I am humble request to tci xps team please arrange pickup boy as soon as possible.

Hi team, my household goods are delivered to me on 16th jan docket no.[protected]. All yhe items including tv, washing machine, refrigerator, door, mixer and all small items got damaged and broken.
Complaint raised through customer care, mail sent to tci express, spoke to tci manager but none helped.

I wish i would get help through this complaint portal. Else finally i will go fpr police complaint by tomorrow.

Our nursing institute svj foundation guwahati had a courier lab material when we called your hub people said cod & transportation charges give by cheque. Once we reached there to hub they said courier charge give by cheque and cod by dd. I took dd and went but once again they say give cash for courier charge. So totally they are creating confusion and inconveniences to coustmer. It is very bad service you provide for customer booking no.[protected] it is very stupid of your service proovided

Your employees sit and enjoy, No dirty service is of any company In 5 days the buy read was also delivered, i'll never book by TCI and can't suggest any one in future.

This is to inform you that still the below consignment is still not delivered

Expected Date was 14.12.2018 today is already 20.12.2018 still not delivered called and checked with Mapusa TCI with Contact num :[protected] on 18.12.2018 said due to Holiday and will not be able to deliver.

Again today checked with Mapusa TCI says our consignment is mixed with other consignment at warehouse we will not be able to deliver even today this is the reply after 3 days

we have been put up the consignment by looking at the leader in service .

never expected this kind of delay services from Tci express .

Hope you will take the corrective action and will be deliver today itself.

I have ordered mudpump from gujarat they have sent it by tci to hyderabad, and it reached hyderabad on 11th december.. When i called kompally branch regarding delivery to my factory they said tomorrow we will deliver and we accept cheque.. Today is 19th december it means almost 9days and still they say tomorrow.. It's hardly 13kms and today they say first you transfer amount to our account cause we don't accept cheque from new company.. How sick of your services after 9days now they realised to say this?? Worst service coz of your service my truck is due to deliver to africa.. Just cause of you i'm loosing my international business.. No manners at local office, no knowledge nothing..

Our supplier m/s. Imperial overseas booked a consignment with tci express on “ paid basis” from kolkatta to mumbai on 26th nov. 2018 vide l r no.[protected]Copy enclosed) and this consignment reached mumbai on 06th dec. 2018.

The above consignment has been requested by us to move to our pune site address and the materials are presently lying at your tci, pune godown for want of payment.

We came to understand that an amount of rs.15661/- has to be paid on “to pay” basis lr no[protected] towards transportation charges from mumbai to pune which is extremely high.

Please note that for booking a consignment from kolkatta to mumbai the transportation charges is rs.13, 000/- only which is 2038 kms and weight 1450 kgs. Whereas from mumbai to pune for the same consignment which is only 130 kms the amount cannot be this much difference.

We now request you to review your invoice once again and give us the correct amount so that we will make the payment from our side.

Matter urgent! Please do the needful.

We purchase some material from chakan (Pune) and company has send my material by tci express with docket no[protected] on 20 nov-2018and its delivery shown on 24 nov 2018 but we received its on 30 nov-2018 also this material has been change and we receive docket no[protected] material..
We do lots of complain and calls to customer care, delivery office and dispatch office but no one has take this matter seriously.
Due to non receipt my actual material we face rs.300000/-day financial losses and customer unsatisfaction also.

Kindly look this matter urgently and deliver my actual material urgently...

अकोला ऑफिस / वापी ऑफिस से कोई समाधान कारक जवाब नहीं मिलरहा। वापी ऑफिस में मिस लीना पटेल से काफी बार बात हुई है। पार्सल अहमदाबाद डिलीवरी हूवा है।

Greeting of the day,
I have received a parcel from solpaur in to pay mode from solapur tci express to kolhapur from our company shree cement limited.
I have received the parcel on dt 21.9.2018 at kolhapur and paid full amount of rs 7881 at kolhapur.
At the same time i have not received money receipt mentioning my company gst number.
I request to kolhapur tci branch to update and provide me money receipt with my company gst number but still i have not received any satisfactory response.
Kindly request to do the needful.

One consignment was booked from tci xps, singrauli m. P to angul and other area also my customer asking to very emergency basic for commercial spares vehicle already hold consignment no. [[protected]] dt.[protected]. The said consignment reached indore-hub on[protected].

Kindly arrange to send the consignment within 24 hrs if any delay the consignment sole responsibility will be of tci xps itself.

My package came from Bangalore. After so much delay it reach Guwahati. Since no Tci Express in Mizoram, the company held my package in their godown, Guwahati.
They asked me to pickup from there...lol.. it is approx 450 kms from my place.
I request them to use another courier service to deliver the item... to do that they are asking me Rs. 6000 !!!...###.
Bluedart express is only a few kms from their godown... SAD, we have this kind of service.

I have booked my consignment from ahmadabad to sangli. But tci express has delivered it at pune.
And at lr copy, at the time of booking freight mentioned was 1875 and at the time of delivery they have edit the amount to 1900

And delivery has taken almost 10-12 days.
This kind of service was not expected

Material delivered was in worst condition.

Docket no:[protected] and[protected]. Parcel reached indore from last 3 days. Still it is not delivered on my address yet.
I am repeatedly calling customer care from yesterday they are simply receiving my complaint and not taking any action on their part.
And the most funny thing is, the local agent is not receiving my call.

Please suggest what else do i have to try.

Dear team

I think we have a biggest mistake to book our consignment through your transport. Tacking id[protected], material is in maharshinagar (Xndh) noida hub. The same was reached in this hub on 14/10/18 early morning.
It is very much irresponsibility of this hub that till tuesday the material has not yet delivered. The item is very much urgent and we called him on monday approx. 10 time and request to deliver the material but they are making fool again and again and the result is till time that material has not yet deliver from their hub. After calling the person is saying that the paper has been misplaced so please cooperate.
If their are any responsible person, then please support us and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I was booked a tea bag on 28 sep 2018 from tinsukia district up to verma electrical and pihu palace bairia, ballia uttar pradesh but the courier not delivere yet. They told for extra money. This was my 2nd time through tci express i was courier tea bag but now they do problem for us. I will just going to police station for complaint and this will very bad for tci express and its staff.
