Dear sirs/madam, kindly teach your employees how to talk and deal with the customers. Your employee mukesh at mandideep (Raisen) behaved very badly because i have just asked for any labours or hands to load the parcel in my car. He said no labour is available and he said “ how can i ask him to help?” than shamelessly lies that i have asked him rudely. You can check your camera and ask lady who set beside him, that how ignorant and full of ego he was. Sir we pay you for your services, you guys are not favouring us by doing so and we are not begging you. But please at least teach your employees to be grounded.

    We have sent mail to tci for pick up the material from patial and deliver it to pune. We have mentioned all the necessary information in mail. We called to customer care number too. But every we are getting reply like you will get feedback in some time. But till time, they have neither responded properly nor arranged pick up. They have wasted our 4 days.
    Tci xps... Leaders in express... Is their tag line. How can we call them leaders in express in terms of response to customer?

    Please look into this matter. And help us.

      One consignment required as very urgent basis from ahmadabad and we booked the material through tci because it is confirm the delivery date on 17 th of jan. But due to very poor and bad service of tci material is last two days material is in indore hub. And i have calling continuously for status of shipment. Also no positive ans given through tci team.

        With ref. To the above subject, there is tremendous delay in one urgent consignment which was booked by air courier docket no :[protected] from palakkad to jammu on 13.01.2020. This has resulted and total loss of business because non delivery by time. Material is on the way still.

        This item being very critical in nature required by indian army resulted in great loss to the country security.

          I booked 42 carton of 400 kg max from sonepat hub of tci express to deliver that at bhiwandi, maharashtra. They cahrged rs 14000 but according to weight it should be 6000 max. When i call tci then they said carton were bigger and gave a # reason of any security weight. Mean if our carton will be big you will calculate area wise weight. What the # was that i were zending same goods to same person from another transport and they are charging only 6-7 k but tci charged 14000 for same. I need solution right now my client deny to take that good and that goods of 4 pac is at transport right now.

            I had booked for delivery of my consignment from noida sec-63 to bangalore, twice over. It was sent from my vendor in two batches. Both the batches came late, that too after begging and pleading numerous times. To top that, i had to sustain damages to my products despite being charged insurance. The carton boxes i received were thoroughly misshapened, and some of them were in tatters with broken and damaged products inside. Apart from that, my wife and i get to hear abuses from the delivery guy and false resolutions from the kr puram (Bangalore) branch.

            Tci express has absolutely zero integrity and near zero service. I had to make multiple calls to book my parcel from noida to bangalore, with no response to calls or anybody even bothering to call back. I had sent an email with detailed information regarding the pickup and delivery address, my company gst details and still i got a bill that mentioned none of that, and i had a chain of conference-call arguments from bangalore office (Praveen) & okhla office (Vivek) saying its not their fault, and they can't produce a bill now. My parcel took 4 days to reach bangalore, but was lying in their kr puram branch for 3 days. Why? I got a call from their branch saying parcel has reached and please be available for delivery, and it took them 3 bloody days to cover 6 kms. To deliver it to my home. Kept calling numerous numbers, lodged complaints and then i got a call back from the office assuring delivery and as expected, nothing. Tried calling back but they refused to answer calls. Called their customer care and lodged complaints. Them a while later a delivery guy (Rakesh meena) calls speaking rudely and questioning me the reason for lodging a complaint. Seriously? What audacity. Then he also had the gaul to say that he will not deliver and i can do whatever i want (Jo karna hai karke dikhai, magar main nahi deliver karoonga samaan). What sort of a reply is that? Am i asking charity? Am i not paying for this "service"? My last parcel that came a week before this debacle also had the same issue, delays at the kr puram outlet for 3 days.

            Then, there is also the question of no response to multiple calls, and me having to beg and plead them to their job which i'm paying for. What world are they living in? I'm absolutely appalled at this, and the total apathy of their incompetent staff here in bangalore, and back in delhi (Okhla sub office). Just complete harassment. And then my wife and i get to hear nonsense from the delivery guy again after lodging another complaint at the customer care centre, with him giving multiple excuses and pure lies in the multiple conversation i had (Driver is a local and he doesn't listen to me, i called your number 15 times but you didn't respond, i will not bring it as my duty hours are now over, the driver has abandoned the truck and gone to drink, the truck ended up with a tyre puncture and i'm sitting inside alone with the driver absconding... These are some of the most # excuses i got). On top of all that i got my cartons in absolutely misshapen state and had to sustain damages as well (All cartons were marked 'fragile', but they came out of the van upside down, sideways and thrown about, and reaching me in thoroughly crushed state). If you think i am a fool for taking this abuse & harassment hurled at me from their incompetent personnel, not having services made on time, losing my peace of mind, and also sustaining damages to my items despite you charging me insurance, they are sorely mistaken.

            This is just inexcusable. Rest assured, i, for one, am not going to use their services in this lifetime. I am going to go on every possible forum and highlight this.

            Tci express, if you're reading this... You need to train your staff to have some basic work ethics first, and basic human decency to talk to people and tell them to do their job for what they are being paid for. Get this into your thick skulls, you're not doing a favour to your customers who are paying for this shoddy & utterly useless service. Understand that first. You guys need to take the word "express" out of your name, and change it to "whenever we feel like it". Its a sham.

              We are very very disappointed and unhappy with the service delivered by your branch here in krishnarajapuram, bangalore. The employees there are very rude, there's no co-ordination between them and this is the second time they have refused to deliver goods to us on time (Lied about it) and have harassed us all through out. They are very disrespectful towards us and have given false promises on delivery. Particularly this person by name rakesh and the driver named murthy. If this continues then we may have to discontinue availing any future services through tci express. Please take appropriate action towards your unruly employees.

                The above consignment was booked by us from kalyan to vishakaptnam.
                While in transit the consignor informed that material has to be delivered to vijayawada. Accordingly we requested tci ho to withold consignment at vijayawada and deliver to new address. Tci ho informed originating branch to take action for the change. No appropriate action was taken. The material reached vizag and tci vizag neither communicated with us nor delivered material either at vizag or vijayawada. I personally closed the cod at vizag and rebooked for vijayawad. I was charged rs 6691 against rs 4567 for mumbai to vizag. I rebooked consignment to vijayawada prepaid rs 2880 on[protected].
                The consignment is neither delivered at vijayawada as on[protected], neither have i got cn note. Tci vizag [protected] and [protected]@tciexpress.com is not responding.

                  My consignment no[protected] and[protected] i sly ing your viman nagar godown from 07/12 and 12/12/19 for delivery to sunil kumar rungta havind toatl 04 nos. I had requested so many times for delivery, they are telling we are not responsible to delover the house hold goods. You have to take delivery from our godown at viman nagar pune., while at te time of booking the told that the goods will be delivered to your door step.
                  Kindly look into this matter and arrange to deliver the same at the earliast. I f this is not yopur practce to deliver the ggtod s i will take deliver from your godown.

                      Material was booked on 2nd Dec from Gandhinagar, Gujarat and was suppose to be delivered to Gonda city o[censored]P on 9th Dec.

                      Till date there is no update, your people are not responding properly.

                      On 7th Dec it was on Lucknow and today also it is on same location.

                      Reasons for delay is : Crane not available.

                      Who is responsible for cranes at your hub?
                      Why is our material not moving from Lucknow since last 5 days?
                      No crane availability there in such major city since last 5 days?
                      No mitigation plan from your high authorities?

                      In last call with them, they say "IF" crane is available we will lift the material, we are not paying you such high amount to hear such non sense reasons for not lifitng the material.

                      The consignment is of Rs 15 lakh and customer is now cancelling our order because of not delivering on promised date.
                      Who will be responsible for this loss order?
                      We will generate debit note against your company which will include the freigt charge and total amount of order lost.

                      Need response by end of the evening or else we will take severe action against you.

                      Waiting for your quick reposne.

                      And also, kindly ask your subordiantes to atleast give proper and correct information rather than just reporting false commitments which is leading to bad impression of your group

                        We have dispatched material through tci xps dated 26/11/2019 from pune to patiala. After tacking it is shown that, delivery will be on 02/12/2019. But they have not dispatched yet nor updated the status over phone. Our customer is taking follow up badly. Please look into this matter. We need our material to be dispatched also need the reason for not delivering it on scheduled time.

                              We are food supplement dealer in Jhansi by the name of lifecare agencies and uses TCI EXPRESS but one thing I don't like that your team always take extra payment above builty no other company charges extra payment I use SPOT ON, OM LOGISTIC they only charge written amount on builty.
                              When I refuse to give extra money they say that company don't give us payment for delivery then what's the meaning of door delivery we can not give extra money above builty otherwise I will complain in consumer forum if you will not resolve this problem. Today builty amount was 11080 but your company TCI EXPRESS delivery boy charged 11280rs, 200rs extra cash

                                This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet and customers invoice copy with reference number [[protected]] on 15-nov-2019. But your careless staff member lost the invoice copy and doesn't even inform about that. Even i call to customer care and they told me that the i need to send the invoice copy again to the tci to ship the parcel.

                                Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time.

                                I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered. Company name plasti surge industry pvt ltd.

                                  This is alliance impex, we sent some product (4 boxes) to deliver in chennai on date[protected] against bill no ai/gn/19-20/095and dwb no[protected]. my shipment has arrived in chennai on 24th oct but it moved to deliver on 2nd november , when customer has receive it all has damaged. This is the most pathetic service i have ever seen. I am going to make consumer court compliant of this now, as i am not able to get any claim against it.

                                    My shipment has arrived in bangalore on 24th nov, however it is not being delivered yet. No one pics the phone and if they pick i get told no stafff to deliver the package. This is the most pathetic service i have ever seen. I am going to make consumer court compliant of this now, as i am not able to get any response or commitment from the team.

                                    thanks for the update.

                                    However, i got a call from your office today and i was told that they cannot give any confirmation/guarantee of the shipment delivery and also refuse to give any reason for the same.
                                    Is this the way your company works? telling customer that they cannot tell when the product will be delivered.
                                    This is the most horrible working ethics i have ever seen.
                                    No i am going to file a case against this kind of service and behavior.

                                      We have neen your custoemr since 2015, in 2017 we were given your haryana gst number for billing & e-way bill, by the concerned sales manager at vasai.

                                      But we realised form the electronic ledger of gst portal that, we have been booking all our invoices on igst & have paid to igst, whereas tci vasai has doen billing in local maharashtra state with cgst + sgst. This is crrateg wrong credits in igst, hence we need to reverse the same & match to your billing exactly. I have send reminder mails to your tci exp vasai office 7 follwing for last one month. 31st october is last date to file the corrections for last year. Fy18-19.
                                      So you are requested to direct your accounts dept to immediately send us the billing ledger for fy 17-18 & fy 18-19.
