    My docket number is[protected] which has reached jaipur i have to change the address i asked the same on your customer care they told me that they have mailed about that but then i did not get any confirmation message or mail i am not able to get my courier to whom i have to call. A number of sonipat was given to me from where machine was booked but it is switched off all the time.

          I'm the consumer of this product. I've paid all the money to manufacturer to get goods. My order with docket number[protected] was dispatched on 20th june from ambala by the manufacturer. It reached nalmangla hub on 26th and there is no moment from there. Kindly help me with the tracking and do the needful. Its very urgent. Please dispatch the shipments.               Fyi in bahadurgarh tci team is using very abuse language to customer
              Everyone is uneducated. No one pickup the phone
              Mr. Abdul khan (Branch manager) donot know how to deal with customer
              Every time his phone is waiting
              Actually mr. Abdul does not work in a normal way, with the result that their behaviour is very strange

                Serious fade up with your system and services one of my courier has to deliver on 15th june 2020 and today is 20jjne 2020 still get pending i am following for same regular basis still i did not get my goods..!!
                Some person had called me up ki our delivery boy has went to deliver your order still no one has came now..!!
                No response no service
                Either person no is getting switch off now
                In fact your timing is up to 6p. M
                And i am writing this mail 5.28p. M

                Can i expect my service bu eod???
                Can i get a good services on your end

                I know this on this pendamic situation every is on leave but this is not a good things cal kar switch off kar dena

                If every one has on leave then why you are opening such branches where your person has no option to deliver such kind of goods

                Why u people are managing this organisation

Mam i beg to say that we are following our material since 15 days and 1000 calls we had done in noida sector 81 tci but employees who are working there saying that it has to be reached at your plant within 10 minutes but the fact is that, still we did not get our consignment please take action against them.

                      We have moved our consignment Ref. No:[protected] dated 18.05.2020 from Man deep., Madhya Pradesh. In that only one carton were received at our Tambaram Branch, while check the balance items, it shows at Gandhi Nagar., Gujarat.
                      We can't understand why it has gone there. It is our urgent requirement. While check with the branch, from 27th, May 2020, they are telling that it will come on Saturday /Monday. When we check today, we are not getting any clear information from the branch end.
                      Kindly track the consignment and send us the exact location and when it will reach us. So that it will help us to do our internal planning.
