Consignment taken out for delivery on 24.10.2019 but co. Has entered in system as consignment delivered without making delivery. However we are still waiting for delivery of consignment. We presume that co has made false feeding.

Updated by HINDUSTAN SEEDS After repeated followup the material was dispatched on 16.10.2019 but the vehicle didn't en reach Titilagarh. The driver called for address verificayion on 08:45 PM while we close our shop on 07:00 PM. It is now 20.10.2019 and we are yet to receive the material.

Worst ever service would never recommend and request everyone to never go to them.

Their customer care is more pathetic. They are least bothered about the customers. I have called them more than 10 times but still same reply.. I never expected such kind of service from a brand like tci. I am not going to use this service any more and also will share their pathetic service where ever i can... I am frequent customer. My products are transported from pure and cure, akums drugs & pharmaceutical ltd, haridwar, uttarakhand to genozed formulations, calicut, kerala.
Your service was good, and delivery was either on time or 1 day earlier than actual. That is you used to deliver in 7 days from haridwar to calicut.

Since the last 30-40 days the shipments are delayed for more than 7 days. Now it is taking more than 14 days for shipment to reach calicut from haridwar.
Also i found products are being idle for 2-3 days at your hubs at ambala and nelmangala.
For example, i have a current shipment with docket number[protected] lying idle at ambala hub since 08:55 hrs 25-aug-2019, ie more than 52 hours!!!
My shipment is emergency medicine and such delay cannot be tolerated.
I have called to your toll free number[protected] twice and registered my grievance. Yet no actions has been taken.

I am seriously thinking of switching on to a different logistics partner. Please do what you can to solve this issue.
I have two more consignments comming from haridwar with you. If those two are delayed, then i will change the transporter.

Updated by shahbaz ahamed I am frequent customer. My products are transported from Pure and Cure, Akums Drugs & Pharmaceutical Ltd, Haridwar, Uttarakhand to Genozed Formulations, Calicut, Kerala.

I parcelled my bike from lucknow tciexpress to salem tamilnadu. Dwb no[protected]. I booked parcel on 24.07.2019 parcel arrived only on 09.08.2019. When i enquired customer care they said booking done by 30.07.19. I have the docket copy for payment done on 24.07 itself. I have received bike with full of damages and bike parts are hanging exhaust damaged fork oil leaking engine covering is hanging. When i ask tci they dont give proper answer for this

What is the meaning of express sir, even after charging a very high rate than the other transporter in the market your company every time keep the goods ideal in the transit godown.
