Please immediate action on the driver. I was travelling on NH7 from Hyderabad to Kurnool. Driver was driving bus rashly and has damaged two cars and just missed accident with a lorry. Bus number is TS07UJ5599. Incident time is approximately around 3.30 to 3.45 PM near Kothur

I'm traveling from yellandu to hyderabad and this is last bus from the yellandu and my fare was charged rs.440. So I have given the driver 500 cause of I'm not having change and driver denied to give the change back and he say that if the ticket was online it's rs.510 . I have asked the driver for change and he was like I gave u the tickets he was very worst talking and so rude to the customer

I have my pass in hand without ( I'd card but I have a photo of that). Today I forgot the I'd because of I was taken the new (((id Badge ))) and I sad that I will carry from tomorrow

I said I don't have enough money I will debit from ATM then he said everything works under this machine UPI, Credit, Debit cards, So by trusting him I sent 800 to the TSRTC UPI through Phone pay...
And the transaction was successful money was also debited but he said that money not credited If it credits in beneficiary TSRTC act then ticket automatically Comes out...
So he rejected and He talked so rudely said the transaction was not successfull but the money debited and transaction also suceed but beneficiary account it has problem I think...
Or the problem may be in relation between beneficiary and bank...
So please help me out this situation

Dear sir/Mam i I'm requesting to provide a bus from nizamabad to Bidar Karnataka state there is no option to on this route.

Iam travelling to my college daily by 83j bus.But in recent times RTC busses are reduced and metro busses are increased in that bus route.Waiting for RTC buss is taking too much time and travelling in another route to college is taking nearly double time than that of regular time.There is no other option left than travelling in metro buss by taking combination ticket pricing 20 per trip to reach the college on time.How can you expect us to travel in metro bus by having RTC pass by spending 40 per day up and down.Even the RTC pass price has been increased to 430 from 180.How can you act so selfish and irresponsible in students issues.This is not at all fair.

His sir madam 219 buses are coming very late, many students are late for their college's and others employes also late for their companies this is maintainance our tsrtc

We were having buses from electronic city phase 2 to ecil (1014 and 1013 to and fro services) but the service from electronic city phase 2 has been cancelled it has been great difficulty for us as it takes 2 -3 hrs to reach from electronic city to majestic. We are facing a lot of inconvenience. Please take into this consideration of our concern.

I have placed a order for tour package of Hyderabad darshan3 scheme for 400 rupees with ticket no 69696902 and UID 3577 when I come at 8:25 at pickup point and enquired about bus and staff informed that bus cancelled and the amount will be refunded. But I got no confirmation message or email. Please resolve this issue ASAP

I have boarded the bus at erragadda bus stop to punjagutta and the conductor is charging the fair from moosapet . Telling me there is no stop at erragadda. He is very rude and he don't have the manners to speak to the people . Same thing in same bus happened when a person boarded the bus from s r nagar and he charged him from erragadda. This is the big scam running by rtc in hyderabad. People have to check the fair before paying .

Being a student, reaching the college in time is mandatory but there are no sufficient buses in time from M.G.B.S. to IMBRAHIMPATNAM. Though there are only a few, it becomes very difficult for us to travel all the way with a massive crowd. Witnessing many accidents because of hanging at footboards. It is becoming a problem to go to college every single day. It is tragedy for all the students to travel. Requesting TSRTC to provide more number of buses in mentioned route.Hoping I get a seat in bus and go safely to college. Please provide🙏

I have a complaint against Busses passing through CHANDRAYANGUTTA to KOTI or UPPAL they are not stopping at HAFIZ BABA NAGAR stop. The bus drivers behaving like there is no stop at HAFIZ BABA NAGAR. We students are struggling alot kindly review my complaint and hope you will resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

We are waiting 45 min still 300 buses are not coming. Some of the metro buses came but no ordinary 300 bus came until now. So many people are suffering due to lack of buses.

I travel daily in TSRTC bus...many times I have seen drivers smoking cigarettes in the bus...with passengers inside the bus... though NO SMOKING sign is written in the bus...they very conviniently smoke sitting beside the engine...look into the issue ASAP.

My mother sat nearby the door causing no disturbance to the entry & exit of passengers. But the conductor was very rude to her and forcefully made her to stand up and he stressed that it is his own bus and also lost his words in the rude way. Action must be taken against this conductor and this incident occurred today evening ( 26th Oct 2022) in the metro bus. Bus number- TS 4065 SO 7Z( 222 KOTI- PATANCHERVU)

Hi sir in my Village the cargo services is going rong way, the issue is if any body gets an argent the are not accepting, and the way of their behaviour is very rood, they are not interested in working, they are interested in only money, the way of their behaviour is remarks to the ts RTC please kindly change the staff or people will loss trest of RTC

TSRTC Bus Bearing TS 08 Z 0232 From Hyderabad to Bangalore on 22/10/22 was Driving in a very rash and negligent manner near National Police Academy towards Shamshabad at 1:31 p.m . It was very NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE TO ME AND MY FAMILY .

Please take necessary action, as this rash driving leads to accidents.

Hi Team,

My relative and I am stood at lakdikaapool busstop towards ameerpet @9pm on 22/10/2022.

Two busses number (113 K/L) lingampally not stopped and not came into bus bay.Even we tried to wave still no use.

I request you to consider thisatter and better place cctvs at bus stops
So that management comes to.know who are not stopping at bus stops.
