TCI XPS Complaints & Reviews

I booked consignments on 2 may, 2018 and it is almost a week and the consignment is still not delivered.
The consignment numbers are provided below.

Of the three mentioned consignments, first one is for faizabad, uttar pradesh,
And the rest are for lucknow, uttar pradesh.
All the three consignments are still not delivered.
Kindly make sure that all of them are delivered as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
I have booked my parcel by 8th May at Lucknow (u.p) for nizamabad(Telangana)state.your Lucknow staff told me that, he will deliver my parcel within 3-4 days.How much is my expenditure, your parcel has not yet been delivered .You are delivering so late, it is giving me complete damage. I am not certified from your transport at all.

Please update docket[protected] consignment immediately along with delay reason.

Material booked on door delivery basis for ranchi and reached before week. But not delivery till date to consignee after many time request to ranchi branch, toll free no and bhiwandi hub.

No buddy serious and all the people wrong commitment for delivery of goods.

Dear sir/mam,
This is to bring in your kind notice that my two consignments are at tci ghaziabad but they are not delivering it.
When i call them they are saying that if our vehicle will go in your area only then we will deliver it.
It means if their vehicle will not come near my area for next 10 days then they will not deliver my goods for next 10 days.
That is ridiculous
Moreover the tci ghaziabad person is shouting on me over phone.

Kindly look in to the matter.

Respected sir,

I have a question for you sir, what action will your company take if a branch manager is cheating your company.
Keep an eye on your managers.
If this situation was in any other companies they would have fired. Managers are acting like they are doing good to get promotion, but the fact is that they are cheating tci express and making some extra money rather than salary.
Hope you will consider this as serious, otherwise your company will be on lose.

tci agent collected the stores from door step on time and the same dispatched after 3 days already delayed. Till now the stores have not reached jabalpur the destination . On repeated enquiry i found out the stores are dispatched in separate package against the discussion with the company. I was confirmed od door step delivery and now the service personal here is refusing if the same and asking me to collect the same from the warehouse its laying . Request to please guide my how to file a law suite againt tci in consumer forum. I am unnecessarily being harass, alredy facing problem in the city as my luggage has not been delivered and the complete payment has been done to tci as per the contingent bill. Request for kind support from your end.

This mail is regarding an issue with delay in delivery. We are facing this issue in each & every shipment. Our material having lr no.[protected] reached at noida hub on 3rd april, 2018. After continuous followup, we still have not received the material. Now, your team is saying that you have to collect the material we can not deliver at your premises. This is really a very bad support from your end. You can not understand client urgency. Due to this delay, we are bearing too much loss. If your team will not support client then it will difficult to work with you. Also, we suggest all our vendors that do not dispatch any material through tci.

We are requesting you to please dispatch this material on very urgent basis.

Staff of sambalpur odisha is very very rude and irritatating in talking and they even cant told the customers about the progress in their material transportation... Tci needs to remove these types of staff for better future of tci...

The consignment was shipped from Nashik to Bangalore on 30/03/2018. Till now the consignment has not Bangalore.. Nobody from the TCI XPS are taking the call.. Even customer care is not helping... They are just giving the details of other person. And this is going on like a chain... Very very poor service...irresponsible... careless...

We purchase material 12.5 lakh aprox and requested owner to provide consignment slip and they provided your slip no[protected] but this slip not showing tracking status many time contacted you but no information then from your office branch number given as i contacted them they told some material dispatched but i don't know latter on i found that it is fraud done by your agent and owner. I don't expect this from tci. How your slip easily use for fraud. I an attaching slip for you. Further the material purchased from gem (Government e marketing). We are going to put matter in front of them

Dear Sir,
We have booked an Urgent shipment through TCI Express LR No.[protected] . But due to their Negligence, our shipment gone to wrong Destination.
Booking date is 27/03/18 and It was expected to reach us 02/04/18.
But, til lnow we have not received our consignment.
When we asked TCI Express, they said It was moved in wrong Destination and Now it is in Ahemdabad.
How we can suvive Now. As it is a Business loss for Us. We have opted Express service and paid higher charges only to get the material through fast service.
Now, who is responsible for Our business Loss. We want our Consignment tomorrow Positively. We cannot bear our business loss due to the mistake of TCI Express.

We are not getting any response from TCI Express. I had made Complaint to TCI Express for the above concern dated 6th April and Complaint ID No. is 281821.
But, they are not giving any positive response. We observed that they need only money. They are not concerned about the customer loss .The Expected delivery date id 2nd April. And today is 10th April . Till now we are looking for response from TCI Express.

Hi i am the regular customer to tci express and we are dispointing with service because we are not getting goods in time today i called tci express to know about the status so one of the employee his name is sandeep we spoke rudly with me. He don't know how to speak with customers and how you guys are recruiting them.

As a customer i asked why you didn't deliver the stocks on time
I don't know u can call tomorrow this is the response we are getting from staff

"it's rediculos" i didn't expect these kind of response from tci

We (Biomiicron pharma, chennai) booked 3 packages in tci xps l. R. No.:[protected] on 19.03.18 to my customer situated in the place nizamabad. Now this time onwards they didn't deliver my packages to my customer m/s. Krishna sai medical agencies. The packages is very urgent need to my customer because it contains medicines. We call to the booking agent (Xryp) for the past 3 days regarding this issue but they didn't response well. My customer needs the medicine very very urgent, but no one cares in the tci xps to deliver the packages.

The consignment of 50 boxes is booked on 09/03/18 from latur to madurai... We are a routine customer to us... It is a season time for us. The booking point they told that it will be delivered woth in 5th day... But for the past 3-4 time we couldnt get that as discussed. Now it is in salem depot only... We have to wait for another one day to get the consginment. Every time the goods are holded in salem for one full day. S o please plan and ensure for timely delivery...

Hi I am penchalaiah from future Retail Ltd
We supposed to receive one consignment from you still it was Not delivered and skope with them they are not responding properly and one guy said don't have delivery boyso we will deliver on Monday .
This is what you guys are doing we are not expecting this kind of service from you .

We promised to some other customer we deliver today by @4 PM because and I should not loss my business because o[censored]
We are giving business almost 1 lack for a month

TCI - XKOP-Xps - person accompanying vehicle refused to wait while loaders were being arranged for loading ready goods in vehicle. Refused to co-operate with vendor .
