My shipment left delhi on 6 the arrived in bangalore peenya on 13... Since then every time i call them... The day we are loading we will be there in a couple of hours.. The don't pick up the call when it's later and egnore what's app messages even after reading it... Independence day they promised a delivery despite the holiday my partner and i travelled 70 k from a venue the night before to make the 12 o'clock appointment they set even after i asked specifically are you sure will you be working on this holiday - yes sir we will be... It has come to my attention that this is not just happening to me the peenya brach has a bad riding on google map as well for a reason. The two numbers i call after running around a 100 times to every branch to finally get the number[protected], [protected]) my awb is [protected] - it is the 18 and i still have not any idea when this shipment will be delivered because no one picks up after lieing once every day

We have book a material on 4th Aug 2018 for urgent delivery at Barnala location but till time there is no update. Still material is in transit at the place Rewari.
No updation given by TCI Bhatinda staff.

There were 3 boxes in the shipment but only two parcels received in gomti hub and one left in lucknow hub

No one is taking this matter seriously kindly do the needful and forward this left parcel to gomti hub and deliver the parcel to consignee at earliest

Hi I am Ganesh from kupvit pharmaceutical Pvt ltd, we are working with you since last 3years but from last 6monts we are getting very bad response from TCI express as our goods are always send to other city than city specified in lr.
We are facing a major problems from you as a corporate clients we have to think on it and take our decisions . As example our last consignment[protected] delivery place is Aurangabad chikalthana. How can it goes to sangli.
Please take action on it or we have to take action as our business is related

I had a consignment of 64 cartons coming from Delhi to Kolkata vide Dwb:[protected] which had reached Kolkata on 12.08.2018. After several enquiries on over 10 phone numbers my consignment could be tracked at Dankuni. The staff on 12th aug told me it would be delivered on 13th aug and asked me for payment on delivery either cash or cheque. On 13th aug I was said the stock would be delivered on 14th aug by the first half positively. On 14th morning after about 50 calls I was told it would reach at 12pm. At about 1:30 again after 35-40 more calls I was connected to the Dankuni office who told me that since the lady who assured me delivery today has not come to work I shall not be getting the stock today and will get it only on or after 16th August.
I have been telling in each phone call to all your representatives that the consignment contains Dog Food which will get damaged in transit if kept under sunlight or rain or packed for a long period. Instead of paying heed to my grivienaces your manager chose to talk to me in the worst possible manner and has directly on my face told me two days in a row that he is at lunch and I need to call him later. Unfortunately he never answers my call when I call him later. He answered today and kept my call midway and on the other number someone else answered my call and handed over the phone to him. I clearly told him that I need my consignment today at any cost and he chose to be rude and said once again he is at lunch and disconnected not bothering to answer my calls after that.
I had kept my labourers waiting since morning to unload the stocks and had given committements to my customers.
This unruly and unprofessional behaviour is not at all expected from officers of such a reputed and listed company. I want a solution to my problem or else shall move to the consumer forum with immediate effect.

Dear sir we have received one consignment ref[protected] on 1st aug 2018 in which three cb are short and same have inform by the truck driver it will be reach you by next with in 2 working days, but still not yet received and also one other consignment ref[protected], it is showing reached to hyderabad on 09/08/2018 but we are expecting it soon kindly arrange the same at the earliest.

This is to bring into your kind notice that my product was couriered on 30/07/2018 and the expected delivery was 07/08/2018 but it is 12/08/2018 it has yet not delivered to me. Further there is no proper response from the customer care.

After your employee calling and promising to deliver the product on 10/08/2018 but yet not delivered. Would request others also to not you use this company as your transport service provider.

one month ago we signed an agreement with Mr. Sandeep, Mr. R.k Sing, Mr. Pandey for transport services the office of TCI in Noida phase-2.

they have committed us for best services but we got nothing like that.

our all consignment delayed and no one above responding i am totally fed up.

Please take serious action all of above and deliver all our consignment timely otherwise my company will take legal action against TCI Team.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with reference number[protected] on july 28, 2018 at your hathras branch. And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days, but failed to fulfill his promise.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past three years. But this time it was a big letdown.

After continuous follow up we are un happy with reply of tci xps gowdown. We are not satisfied with the tci xps service any more. We want material on urgent basis.

I ordered my product from ShopCJ having order no. [protected] on 23rd July. I got message about delaying my product on 24th July and informed that it'll be delivered in next 3 business days i. e. till 27th July but still till date it didn't delivered yet and now it's too late. Even I also Call so many times to ShopCJ customer care number and they always telling same thing that your product will be delivered soon but they didn't tell about expected date. Even I also called to TCP XPS customer care number, they registercomplaint but there is no any updates about it.

Kindly resolve it ASAP.

Dear tci team, i am writing this email from a corporate company who does business regularly. Mitsubishi heavy industries vst diesel engines pvt ltd is the organisation facing issue with tci xps.
Mr. Rajesh ph no[protected] is very arrogant & never responds any calls often gives false commitments that the consignments will be picked. But the items will be lying at our factory beyond 24 hrs which is not allowed after making invoice.
Every time he gives a false commitment saying we are sending vehicle to pick up & later when we do a follow up never responds.
Request you to depute some responsible person in his place or else we are bound to inform our customer tci xps is not a proper service provider & switch over to some other transporter.

Actually my company intas pharmaceuticals ltd booked a consignment for me from your courier service on 11th of july with a docket no[protected] which is successfully reached on the hub of sanjay gandhi transport nagar on 14th of july and the same is delivered at my address on 3rd of august.

You had mentioned that the address is wrong. Neither i get any call from your side nor any mail or info i received from your side for the same.

Can you please tell me that what is the issue in this.

Our shipment has to be delivered on 20th july, the docket number[protected], from delhi to kashipur (Uttarakhand). I don't know why this material was tranferred to 2 of your hub which are in punjab and haryana which is opposite to what the destination is. Moreover the updates about is stopped on 20thjuly itself.
I have issued a complaint about this to the customer care as well, all i received was the complaint number (302474) with no revert from the company side.

Your service is pathetic having no responsibility of the task and courtesy to tell what is the status. Because of this behavior of tci i am no a verge of loosing the client, and with no guarantee or information about my goods.
