On 11/July/2018 i.e. Wednesday, TCI had to put an Door Delivery Of 2 Items.. That were, 1 Wooden Box carring 10 Guitar & another one wooden box carring 2 Harmonium ..
The Delivery Boy Broken the Wooden box On the spot and then Delivered The stock to me.. Which resulted in Damaging..
Damages were
2 Harmonium Bags Got Damage
3 Guitars were Damaged
1 guitar cover were damaged. .
.
When i Raised the concern regarding the damages, They Simply given me the Money of The damages of 2 harmonium bag & they said.. "Now Ur Stock Will Never Be Delivered From Now Onwords"
.
Now sir, i want to launch a complaint Regarding My Damages Claim & also The inAppropriate behavior of the Delivery boy..

My consignment no.[protected] was booked on 29th June'18 in Indore & expected date of delivery was 4th JUly'18 in Bhubaneswar. Consignment reached Cuttack on 7th July and till date its not delivered to the destination. Its PATHETIC SERVICE from such reputed organization. Local staff are not cooperative and make false commitment again & again since 11th July to till date. They have excuses all the time of no manpower / no vehicle. MY whole day was wasted waiting of delivery on 14th & 15th July'18. The attitude of bhubaneswar staff is unprofessional and irresponsible. Such disappointing service compel me to complain and is unexpected from such reputed Organization.

Consignment No.[protected] committed delivery was 7th. july but so far bot yet happened.Consignment was in Ahmedabad before dispatching destination informed that as per online tracking, consignment coming to wrong destination. (Actually destination Hyderabad, not Bangalore, complete address in consignment note ) but even after making complain not done.all from 4th. July to till 10.19 AM today, every time given wrong informatiom n always lie to me. even customer care person Mamta, Priyanka and other peoples. One female mobin No.[protected] she also talk stupid n did not tell correct information. Even Mr Vikas Sharma Ph.No. [protected] tell lie n not given proper information, we done great mistake to given booking to TCI express such a reputed co.

My customer Metro Cash n carry, is every day 1000's customers coming n buying things, can not weight for billing or can not say come tomorrow n take the bill. who is responsible for their loss and my loss?

Even other consignment No.[protected] to Vijayawada, till yesterday evening not delivered to Metro Cash n Carry, Vijayawada.

I m from Tripura. Getting suffered by R p sing
Tcixps agartala authority. He is not providing docet copy.
Today we booked materials from agartala but rp sing told don't come now, I m busy. After that when we request to book materials. He told to left the materials in godown, after 30mints he will send docket copy by whatsapp.
But I called him 100times still now I did not get docket copy. Now his mobile is switch off. Please help in this regard.
And alaways this situation happening.

this is to bring in your kind notice that once again i am facing problem regarding my consignment.
The tci express ghaziabad received my consignment on 25 june but still not delivering my consignment despite of continuous reminder and follow up.
Every time they use to say tomorrow will be delivered.
Today in morning when i went to tci express ghaziabad they told me that talk to your company, i told them that it is a paid consignment so why should i talk to my company then they said that your company is not paying us enough to deliver your consignment.
What should i do in this matter.

i want to submit a complaint about the irresponsible and non serious service of your jammu and udhampur branch.
My courier (docket no.[protected] arrived from dharuera reached jammu on 02-07-18 but i have not recieved it till the date . My delivery address is mere 60 kms. From jammu and its a forelane highway so you cant excuse for distances. None of your service staff contacted us for the delivery . Even i called them 5 times and they are giving me a very ignorant responses. I will rate you 0/5 in every aspect everywhere anywhere on the internet and other feedbacks .
Really sucked by your ### service.

Material was received at aligarth godown on 19.06.2018 but till date the material has not been delivered to our enduser. Our production has stopped due to non receipt of this urgent material.

Will you please investigate the matter for such negligency of your person.

Our customer is going to deduct some amount from our bill as a penalty. If we will not get proper response from your side. We will discontinue your services and will deduct penalty amount from your bill

My transshipment information is showing on tci express tracker that it reached on 21st june by 04:54 to bhadohi, but still its not reached to my destination.
My baggages materials are very urgent and there is no proper information about tci bhadohi branch details, contact no. Anything.
I request that please provide me the proper address and contact no. Of such person, to whom i can contact and i will send my own vehicle to collect my materials.
Its really urgent we are already late.

In doc[protected], 5 pkgs 150 kg, freight charges 6431 whereas doc[protected], 35 pkgs 280 kg charges 5230, Why?
We have call Tinisukia dealer for equiry and they have confirm about receiving 35 pkgs. But when we send for pickup, they inform about receiving only 20 pkgs and ask for full payment.
But they are not going to deliver the tools in our showroom and we have to resend for pickup costing us double freight.

Worst service ever got

Dear sir,
I have booked two packages of item from ahmedabad on 11/05/18 to cuttack odisha charges is rs 1546/- while other transport company for same material is approximately rs 900/-, and the expected delivery date was 16/05/2018. When i was contact on 17/05 they said your only one packet has come and another packet gone to m. M nagar tamil nadu due to their internal problems why iam suffer, from that day i contact on m. M nagar, booking office, head office finally the packages has come on 05/06/2018, but one packet i received on open condition. So sir kindly look above matter and the charges.

The consignment has been handled roughly and all the material inside got damaged. Images of the consignment have been provided below.
Please find attached our invoice copy and your docket receipt for your kind perusal.
The damaged and unused material is lying at delivery site, in case your insurnace person wants to come for a survey. Please let us know if you require anything else from us.

We have already raised a complaint through tci express customer care service but no proper response. Provided all the images and documents.

As per the doc no. And tracker. Material was expected to deliver on 27.05.2018 but not yet received. We are facing major loss because of it. Talked to the senior person in tci no=-[protected] but he is also no supporting and saying do whatever you can do but we will deliver the material after two days. We dont expects thimgs like this from tci express. This material was deliver from banglore in tci express because we wanted the material on urgent basis but now it has become our biggest mistake. Please support although we will never use tci express next time and will advice all our customers and our companies to not to use tci express please take the matter on high priority.

We are inform that a consignment in the name of m/s vedanta limited was booked by tci xpress on 05.05.2018 from chennai, material was reached at ponda, goa from hubli tci on 10.05.2018 but now again material diverted to ponda goa to hubli,

After 15 days, till date material not delivered at designated place, consignment is booked for door delivery. We are following up since last 15 days but unfortunately material not delivered.

Request you to please look into this matter and arrange delivered the material by today / tomorrow

I have experienced such an arrogant and rude behaviour from same delivery boy. One of worst people and service by tci.
As my company pays for door delivery.. This person refuse to give.. And keeps the goods on parking area or in front of gate. His name is aakash from tci ambi.
If tci have some care for its customers.
Dont keep people like this in service..
Or this problem i have faced three times in a single month

Dear sir, iam from jnd music world & a regular customer of tci, & frequently my stock arrive from kolkata.. & always there is rs. 800-900 builty charges.. But this time bcoz of some confusion they have opted mistake of overweight or something.. & my builty charge goes 1700+...
I request u to pls check the details before providing it to me..
Iam not in a condition to give over builty charge.. Bcoz my costing will increase..

Hi i had couriered 4 carton boxes weighing 59 kgs from manipal to kolkata on the 27th of april, 2018. The online tracking shows that the boxes reached the xps destination on 5th may but since then there has been no communication with us. We have not received any calls, messages emails whatsoever. Also after continuous trials of calling the kolkata region tci express they lodged my complain and told me to expect a call within 24 hours but nothing happened. The complain number was 287778, and date of complain was 11th may. The female on the phone assured me delivery before the 12th of may but yet again failed to contact me, update me or even notify me. Even after recurrent calls and inquiries she kept saying that i must wait. The toll free inquiry seems to be of no use. It was 14th may today and i still haven't received any parcels, no calls no messages and have no updates. That female continues to say the same things and pushes the delivery date each day. I have all important stuff in that cartons since i am a student shifting base.

Sir docket no[protected] TCI EXPRESS LTD dt[protected] booked from ajmer come to dellayed delavery on 10/5/2018 and asking the gst bill for docket to-pay for which we have to pay amount on asking gst bill they refuse th delivery and lift the consignmnet take back to the wherehouse even after we offered payment cutting the gst tax only freight and on producing gst bill the palance payment promised

please let us know we do not have right to ask gst bill for our payments

for our right we have written you the compliant and the rude behavoiur of your godown staff speaking over phone to coustomer realy we had surprised a company who on coustomer care telephone put a logo " pioneer in cargo" all seems to humbug --------and even we found that no gst bills been with the delivery staff for any of the dockets to pay gst bills for the company to whom they are delivering the goods---

in the regime of gst period --such a practise really very much surprised

my suggestion is wmy not for to pay bill docket a gst bill is included while delivery the coustomer need not to weight for gst bills and do you want your coustomer beg you for gst bills after payment and they should face the rude behaviour of your staff----i also mailed a complaint and expect the delivvery of the consigment wiht the proper gst bill for to- pay charges only then we will be able to issue a cheque in favour

even please see since june 2017 after gst we had got several to pay docket and for many dockets still no email bills received from your end

really its a surprise

if it s really so we with very much regreat would like to shift the trasporter
