Hi Sir,
I had boarded tsrtc city bus on 30th December 2022 from Secunderabad to Koti.
There was Red Signal at Abids GPO..Despite sone vehicles already abiding by Law and halting at the signal, the Bus driver jumped the Signal in a Rash and Negligent manner.
I asked the conductor as how can the driver be so irresponsible and being government servant and responsible citizen he should follow the rule.
He answered in negative.
I hereby request the concerned authorities to kindly pls check into the matter and take strict action against the driver.
The CCTV footage can be verified and checked from Abids GPO signal towards Koti.
The timing is between 3:05-3:10PM

Now i was traveling in hanmakonda to uppal xrds, i was informed to driver about charger points which are not working in bus .but his reply was not good ( he repiled as ''its your charger problem' without cross checking, but i was conneted to my laptop it was working ).one of tsrtc employee said you should carry the power bank, given suggestions to me
not only other people also facing same issue.

I was traveling from warangal to hyderabad on 29th Dec 2022 at 8am in TS03Z0414. As we reached pendiala bus driver stopped bus in middle and said AC is not working so that I will arrange other bus. As we asked to move and asked no need of AC. Actually bus driver not cross verified weather AC is working or not. I have seen AC is not working since starting point. We were standing on road since 1 hour and driver is answering very rude. Most of the passengers need to catch filght, even I was on my way to office which I got delay to meeting by this driver actions. TSRTC need to take action on him due to his reckless behavior. I have photos and ticket I traveled as an evidence.

I have booked my ticket from Hyderabad to nandigama with sevice number(4751) UID -2542 (date[protected] which was started at 8:35 am near kphb and it was supposed to drop me at 1:30 pm
But it's 1:50 now ..it's still in suryapet ..seems like there is no one to question him ...he is literally halting on every stop.This is not at all fair ..if i have known this earlier I could have taken any super luxury or other way ..why should I pay 600/- for this ?????
kindly take a strict action on this kind of drivers ..

Route 217 bus no: AP 29Z 1572 bus driver doesn't know where the bus stop at Alwyn bus stop.Also he argues that bus stop is near toll gate since 50 years, Whereas the toll gate has been constructed 15 years back.This happened on[protected] & also earlier

I was going towards banjarahills under the masabtank bridge around 1:29PM on 27th December, 2022. Suddenly this bus driver came in very speed and almost hit me. Luckily i escaped. The bus driver was driving very rashly. I had to apply sudden brakes of my bike as he took left on the road without any horn and leading no space for me to go. He was driving as he want without any fear. Upon questioning he started abusing me, and used filthy language. A strict action has to be taken upon him and his license needs to be suspended. The incident cause me mental trauma.

Travelled TSRTC from Hyderabad to Vijayawada service no 4503 vehicle no TS08Z 0052 on 25/12/2022. Windows doesn't close. Seat push back doesn't work. No water bottle holders. Leg support stand broken. Windows glass broken on the way. Whole journey had to travel in freezing cold air.

I traveled from Siriscilla to Bibipet yesterday at 7.30 pm. In the middle, the bus stopped at Gambhiraopet bus stop.
I had to urinate urgently. I went to the conductor and requested him to stop the bus for a minute, I will urinate. But he behaved very angry and rude and spoke very rudely in front of everyone in the bus. He talked with me Rudely
" Ucha vasthe Pant lo posukovali, bus ekkada padithe Akkada entha sepu aputharu" He insulted me in front of everyone and insulted me with vulgar language. I request you to kindly take necessary action against him. I hope the result will be positive for me.

There are no buses to Kodad after 8pm.If we are trying to get on Vijayawada buses, drivers and conductors are telling that there is no stop in Kodad. They are not taking Kodad passengers. This is not only happening on festival days but also on normal days. Bus has to go through Kodad to go to Vijayawada then why there is no Kodad stop.If we take ticket for Vijayawada then they will stop in Kodad.If this happens continuously then how should Kodad passengers travel after 8pm. We need better bus rides.This is not why we are paying tax. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AS SERIOUS ISSUE

Sir i am a medical student studying in Hyderabad medchal
I am a resident of pebbair mandal of wanaparthy district and I stay in my college hostel
So when I would go to my hometown through bus at MGBS not even a single super luxury/deluxe bus from GADWAL DEPOT is found
Traveling 4hrs continuously in old express buses makes the journey uncomfortable and tiring
So I request you to provide the super luxury and deluxe service from GADWAL DEPOT as many as possible

నమస్కారం అండి. నేను ఈనెల 22.12.2022 వ తేదీన కాకినాడ నుండి హైదరాబాదు ప్రయాణం చేయడానికి నా మరదలు అయిన కుమారి Kkd swarna rekha, 23 years కి ది 17.12.2022న ఒక టికెట్టు కొనుగోలు చేశాను. ఆ టికెట్ నందు బస్సు 22వ తేదీన కాకినాడ బస్ స్టేషన్ నుండి సాయంత్రం 6:30 కు బయలుదేరుతుందని ముద్రించి ఉన్నది. మేము సదరు 22వ తేదీన సాయంత్రం 5:40 నిమిషాలకు మా ఇంటి దగ్గర నుండి కాకినాడ బస్టాండుకు సాయంత్రం 6:10 నిమిషాల లోపు అనగా 6:30 కి ముందుగానే చేరుకున్నాము. కానీ ఈ లోపు సదరు బస్సు నందు విధులలో ఉన్న మీ సిబ్బంది మా మరదలు (passenger) [protected]కు మూడు పర్యాయములు ఫోన్ చేసి తొందరపెట్టి, వత్తిడికి గురి చేసియున్నారు. కానీ బస్సు బయలుదేరడానికి ఇంకా సుమారు 40 నిముషాల సమయం ఉన్నప్పటికీ, సదరు సిబ్బంది ప్రయాణీకురాలుకి మూడు పర్యాయములు ఫోన్ చేసి తొందర పెట్టి, ఒత్తిడికి గురి చేసినారు. మేము బస్సు బయలు దేరాడానికి ఇంకనూ సుమారు 20 నిమిషాలు సమయం ఉండగా కాకినాడ బస్టాండుకు చేరుకుని, బస్సు ఎక్కించినాను. బస్సు ఎక్కిన వెంటనే సదరు బస్సు బయలుదేరటానికి ఇంకా సమయం ఉన్నప్పటికీ సుమారు 15 నిముషాల ముందు బయలుదేరినది. సమయం ఉన్నప్పటికీ కూడా ప్రయాణికులను ఒత్తిడికి గురి చేయడం ఎంతవరకు సమంజసం అండి. ఆ సమయంలో మాకు ఏదైనా ప్రమాదం జరిగితే ఎవరు బాధ్యత తీసుకుంటారు. ఈ ఆరోపణకి సంబంధించిన తగిన ఆధారాలు (ఫోటోలు వీడియోలు, డేట్ ఉన్న geo లొకేషన్ ఫోటోలు) నా వద్ద ఉన్నవి. అవసరం అయినచో చూపగలవాడను. కనుక ఈ విషయం పై సంజాయషీ ఇవ్వాలి అని కోరుచున్నాను. నా పేరు హనుమంత్. నా సెల్ నెంబర్ [protected]. కాకినాడ.

As the bus was already full and the conductor keep printing tickets even after seat full and there were many drinkers who disturbing the other passengers and I was witnessed this type of behavior.
A drinker started shouting at me when I asked to don't split on my luggage
Really this is a bad experience i never see earlier

250/49 bus is not stoping daily at NMDC bus stop and there is no proper time management...very rash driving without stopping at bus stop...we need to stand in bus stop for 45 min..and then we get the bus but if bus I not stopping it is very irresponsible of the tsrtc

My bus was at 9:20 and I reached the bus at 8:55 but the conductor and the driver were very rude to me and the way of talking was very bad he said I am late

Complaint: the quality of the bus is very very poor. Compared to APSRTC,
1. The video is also not working,
2. the price is 20% more than APSRTC.
3. Quality of this bus is 3 out of 10
4. Travel time is 25% higher.
I am and from Hyderabad and preferred to travel through TSRTC (even though there were many tickets available in APSRTC) I
am surprised and shocked to see that a state which is so efficiently run by the govt how come the travels to so so pathetic??
I am extremely dejected. I want someone to get back to me in 7 working days.
My family of 5 travelled and paid 9000 for this service. It's a complete waste of money and would need a refund of my hard earned money. This is pure cheating and you have no right to do so.
Look forward to hearing from so called the most efficient government!!

There is always a delay for the bus from route mehdipatnam to shamshabad
