TCI XPS Complaints & Reviews

We have couriered our material on[protected] LR no.[protected]. It has been received by destination hub on[protected]. But they have hold the material and not delivering to concern person. I am regularly following it up and asking why they are not delivering. every time their answer is, their delivery person is not coming and we will deliver it in next working day. Till now it has not been delivered. this is the service from TCI express, we have already paid the freight.
no one is properly handling this matter. This is the 3rd time we are facing this problem from TCI express.

I had my wrost experiences with tci. No fought company had a huge network that's why I trusted again and again but these peoples are good for nothing. At such a high prices they deliver goods at avdistance of 200 km after 10 days. Each time you have to argue for prices. Deliver products to unauthorized person and place. Lots of damages lots of false commitment plz don't waste your time and money with this company. Many new companies are in market now help them to grow.

Delivery of shipment was too late from faridabad to yamuna nagar, despite the shipment being in the destination location. The shipment was supposed to reach us on monday i.e 10th of june but it is reaching us on wednesdayi.e the 12th of june, despite the shipment already at the destination city.We have to incue a loss due to this late shipment by tci express.

Kindly note that the shipment booked 20 days back, is still not received.
I have been following up with them from 10 days. They are not receiving calls and whenever they are receiving they are telling server issue and vehicle not available and will do tomorrow.

Today morning i have called them many times finally they received and said no vehicle is there for shipment but in site when i tracked they have updated wrong address. This is not acceptable whenever they have any issues at their end they put it on customer. Till now i have not received any followup or any update. Everytime i follow up they end up saying tomorrow.

We have booked above consignment freight paid door delivery basis from your howrah brnach to nirma ltd. Alindra - 391 775, vadodara, gujarat and the materials is lying in your fertilizernagar branch from 23.05.2019 but till date the consignment is not delivered to nirma ltd.

We have discussed the issue with your fertilizernagar branch several times but they are unable to deliver the consignmnet till now.

Kindly do the needful at your end so that the consignment can be delivered without any further delay.

We feel sorry to inform you that our consignment had reached kanpur on 31st may at noon. We tracked it through builty no.[protected]. Later we called tci knp office and the person told it will be delivered tomorrow. But again on 1st june we waited whole day and regularly followed up for the same but all went in vain in evening we were told that it won't be delivered that day.
Again we called tci knp office and person told we can receive it by hand on sunday at 12 noon but despite the committment given by him, he said he was out of station on sunday when called him in morning.
I would like to say that such type of pathetic service and false committment was not expected from such a reputed transport firm.
Our consignment was there in your warehouse from 31st may even then your people couldn't deliver us in kanpur itself on very next day.

Kindly look into this matter and deliver us our consignment as soon as possible.

Sent material from mahape to ahmedabad. (Docketno :[protected]. Client returned material due to late delivery. Rebooking done from your side & dispatched to another location (Bhiwandi) without prior permission. I have mailed about the same on [protected]@tciexpress.in, csh. [protected]@tciexpress.in, fleet. [protected]@tciexpress.in, [protected]@tciexpress.in, lr. [protected]@tciexpress.in. But nobody is replying on mail.
Mr. Aditya from bhiwandi is also not replying to calls & mails. Disgusting service. Very disappointed with the service & unprofessional peoples.

Sir, a parcel was sent on[protected] from coimbatore to gurgaon. Dwb no. Is 33685866.
But courier was not received till date[protected].in customer care, when i entered dwb no, it says that parcel has reached gurgaon on[protected].
I tried to reach customer care but there was no response to contact person in tci express directly. It's a poor service since i haven't even received a call from gurgaon office regarding the parcel. Please check and deliver parcel asap as it already more than 20 days.

This is regarding rude behaviour of your delivery person in raipur. The parcel was urgent and supposed to be delivered by 9th. The delivery person said cant come there to drop two boxes so it will be done tomorrow before afternoon. Today when i called him, he said itna jaldi hai toh aake khud le jao. Mein jab ho tab he aaunga deliver karne. (If you want come and take it from godown i will deliver it when i want).

Is this the way to talk to customers? We have paid for your service you guys are not doing it for free. If all your staff is so incompetent and rude i will not be using your services anymore.

These are the pictures of parcel tracking id [protected] which i received yesterday. This was a prepaid order. First they told this is already delivered. After complaining, i received the box in this condition. Please take a strict action for these kind of practices. No body should try to see what is there in box. I cannot compromise with secrecy of the business.

Dear sir, g. R. No.[protected] booked from una to meerut on 20 march 19 through thi xps.
Dacc removal mail already sent to meerut office at 26.03.19 morning.
But till now no delivery has been done.
No satisfactory response from meerut office.
What is the use to choose xps service, if receiving the goods so late??
Please look into the matter and ensure today delivery.

Dear sir,
My parcel no:[protected] and 73583215 were paid already by the supplier, still the person delivering the parcel had asked me to pay the amount, due to rush at my store, i couldn't check at that point.
The delivery person was in a rush to take the money and go.
I never expected tci being such a big transport company would do such type of fraud with their customers, its really disappointing.
I tried contacting the driver and the branch office, but i didn't get any kind of response from them.
I am planning to file a police complain against your company as i have no other option left.
Is the source of income for your company?
I want a immediate action to be taken against the driver or else i will sew the driver and the company.

Complaint against TCI Express Calicut Branch.
Our complaints are listed below:
1. Our valuable Goods unloaded in out side of shop at early morning with out informing us.
2. When we told to him " please deliver the goods after informing to us" he said that " I cannot do such things and will you give me the amount of such calls" - bad behaviour form delivery staff
3.Delivery staff says that " I have working in this courier company since last 8 years and nothing can do against me"
4. He said that" we are the number 1 company in the world and you are the smallest customer of our company( we are sending the corier for the amount atleast 50000 per month). And also says that you have leave our company and choose any other company.
5. He said that My company does not take any action against me
This behavior is not good for a company like you. I hope you will respect the privacy and time frame of your customers and will never give them a chance to complain again as you have to maintain your name in the market otherwise there are many competitors

Very harsh behaviour from the employee... I dont know whether they are there for customer service or else, just asked what is the working time.. They were only saying one thing today its closed bring it tmrow, with very polite manner i asked can you please wait for 10 mins because actually there was 15mins left to close that person was like we are opened from 9:00 to 5:30 ten hours is not enough for you and he was barking like a dog on me... This is how they are trained your employee... Such a uncultured people are there, he would have told us very politely.. If any concern person is there please take up the issue... Just keep in mind only one thing you people are meant to provide service for what we are paying its not like you are doing this for free cost.. And this is not the first time we are facing the same issue..

I am complaining regarding unnecessary door delivery charges added to my consignment no[protected] inspite i picked godown delivery from tci thudialur office and rude behaviour of tci manager mr rakesh mobile no [protected] at coimbatore thudialur branch to customers. I am fed up with your procedures and stop future booking with tci if my money 1000 rs not reimbursed for above consignment.

Dwb no[protected], shipment from himmatnagar to hyderabad door delivery, has not delivered yet. As it has been reached to the tci hyderabad.

Because of your good services we choose tci, and we get such type of bad services from you as we are the regular customers of you. Our goods are very urgent and important.

Also the contact person is not receiving my call since yesterday in tci at kompally, hyderabad. Please do needful. Why taking highest freight against worst services.

My machine came in lr no[protected] date : 05/11/2018 from tronica city to ahmedabad.
The machine damaged in transortation,
I applied tci express to manybut those people did not respond properly, and said me they tell us this is not my job and do whatever you to do.

I need a machine's damage certificate so what do i do for it.

Consignment reached your muzaffarpur office on 29th jan 2019. We requested mfp office thrice by telephone but got excuses, not the goods. Do the needful to get it delivered and avoid such inefficient service to retain a regular customer like us. Their excuse to your office is ridiculous: they didn't find our address. They deliver more than 500 bales per year at same address and still they have freedom to make a lame excuse at the organization level
