TCI XPS — One article from the parcel is missing

My parcel was delivered to me on 31 October 2022 but the date of delivery mentioned in the records is 27 October 2022 and I got the message of delivery also on 27. One of the article from the parcel is missing because of which I am not able to claim my refund. My order no. is VIHAAN - DN67192382.
I am sending the screenshots of the message and the parcel. Kindly look through the dates in both. Message was delivered on 27 and parcel was received on 31 .

Thank you for writing to us. We regret the inconvenience caused.

​Shipments are delivered on 27th October 2022 and there is no date mentioned on the pod itself.​

There are no remarks mentioned on POD also regarding shortage / damage at the time delivery.

If you have received any inside shortage shipment, please contact your c//nor.

After six month of delivery we are unable to investigate the issue.
