care for changing the base pack. They changed the base pack but on Monthly basis that too on higher charges (Rs.290/- a month). If customer get benefits on yearly basis package recharge and have sufficient funds in account then why would he/she will go for Monthly basis package.

And also got charged for changing the base pack i.e. Rs.395 which was not told by customer care executive at the time of changing the base pack.

Please find the attached screen shot of chat history in which Tata Sky representative has mentioned Rs.2700/- for yearly package.

    My consumer id is [protected]. As per my subscription plan I am entitled for STAR SPORTS HD-1 and STAR SPORTS HP-3 channels. But as soon as the month of February started, Tata Sky has deactivated STAR SPORTS HD-1 (English) channel. It is known that the Cricket World Cup will start in February this month and will last till March 2015. Tata Sky is acting very smartly to get some more money from their customers using cheap gimmicks. May I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter.

        I am putting this complain to inform about the discomfort faced due to lack of response on my request. Earlier I had activated a pack of channels for 1 month so after a month instead of discontinuing my pack they started cutting balance from my account. And when I approached them to discontinue my pack they didn't took any action an now my account balance is rupees 8 only. My service is [protected] My mobile number is [protected]

          We have been loyal customers of Tata Sky since the last 7 years. Our Subscriber ID is [protected]. However, our recent experience with Tata Sy has been appalling to say the least. The problem started about 15-20 days ago when the screen would go blank for few seconds every now and then while watching various channels on T.V. On filing a complaint with Tata Sky service centre, a technician was sent to our place to fix the problem. The technician not only failed to detect the problem, he replaced our set top box which was working perfectly fine with a new set top box without informing us that the set up box would cost us 330 rupees. Since the problem cropped up again not more than 5 minutes after the technician had left our place, we immediately called him up to let him know that the problem has not been fixed. Not only did the technician not bother to come again to rectify the problem, we were shocked to find Rs.170/- (in addition to Rs.330/- for the set top box) being deducted from our account this morning. When we again called up at the customer care to inquire why they had deducted Rs.330 for the set top box when there was no problem with it to begin with, they informed us that our set up box was faulty and hence, they changed it. Clearly, there is no logic in what they are saying as even with the "new" set top box, our earlier problem of screen going blank has not only been aggravated but infact, a new problem (of sound) has also been added.
          There is a limit to which Tata Sky can fool people and cheat them. Replacing our set top box which was in perfectly good condition with a new setup box and that too without informing us that it would cost us Rs.330 is unworthy of a service provider as renowned as Tata Sky. Also, charging Rs.170 as service charge for the services which have not been rendered to us to date is a shameful act on the part of Tata Sky service providers.

            I have been such a premier and loyal customer all these year and end up paying thousands every year for South Mega HD pack. Lately I'm having trouble with viewing some of the channels that could with your recent satellite changes. I'm trying to complain since long back none responded. Again when I try to complain online, chat will be disconnected and you start charging for not receiving services. How fair is this on your part? When I activated south HD pack on 2nd Aug 2014, how come my package will expire on 30th Jan 2015? I was promised that if you have any new channel addition, it will be included in Mega pack. But the same has been changed with for HD packages and you have now HD access few and HBO premium channels which are not part of Mega pack. I was graceful ditched by TataSky for being loyal customer. So thirsty for money huh! All your salaries comes from our pockets huh! I'm going to take this to court.

              am trying to contact the executive from the toll free no given [protected]. so many 1, 2, 3.. etc entered, but could not get a person to discuss my issue . i think they may have tie up with mobile ph providers. so...frustrating. i want to disconnect english movie channel from my existing package. tata sky no [protected]. pl do the needful.

So we can deactivate the packeges.

                        My Tata sky Subscriber name is Anuradha Abhijit Hiremath having id no is [protected].On 28.01.15 at around 2 p.m. I was recharged my account which shows the id on screen [protected]. Already I talk with so many Representatives of your service center but i do not got any solution by your end. Currently My T.V.Screen showing the new id [protected] which is again not mine. Your Representative told me that its system fault by your side.They also told me to go to the shop and revert back the recharge but the shopkeeper has no any idea about that, he also spoke with your people but no any solution will be found. I shout the photograph of my T.V.Screen which shows wrong id. photograph attached here with. By this mail I am going to request you to please credit my account with the Rs.260/- only and co-operate me.Due to your system mistake i already suffering lot. Hoping your positive response.                           My TATAsky Customer ID is [protected]. I had recharged Rs.5000 in Nov.2014. I had annual subscription paid uto dec2014. for the Base Pack Supreme sports kid(Rs.3650) and MultiTV HD pack+English News+Active music. I called up TATASKY on 16th Dec.2014 to change my package to Dhamaal Mix(Rs.2560) and withdraw my MultiTV and HD TV connection while keeping the add on package intact. The person on the other side confirmed the same.But on the same day they disconnected the HDTV while the other packages with mutitv connection intact. They went on deducting for supreme sports and MultiTV ad HDTV, Again when i called them up and went on chating on their help desk Chat Ref.1969137, 1969525, 1974068 Req. [protected], [protected], [protected] from 27th Jan to 30th Jan2015, thy managed to refund some money but not all . When called they say that the call on the 16th Dec.14 was not clear on diconnection on MultiTV and HD TV.Again and again they were trying to cover up their mistake by vague and unconvincing replies. In such case1. how they disconnected only HDTV immediately.2. Why they did not change over to Dhamaal Mix base pack on that. 3. If they were not clear then they should clarify as the package s were clearly in front of them while chatting. Please help me to get money refund back.

                            Dear Sir, Myself Abhaykant jha and i have your tata sky set top box since last 9 years. My subscription i.d. [protected]. I have received 5 or 6 times unwanted call from some unknown numbers. Each time your representative some new offers and that will be added in your account, free of cost for one month and charges applicable after one month, but all of these things are lie. Latest case is that, on dated 29.01.2015 i have received a call at 13:32 by you number is [protected]. From that call say me we have a offer for you and matter about channel no. 601 is added in your account free of cost for one month. I was saying him i do not required any froud offer, you take it your offers. After happening all these things this person added channel no. 601 in my account forcefully. After ending the call i receive a massage by you. In this massage my monthly charges have been changed from 320 Rs. to 369 Rs. and my due date 5.2.2015 to 4.2.2015. This conditions are very painfully for customer which are related to your tata sky. how can we believe on your services. your representative, your offers ? How can we faith on you? These kind of activities are call cheat, froud, so please rectify your activities or at the last we have only one option which is consumer's court.

                              my friend transfer from khanna to Bangalore . and he gave me his tata sky connection . we put a request to tatasky regarding id transfer to my name with proper documents . but still it is pending after many follow ups . second i want to change my base channel packages but not changed after 15 days.

                                In my account [protected] Active Game pack was added without my confirmation today 28 Jan 2015. The person named PRATIK at helpline informed that a Tatasky rep named SAGAR has called me and taken confirmation. This is false allegation as no one had called me. TATA SKY is generating money by unauthorised activation of services. When I asked to deactivate he said that it has one month lockin period. This is not good and another form of GOONDA RAJ. VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED TATA GROUP NOT EXPECTED. TAKE ACTION AND STOP THIS PRACTICE. Santosh

                                    This is to bring to your notice that at the time of buying Tata Sky D2H vendor gave a pamplet showing at Rs. 230/- you'll get all regional channel e.g marathi, guajarti, bangla, oria etc. to watch, but now not a single regional channel is coming.

                                      There is a major problem in setup box last one month and we are not getting service last few days .we have already try to get a setup box by agent but they have told that you have primerly file a complain to tata sky online site their after they will gide us regarding your problem . We need a new setup box what ever charge we will pay for that . Try to give help us as soon as posible.
