Respected sir, I am Saishashank Nathi I was traveling to Hyderabad and Hanamkonda in a express service in which total seats are filled and maximum standing capacity was also occupied but still the driver and conducter are stopping bus in every stop and allowing the new passengers to stand already the bus full and many are standing without a movement due to overcrowding while asking the conducter not to allow new customer he is giving negligiable...

A City bus driver at night time drove rash over an accident scene. A small accident occurred between 2 bikes and and everyone stopped but the Bus driver didn't stop and continuous dragged the right size body to a biker which lead to near miss of death of a biker damaging the bike handle and right shoulder rupture to biker

Location: On road towards Hayathnagar, in front of LBNagar metro stairs extrance, opposite to LBNagar DMart....

TSRTC Bus service 7750 was delayed by nearly 1 hour 30 minutes to reach JBS. No information about the dealy....

One express bus not stopped at tekulakpally pi centre daily at 08.10 am.kindly instructions give to bus conductor and driver to stop at daily....

I am a lady passenger, travelling twice from Prakash Nagar to Kondapur and Kondapur to Prakash Nagar in 10H bus on a daily basis.
On dated 5th December 2022, I have completed my duty & from Madhapur Police Station Bus Stop I have boarded at around 9.00 pm and was going to Prakash Nagar in TSRTC bus (10H) bearing the bus number AP28Z 3639.
During my travel the bus conductor Mr. Srimanchalam was collecting the ticket amount and...

I have been searching for the bus at BHEL on[protected] at 9:50 PM.

Booked to travel from BHEL to THALLADA

But there was no call from the driver at the boarding point for pickup.

So please confirm us whether the bus has arrived at the boarding point or it has been canceled....

Transgenders are bothering people standing at KPHB busstop for money.
We had booked a bus to Srisailam from Kphb. Bus was late by 2 hr 30 mins.So, we were standing at KPHB bus stop in Hyderabad and within a span of 2 hrs there were around 10-15 transgenders asking people at bus stop for money. This has been an issue since long and very uncomfortable.
Please take some action against them....

I have to travel jullurpadu to khammam superluxur bus ktg -kp bus num ts28z0036 the bus driver harrassing passengers and rush driving misbehave to passangers...

I'm Pravallika. I'm staying in jagadgirigutta & working in HiTech city. there is no buses from gutta to Mehdipatnam via HiTech city. few buses are available but they are not following timings. 29th Nov one hour i waited for bus. And 30th nov also no buses from 7:45 to 8:30 am. then evening after 5 pm no direct buses from mehidipatnam to jagadgirigutta. Driver is riding rashly and using bad words to the passengers and using unparliamentary language. The bus number is AP29Z3218 and the time is 9:38 which is taking to secretariat via chaderghat. also he is misbehaving with college girls in the bus....

Regarding Missing of luggage Bag due to negligence of TSRTC bus RAJADHANI TS03Z0411. Due to neglegence of TSRTC staff we lost our luggage they don't care about your luggages.while putting the luggages they are saying that doors are loose after hearing this we have realised that TSRTC not caring about reservation passengers and their luggages. This is the reason behind why all are booking private travels. Due to this I have lost my things...

Conductors are not giving return money to passenger and worst behaviour and worst mind set ...stupid conductors were worked in tsrtc please train them proper way...

A pallevelugu bus of Mahabubabad depot with vehicle number AP36Z0258 travels from Mahabubabad to Hanmakonda via Narsampet. On 23/11/2022, The fare from Narsampet to Hanmakonda is ₹50. But in this bus the conductor is charging ₹60. The seating is bad and it is a proper old pallevelugu bus. For this kind of service charging an equal fare of Express/Metro is totally injustice....

So I went to Nirmal bus Station for physically deaf bus pass he rejected my bus pass reason you don’t have for 100% Certificate for physically deaf
And I went Head Of the Sadarem Department officer Said my certificate...
