Material received at sambapur on 13.10.2019. Wth repeated request still they are not delivering the material....

Hi,
My consignment has reached tci, varanasi on october 5th but they have not delivered to me yet.. I have been continuously chasing them but still they want me to wait for some more days..

Their customer care is more pathetic. They are least bothered about the customers. I have called them more than 10 times but still same reply.. I never expected such kind of service from a brand like tci. I am not going to use this...

With reference to cc no.[protected] we would like to inform you that we have mentioned the delivery address as rewa, m. P. But your representative at liluah, howrah (West bengal) has wrongly mentioned it as gwalior. Please change the delivery destination to rewa, m. P. As mentioned in our invoice.

I would like to inform i am very dissatisfied of your service its not a first time its repeated more time now a very urgent part dispatch docket number[protected] from msil to mega motors gomti nagar
Lucknow on[protected] and delivery date is[protected] but docket not delivered as on today which part related customer very dissatisfied....

I am frequent customer. My products are transported from pure and cure, akums drugs & pharmaceutical ltd, haridwar, uttarakhand to genozed formulations, calicut, kerala.
Your service was good, and delivery was either on time or 1 day earlier than actual. That is you used to deliver in 7 days from haridwar to calicut.

Since the last 30-40 days the shipments are delayed for more than 7 days. Now it is taking more than...

I parcelled my bike from lucknow tciexpress to salem tamilnadu. Dwb no[protected]. I booked parcel on 24.07.2019 parcel arrived only on 09.08.2019. When i enquired customer care they said booking done by 30.07.19. I have the docket copy for payment done on 24.07 itself. I have received bike with full of damages and bike parts are hanging exhaust damaged fork oil leaking engine covering is hanging. When i ask tci they dont give proper answer...

Our supplier shipped solar cells from hyderabad to kolkata through air cargo.
It was shipped on 29.07.2019 which was received on august 31.07.2019.

I have called all your tci express responsible persons but they just have one answer that we will deliver it today.
All are liars in tci express.

This side punjab machine tools, we sent a number of machines through your transport, unfortunately some machines got damaged, we told to the persons at gobindgarh office subhash and mrs dubey ([protected]) and we gave them full details but they didn’t do anything. I had my wrost experiences with tci. No fought company had a huge network that's why I trusted again and again but these peoples are good for nothing. At such a high prices they deliver goods at avdistance of 200 km after 10 days. Each time you have to argue for prices. Deliver products to unauthorized person and place. Delivery of shipment was too late from faridabad to yamuna nagar, despite the shipment being in the destination location. The shipment was supposed to reach us on monday i.e 10th of june but it is reaching us on wednesdayi.e the 12th of june, despite the shipment already at the destination city.We have to incue a loss due to this late shipment by tci express....
