I had booked for delivery of my consignment from noida sec-63 to bangalore, twice over. It was sent from my vendor in two batches. Both the batches came late, that too after begging and pleading numerous times. To top that, i had to sustain damages to my products despite being charged insurance. The carton boxes i received were thoroughly misshapened, and some of them were in tatters with broken and damaged products inside. Apart from that, my wife and i get to hear abuses from the delivery guy and false resolutions from the kr puram (Bangalore) branch.
Tci express has absolutely zero integrity and near zero service. I had to make multiple calls to book my parcel from noida to bangalore, with no response to calls or anybody even bothering to call back. I had sent an email with detailed information regarding the pickup and delivery address, my company gst details and still i got a bill that mentioned none of that, and i had a chain of conference-call arguments from bangalore office (Praveen) & okhla office (Vivek) saying its not their fault, and they can't produce a bill now. My parcel took 4 days to reach bangalore, but was lying in their kr puram branch for 3 days. Why? I got a call from their branch saying parcel has reached and please be available for delivery, and it took them 3 bloody days to cover 6 kms. To deliver it to my home. Kept calling numerous numbers, lodged complaints and then i got a call back from the office assuring delivery and as expected, nothing. Tried calling back but they refused to answer calls. Called their customer care and lodged complaints. Them a while later a delivery guy (Rakesh meena) calls speaking rudely and questioning me the reason for lodging a complaint. Seriously? What audacity. Then he also had the gaul to say that he will not deliver and i can do whatever i want (Jo karna hai karke dikhai, magar main nahi deliver karoonga samaan). What sort of a reply is that? Am i asking charity? Am i not paying for this "service"? My last parcel that came a week before this debacle also had the same issue, delays at the kr puram outlet for 3 days.
Then, there is also the question of no response to multiple calls, and me having to beg and plead them to their job which i'm paying for. What world are they living in? I'm absolutely appalled at this, and the total apathy of their incompetent staff here in bangalore, and back in delhi (Okhla sub office). Just complete harassment. And then my wife and i get to hear nonsense from the delivery guy again after lodging another complaint at the customer care centre, with him giving multiple excuses and pure lies in the multiple conversation i had (Driver is a local and he doesn't listen to me, i called your number 15 times but you didn't respond, i will not bring it as my duty hours are now over, the driver has abandoned the truck and gone to drink, the truck ended up with a tyre puncture and i'm sitting inside alone with the driver absconding... These are some of the most # excuses i got). On top of all that i got my cartons in absolutely misshapen state and had to sustain damages as well (All cartons were marked 'fragile', but they came out of the van upside down, sideways and thrown about, and reaching me in thoroughly crushed state). If you think i am a fool for taking this abuse & harassment hurled at me from their incompetent personnel, not having services made on time, losing my peace of mind, and also sustaining damages to my items despite you charging me insurance, they are sorely mistaken.
This is just inexcusable. Rest assured, i, for one, am not going to use their services in this lifetime. I am going to go on every possible forum and highlight this.

Tci express, if you're reading this... You need to train your staff to have some basic work ethics first, and basic human decency to talk to people and tell them to do their job for what they are being paid for. Get this into your thick skulls, you're not doing a favour to your customers who are paying for this shoddy & utterly useless service. Understand that first. You guys need to take the word "express" out of your name, and change it to "whenever we feel like it". Its a sham.
