I'm Pravallika. I'm staying in jagadgirigutta & working in HiTech city. there is no buses from gutta to Mehdipatnam via HiTech city. few buses are available but they are not following timings. 29th Nov one hour i waited for bus. And 30th nov also no buses from 7:45 to 8:30 am. then evening after 5 pm no direct buses from mehidipatnam to jagadgirigutta. In vivekanandanagr there is no buss top so i have to travel HiTech city to jntu, jntu to kukatpally and again kukatpally to gutta.

Coming to jagadgirigutta bus stop, there is no proper bus top, bus stop beside all are flower vendors are there. They are not allowing to stand in bus stop. Then where people will stand.

TSRTC employees are there in jagadgirigutta bus stop but no use. even they don't have any information when bus will come. they won't ask any vendor to move from bus stop.

Kindly arrange buses time to time. from Jagadgirigutta to Mehdipatnam via HiTech city

Driver is riding rashly and using bad words to the passengers and using unparliamentary language. The bus number is AP29Z3218 and the time is 9:38 which is taking to secretariat via chaderghat. also he is misbehaving with college girls in the bus.

Gadwal to Raichur bus No.0724 which is scheduled to start at 17:45 from from Gadwal bus stand not arrived till 19:00 hrs me and my family are suffered a lot hence. this is for your kind information and necessary action please

Bus number 300, these drivers are not stopping at some bus stands.They just skipping

Service number 8620 of TSRTC has been break down not giving money back and talking rude

Regarding Missing of luggage Bag due to negligence of TSRTC bus RAJADHANI TS03Z0411. Due to neglegence of TSRTC staff we lost our luggage they don't care about your luggages.while putting the luggages they are saying that doors are loose after hearing this we have realised that TSRTC not caring about reservation passengers and their luggages. This is the reason behind why all are booking private travels. Due to this I have lost my things cost 20000/.we are losing the confidence on TSRTC RAJADHANI
Kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

Conductors are not giving return money to passenger and worst behaviour and worst mind set ...stupid conductors were worked in tsrtc please train them proper way

A pallevelugu bus of Mahabubabad depot with vehicle number AP36Z0258 travels from Mahabubabad to Hanmakonda via Narsampet. On 23/11/2022, The fare from Narsampet to Hanmakonda is ₹50. But in this bus the conductor is charging ₹60. The seating is bad and it is a proper old pallevelugu bus. For this kind of service charging an equal fare of Express/Metro is totally injustice.

So I went to Nirmal bus Station for physically deaf bus pass he rejected my bus pass reason you don’t have for 100% Certificate for physically deaf
And I went Head Of the Sadarem Department officer Said my certificate is eligible for bus pass and all telangana physically based schemes

So Please Kindly Requested you to issue my bus pass as soon as possible

ఆర్టీసీ బస్సు ప్రమాద ఘటనలో గాయాలైన వారిని వికారాబాద్ ప్రభుత్వ ఆసుపత్రిలో క్షతగాత్రులను పరామర్శించిన ఎంపీ రంజిత్ రెడ్డి, ఎమ్మెల్యే ఆనంద్... వికారాబాద్ ఆర్టీసీ డిపోలో కాలం చెల్లిన బస్సులు రోడ్డుపై నడుస్తున్నాయి ఎన్ని వార్తలు రాసిన పట్టించుకునే నాధుడే లేడు.. వికారాబాద్ ఆర్టీసీ డిపోలో కాలం చెల్లిన బస్సులే రోడ్డుపై తిరుగుతున్నాయి గతంలో కూడా చాలా ప్రమాదాలు జరిగాయి అయినా కూడా అధికారులకు సోయి లేదు. మన పాలకులు ప్రమాదాలు జరిగినప్పుడు స్పందిస్తారు, తర్వాత అంతే సంగతి... డొక్కు బస్సులను మార్చేస్తే దరిద్రం పోతది.. అవే పెట్టుకొని పాకలాడితే, ఆ దరిద్రం ప్రజల మీద పడతది ఇట్లా అని స్థానికులు ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు..

A biggest housing board colony of Asia is KPHB and ivth phase is a part of it. I regret to inform you that there are no city buses running frequently and earlier we use to get. The information received from the customer care is the busses are cancelled hence it was not there at least once in an hour
I was waiting since 10.50 to 12.05 at Kukatpally but still I didn't got the bus
Then what is the use of pass when I need to spend the money for auto every time
So request you to please revive the busses

When i am going from Hyderabad to kodad in rajadani bus TS08Z0155 The service from (Hyderabad To Vijayawada 1422) he is not given water bottle and I asked him to give water bottle he sadi to wait and talking irresponsible, he is discussing with driver kodad and suryapet people are coming in this bus for only water bottle when I am asking him why you insulting kodad and suryapet people his replay is not good . this is telangana bus and he his insulting telangana people is this what we get in telangana Mr. Surjanar sir has to respond on this
This same person I am facing this is the second time when I am traveling hyd to kodad doing irresponsible behavior.

I was waiting since 1 and half an hour for the bus (wanaparthy from bijinepally) and the bus arrived at 1:30am. The bus driver had left the bus without entering into the bus stand. I have seen him going and started running but also I have Missed my bus. And I'm sleeping in the bus stop due to the negligence of the bus driver. I ask u to take some basic rules on this type of problems facing by so many members like me.
